本发明公开了一种吸湿快干型涤纶面料的染色工艺,涉及纺织品染色技术领域,本发明通过所述染液和固色液的配合作用,不仅可以保证吸湿快干型涤纶面料的染色效果,提高染色均匀度和色牢度,同时还能解决常规染色工艺降低面料的吸湿快干性能的问题,使涤纶面料的吸湿快干性能得到保障,从而改善涤纶面料的服用性能。

技术领域:
本发明涉及纺织品染色技术领域,具体涉及一种吸湿快干型涤纶面料的染色工艺。
背景技术:
聚酯纤维,俗称涤纶,是由有机二元酸和二元醇缩聚而成的聚酯经纺丝所得的合成纤维。聚酯纤维最大的优点是抗皱性和保形性很好,具有较高的强度与弹性恢复能力。
吸湿快干面料,也称吸湿排汗面料,利用纤维表面微细沟槽所产生的毛细现象使汗水经芯吸、扩散、传输等作用,迅速迁移至织物的表面并发散,从而达到导湿快干的目的。
众所周知,涤纶的吸水性小,透湿性差,容易产生闷热感,严重影响其服用性能。这是由于涤纶是一种结晶性很高的纤维,分子主链中没有亲水性基团,因此呈疏水性。目前,已通过物理和化学改性方式来制备吸湿快干型涤纶面料。但在面料的染色工艺中,由于染料和固色剂在面料上的固着,会对面料的吸湿快干性能造成影响,因此在染色工艺中如何降低对吸湿快干型涤纶面料的性能不利影响是十分关键的,否则仍然无法加工得到满足使用需求的吸湿快干型涤纶面料。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种吸湿快干型涤纶面料的染色工艺,通过染液和固色液的配合作用来保证染色效果,同时还能解决常规染色工艺降低面料的吸湿快干性能的问题。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种吸湿快干型涤纶面料的染色工艺,先由分散染料、匀染剂、柔软剂、冰醋酸和水配制染液,再将面料浸于染液中,控制浴比,开始升温,并保温染色,排掉染色残液,水洗,还原清洗,水洗,然后将面料浸于固色液中,排掉固色残液,加热固色,水洗,烘干,即完成染色;
所述固色液由N-丙烯氧基邻苯二甲酰亚胺和水溶性偶氮引发剂加水配制而成,N-丙烯氧基邻苯二甲酰亚胺的浓度为10-30g/L,水溶性偶氮引发剂的用量为N-丙烯氧基邻苯二甲酰亚胺质量的0.2-0.5%。
N-丙烯氧基邻苯二甲酰亚胺单体在加热固色过程中,经聚合反应在纤维表面形成一层具有一定强度的高分子保护膜,把染料包覆在纤维上,从而使染料不易脱落,提高面料的色牢度。
所述染色液的组成为0.5-5%owf分散染料、5-20g/L匀染剂、5-20g/L柔软剂加冰醋酸调节pH值至5-6。
以分散染料作为着色剂,通过匀染剂的添加来实现分散染料在染液中的均匀分散以及达到匀染的目的。柔软剂的添加是为了降低纤维间的摩擦阻力,产生润滑、柔软的作用,并达到耐洗的效果。
所述浴比为1:15-30。
所述匀染剂为平平加O、OP-10、JFC中的一种。
所述柔软剂为有机硅柔软剂。
所述染色的保温温度为80-100℃,保温时间为60-120min。
所述还原清洗的温度为60-80℃,时间为10-20min。
所述还原清洗的溶液由2-5g/L氢氧化钠、2-5g/L保险粉NaS2O3配制而成,浴比为1:30-50。
所述加热固色的温度为70-90℃。
所述烘干温度为60-80℃。
有机硅柔软剂属于本领域常用的面料柔软剂,但多数有机硅柔软剂呈疏水性,虽然可以起到柔软面料的作用,但会严重影响面料的吸湿导湿性能,使经染色后的吸湿快干型涤纶面料的吸湿导湿性能显著下降。针对这一问题,本发明还自制了亲水性有机硅柔软剂,在起到柔软面料的同时还能保证面料的吸湿导湿性能。
所述柔软剂为N-(3-三乙氧硅基丙基)葡糖酰胺。
N-(3-三乙氧硅基丙基)葡糖酰胺并不属于本领域已知的可以作为柔软剂的物质,本发明利用其分子结构中含有的羟基、酰胺基和硅氧基来改善面料的柔软度,同时还能解决使用常规有机硅柔软剂所存在的导致面料吸湿导湿性能下降的问题。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过所述染液和固色液的配合作用,不仅可以保证吸湿快干型涤纶面料的染色效果,提高染色均匀度和色牢度,同时还能解决常规染色工艺降低面料的吸湿快干性能的问题,使涤纶面料的吸湿快干性能得到保障,从而改善涤纶面料的服用性能。
具体实施方式:
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
吸湿快干型涤纶面料的染色:先由3.5%owf分散红FRL、12g/L平平加O、10g/L有机硅柔软剂SA38、冰醋酸和水配成pH值在5-6的染液,再将面料浸于染液中,浴比为1:20,开始升温,并在90℃下保温染色80min,排掉染色残液,水洗3次,还原清洗1次,还原清洗的温度为60℃,时间为12min,还原清洗的溶液由5g/L氢氧化钠、4g/L保险粉NaS2O3配制而成,浴比为1:40,水洗3次,然后将面料浸于固色液中,固色液由N-丙烯氧基邻苯二甲酰亚胺和偶氮二异丁基脒盐酸盐加水配制而成,N-丙烯氧基邻苯二甲酰亚胺的浓度为25g/L,偶氮二异丁基脒盐酸盐的用量为N-丙烯氧基邻苯二甲酰亚胺质量的0.4%,排掉固色残液,加热至80℃固色30min,水洗3次,在70℃下烘干,即完成染色。
实施例2

实施例3
本实施例是将上述实施例1中的有机硅柔软剂SA38替换为N-(3-三乙氧硅基丙基)葡糖酰胺,其余完全同实施例1。
吸湿快干型涤纶面料的染色:先由3.5%owf分散红FRL、12g/L平平加O、10g/LN-(3-三乙氧硅基丙基)葡糖酰胺、冰醋酸和水配成pH值在5-6的染液,再将面料浸于染液中,浴比为1:20,开始升温,并在90℃下保温染色80min,排掉染色残液,水洗3次,还原清洗1次,还原清洗的温度为60℃,时间为12min,还原清洗的溶液由5g/L氢氧化钠、4g/L保险粉NaS2O3配制而成,浴比为1:40,水洗3次,然后将面料浸于固色液中,固色液由N-丙烯氧基邻苯二甲酰亚胺和偶氮二异丁基脒盐酸盐加水配制而成,N-丙烯氧基邻苯二甲酰亚胺的浓度为25g/L,偶氮二异丁基脒盐酸盐的用量为N-丙烯氧基邻苯二甲酰亚胺质量的0.4%,排掉固色残液,加热至80℃固色30min,水洗3次,在70℃下烘干,即完成染色。

本对比例是将上述实施例1中的N-丙烯氧基邻苯二甲酰亚胺替换为丙烯酰胺,其余完全同实施例1。

上述实施例和对比例中所述吸湿快干型涤纶面料的制备方法参照专利CN102102237B。
按照GB/T 21655.1-2008《纺织品吸湿速干性的评定第1部分:单项组合试验法》测定吸水率和蒸发速度,采用Datacolor SF600X分光测色仪测定K/S值,按照GB/T 3920-2008测定耐摩擦色牢度。
柔软度测定时,由10人组成评定小组,采取闭目触感评定方式,规定5分最高,1分最低,取整数,计算平均值。
测定结果见表1。

从上表可以看出,固色剂的应用可以明显改善面料的染色效果,并且还能影响面料的柔软度,这是因为固色剂在将染料分子固定在纤维上的同时还会降柔软剂也固定在纤维上,从而起到持久柔软面料的作用。

Claims (10)
1.一种吸湿快干型涤纶面料的染色工艺,其特征在于:先由分散染料、匀染剂、柔软剂、冰醋酸和水配制染液,再将面料浸于染液中,控制浴比,开始升温,并保温染色,排掉染色残液,水洗,还原清洗,水洗,然后将面料浸于固色液中,排掉固色残液,加热固色,水洗,烘干,即完成染色;
所述固色液由N-丙烯氧基邻苯二甲酰亚胺和水溶性偶氮引发剂加水配制而成,N-丙烯氧基邻苯二甲酰亚胺的浓度为10-30g/L,水溶性偶氮引发剂的用量为N-丙烯氧基邻苯二甲酰亚胺质量的0.2-0.5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的吸湿快干型涤纶面料的染色工艺,其特征在于:所述染色液的组成为0.5-5%owf分散染料、5-20g/L匀染剂、5-20g/L柔软剂加冰醋酸调节pH值至5-6。
3.根据权利要求1所述的吸湿快干型涤纶面料的染色工艺,其特征在于:所述浴比为1:15-30。
4.根据权利要求1所述的吸湿快干型涤纶面料的染色工艺,其特征在于:所述匀染剂为平平加O、OP-10、JFC中的一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的吸湿快干型涤纶面料的染色工艺,其特征在于:所述柔软剂为有机硅柔软剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的吸湿快干型涤纶面料的染色工艺,其特征在于:所述染色的保温温度为80-100℃,保温时间为60-120min。
7.根据权利要求1所述的吸湿快干型涤纶面料的染色工艺,其特征在于:所述还原清洗的温度为60-80℃,时间为10-20min。
8.根据权利要求1所述的吸湿快干型涤纶面料的染色工艺,其特征在于:所述还原清洗的溶液由2-5g/L氢氧化钠、2-5g/L保险粉NaS2O3配制而成,浴比为1:30-50。
9.根据权利要求1所述的吸湿快干型涤纶面料的染色工艺,其特征在于:所述加热固色的温度为70-90℃。
10.根据权利要求1所述的吸湿快干型涤纶面料的染色工艺,其特征在于:所述烘干温度为60-80℃。
