The pump-equipped tank truck monitoring system of claim 5, wherein the liquid discharge pump control system comprises a first microprocessor, an electronic lead seal arranged at a liquid discharge port of the pump-equipped tank truck, an electric valve arranged on a liquid discharge pipeline, a camera arranged in an operating chamber of the pump-equipped tank truck and a speed sensor arranged on the pump-equipped tank truck; the electronic lead seal, the camera, the liquid discharge pump and the speed sensor are respectively connected with the first microprocessor.

The pump-equipped tank truck monitoring system according to claim 6, wherein the vehicle-mounted terminal comprises a second microprocessor, a data memory, a satellite positioning module, a pump-equipped tank truck state information acquisition module, a liquid discharge pump and a wireless communication transmission module, which are respectively connected with the second microprocessor; the first microprocessor is connected with the second microprocessor, the second microprocessor is connected with an image recognition module, and the image recognition module is connected with the camera.
