After the passion fruit no-clean gel hand sanitizer products of test groups 1-4 are stored for 3 months, the transparency, color and smell of the hand sanitizer products are not obviously changed; the antibacterial rate of the product is 100% after 3min when the product is applied to Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Candida albicans, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The passion fruit no-clean gel hand sanitizer products of test groups 1-4 are demonstrated to have good stability.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
by optimizing the extraction method of the passion fruit peel extract, the ester and acid fragrance components in the passion fruit peel can be extracted to the maximum extent, so that the prepared extract has peculiar smell of grass, pure and strong fragrance and the like.
The essence of passion fruit peel is extracted and added into the hand-free gel, so that the prepared gel product has pleasant fruit fragrance, and the prepared hand-free gel is transparent and colorless and has good hand feeling by optimizing the proportion of the passion fruit essence and other components, and has good bacteriostatic action on escherichia coli staphylococcus aureus, candida albicans and pseudomonas aeruginosa; the product has good stability, no irritation to skin, and skin moistening and caring effects; solves the problem that the prior absorption-free gel product adopts essence to improve the fragrance.

Crushing 100g of passion fruit peel to 60-80 meshes, adding 10 times of 60% ethanol solution, and performing immersion treatment for 1h under the vacuum degree of-0.07-0.01 MPa to obtain an immersion substance; adding 0.2% by mass of vitamin C into the impregnated material, adding into a differential pressure tank, extracting at normal temperature under the condition of-0.1-30 MPa differential pressure change, filtering, and recovering ethanol in the filtrate at low temperature under reduced pressure to obtain an extracting solution; purifying the extracting solution by AB-8 macroporous resin, eluting by using 30% ethanol solution, and rotationally evaporating to remove ethanol to obtain passion fruit extract 2.
Example 3
The components are as follows: 10.5 percent of passion fruit extract; 30% of ethanol; 9400.1% of carbomer; 0.2% of glycerin; 0.1 percent of triethanolamine; 0.1 percent of triclosan; the balance of water.
Preparation: mixing carbomer 940 with water, adding the passion fruit extract, uniformly mixing, and slowly adding triethanolamine to obtain gel; then sequentially adding glycerol and triclosan, and uniformly stirring to obtain the transparent passion fruit wash-free gel.
Example 4
The components are as follows: 10.75 percent of passion fruit extract; 45% of ethanol; 9400.2% of carbomer; 0.25% of glycerin; 0.2 percent of triethanolamine; 0.25 percent of triclosan; the balance of water.
Preparation: mixing carbomer 940 with water, adding the passion fruit extract, uniformly mixing, and slowly adding triethanolamine to obtain gel; then sequentially adding glycerol and triclosan, and uniformly stirring to obtain the transparent passion fruit wash-free gel.
Example 5
The components are as follows: 21.0% of passion fruit extract; 75% of ethanol; 9400.4% of carbomer; 1% of glycerol; 0.4 percent of triethanolamine; 0.4 percent of triclosan; the balance of water.
Preparation: mixing carbomer 940 with water, adding the passion fruit extract, uniformly mixing, and slowly adding triethanolamine to obtain gel; then sequentially adding glycerol and triclosan, and uniformly stirring to obtain the transparent passion fruit wash-free gel.
Example 5
The components are as follows: 21.0% of passion fruit extract; 30% of ethanol; carbomer U200.4%; 0.2% of glycerin; 0.4 percent of triethanolamine; 0.1 percent of triclosan; the balance of water.
Preparation: mixing carbomer U20 with water, adding the passion fruit extract, and slowly adding triethanolamine to obtain gel; then sequentially adding glycerol and triclosan, and uniformly stirring to obtain the transparent passion fruit wash-free gel.

Claims (10)
1. The passion fruit washing-free gel hand sanitizer is characterized by being prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 0.5-1.0% of passion fruit extract; 30-75% of ethanol; 0.1-0.4% of carbomer; 0.2-1% of a humectant; 0.1-0.4% of triethanolamine; 0.1-0.4% of a bactericide; the balance of water.

The passion fruit no-clean gel hand sanitizer according to claim 1, which is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 0.75% of passion fruit extract; 45% of ethanol; 0.2% of carbomer; 0.25% of humectant; 0.2 percent of triethanolamine; 0.25% of bactericide; the balance of water.

The passion fruit no-clean gel hand sanitizer according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the bactericide is one of guanidinium salts, quaternary ammonium salts and nonionic compounds; the humectant is one of essential oil, polyalcohol and bionic substances; the carbomer is one of carbomer U20, carbomer 940 and carbomer 2020.
4. The passion fruit no-clean gel hand sanitizer according to claim 3, wherein the bactericide is triclosan; the humectant is glycerol; the carbomer is carbomer 940.

The passion fruit no-clean gel hand sanitizer according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the preparation method of the passion fruit essence sanitizer comprises the following steps: pulverizing passion fruit peel, adding 10 times of 40-60% ethanol solution, and vacuum soaking to obtain soaked substance; adding a small amount of protective agent into the impregnated material, adding into a differential pressure tank, performing differential pressure extraction at normal temperature, filtering, and recovering ethanol from the filtrate at low temperature under reduced pressure to obtain extractive solution; purifying the extracting solution by AB-8 macroporous resin, eluting by using 30% ethanol solution, and rotationally evaporating to remove ethanol to obtain the passion fruit extract.
6. The passion fruit no-clean gel hand sanitizer according to claim 5, wherein the passion fruit peel is crushed to 60-80 meshes.
7. The passion fruit no-clean gel hand sanitizer according to claim 5, wherein the vacuum impregnation treatment is: the vacuum degree is-0.07 to-0.01 MPa, and the time is 1 to 2 hours.
8. The passion fruit no-clean gel hand sanitizer according to claim 5, wherein the protective agent is vitamin C, and the addition amount of the protective agent is 0.1-0.2% of the mass of the passion fruit.
9. The passion fruit no-clean gel hand sanitizer according to claim 5, wherein the pressure difference value during high-pressure-difference extraction is-0.1 to 30 MPa.

The method for preparing the passion fruit no-clean gel hand sanitizer according to claim 1 or 2, wherein after the carbomer is mixed with water, the passion fruit essence is added to be uniform, and then the triethanolamine is added slowly with stirring to prepare the gel; and adding the humectant and the bactericide, and uniformly stirring to prepare the transparent passion fruit wash-free gel.
