In this embodiment, a left oil cylinder 43 is arranged below the left transverse conveyor belt 5, and the left transverse conveyor belt 5 rotates along a rotation center 44 under the action of the oil cylinder 43; a right oil cylinder 42 is arranged below the right transverse conveyor belt 4, and the right transverse conveyor belt 4 rotates along the rotation center 41 under the action of the oil cylinder 42 so as to meet different requirements of two states of operation and vehicle collection.
The invention relates to a construction method of a new ballast dump truck for a railway, which comprises the following steps:
the first step is as follows: preparing operation, namely placing a new ballast dump truck, a material transport vehicle and a stone ballast hopper truck on the same railway line, wherein the new ballast dump truck and the material transport vehicle are connected and then positioned at one end of the line, the stone ballast hopper truck is positioned at the other end of the line, and the distance between the new ballast dump truck and the stone ballast hopper truck is the sum of the length of a channel for storing new stone ballasts and the length of a safety distance of 20 meters;
the second step is that: the method comprises the following steps of (1) towing a new ballast dump truck by using a material transport truck or other vehicles, digging ditches at two sides of a railway line by using the new ballast dump truck (the length and the depth of the ditches are determined according to the length of a station line and the transfer and storage amount of the new ballast), conveying dug old ballasts to the material transport truck, and finally conveying the old ballasts to a specified place by using the material transport truck;
the third step: returning the material transport vehicle and the new ballast dump vehicle, moving the stone ballast hopper vehicle to the new trench dug in the second step, opening a ballast unloading port of the stone ballast hopper vehicle needing ballast unloading, and unloading the new stone ballast into the trench dug in the second step until the trenches on two sides of the line are fully unloaded;
the fourth step: the stone ballast hopper car returns, a new ballast dump car is pulled by the material transport car, and new stone ballasts which are unloaded in two side ditches of the railway line in the third step are dug by the new ballast dump working device and are conveyed to the material transport car through the conveying belt;
the fifth step: repeating the third and fourth steps until all of the material transport vehicles are filled as needed. After the material transport vehicle is completely filled, repeating the third step, and unloading new stone ballasts in the stone ballast hopper vehicle into the trench excavated in the fourth step;
and a sixth step: and d, raking the new stone ballast discharged in the ditch in the fifth step by using a ballast raking and shaping mechanism to finish dumping work of the new stone ballast.
As can be understood by those skilled in the art, the new ballast dump vehicle for the railway and the construction method of the new ballast dump vehicle for the railway comprise any combination of the parts in the specification. These combinations are not described in detail herein for the sake of brevity and clarity, but the scope of the invention, which is defined by any combination of the parts constructed in this specification, will become apparent after review of this specification.

Claims (10)

1. The railway ballast dump truck as claimed in claim 2, wherein: one end of the left inclined conveying belt (7) is arranged on the left support (15), and the other end of the left inclined conveying belt is flexibly connected with the left digging chain mechanism (11) through a universal joint and can move longitudinally relative to the left digging chain mechanism.

The railway ballast dump truck of claim 2 or 3, wherein: a left horizontal oil cylinder (14) is arranged below the left inclined conveying belt (7), and the left inclined conveying belt (7) and the left digging chain excavating mechanism (11) horizontally extend and retract simultaneously under the action of the left horizontal oil cylinder (14).

The railway ballast dump truck as claimed in claim 2, wherein: one end of the right inclined conveying belt (6) is arranged on the right bracket (28), and the other end of the right inclined conveying belt is flexibly connected with the right digging chain mechanism (9) through a universal joint and can move longitudinally and relatively.

The railway ballast dump truck of claim 2 or 5, wherein: a right horizontal oil cylinder (29) is arranged below the right inclined conveying belt (6), and the right inclined conveying belt (6) and the right digging chain excavating mechanism (9) horizontally extend and retract simultaneously under the action of the right horizontal oil cylinder (29).
7. The railway ballast dump truck of claim 1 or 2, wherein: the left chain digging mechanism (11) and the right chain digging mechanism (9) are respectively provided with a digging tooth (31), a digging chain (32), a ballast inlet (33) and a ballast outlet (34).
8. The railway ballast dump truck of claim 1 or 2, wherein: the left digging chain mechanism (11) is supported by a transverse supporting column A (17) and a transverse supporting column B (19); the left chain digging mechanism (11) is fixedly connected to the left chain digging support (20).
9. The railway ballast dump truck of claim 8, wherein: and a left lifting oil cylinder seat (18) is arranged on the transverse supporting column A (17) and the transverse supporting column B (19).
10. A construction method of a new ballast dump truck for a railway comprises the following steps:
the first step is as follows: preparing operation, namely placing a new ballast dump truck, a material transport vehicle and a stone ballast hopper truck on the same railway line, wherein the new ballast dump truck and the material transport vehicle are connected and then positioned at one end of the line, the stone ballast hopper truck is positioned at the other end of the line, and the distance between the new ballast dump truck and the stone ballast hopper truck is the sum of the length of a channel for storing new stone ballasts and the length of a safety distance of 20 meters;
the second step is that: the method comprises the following steps of (1) towing a new ballast dump truck by using a material transport truck or other vehicles, digging ditches at two sides of a railway line by using the new ballast dump truck (the length and the depth of the ditches are determined according to the length of a station line and the transfer and storage amount of the new ballast), conveying dug old ballasts to the material transport truck, and finally conveying the old ballasts to a specified place by using the material transport truck;
the third step: returning the material transport vehicle and the new ballast dump vehicle, moving the stone ballast hopper vehicle to the new trench dug in the second step, opening a ballast unloading port of the stone ballast hopper vehicle needing ballast unloading, and unloading the new stone ballast into the trench dug in the second step until the trenches on two sides of the line are fully unloaded;
the fourth step: the stone ballast hopper car returns, a new ballast dump car is pulled by the material transport car, and new stone ballasts which are unloaded in two side ditches of the railway line in the third step are dug by the new ballast dump working device and are conveyed to the material transport car through the conveying belt;
the fifth step: repeating the third step and the fourth step until all the required material transport vehicles are filled,
after the material transport vehicle is completely filled, repeating the third step, and unloading new stone ballasts in the stone ballast hopper vehicle into the trench excavated in the fourth step;
and a sixth step: and d, raking the new stone ballast discharged in the ditch in the fifth step by using a ballast raking and shaping mechanism to finish dumping work of the new stone ballast.
