Referring to fig. 1 and 3, in some embodiments of the present invention, the height adjusting mechanism 300 includes a support screw 310, a fixing nut 320, and an adjusting nut 330, one end of the support screw 310 is fixedly connected to the frame 20, and the other end of the support screw 310 is mounted on the second cross member 210 through the fixing nut 320 and the adjusting nut 330.
Specifically, the first cross beam 110 is provided with a first mounting plate, which may be integrally formed with the first cross beam 110 or may be a separate structure, and is fixedly connected to the first cross beam 110 by a fixing member or a welding manner. When the distance between the first conveying mechanism 100 and the second conveying mechanism 200 needs to be adjusted, the fixing nut 320 is loosened, the adjusting nut 330 is adjusted to a proper position of the supporting screw 310, and then the fixing nut 320 is screwed on the supporting screw 310 to complete the height adjustment of the conveying channel. Therefore, the height adjusting mechanism 300 provided by the embodiment has a simple structure and is convenient to adjust.
It is understood that the height adjustment mechanism 300 may also have other configurations, such as a slider-to-rail configuration, and is not limited thereto.
Referring to fig. 1, 4 and 5, in some embodiments of the present invention, the first polishing mechanism 400 includes a bracket 410 of a first motor 420, a first motor 420 group mounted on the bracket 410 of the first motor 420, and a first polishing wheel 430, the bracket 410 of the first motor 420 is disposed on the frame 20, the first motor 420 group includes two first motors 420, the two first motors 420 are disposed in an up-and-down direction, the first polishing wheel 430 is mounted on a rotating shaft corresponding to the first motor 420, an axis of the first polishing wheel 430 is parallel to a surface of the workpiece 10, and the two polishing wheels can respectively polish an upper surface and a lower surface of the workpiece 10 when the workpiece 10 is conveyed to the first polishing mechanism 400 by the press conveying device 30.
In this embodiment, the first motor 420 groups are provided with two groups, the two groups of first motor 420 groups are arranged along the conveying direction of the workpiece 10, the first polishing wheel 430 is installed on each group of first motor 420 groups, and two-stage polishing can be realized on the workpiece 10 by arranging the two groups of first motors 420 groups, so that the polishing precision is improved.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, in some embodiments of the present invention, the bracket 410 of the first motor 420 is disposed on the frame 20 through the rotating mechanism 600, so that the bracket 410 of the first motor 420 has a first position and a second position relative to the frame 20, when the bracket 410 of the first motor 420 is located at the first position, the first polishing mechanism 400 can polish the workpiece 10, when the bracket 410 of the first motor 420 is located at the second position, the first polishing wheel 430 can be disassembled and assembled, the rotating mechanism 600 includes a shaft sleeve 610 and a positioning shaft 620, the shaft sleeve 610 is sleeved on the positioning shaft 620 and can rotate around the positioning shaft 620, and a locking mechanism 700 is disposed between the shaft sleeve 610 and the positioning shaft 620, so as to lock the bracket 410 of the first motor 420 at the first position or the second position.
It is understood that in some embodiments, the positioning shaft 620 is disposed on the bracket 410 of the first motor 420, the shaft sleeve 610 is disposed on the frame 20, and the shaft sleeve 610 is disposed on the positioning shaft 620, so that the rotation of the bracket 410 of the first motor 420 relative to the frame 20 can be realized as well, which will not be described in detail herein.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, in some embodiments of the present invention, the locking mechanism 700 includes a locking pin 710 and two locking sleeves 720, the locking pin 710 is disposed on the positioning shaft 620 and can move along an axial direction of the positioning shaft 620, the two locking sleeves 720 are disposed on the shaft sleeve 610 at intervals and distributed along a circumference of the shaft sleeve 610, and the locking pin 710 can pass through the corresponding locking sleeve 720.
In this embodiment, a pressing cover is disposed on the positioning shaft 620, the pressing cover is fixedly connected to the positioning shaft 620, the locking pin 710 is disposed on the pressing cover, a central angle formed by the two locking sleeves 720 on the circumference of the shaft sleeve 610 is 90 degrees, when the locking pin 710 is inserted into one of the locking sleeves 720, the first polishing wheel 430 can be disassembled and assembled to replace the first polishing wheel 430 when the bracket 410 of the first motor 420 is located at the first position and the first polishing mechanism 400 can polish the workpiece 10 when the bracket 410 of the first motor 420 is located at the first position, and when the locking pin 710 is inserted into the other locking sleeve 720 and the bracket 410 of the first motor 420 is located at the second position.
In order to facilitate the pulling out of the locking pin 710 from the corresponding lock sleeve 720 and the insertion of the locking pin 710 into the corresponding lock sleeve 720, the locking pin 710 is provided with the pulling member 711, the positioning shaft 620 is provided with the supporting block 621, one end of the pulling member 711 is rotatably connected with the supporting block 621, the middle part of the pulling member 711 is rotatably connected with the locking pin 710, the locking pin 710 can be pulled out from the corresponding lock sleeve 720 or the locking pin 710 is inserted into the corresponding lock sleeve 720 by applying a certain force to the other end of the pulling member 711, so that the locking mechanism 700 is conveniently opened or locked, and time and labor are saved.
It is understood that in some embodiments, the central angle formed by the two locking sleeves 720 on the circumference of the sleeve 610 can be set to other angles, as long as the bracket 410 of the first motor 420 can be used for mounting and dismounting the first polishing wheel 430 when the bracket 410 is located at the second position, and the frame 20 does not obstruct the mounting and dismounting of the first polishing wheel 430, which is not limited herein.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, in some embodiments of the present invention, the second polishing mechanism 500 includes a second motor 510 mounted on the frame 20 and a second polishing wheel 520, the second polishing wheel 520 is mounted on a rotating shaft of the second motor 510, an axis of the second polishing wheel 520 is parallel to an end surface of the workpiece 10, and the end surface of the workpiece 10 can be polished by the second polishing mechanism 500.
As shown in the drawings, in some embodiments, two sets of the second polishing mechanisms 500 are provided, and two sets of the second polishing mechanisms 500 are provided along the conveying direction of the workpiece 10, so that two-stage polishing of the workpiece 10 is realized, and the polishing precision is improved.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in some embodiments of the present invention, the polishing apparatus is provided with a blanking mechanism 900, and the blanking mechanism 900 is provided at the other end of the press conveyor 30 to unload the workpiece 10 at the end of the press conveyor 30; the feeding mechanism 800 and the blanking mechanism 900 both comprise a first linear guide rail 810, a first guide rail seat 820, a feeding piece 830, a feeding cylinder 840 and a material taking cylinder 850, the first linear guide rail 810 is arranged on the rack 20 along the conveying direction of the workpiece 10, the first guide rail seat 820 is arranged on the feeding piece 830, the first guide rail seat 820 is arranged on the first linear guide rail 810, the feeding cylinder 840 is arranged on the rack 20, the output end of the feeding cylinder 840 is connected with the feeding piece 830, the material taking cylinder 850 is arranged on the feeding piece 830, a suction cup 860 is arranged on the material taking cylinder, and the feeding piece 830 can move along the conveying direction of the workpiece 10 through the matching of the first linear guide rail 810 and the first guide rail seat 820 under the driving of the feeding cylinder 840. Through setting up feed mechanism 800 and unloading mechanism 900 to realize the automation of material loading, unloading, improve equipment's degree of automation.
It is understood that in some embodiments, the first linear guide 810 is disposed on the feeder 830, and accordingly, the first guide seat 820 is disposed on the frame 20, which also achieves the purpose of moving the feeder 830 along the conveying direction of the workpiece 10, and will not be described in detail herein.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in some embodiments of the present invention, a feeding frame 40 is disposed at one end of a pressing and conveying mechanism corresponding to a feeding mechanism 800, a discharging frame 50 is disposed at the other end of the pressing and conveying mechanism corresponding to a discharging mechanism 900, each of the feeding frame 40 and the discharging frame 50 includes a bottom plate 41, a sliding seat 42, and two side plates 43, the two side plates 43 are disposed on a frame 20 in an opposite manner, the bottom plate 41 is fixed to the sliding seat 42 and disposed between the two side plates 43, the two side plates 43 and the bottom plate 41 form the feeding frame, the frame 20 is disposed with a second linear guide rail 44, the sliding seat 42 is disposed with a second guide rail seat 45, the second guide rail seat 45 is mounted on the second linear guide rail 44, the frame 20 is disposed with a third motor 46 and a lifting screw 47, the sliding seat 42 is disposed with a nut 48, the third motor 46 is in transmission connection with the lifting. The lifting screw 47 is driven to rotate by the third motor 46, so that the nut 48 moves up and down along the lifting screw 47, and the slide 42 is driven to move up and down, and the workpiece 10 is driven to move up and down in the material frame.
It will be appreciated that in some embodiments, the second linear guide 44 is disposed on the slide 42, and correspondingly, the second guide seat 45 is disposed on the frame 20, which also achieves the purpose of moving the workpiece 10 up and down, and will not be described in detail herein.
During feeding, the workpiece 10 is placed on the feeding frame 40, the material taking cylinder 850 of the feeding mechanism 800 operates to drive the suction cup 860 on the material taking cylinder 850 to suck one workpiece 10, meanwhile, the slide seat 42 is driven by the third motor 46 to rise by the thickness of one workpiece 10, the feeding cylinder 840 operates to convey the sucked workpiece 10 to the first conveying mechanism 100, the feeding cylinder 840 retracts, the material taking cylinder 850 is conveyed to the upper side of the feeding frame 40, and in this cycle, the feeding mechanism 800 automatically conveys the workpiece 10 in the feeding frame 40 to the first conveying mechanism 100.
During blanking, the material taking cylinder 850 of the blanking mechanism 900 operates to drive the suction cup 860 on the material taking cylinder 850 to suck one workpiece 10 on the first conveying mechanism 100, meanwhile, the slide seat 42 is driven by the third motor 46 to descend by the thickness of one workpiece 10, the material feeding cylinder 840 operates to convey the sucked workpiece 10 to the blanking frame 50, the material feeding cylinder 840 retracts to convey the material taking cylinder 850 to the upper side of the first conveying mechanism 100, and in this cycle, the blanking mechanism 900 automatically conveys the workpiece 10 on the first conveying mechanism 100 to the blanking frame 50.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and those skilled in the art can make equivalent modifications or substitutions without departing from the spirit of the invention, and such equivalent modifications or substitutions are included in the scope defined by the claims of the present application.

Claims (10)

1. An abrading device, comprising:
a frame;
the pressing conveying device comprises a first conveying mechanism and a second conveying mechanism, the first conveying mechanism is arranged on the rack, the second conveying mechanism is arranged above the first conveying mechanism, a conveying channel of a workpiece is formed between the first conveying mechanism and the second conveying mechanism, and the first conveying mechanism and the second conveying mechanism are configured to clamp the workpiece;
the first grinding mechanisms are oppositely arranged at two sides of the conveying channel so as to grind the upper surface and the lower surface of the corresponding end part of the workpiece;
the second grinding mechanisms are oppositely arranged on two sides of the conveying channel so as to grind the corresponding end parts of the workpieces;
and the feeding mechanism is arranged at one end of the pressing and conveying device and is used for conveying the workpiece to the pressing and conveying device.
2. The abrading device of claim 1, wherein the first delivery mechanism comprises:
the first cross beam is fixedly arranged on two sides of the rack;
two first conveying rollers which are rotatably arranged at two ends of the first cross beam;
the first conveying belt is arranged on the two first conveying rollers;
the first driving mechanism is arranged on the rack and is in transmission connection with one of the first conveying rollers.
3. The polishing apparatus as set forth in claim 1 or 2, wherein the second conveying mechanism comprises:
the second cross beams are arranged on two sides of the rack;
two second conveying rollers which are rotatably arranged at two ends of the second cross beam;
the second conveying belt is arranged on the two second conveying rollers;
the second driving mechanism is arranged on the second cross beam and is in transmission connection with one of the second conveying rollers; and a height adjusting mechanism for adjusting the height of the conveying channel is arranged between the second conveying mechanism and the rack.
4. The polishing apparatus as set forth in claim 3, wherein the height adjusting mechanism includes a support screw, a fixing nut, and an adjusting nut, one end of the support screw is fixedly connected to the frame, and the other end of the support screw is mounted on the second beam through the fixing nut and the adjusting nut.
5. The grinding apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first grinding mechanism includes a first motor bracket, a first motor group mounted on the first motor bracket, and a first polishing wheel, the first motor bracket being disposed on the frame, the first motor group including two first motors, the two first motors being disposed in an up-down direction, the first polishing wheel being mounted on a rotating shaft corresponding to the first motors.

The polishing apparatus as set forth in claim 5, wherein the first motor bracket is provided on the frame via a rotating mechanism, so that the first motor support has a first position and a second position relative to the frame, when the first motor support is in the first position, the first grinding mechanism is capable of grinding the workpiece, the first motor bracket is in a second position, the first polishing wheel can be disassembled and assembled, the rotating mechanism comprises a shaft sleeve and a positioning shaft, the shaft sleeve is sleeved on the positioning shaft, and can rotate around the positioning shaft, one of the positioning shaft and the shaft sleeve is arranged on the first motor bracket, and the other one is arranged on the frame, and a locking mechanism is arranged between the shaft sleeve and the positioning shaft so as to lock the first motor bracket at the first position or the second position.
7. The polishing apparatus as claimed in claim 6, wherein the locking mechanism includes a locking pin and two locking sleeves, the locking pin is disposed on the positioning shaft and can move along the axial direction of the positioning shaft, the two locking sleeves are disposed on the shaft sleeve at intervals and distributed along the circumference of the shaft sleeve, and the locking pin can be inserted into the corresponding locking sleeves.
8. The abrading apparatus of claim 1, wherein the second abrading mechanism includes a second motor mounted to the frame and a second polishing wheel mounted to a shaft of the second motor.

The polishing apparatus as set forth in claim 1, further comprising a blanking mechanism provided at the other end of the pressing conveyor to unload the workpiece at the end of the pressing conveyor; the feeding mechanism and the discharging mechanism respectively comprise a first linear guide rail, a first guide rail seat, a feeding part, a feeding air cylinder and a material taking air cylinder, one of the first linear guide rail and the first guide rail seat is arranged on the rack along the conveying direction of the workpiece, the other one of the first linear guide rail and the first guide rail seat is arranged on the feeding part, the first guide rail seat is arranged on the first linear guide rail, the feeding air cylinder is arranged on the rack, the output end of the feeding air cylinder is connected with the feeding part, and the material taking air cylinder is arranged on the feeding part.
10. The polishing device as claimed in claim 9, wherein a feeding frame is provided at an end of the pressing and conveying mechanism corresponding to the feeding mechanism, the other end of the pressing and conveying mechanism corresponding to the blanking mechanism is provided with a blanking frame, the feeding frame and the blanking frame respectively comprise a bottom plate, a sliding seat and two side plates, the two side plates are oppositely arranged on the frame, the bottom plate is fixed on the sliding seat and arranged between the two side plates, one of the machine frame and the sliding seat is provided with a second linear guide rail, the other one is provided with a second guide rail seat, the second guide rail seat is arranged on the second linear guide rail, the frame is provided with a third motor and a lifting screw rod, the sliding seat is provided with a nut, the third motor is in transmission connection with the lifting screw, and the nut is in threaded connection with the lifting screw.
