7) after the vehicle is started, the vehicle-mounted equipment firstly reads and records the information of the driver bound by the vehicle from the background service system, and when no wireless communication signal exists or the vehicle-mounted equipment cannot be connected with the background service system, the relevant information recorded by the vehicle-mounted equipment is used as the standard.
When the driver is not bound and the authorization of the driver is not finished, the vehicle-mounted equipment continuously sends out early warning information to the background service system, and the background system immediately informs the responsible person to take corresponding action.
A further method may be to connect the vehicle electronic ignition to the on-board device, and in case the replacement driver is not authorized, the vehicle will not start.
By adopting the method, the driving without the license can be avoided, meanwhile, the violation responsibility can be carried out to the actual driver of the vehicle according to the violation date and time, and the cylinder jacking phenomenon is avoided. The condition that the car owner has to undertake responsibility due to violation of regulations in the process of driving by the owner and temporary moving the car by the owner can be avoided.
