技术领域
本发明涉及一种轴承密封技术领域,具体涉及一种深沟球轴承。
背景技术
深沟球是最具代表性的滚动轴承,该类轴承摩擦系数小,极限转速高,结构简单,制造成本低,易达到较高制造精度,尺寸范围与形式变化多样,作为变速箱轴承被广泛实用。
轴承的密封性能是轴承的一项重要指标,密封性能高低主要表现在轴承的防漏油、防漏脂、防尘、防水等方面。不同用途的轴承对密封性能要求各不相同,其中,轴承密封性能不符合或不满足使用要求,会导致外界泥沙、灰尘和水汽等入侵,使其产生噪音振动,加重滚道和滚子的磨损,使滚道和滚子表面产生疲劳剥落,严重影响轴承的使用寿命和质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种深沟球轴承密封圈。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种深沟球轴承,包括轴承内圈和轴承外圈保持架以及设置在保持架内的滚珠,所述轴承内圈和所述轴承外圈之间设置有第一密封圈和第二密封圈,所述第一密封圈和所述第二密封圈朝向所述保持架方向均延伸有倒刺部,其中,所述第一密封圈朝向所述轴承内圈的外壁延伸有第一密封唇和第二密封唇,所述第一密封唇和第二密封唇均与所述轴承内圈外壁贴合,所述第一密封圈朝向所述轴承外圈内壁延伸有第三密封唇,所述第三密封圈与所述轴承外圈内壁间隙配合;所述第二密封圈朝向所述轴承内圈的外壁延伸有第四密封唇,所述第四密封圈与所述轴承内圈内壁间隙配合;所述第二密封圈朝向所述轴承外圈内壁延伸有第五密封唇和第六密封唇,所述第五密封唇和所述第六密封唇均与所述轴承外圈内壁贴合。
在一个实施方式中,所述轴承外圈的内壁上开设有与所述第六密封唇贴合的第一卡槽。
在一个实施方式中,所述轴承外圈的内壁上开设有第一凹槽,所述第三密封唇与所述第一凹槽过盈配合。
在一个实施方式中,所述轴承内圈的外壁上开设有与所述第二密封唇贴合的第二卡槽。
在一个实施方式中,所述轴承内圈的外壁上开设有第二凹槽,所述第二凹槽与所述第四密封圈过盈配合。
在一个实施方式中,所述第一密封圈与所述第二密封圈均由橡胶体及包覆于橡胶体内的骨架构成。
本发明的有益效果:本发明通过轴承内圈和轴承外圈之间设置有第一密封圈和第二密封圈,从而通过第一密封圈和第二密封圈的设置能够防漏油、防漏脂、防尘、防水,同时还延长了轴承的使用寿命和质量。

如图1-2所示,一种深沟球轴承,包括轴承内圈1和轴承外圈2保持架3以及设置在保持架3内的滚珠4,其中,所述轴承内圈1和所述轴承外圈2之间设置有第一密封圈10和第二密封圈20,从而通过轴承内圈1和轴承外圈2之间的第一密封圈10和第二密封圈20能够防止轴承内的润滑油泄漏以及延长轴承的使用寿命,同时还能够防止外界的灰尘进入轴承内部。
进一步地如图2所示,所述第一密封圈10和所述第二密封圈20朝向所述保持架30方向延伸有倒刺部;所述第一密封圈10朝向所述轴承内圈1的外壁延伸有第一密封唇11和第二密封唇12,所述第一密封唇11和第二密封唇12均与所述轴承内圈1过盈配合,具体地,所述轴承内圈1的外壁上开设有与所述第二密封唇12贴合的第二卡槽,从而使得第二密封唇12能够与第二卡槽贴合。
进一步地,所述第一密封圈10朝向所述轴承外圈2内壁延伸有第三密封唇13,所述第三密封圈13与所述轴承外圈2内壁间隙配合,具体地,所述轴承外圈2的内壁上开设有第一凹槽,所述第三密封唇13与所述第一凹槽过盈配合,从而使得第一密封圈10一端与所述轴承内圈过盈配合、另一端与所述轴承外圈内壁间隙配合,进而当轴承转动时,第一密封圈10随着轴承内圈1转动而转动,因此通过第一密封圈10能够防漏油、防漏脂等。
进一步地,所述第二密封圈20朝向所述轴承内圈1的外壁延伸有第四密封唇21,所述第四密封圈21与所述轴承内圈1内壁间隙配合;具体地,所述轴承内圈1外壁上开设有第二凹槽,使得第四密封圈24与第二凹槽过盈配合;
进一步地,所述第二密封圈20朝向所述轴承外圈2内壁延伸有第五密封唇22和第六密封唇23,所述第五密封唇22和所述第六密封唇23均与所述轴承外圈2过盈配合,具体地,所述轴承外圈2的内壁上开设有与所述第六密封唇23贴合的第一卡槽,从而使得第二密封圈20一端与所述轴承外圈过盈配合、另一端与所述轴承内圈外壁间隙配合,进而当轴承转动时,第二密封圈20随着轴承外圈2转动而转动,因此通过第二密封圈10能够防漏油、防漏脂、同时还能够防止外界泥沙、灰尘和水汽等入侵。
进一步地,所述第一密封圈10和所述第二密封圈20并排设置,且轴承外圈2的内壁和轴承内圈1上均开设有与所述第六密封唇23和第二密封唇12卡合的第一卡槽和第二卡槽;进而当轴承转时,通过第一密封圈10与轴承内圈外壁过盈配合/第二密封圈20与轴承外圈内壁过盈配合,从而能够很好的放置轴承内的润滑油脂泄漏或外界的泥沙、灰尘和水汽等进入轴承内部,进而大大的提高了轴承的使用寿命和质量。
进一步地,轴承外圈2的内壁和轴承内圈1上还开设有用于与第三密封唇13和第四密封圈21过盈配合的第一凹槽和第二凹槽,从而能够很好的放置轴承内的润滑油脂泄漏或外界的泥沙、灰尘和水汽等进入轴承内部,进而大大的提高了轴承的使用寿命和质量。
此外,所述第一密封圈10与所述第二密封圈20均由橡胶体及包覆于橡胶体内的骨架构成。

1.一种深沟球轴承,包括轴承内圈(1)、轴承外圈(2)、保持架(3)以及设置在保持架(3)内的滚珠(4),其特征在于:所述轴承内圈(1)和所述轴承外圈(2)之间设置有第一密封圈(10)和第二密封圈(20),所述第一密封圈(10)和所述第二密封圈(20)朝向所述保持架(30)方向均延伸有倒刺部,其中,所述第一密封圈(10)朝向所述轴承内圈(1)的外壁延伸有第一密封唇(11)和第二密封唇(12),所述第一密封唇(11)和第二密封唇(12)均与所述轴承内圈(1)外壁贴合,所述第一密封圈(10)朝向所述轴承外圈(2)内壁延伸有第三密封唇(13),所述第三密封圈(13)与所述轴承外圈(2)内壁间隙配合;所述第二密封圈(20)朝向所述轴承内圈(1)的外壁延伸有第四密封唇(21),所述第四密封圈(21)与所述轴承内圈(1)内壁间隙配合;所述第二密封圈(20)朝向所述轴承外圈(2)内壁延伸有第五密封唇(22)和第六密封唇(23),所述第五密封唇(22)和所述第六密封唇(23)均与所述轴承外圈(2)内壁贴合。

3.根据权利要求2所述的一种深沟球轴承,其特征在于:所述轴承外圈(2)的内壁上开设有第一凹槽,所述第三密封唇(13)与所述第一凹槽过盈配合。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种深沟球轴承,其特征在于:所述轴承内圈(1)的外壁上开设有与所述第二密封唇(12)贴合的第二卡槽。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种深沟球轴承,其特征在于:所述轴承内圈(1)的外壁上开设有第二凹槽,所述第二凹槽与所述第四密封圈(24)过盈配合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种深沟球轴承,其特征在于:所述第一密封圈(10)与所述第二密封圈(20)均由橡胶体及包覆于橡胶体内的骨架构成。
