In some embodiments, the second judging unit is configured to obtain dangerous chemical operation data during operation of the dangerous chemical transportation tank truck, where the dangerous chemical operation data includes: temperature data, humidity data, liquid level data, and gas concentration data; comparing the dangerous chemical operation data with a corresponding preset threshold value respectively, and if any dangerous chemical operation data exceeds the preset threshold value, generating an abnormal condition of the dangerous chemical, wherein the dangerous chemical transportation tank truck is in dangerous operation; and if the dangerous chemical operation data do not exceed the preset threshold, the dangerous chemical is in a normal state, and the dangerous chemical transportation tank truck is in normal operation.

Claims (10)
1. The comprehensive monitoring method for the running state of the dangerous chemical transportation tank truck is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
acquiring vehicle operation data and dangerous chemical operation data of a dangerous chemical transportation tank car; the vehicle operation data and the dangerous chemical operation data are transmitted to a monitoring center in real time, and the dangerous chemical transportation tank truck is comprehensively monitored through a display screen of the monitoring center;
based on the vehicle operation data, carrying out risk judgment on the dangerous chemical transportation tank truck to obtain a first judgment result, and based on the dangerous chemical operation data, carrying out risk judgment on the dangerous chemical transportation tank truck to obtain a second judgment result;
and based on the first judgment result and the second judgment result, an emergency treatment scheme is formulated, and based on the emergency treatment scheme, communication guidance is conducted on the dangerous chemical transportation tank truck.
2. The method for comprehensively monitoring the operation state of a hazardous chemical substance transportation tank car according to claim 1, wherein the process of acquiring the vehicle operation data and the hazardous chemical substance operation data of the hazardous chemical substance transportation tank car comprises the steps of:
install intelligent vehicle terminal on dangerous chemicals transportation tank car, wherein intelligent vehicle terminal includes: the system comprises a sensor module, a wireless communication module, an automatic reminding module and a GPS positioning module;
and acquiring vehicle operation data and dangerous chemical operation data of the dangerous chemical transportation tank car through the sensor module, setting preset time through the automatic reminding module, and reminding a driver to stop and rest if the dangerous chemical transportation tank car operation time exceeds the preset time.

The method for comprehensively monitoring the operation state of the hazardous chemical substance transportation tank truck according to claim 2, wherein the process of comprehensively monitoring the hazardous chemical transportation tank truck through a monitoring center display screen comprises the following steps:
the vehicle operation data and the dangerous chemical operation data are transmitted to a monitoring center base station in real time through the wireless communication module, the monitoring center base station transmits the vehicle data and the dangerous chemical data to a Web server through a GPRS network, and the vehicle data and the dangerous chemical data are displayed in real time through a display screen connected with the Web server.
4. The method for comprehensively monitoring the operating state of the hazardous chemical substance transport tank truck according to claim 1, wherein the process of obtaining the first judgment result comprises the following steps:
acquiring vehicle operation data in the operation process of the dangerous chemical transportation tank truck, wherein the vehicle operation data comprises: vehicle body vibration data, travel speed, and travel position;
comparing the vehicle body vibration data with a preset vibration value, counting the duration of the vehicle body vibration data if the vehicle body vibration data exceeds the preset vibration value, obtaining vehicle body posture data based on the duration, judging the risk of the dangerous chemical transportation tank truck based on the vehicle body posture data and the running speed, judging the dangerous chemical transportation tank truck as dangerous operation if any one of the vehicle body posture data and the running speed exceeds a standard value, and judging the dangerous chemical transportation tank truck as normal operation if the vehicle body posture data and the running speed do not exceed the standard value.
5. The method for comprehensively monitoring the operating state of the hazardous chemical substance transport tank truck according to claim 1, wherein the process of obtaining the second judgment result comprises the following steps:
acquiring dangerous chemical operation data in the operation process of the dangerous chemical transportation tank truck, wherein the dangerous chemical operation data comprises the following steps: temperature data, humidity data, liquid level data, and gas concentration data;
comparing the dangerous chemical operation data with a corresponding preset threshold value respectively, and if any dangerous chemical operation data exceeds the preset threshold value, generating an abnormal condition of the dangerous chemical, wherein the dangerous chemical transportation tank truck is in dangerous operation; and if the dangerous chemical operation data do not exceed the preset threshold, the dangerous chemical is in a normal state, and the dangerous chemical transportation tank truck is in normal operation.

the data transmission module is used for transmitting the vehicle operation data and the dangerous chemical operation data to a monitoring center in real time, and comprehensively monitoring the dangerous chemical transportation tank car through a display screen of the monitoring center;
the data judging module is used for judging the dangerously of the dangerous chemical transportation tank car based on the vehicle operation data to obtain a first judging result, and judging the dangerously of the dangerous chemical transportation tank car based on the dangerous chemical operation data to obtain a second judging result;
the emergency treatment module is used for making an emergency treatment scheme based on the first judgment result and the second judgment result and carrying out communication guidance on the dangerous chemical transportation tank truck based on the emergency treatment scheme.

the sensor module is used for acquiring vehicle operation data and dangerous chemical operation data of the dangerous chemical transportation tank car, the automatic reminding module is used for setting preset time, and reminding a driver to stop and rest if the dangerous chemical transportation tank car operation time exceeds the preset time.

The comprehensive monitoring system for the operation state of a hazardous chemical transportation tank truck according to claim 9, wherein the second judging unit is configured to obtain hazardous chemical operation data during operation of the hazardous chemical transportation tank truck, and wherein the hazardous chemical operation data includes: temperature data, humidity data, liquid level data, and gas concentration data; comparing the dangerous chemical operation data with a corresponding preset threshold value respectively, and if any dangerous chemical operation data exceeds the preset threshold value, generating an abnormal condition of the dangerous chemical, wherein the dangerous chemical transportation tank truck is in dangerous operation; and if the dangerous chemical operation data do not exceed the preset threshold, the dangerous chemical is in a normal state, and the dangerous chemical transportation tank truck is in normal operation.
