Abstract
本发明涉及减速机领域,提供了一种喷油润滑的立式减速机。在各轴承的端盖顶部安装喷油管,利用输油外管将油输送至喷油管对轴承润滑;在壳体的内部安装输油内管,利用输油外管将油送至输油内管,输油内管上对应齿轮的位置设置喷油口对齿轮喷油润滑,润滑油流量充足,润滑降温效果好。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及减速机领域,具体涉及一种喷油润滑的立式减速机。
背景技术
减速机在运行过程中会产生大量的热量,特别是轴承与齿轮,一直处于高速转动摩擦状态。在高温下,齿轮和轴承极容易磨损,发生塑性变形,进而导致失效。润滑降温对减速机尤为重要。现有技术中的润滑通常是在壳体内注入润滑油,形成油池,将齿轮和轴承部分浸入油池润滑。对弈立式减速机而言,部分轴承位于壳体的顶部,油池内的有难以润滑到上部的轴承。即使利用甩油盘的方式,进入到上部轴承的润滑油有限,达不到特殊场合的润滑的要求。
发明内容
为满足立式减速机内的上部轴承及齿轮的润滑要求,本发明的目的在于提供一种喷油润滑的立式减速机。
为达到以上目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种喷油润滑的立式减速机,包括壳体以及安装在壳体内的输入轴、输入齿轮副、中间轴传动齿轮副以及输出轴,所述输入轴由水平的轴承座转动支承,所述轴承座安装在壳体的侧面,所述中间轴和输出轴竖直安装在壳体内,中间轴和输出轴的两端分别由轴承支承于壳体,输出轴和中间轴的两端轴承的外侧分别安装有端盖,输入轴由输入齿轮副驱动中间轴,中间轴由传动齿轮副驱动输出轴,所述壳体顶部的外侧安装有水平的输油外管,壳体内的顶部安装有输油内管,所述输油外管上连接有联通轴承座内腔、中间轴以及输出轴上方端盖的喷油管,所述输油内管的端部连接轴承座对应的喷油管,输油内管上设有多个喷油口,多个所述的喷油口位于输入齿轮副以及传动齿轮副的上方。
进一步地,所述轴承座的两端分别安装有轴承,所述轴承座对应的喷油管位于两个轴承之间。
进一步地,所述轴承座底部侧壁上设有轴向贯穿的漏油孔。
再进一步地,所述壳体底部的侧面上设有出油孔,所述出油孔由泵与输油外管连接。
采取以上技术方案后,本发明的有益效果为:在各轴承的端盖顶部安装喷油管,利用输油外管将油输送至喷油管对轴承润滑;在壳体的内部安装输油内管,利用输油外管将油送至输油内管,输油内管上对应齿轮的位置设置喷油口对齿轮喷油润滑,润滑油流量充足,润滑降温效果好。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式做进一步详述:
如图所示,一种喷油润滑的立式减速机,由壳体1以及安装在壳体1内的输入轴2、输入齿轮副3、中间轴4、传动齿轮副5、输出轴6以及喷油润滑装置组成。
输入轴2由水平的轴承座7转动支承,轴承座7的两端分别安装有轴承,轴承座7由螺钉固定安装在壳体1的侧面,中间轴4和输出轴6竖直安装在壳体1内,中间轴4和输出轴6的两端分别由轴承支承于壳体1,输出轴6和中间轴4的两端轴承的外侧分别安装有端盖8,输入轴2由输入齿轮副3驱动中间轴4,中间轴4由传动齿轮副5驱动输出轴6。
壳体1顶部的外侧安装有水平的输油外管9,壳体1内的顶部安装有水平的输油内管10。输油外管9的一端为进油口11,输油外管9上连接有三个竖直的喷油管12,其中两个喷油管由三通连接在输油外管的中部,并分别穿过中间轴4以及输出轴6上方端盖8,对轴承进行润滑。另一个喷油管安装于输油外管9的末端并联联通穿过壳体及轴承座7的竖直孔13,向轴承座7内喷油。该竖直孔13位于轴承座7的中部并位于轴承座的两个轴承之间。输油内10管的一端连接该竖直孔13,另一端封闭。输油内管10上设有两个朝下的喷油口14,两个喷油口14分别对应输入齿轮副3以及传动齿轮副5并位于其上方的上方。
在轴承座7的底部侧壁上开设有水平的贯穿的漏油15孔,漏油孔15的两端联通轴承座的外端盖以及壳体内腔,便于将轴承座润滑油的流通;在壳1体的底部侧面开设出油孔16,便于通过泵或者其他装置将壳体内的油循环至输油外管9的进油口11。

1.一种喷油润滑的立式减速机,包括壳体以及安装在壳体内的输入轴、输入齿轮副、中间轴传动齿轮副以及输出轴,所述输入轴由水平的轴承座转动支承,所述轴承座安装在壳体的侧面,所述中间轴和输出轴竖直安装在壳体内,中间轴和输出轴的两端分别由轴承支承于壳体,输出轴和中间轴的两端轴承的外侧分别安装有端盖,输入轴由输入齿轮副驱动中间轴,中间轴由传动齿轮副驱动输出轴,其特征在于,所述壳体顶部的外侧安装有水平的输油外管,壳体内的顶部安装有输油内管,所述输油外管上连接有联通轴承座内腔、中间轴以及输出轴上方端盖的喷油管,所述输油内管的端部连接轴承座对应的喷油管,输油内管上设有多个喷油口,多个所述的喷油口位于输入齿轮副以及传动齿轮副的上方。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种喷油润滑的立式减速机,其特征在于,所述轴承座的两端分别安装有轴承,所述轴承座对应的喷油管位于两个轴承之间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种喷油润滑的立式减速机,其特征在于,所述轴承座底部侧壁上设有轴向贯穿的漏油孔。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种喷油润滑的立式减速机,其特征在于,所述壳体底部的侧面上设有出油孔,所述出油孔由泵与输油外管连接。
