本发明设计一种密封阀及包含该密封阀的出液结构。
背景技术
试剂盒是实验室常见的实验用品,用于反应试剂的保存。现在实验室和检测仪器使用试剂都是采用移液器或注射器将试剂从试剂盒抽出使用,抽取不同的试剂时还需要更换移液器吸头,或需要清洗注射器及针头,操作繁琐,浪费时间,抽取的量容易受到操作人操作手法的影响,不利于转化为自动化仪器进行操作。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种利于控制喷嘴开闭并具有密封性能、可以防止喷嘴液体结晶的密封阀,同时提供一种结构简单紧凑,方便自动化、精准取液的出液结构。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种密封阀,其包括密封阀主体以及设置在密封阀主体上的圆柱形阀孔,所述阀孔的底端设置有锥台孔,所述锥台孔与阀孔同轴设置,所述锥台孔的小底一端与阀孔的底端连通。
其中,所述锥台孔的大底一端连通有圆柱形存液槽,所述锥台孔与存液槽同轴设置,所述存液槽的直径大于锥台孔的大底的直径。
其中,所述阀孔的顶端设置有密封槽,所述密封槽与密封阀主体的顶面的连接处通过圆弧过渡。
其中,所述密封阀主体为圆柱体。
密封阀上、下端面分别与喷管、喷嘴紧密配合,具有密封性能
一种包含上述密封阀的出液结构,其包括喷管以及设置在喷管端部的喷嘴;
所述喷管包括喷管主体、沿喷管主体轴向设置的喷孔以及设置在喷孔内的磁铁棒,所述喷孔的内壁上均匀设置有若干个沿喷孔轴向的档条,每个所述档条的一端设置有向喷孔中心延伸的肩台,所述磁铁棒在由肩台和档条围合的空间内沿喷孔的轴向移动;
所述喷嘴包括环形套管、设置在环形套管一端的端板、设置在端板中心的喷嘴管以及设置在喷嘴管端部的锥形喷口,所述端板上还设置有环绕在喷嘴管外周的环形档边,所述喷嘴管与锥形喷口内设置有与环形套管内部连通的液体通道,所述喷嘴管与环形档边之间围合形成环形沟槽;

本发明的有益效果在于,本发明的密封阀本体中的阀孔用来通过液体,阀孔上端的密封槽可以容置磁铁棒利于封堵阀孔,阀孔下端的锥台孔与存液槽可以储存一部分液体,用来浸润喷口,防止喷嘴内的液体快速挥发结晶,喷嘴与喷管通过密封阀密封,防止喷嘴与喷管连接处漏气。
喷管与喷嘴通过卡接或螺纹连接,方便拆卸更换。
喷管主体的喷孔中的肩台用于阻挡磁铁棒封堵进液端,相邻档条之间可形成液体流动的气槽,液体沿气槽流动不会受到磁铁棒的影响,当磁铁棒运动到另一端时封堵喷管外的喷嘴,磁铁棒在喷孔内的运动实现喷管的开闭。
喷嘴的锥形喷口处为锥面设计,防止液体挂滴。喷嘴管外侧有环形档边和环形沟槽,防止细长喷嘴管被外力破坏,沟槽还可以在安装密封盖时,卡住密封盖,使密封盖不易脱落。本发明安装方便,喷液效果好。
本发明结构巧妙简单,利于实现装置的小型化。

如图1所示,一种密封阀,其包括密封阀主体1以及设置在密封阀主体1上的圆柱形阀孔2,所述阀孔2的底端设置有锥台孔3,所述锥台孔3与阀孔2同轴设置,所述锥台孔3的小底一端与阀孔2的底端连通。所述密封阀主体1为圆柱体,材料选用弹性密封材料,如橡胶,优选为硅胶。
实施例2
如图2所示,同实施例1,区别在于,所述阀孔2的顶端设置有密封槽5,所述密封槽5与密封阀主体1的顶面的连接处通过圆弧过渡。
实施例3
如图3所示,同实施例2,区别在于,所述锥台孔3的大底一端连通有圆柱形存液槽4,所述锥台孔3与存液槽4同轴设置,所述存液槽4的直径大于锥台孔3的大底的直径。
实施例4
如图4所示,一种出液结构,其包括喷管以及设置在喷管端部的喷嘴。
所述喷管包括喷管主体1-1、沿喷管主体1-1轴向设置的喷孔1-2以及设置在喷孔1-2内的磁铁棒1-3,所述喷孔1-2的内壁上均匀设置有若干个沿喷孔1-2轴向的档条1-4,每个所述档条1-4的一端设置有向喷孔1-2中心延伸的肩台1-5,所述磁铁棒1-3在由肩台1-5和档条1-4围合的空间内沿喷孔1-2的轴向移动。
喷管主体与试剂盒固定连接,喷管主体内的喷孔与试剂盒6的出液孔7相连通。所述喷管主体1-1中肩台1-5所处的一端为进液端,试剂盒内的液体试剂从进液端流入喷管主体的喷孔中。
若干个所述肩台1-5围合的圆形截面内径小于磁铁棒1-3的截面外径,若干个所述档条1-4围合的圆形截面内径大于磁铁棒1-3的截面外径。肩台可阻挡磁铁棒向试剂盒的出液孔移动,以防止磁铁棒封堵出液口。相邻档条之间形成气槽,液体试剂可通过气槽在喷孔内流动而不受磁铁棒的影响。
所述喷嘴包括环形套管2-1、设置在环形套管2-1一端的端板2-2、设置在端板2-2中心的喷嘴管2-3以及设置在喷嘴管2-3端部的锥形喷口2-4,所述端板2-2上还设置有环绕在喷嘴管2-3外周的环形档边2-5,所述喷嘴管2-3与锥形喷口2-4内设置有与环形套管2-1内部连通的液体通道2-6,所述喷嘴管2-3与环形档边2-5之间围合形成环形沟槽2-7。
喷嘴的锥形喷口处为锥面设计,防止液体挂滴。所述喷嘴管2-3为锥台形或圆柱形,喷嘴管外侧有环形档边和环形沟槽,防止细长喷嘴管被外力破坏,沟槽还可以在安装密封盖时,卡住密封盖,使密封盖不易脱落。
所述环形套管2-1与喷管主体1-1螺纹连接。具体的,所述喷管主体1-1在位于肩台1-5一端的外侧设置有外螺纹1-6,所述环形套管2-1的开口端设置有与所述外螺纹1-6配合的内螺纹2-8。
所述环形套管2-1内设置有密封阀。密封阀的具体结构可以为实施例1~3任意一种,放置方向为锥形孔的小底一侧靠近喷管,锥形孔的大底一侧靠近喷嘴,密封阀主体与环形套管过盈配合,实现密封,防止液体从缝隙处漏出。阀孔将喷管的喷孔以及喷嘴的液体通道连通。喷管主体与环形套管的连接端并无肩台,磁铁棒可以抵触密封阀。密封阀为硅胶材料,具有弹性,受磁铁棒挤压后,阀孔被堵住,达到密封作用,从而阻断液体试剂进入喷嘴中,达到停止出液的效果。
当密封阀中存在密封槽时,密封槽与密封阀主体的顶面的连接处通过圆弧过渡,可引导磁铁棒进入密封槽内,由于阀孔设置在密封槽的中心,更利于磁铁棒与阀孔的对合定位,避免磁铁棒偏离阀孔而造成漏液。
当密封阀中存在存液槽时,存液槽可存储一部分液体试剂,用来浸润喷嘴,防止锥形喷口处液体快速挥发结晶而堵塞喷嘴。
所述磁铁棒1-3为圆柱形。所述档条1-4为三个以上,均匀分布在喷孔内壁上,附图4中显示为6个。档条的数量过少(一个或两个)会导致磁铁棒在运动过程中贴在喷孔内壁上,过多则会使相邻的档条间的气槽过窄,均会造成流动阻力变大。
为了实现磁铁棒在喷孔内的运动,可以在喷管主体的进液端外套装电磁铁,喷管主体的连接环台外套置永磁铁圈,永磁铁圈与磁铁棒极性相反,吸引磁铁棒封堵喷嘴,停止出液。当需要排出液体时,电磁铁通电,电磁铁的磁力大于永磁铁圈的磁力,磁铁棒被吸引至进液端,肩台抵住磁铁棒,液体试剂通过气槽进入喷嘴后排出。
实施例5
如图5所示,同实施例4,区别在于,所述环形套管2-1与喷管主体1-1卡接。具体的,所述喷管主体1-1在与肩台1-5相对的另一端外侧设置有连接环台1-7,所述连接环台1-7的外侧设置有环形凸台1-8,所述环形套管2-1的开口端设置有与所述环形凸台配合1-8的环形凹槽2-9。喷嘴与喷管主体上的环形凸台相配合,连接环台***环形套管内,安装方便直接,不易脱落。液体试剂经试剂盒的出液口和喷管后,经密封阀的阀孔,再由喷嘴内的液体通道喷出。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

1.一种密封阀,其特征在于,其包括密封阀主体(1)以及设置在密封阀主体(1)上的圆柱形阀孔(2),所述阀孔(2)的底端设置有锥台孔(3),所述锥台孔(3)与阀孔(2)同轴设置,所述锥台孔(3)的小底一端与阀孔(2)的底端连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的密封阀,其特征在于,所述锥台孔(3)的大底一端连通有圆柱形存液槽(4),所述锥台孔(3)与存液槽(4)同轴设置,所述存液槽(4)的直径大于锥台孔(3)的大底的直径。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的密封阀,其特征在于,所述阀孔(2)的顶端设置有密封槽(5),所述密封槽(5)与密封阀主体(1)的顶面的连接处通过圆弧过渡。
4.根据权利要求1所述的密封阀,其特征在于,所述密封阀主体(1)为圆柱体。
5.一种包含权利要求1~4任一项所述的密封阀的出液结构,其特征在于,其包括喷管以及设置在喷管端部的喷嘴;
所述喷管包括喷管主体(1-1)、沿喷管主体(1-1)轴向设置的喷孔(1-2)以及设置在喷孔(1-2)内的磁铁棒(1-3),所述喷孔(1-2)的内壁上均匀设置有若干个沿喷孔(1-2)轴向的档条(1-4),每个所述档条(1-4)的一端设置有向喷孔(1-2)中心延伸的肩台(1-5),所述磁铁棒(1-3)在由肩台(1-5)和档条(1-4)围合的空间内沿喷孔(1-2)的轴向移动;
所述喷嘴包括环形套管(2-1)、设置在环形套管(2-1)一端的端板(2-2)、设置在端板(2-2)中心的喷嘴管(2-3)以及设置在喷嘴管(2-3)端部的锥形喷口(2-4),所述端板(2-2)上还设置有环绕在喷嘴管(2-3)外周的环形档边(2-5),所述喷嘴管(2-3)与锥形喷口(2-4)内设置有与环形套管(2-1)内部连通的液体通道(2-6),所述喷嘴管(2-3)与环形档边(2-5)之间围合形成环形沟槽(2-7);
所述环形套管(2-1)与喷管主体(1-1)通过螺纹连接或卡接;所述环形套管(2-1)内设置有密封阀。
6.根据权利要求5所述的出液结构,其特征在于,所述喷管主体(1-1)在位于肩台(1-5)一端的外侧设置有外螺纹(1-6),所述环形套管(2-1)的开口端设置有与所述外螺纹(1-6)配合的内螺纹(2-8)。
7.根据权利要求5所述的出液结构,其特征在于,所述喷管主体(1-1)在与肩台(1-5)相对的另一端外侧设置有连接环台(1-7),所述连接环台(1-7)的外侧设置有环形凸台(1-8),所述环形套管(2-1)的开口端设置有与所述环形凸台配合(1-8)的环形凹槽(2-9)。
8.根据权利要求5~7任一项所述的出液结构,其特征在于,所述磁铁棒(1-3)为圆柱形。
9.根据权利要求5所述的出液结构,其特征在于,所述档条(1-4)为三个以上。
10.根据权利要求9所述的出液结构,其特征在于,若干个所述肩台(1-5)围合的圆形截面内径小于磁铁棒(1-3)的截面外径,若干个所述档条(1-4)围合的圆形截面内径大于磁铁棒(1-3)的截面外径。
