本发明涉及文化产品印刷新材料及其制备技术领域,特别涉及耐磨工艺热转印花膜及其生产工艺。耐磨工艺热转印花膜,包括包括PET基膜层、离型层、耐磨涂层、油墨层、背胶层,所述PET基膜层、离型层、光固UV涂层、印花油墨层、背胶层依次复合为一体。采用的生产工艺简单、适于大批量生产。具有如下优异性:耐用性、耐磨性、附着力好、两端面无碎屑的特点,且简单便捷、应用广泛,主要用于固体胶、化妆品、办公文具类。

技术领域
本发明涉及文化产品印刷新材料及其制备技术领域,特别涉及一种耐磨工艺热转印花膜。本发明还涉及上述耐磨工艺转印花膜及其生产工艺的生产工艺。
背景技术
热转印花膜广泛应用于固体胶、化妆品、办公文具类等领域。具体地,热转印花膜是指带有胶黏剂的图文,在热与压力的共同作用下,连同离型层一起脱离载体薄膜,牢固转印在承印物表面的特殊功能印刷膜。热转印膜一般由3~5层构成。三层热转印膜由基底层、印刷层和胶黏层构成;四层热转印膜由基底层、离型层、印刷层和胶黏层构成;五层热转印膜由基底层、离型层、印刷层、胶黏层和热熔胶粉层构成。基底层:即离型剂、油墨及胶黏剂涂布的载体,要求该载体耐温、耐压、拉伸变形小。离型层:是一层离型剂的涂层,在常温下保持固体状态,在一定的温度下可熔化,与基底层的粘结力变小,能很快从基底层上脱离,无粘连剩余物。离型剂是完成印刷层从基底层上分离,向承印物表面转移的关键。它要求具有良好的耐磨性,起到保护彩色油墨,降低紫外线的辐射强度,降低空气中不利因素对油墨的侵袭,延长油墨使用期的作用,并能缓冲基材薄膜和印刷层的附着力。印刷层:该层是转印制品质地美感的根本。随着印刷技术的进步、图像处理技术的发展,印刷层具有各种色泽,各种图案。特别是采用凹版印刷得到的图文,能很好体现出细腻的图文,让其包装装饰效果更完美。胶黏层:它的基本性能是与承印物表面有较高的粘结力,保证印刷层与承印物表面结合牢固。该层胶黏剂必须与承印材料相匹配。不同的胶黏剂,由于化学成分的不同,与承印物的粘结力相差很远。应根据不同的承印物,进行选择。目前所有的热转印花膜在使用时,要确保承印物表面无白点、脏污、条痕等弊病,否则会影响整个印花膜的性能,如美观性、耐候性、耐刮性、热断裂性、重叠性等;另外,热转印花膜的耐磨性,一定程度上决定其使用寿命。因此,研制耐磨工艺热转印花膜可以增加热转印花膜的美观性、增加对底材的遮盖性,提高产品档次。
发明内容
发明的目的:本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种耐磨工艺热转印花膜,该转印膜的耐用性、耐磨性、附着力好、两端面无碎屑且适用范围更广。本发明所要解决的技术问题还包括提供一种上述耐磨工艺热转印花膜生产工艺。
本发明提供的一种耐磨工艺热转印花膜,包括PET基膜层、离型层、耐磨涂层、印花油墨层、背胶层,所述PET基膜层、离型层、印花油墨层、背胶层依次复合为一体,所述耐磨层的原料组分包括:乙酸乙酯、正丙酯、UV单体、光引发剂、UV光敏树脂、热塑丙烯酸、消泡剂。
优选的,所述耐磨涂层的树脂液原料组分的重量份配比为:
乙酸乙酯12份
正丙酯12份
UV单体8份
光引发剂5份
UV光敏树脂32份
消泡剂1份
热塑丙烯酸30份
本发明提供的一种上述耐磨工艺热转印花膜的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
(a)材料制备:
(b)各层材料准备:准备PET基膜层、离型层、耐磨涂层、印花油墨层、背胶层,并将各层按需求修剪为同等大小;
(c)涂布:使用PET基材对离型层、耐磨涂层进行涂布,机速65-75米/分钟、温度三组80-85℃、光能三组85-90%;
(d)印刷图文:根据客户提供设计稿件,稿件人员进行排版、电分、下雕制成网点式印刷凹版;
(e)凹版印刷:把凹版安装上印刷机械上,按照由下至上分别为:PET基膜层、离型层、耐磨涂层、印花油墨层、背胶层、进行叠印,并进行凹版印刷等到热转印花膜。
优选的,上述步骤(a)材料制备:场地要求无阳光、紫外线光源
第一步:首先取乙酸乙酯12份、正丙酯12份混合,搅拌机800转/分钟,然后加入UV单体8份、光引发剂5份,搅拌5-10分钟;
第二步:在第一步中加入光敏树脂32份、消泡剂1份,继续搅拌10-15分钟;
第三步:在第二步中加入热塑丙烯酸30份,继续搅拌10分钟。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明的高遮盖凹版银墨热转印花膜设有PET基膜层、离型层、耐磨涂层、印花油墨层、背胶层,各层采用环保、成本低的原料配方材料,各层协同作用;
PET基膜:是具有抗双向拉伸且耐高温的基材,表面张力一般为38-40、透明度极好,PET薄膜是一种载体;
离型层:分子量范围60000-90000、TG值范围100-115,固含量范围18%-23%丙烯酸树脂液,涂布版雕刻工艺为70线角0,湿涂量6.5-7.5g/㎡,干涂量1.17-1.75g/㎡;
耐磨涂层:网版雕刻工艺为80线角0和60线角0两种工艺,6官能度UV光敏树脂、粘度6000-9000cps(25℃)
印花油墨层:60线角0雕刻、70线角0雕刻、80线角0雕刻、100线角0雕刻,根据图文结构对比不同制版雕刻工艺;
背胶层:背胶层分为两大类(a类:丙烯酸体系,用于ABS类底材上;b类:氯化聚丙烯体系,用于PP类、玻璃、竹木、不锈钢等底材上)60线角0雕刻、70线角0雕刻两种雕刻工艺
耐用性、耐磨性、附着力好、两端面无碎屑的特点,且简单便捷、应用广泛,主要用于固体胶、化妆品、办公文具类。
具体实施方式
本发明提供的一种耐磨工艺热转印花膜,包括PET基膜层、离型层、耐磨涂层、印花油墨层、背胶层,所述PET基膜层、离型层、印花油墨层、背胶层依次复合为一体,所述耐磨层的原料组分包括:乙酸乙酯、正丙酯、UV单体、光引发剂、UV光敏树脂、热塑丙烯酸、消泡剂。
优选的,所述耐磨涂层的树脂液原料组分的重量份配比为:
乙酸乙酯12份
正丙酯12份
UV单体8份
光引发剂5份
UV光敏树脂32份
消泡剂1份
热塑丙烯酸30份

第二步:在第一步中加入光敏树脂32份、消泡剂1份,继续搅拌10-15分钟;
第三步:在第二步中加入热塑丙烯酸30份,继续搅拌10分钟。

1.一种耐磨工艺热转印花膜,其特征在于:包括PET基膜层、离型层、耐磨涂层、印花油墨层、背胶层,所述PET基膜层、离型层、印花油墨层、背胶层依次复合为一体,所述耐磨层的原料组分包括:乙酸乙酯、正丙酯、UV单体、光引发剂、UV光敏树脂、热塑丙烯酸、消泡剂。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的高遮盖凹版银墨热转印花膜,其特征在于:所述耐磨涂层的树脂液原料组分的重量份配比为:
乙酸乙酯12份
正丙酯12份
UV单体8份
光引发剂5份
UV光敏树脂32份
消泡剂1份
热塑丙烯酸30份。
3.一种权利要求1或2所述的耐磨工艺热转印花膜的生产工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
