Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of disinfectants, and particularly relates to a washing-free disinfection gel and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Various microorganisms exist in the nature, some microorganisms threaten the health of human bodies, and the microorganisms are easily spread along with the contact of people, so that the cleaning and disinfection are common protective measures, wherein the hand washing is the most basic cleaning and disinfection mode. While the household generally uses soap, perfumed soap and hand sanitizer to wash hands, the wash-free disinfecting gel can be used under special conditions, such as rapid disinfection of hands in crowded places like stations and hospitals, or cleaning and disinfection of hands under outdoor water shortage conditions.
At present, alcohol is commonly used as a disinfectant, or the alcohol and other disinfectants are used together, and ethanol is most widely used. Ethanol has a dehydrating effect and can coagulate proteins, resulting in the death of pathogenic bacteria. The ethanol has a remarkable effect of inhibiting the activity of gram-negative bacteria, gram-positive bacteria, envelope viruses and various fungi in vitro, can kill bacterial propagules, and has a strong effect of killing most lipophilic viruses.
At present, the disposable disinfection gel taking ethanol as a disinfectant has various types, but carbomer is generally used as a thickening agent, and the imported carbomer is mainly used. The imported carbomer is high in price, and a carbomer substitute product is always searched domestically.

The washing-free disinfection gel obtained by the invention has the advantages of moderate viscosity, easy uniform smearing, high drying speed and less residues; meanwhile, the HPMC has better water retention effect, so that the no-clean disinfection gel provided by the invention can not cause the situations of dry and rough skin and the like after the common alcohol disinfectant is used.
Detailed Description
The washing-free disinfection gel comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 70-75% of ethanol, 0.5-1% of HPMC and the balance of water.
Preferably, the no-clean disinfection gel comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 75% of ethanol, 0.75% of HPMC and the balance of water; wherein the HPMC meets the following requirements: 29 percent of methoxyl group content, 10 percent of hydroxypropoxyl group content, more than 90 percent of light transmittance of 2 percent of water solution and 75000mpa.s of viscosity.
Furthermore, the components of the no-clean disinfection gel also comprise essence. 0.1-1% of essence is added.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the washing-free disinfection gel, which comprises the following steps:

2. adding absolute ethyl alcohol into a batching tank, and starting stirring at a stirring speed of 60-80 r/min;
3. adding HPMC into a mixing tank, and continuously stirring for 5-10 min;
4. slowly adding purified water into the material preparation tank, continuously stirring, and continuously stirring for 20-30 min after the water is added to obtain a finished product; or slowly adding purified water into the mixing tank, adding essence, continuously stirring, and continuously stirring for 20-30 min after the water is added to obtain a finished product.
Test examples
Table 1 shows the disinfectant gels prepared by dissolving a common grade of HPMC product in a 75% ethanol solution.
TABLE 1 Disinfection gel test data for common HPMC designations
From the data, it can be seen that HPMC with 21% of methoxyl group and 7.5% of hydroxypropoxyl group and HPMC with 27.5% of methoxyl group and 5.5% of hydroxypropoxyl group can not be fully dissolved in 75% ethanol solution, the thickening effect is poor, and the prepared disinfection gel has poor light transmittance which is below 50%.
HPMC with 29% of methoxyl group content and 10% of hydroxypropoxyl group content can be fully dissolved in 75% ethanol solution, and the formed solution has high light transmittance which is over 96%. Therefore, the HPMC is selected to be a substitution type with the methoxy content of 29 percent and the hydroxypropoxy content of 10 percent, and the substitution type product has the methoxy content of 28 to 30 percent and the hydroxypropoxy content of 7 to 12 percent.
From the use hand feeling of the prepared washing-free disinfection gel, when the addition amount of the HPMC is 2% (namely the number is 5-8), the use hand feeling is greasy, the gel can be completely dried about 40-60 seconds after being smeared, and certain residues exist after the gel is dried.
The HPMC is added in the amount of 0.5%, 0.75% and 1% (namely the serial number is 9-20), the hand feeling is refreshing, the drying can be completed 10-20 seconds after the coating, and no obvious residue is left after the use. Further, the prepared disinfection gel is easy to drip and not easy to be evenly smeared in the smearing process when the viscosity is too low, has greasy feeling after being smeared when the viscosity is too high, is long in drying time, and has good comprehensive use hand feeling when the viscosity is 500-4500 mpa.s.
It has been found that when the amount of HPMC is 1% or more, the feeling of residue after use is observed, and therefore, the amount of HPMC added is controlled to 1% or less in the present invention. Meanwhile, HPMC products with the methoxyl content of 28-30 percent and the hydroxypropoxyl content of 7-12 percent are difficult to produce when the viscosity is 150000mpa.s or above, and the HPMC with the viscosity below 40000mpa.s needs more than 1 percent of addition amount to ensure that the disinfection gel has enough viscosity, so the viscosity model of the HPMC is selected to be 40000-150000 mpa.s.
Example 1
The model of HPMC is selected as HG75000 (methoxy content is 29%, hydroxypropoxy content is 10%, viscosity is 70000mpa.s), and 750g of absolute ethyl alcohol, 7.5g of HPMCH and 242.5g of purified water are respectively weighed.
And adding weighed absolute ethyl alcohol into the batching container, starting stirring, and stirring at the rotating speed of 60 r/min.
Add weighed HPMC to the batching vessel and continue stirring for 5 min.
And slowly adding weighed purified water into the proportioning container, continuously stirring, and continuously stirring for 20min after the water is added to obtain a finished product.
The preparation process of the washing-free disinfection gel is less than 1 hour, the preparation period is greatly shortened compared with that of the disinfection gel prepared by carbomer, the preparation process is simple, and heating or high-speed stirring is not needed.
The viscosity of the prepared washing-free disinfection gel is 4100mpa.s, the light transmittance is 99.1%, the gel is refreshing and non-greasy in use hand feeling, drying can be completed within 10-20 seconds after the gel is smeared, and no obvious residue is left after the gel is used. Because HPMC has better water retention function, the no-clean disinfection gel of the invention can not cause the skin dryness after the disinfection of common alcohol after use.
Example 2
The model of HPMC is selected as HG100000 (methoxy content is 29%, hydroxypropoxy content is 10%, viscosity is 115000mpa.s), and 750g of absolute ethyl alcohol, 750g of HPMC5g and 245g of purified water are respectively weighed.
The viscosity of the prepared washing-free disinfection gel is 950mpa.s, the light transmittance is 99.3%, the hand feeling is refreshing and not greasy, the drying can be completed 10-20 seconds after the gel is smeared, and no obvious residue is left after the gel is used. Because HPMC has better water retention function, the no-clean disinfection gel of the invention can not cause the skin dryness after the disinfection of common alcohol after use.
