Referring to fig. 1 and 3, in some embodiments of the present invention, the height adjusting mechanism 300 includes a support screw 310, a fixing nut 320, and an adjusting nut 330, one end of the support screw 310 is fixedly connected to the frame 20, and the other end of the support screw 310 is mounted on the second beam 210 through the fixing nut 320 and the adjusting nut 330.
Specifically, the first beam 110 is provided with a first mounting plate, and the first mounting plate may be integrally formed with the first beam 110, or may be in a split structure and fixedly connected with the first beam 110 by a fixing member or a welding manner. The frame 20 is provided with a second mounting plate, and the second mounting plate can be integrally formed with the frame 20, can also be in a split structure, and is fixedly connected with the frame 20 through a fixing piece or a welding mode. The first mounting plate and the second mounting plate are respectively provided with a through hole, and one end of the supporting screw 310 penetrates through the through hole of the second mounting plate and is fixedly connected with the second mounting plate; the adjusting nut 330 is screwed to the supporting screw 310, and the other end of the supporting screw 310 is inserted into the through hole of the first mounting plate and is mounted on the second beam 210 through the fixing nut 320 and the adjusting nut 330. When the distance between the first conveying mechanism 100 and the second conveying mechanism 200 needs to be adjusted, the fixing nut 320 is loosened, the adjusting nut 330 is adjusted to a proper position of the supporting screw 310, and then the fixing nut 320 is screwed on the supporting screw 310, so that the height adjustment of the conveying channel can be completed. Thus, the height adjusting mechanism 300 provided in this embodiment is simple in structure and convenient to adjust.
It should be understood that the height adjustment mechanism 300 may also take other configurations, such as a slider-rail mating configuration, without limitation.
Referring to fig. 1, 4, and 5, in some embodiments of the present invention, the first polishing mechanism 400 includes a first motor 420 supporter 410, a first motor 420 set installed on the first motor 420 supporter 410, the first motor 420 supporter 410 being provided on the frame 20, the first motor 420 set including two first motors 420, the two first motors 420 being provided in an up-down direction, the first polishing wheels 430 being installed on rotating shafts of the corresponding first motors 420, axes of the first polishing wheels 430 being parallel to a surface of the workpiece 10, and the two polishing wheels being capable of polishing upper and lower surfaces of the workpiece 10, respectively, when the workpiece 10 is transferred to the first polishing mechanism 400 by the press transfer apparatus 30.
In this embodiment, two groups of first motors 420 are provided, the two groups of first motors 420 are disposed along the conveying direction of the workpiece 10, each group of first motors 420 is provided with a first polishing wheel 430, and two-stage polishing can be achieved on the workpiece 10 by providing two groups of first motors 420, so that polishing precision is improved.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, in some embodiments of the present invention, the first motor 420 support 410 is disposed on the frame 20 through the rotation mechanism 600, such that the first motor 420 support 410 has a first position and a second position with respect to the frame 20, the first polishing mechanism 400 is capable of polishing the workpiece 10 when the first motor 420 support 410 is located at the first position, and the first polishing wheel 430 is capable of being detached when the first motor 420 support 410 is located at the second position, the rotation mechanism 600 includes a sleeve 610 and a positioning shaft 620, the sleeve 610 is sleeved on the positioning shaft 620 and is rotatable about the positioning shaft 620, and a locking mechanism 700 is provided between the sleeve 610 and the positioning shaft 620 to lock the first motor 420 support 410 at the first position or the second position.
It will be appreciated that in some embodiments, the positioning shaft 620 is disposed on the first motor 420 bracket 410, the shaft sleeve 610 is disposed on the frame 20, and the shaft sleeve 610 is sleeved on the positioning shaft 620, so that the rotation of the first motor 420 bracket 410 relative to the frame 20 can be achieved, which is not described in detail herein.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, in some embodiments of the present invention, the locking mechanism 700 includes a locking pin 710 and two locking sleeves 720, the locking pin 710 is disposed on the positioning shaft 620 and is movable along an axial direction of the positioning shaft 620, the two locking sleeves 720 are spaced apart from each other on the shaft sleeve 610 and are distributed along a circumference of the shaft sleeve 610, and the locking pin 710 can be inserted through the corresponding locking sleeve 720.
In this embodiment, a gland is disposed on the positioning shaft 620, the gland is fixedly connected with the positioning shaft 620, the locking pin 710 is disposed on the gland, the central angle formed by the two lock sleeves 720 on the circumference of the shaft sleeve 610 is 90 degrees, when the locking pin 710 is inserted into one of the lock sleeves 720, the first motor 420 bracket 410 is located at the first position, the first polishing mechanism 400 can polish the workpiece 10, when the locking pin 710 is inserted into the other lock sleeve 720, the first motor 420 bracket 410 is located at the second position, and at this time, the first polishing wheel 430 can be disassembled and assembled to replace the first polishing wheel 430.
In order to facilitate the pulling out of the locking pin 710 from the corresponding lock sleeve 720 and the insertion of the locking pin 710 into the corresponding lock sleeve 720, a pulling-out piece 711 is provided on the locking pin 710, a supporting block 621 is provided on the positioning shaft 620, one end of the pulling-out piece 711 is rotatably connected with the supporting block 621, the middle part of the pulling-out piece 711 is rotatably connected with the locking pin 710, and the locking pin 710 can be pulled out from the corresponding lock sleeve 720 or the locking pin 710 can be inserted into the corresponding lock sleeve 720 by applying a certain force to the other end of the pulling-out piece 711, thereby facilitating the unlocking or locking of the locking mechanism 700, and saving time and labor.
It will be appreciated that in some embodiments, the central angle formed by the two lock sleeves 720 on the circumference of the sleeve 610 may be set at other angles, so long as the first motor 420 bracket 410 is located at the second position, and the frame 20 does not obstruct the disassembly of the first polishing wheel 430, which is not limited herein.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, in some embodiments of the present invention, the second polishing mechanism 500 includes a second motor 510 mounted on the frame 20 and a second polishing wheel 520, the second polishing wheel 520 is mounted on a rotating shaft of the second motor 510, and an axis of the second polishing wheel 520 is parallel to an end surface of the workpiece 10, and the end surface of the workpiece 10 can be polished by the second polishing mechanism 500.
As shown, in some embodiments, the second polishing mechanisms 500 are provided with two groups, and the two groups of second polishing mechanisms 500 are disposed along the conveying direction of the workpiece 10, so as to achieve two-stage polishing on the workpiece 10 and improve polishing accuracy.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in some embodiments of the present invention, the polishing apparatus is provided with a discharging mechanism 900, and the discharging mechanism 900 is provided at the other end of the press conveyor 30 to unload the workpiece 10 at the end of the press conveyor 30; the feeding mechanism 800 and the discharging mechanism 900 respectively comprise a first linear guide rail 810, a first guide rail seat 820, a feeding member 830, a feeding air cylinder 840 and a material taking air cylinder 850, wherein the first linear guide rail 810 is arranged on the frame 20 along the conveying direction of the workpiece 10, the first guide rail seat 820 is arranged on the feeding member 830, the first guide rail seat 820 is arranged on the first linear guide rail 810, the feeding air cylinder 840 is arranged on the frame 20, the output end of the feeding air cylinder 840 is connected with the feeding member 830, the material taking air cylinder 850 is arranged on the feeding member 830, the material taking air cylinder is provided with a sucker 860, and the feeding member 830 can move along the conveying direction of the workpiece 10 through the cooperation of the first linear guide rail 810 and the first guide rail seat 820 under the driving of the feeding air cylinder 840. By arranging the feeding mechanism 800 and the discharging mechanism 900, the automation of feeding and discharging is realized, and the automation degree of the equipment is improved.
It will be appreciated that in some embodiments, the first linear guide 810 is disposed on the feeding member 830, and accordingly, the first guide seat 820 is disposed on the frame 20, so that the feeding member 830 can move along the conveying direction of the workpiece 10, which will not be described in detail herein.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in some embodiments of the present invention, a feeding frame 40 is disposed at one end of a pressing and conveying mechanism corresponding to a feeding mechanism 800, a discharging frame 50 is disposed at the other end of the pressing and conveying mechanism corresponding to a discharging mechanism 900, the feeding frame 40 and the discharging frame 50 each include a bottom plate 41, a sliding seat 42 and two side plates 43, the two side plates 43 are oppositely disposed on a frame 20, the bottom plate 41 is fixed on the sliding seat 42 and disposed between the two side plates 43, the two side plates 43 and the bottom plate 41 form a material frame, the frame 20 is provided with a second linear guide rail 44, the sliding seat 42 is provided with a second guide rail seat 45, the second guide rail seat 45 is mounted on the second linear guide rail 44, the frame 20 is provided with a third motor 46 and a lifting screw 47, the sliding seat 42 is provided with a nut 48, the third motor 46 is in driving connection with the lifting screw 47, and the lifting screw 47 is in threaded connection with the nut 48. The third motor 46 drives the lifting screw 47 to rotate, so that the nut 48 moves up and down along the lifting screw 47, and then drives the slide carriage 42 to move up and down, and drives the workpiece 10 to move up and down in the material frame.
It will be appreciated that in some embodiments, the second linear guide 44 is disposed on the carriage 42, and correspondingly, the second guide seat 45 is disposed on the frame 20, which may also achieve the purpose of moving the workpiece 10 up and down, which will not be described in detail herein.
During feeding, the workpiece 10 is placed on the feeding frame 40, the feeding cylinder 850 of the feeding mechanism 800 acts to drive the sucking disc 860 on the feeding cylinder 850 to suck one workpiece 10, meanwhile, the sliding seat 42 is driven by the third motor 46 to rise by a distance equal to the thickness of the workpiece 10, the feeding cylinder 840 acts to convey the sucked workpiece 10 to the first conveying mechanism 100, the feeding cylinder 840 retracts, the feeding cylinder 850 is conveyed to the upper portion of the feeding frame 40, and the feeding mechanism 800 automatically conveys the workpiece 10 in the feeding frame 40 to the first conveying mechanism 100 in such a cycle.
During blanking, the feeding cylinder 850 of the blanking mechanism 900 acts to drive the sucking disc 860 on the feeding cylinder 850 to suck a workpiece 10 on the first conveying mechanism 100, meanwhile, the sliding seat 42 is driven by the third motor 46 to descend by a distance equal to the thickness of the workpiece 10, the feeding cylinder 840 acts to convey the sucked workpiece 10 to the blanking frame 50, the feeding cylinder 840 retracts, the feeding cylinder 850 is conveyed to the position above the first conveying mechanism 100, and the blanking mechanism 900 automatically conveys the workpiece 10 on the first conveying mechanism 100 to the blanking frame 50 in such a cycle.
The technical features of the above-described embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above-described embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description.

Claims (6)

1. A grinding apparatus, comprising:
A frame;
The pressing conveying device comprises a first conveying mechanism and a second conveying mechanism, wherein the first conveying mechanism is arranged on the frame, the second conveying mechanism is arranged above the first conveying mechanism, a conveying channel for a workpiece is formed between the first conveying mechanism and the second conveying mechanism, and the first conveying mechanism and the second conveying mechanism are configured to clamp the workpiece;
The first polishing mechanisms are oppositely arranged at two sides of the conveying channel to polish the upper and lower surfaces of the corresponding end parts of the workpiece;
The second polishing mechanisms are oppositely arranged at two sides of the conveying channel to polish the corresponding end parts of the workpiece;
The feeding mechanism is arranged at one end of the compaction conveying device so as to convey the workpiece to the compaction conveying device;
A blanking mechanism;
The first polishing mechanism comprises a first motor bracket, a first motor group and a first polishing wheel, wherein the first motor group is installed on the first motor bracket, the first motor bracket is arranged on the frame, the first motor group comprises two first motors, the two first motors are arranged in the vertical direction, and the first polishing wheel is installed on a rotating shaft corresponding to the first motors;
the first motor support is arranged on the frame through a rotating mechanism, so that the first motor support has a first position and a second position relative to the frame, when the first motor support is positioned at the first position, the first polishing mechanism can polish the workpiece, when the first motor support is positioned at the second position, the first polishing wheel can be disassembled and assembled, the rotating mechanism comprises a shaft sleeve and a positioning shaft, the shaft sleeve is sleeved on the positioning shaft and can rotate around the positioning shaft, one of the positioning shaft and the shaft sleeve is arranged on the first motor support, the other one of the positioning shaft and the shaft sleeve is arranged on the frame, and a locking mechanism is arranged between the shaft sleeve and the positioning shaft so as to lock the first motor support at the first position or the second position;
the locking mechanism comprises a locking pin and two lock sleeves, wherein the locking pin is arranged on the positioning shaft and can move along the axial direction of the positioning shaft, the two lock sleeves are arranged on the shaft sleeve at intervals and distributed along the circumference of the shaft sleeve, and the locking pin can penetrate through the corresponding lock sleeve;
The blanking mechanism is arranged at the other end of the compaction conveying device so as to unload the workpiece at the tail end of the compaction conveying device; the feeding mechanism and the discharging mechanism comprise a first linear guide rail, a first guide rail seat, a feeding piece, a feeding cylinder and a material taking cylinder, one of the first linear guide rail and the first guide rail seat is arranged on the frame along the conveying direction of the workpiece, the other is arranged on the feeding piece, the first guide rail seat is arranged on the first linear guide rail, the feeding cylinder is arranged on the frame, the output end of the feeding cylinder is connected with the feeding piece, and the material taking cylinder is arranged on the feeding piece.
2. The grinding apparatus defined in claim 1 wherein the first conveying mechanism comprises:
The first cross beam is fixedly arranged on two sides of the frame;
the two first conveying rollers are rotatably arranged at two ends of the first cross beam;
the first conveying belt is arranged on the two first conveying rollers;
the first driving mechanism is arranged on the frame and is in transmission connection with one of the first conveying rollers.
3. A sanding device according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the second conveying mechanism comprises:
the second cross beams are arranged on two sides of the frame;
the two second conveying rollers are rotatably arranged at two ends of the second cross beam;
The second conveying belt is arranged on the two second conveying rollers;
the second driving mechanism is arranged on the second cross beam and is in transmission connection with one of the second conveying rollers; and a height adjusting mechanism for adjusting the height of the conveying channel is arranged between the second conveying mechanism and the frame.

A grinding apparatus as defined in claim 3, wherein the height adjustment mechanism includes a support screw, a fixing nut and an adjustment nut, one end of the support screw being fixedly connected to the frame, and the other end of the support screw being mounted on the second cross member by the fixing nut and the adjustment nut.
5. A polishing apparatus according to claim 1 wherein the second polishing mechanism comprises a second motor mounted on the frame and a second polishing wheel mounted on a spindle of the second motor.

The polishing device according to claim 1, wherein a feeding frame is arranged at one end of the compaction conveying device corresponding to the feeding mechanism, a discharging frame is arranged at the other end of the compaction conveying device corresponding to the discharging mechanism, the feeding frame and the discharging frame comprise a bottom plate, a sliding seat and two side plates, the two side plates are oppositely arranged on the frame, the bottom plate is fixed on the sliding seat and arranged between the two side plates, one of the frame and the sliding seat is provided with a second linear guide rail, the other is provided with a second guide rail seat, the second guide rail seat is arranged on the second linear guide rail, a third motor and a lifting screw are arranged on the frame, a nut is arranged on the sliding seat, the third motor is in transmission connection with the lifting screw, and the nut is in threaded connection with the lifting screw.
