A block-by-block type Chinese medicine slicing mechanism is characterized in that the slicing mechanism comprises a machine shell and a movable die driving mechanism, a sliding cavity which slides along the left and right direction is arranged in the shell, a movable mould is arranged in the sliding cavity in a penetrating way, the movable mould divides the sliding cavity into a feeding cavity and a discharging cavity, the feeding cavity is positioned at the left side of the discharging cavity, the movable mold is formed by connecting a plurality of criss-cross movable mold part blades, a plurality of transverse through holes extending along the left and right directions are defined between the movable mold part blades, one end of the movable mold part blade facing the feeding cavity forms a movable mold part cutting edge, the bottom wall of the discharging cavity is provided with a discharging hole, the left wall surface of the feeding cavity and the right end surface of the movable mold are planes which are parallel to each other, the feeding cavity is provided with an extending section which extends upwards and is positioned above the movable mold, the upper end of the extension section is provided with a feed inlet, and the extension section is internally provided with a slicing device which cuts the traditional Chinese medicinal materials input from the feed inlet into vertically arranged traditional Chinese medicinal tablets extending along the front-back direction; the movable mould actuating mechanism comprises a driving cylinder which is located at the left end of the shell and stretches out and draws back towards the right and a horizontally-arranged driving plate of which one end is connected with a piston rod of the driving cylinder, the other end of the driving plate is connected with the movable mould, a sewage draining port is formed in a bottom plate of the feeding cavity, the driving plate is covered on the sewage draining port, and the driving plate is connected to the lower surface of the movable mould through a connecting bolt.

The slice-before-block type traditional Chinese medicine slicing mechanism according to claim 1, wherein a limiting block is arranged on the lower surface of the driving plate, and the housing is provided with a limiting part matched with the limiting block; when the limiting block is abutted to the limiting part, the driving cylinder stops contracting, and the cutting edge of the movable mold part is just abutted to the left side wall of the feeding cavity.

The slice-before-block type traditional Chinese medicine slicing mechanism according to claim 1, further comprising a transverse through hole cleaning mechanism, wherein the transverse through hole cleaning mechanism comprises a translation seat located on the right side of the housing, a translation seat driving mechanism for driving the translation seat to perform reciprocating translation along the left-right direction, and a dredging rod arranged on the left side of the translation seat, the dredging rod is aligned with the transverse through hole in a one-to-one correspondence manner, a plurality of dredging rod passageways aligned with the dredging rod in a one-to-one correspondence manner are arranged on the right side wall of the sliding cavity, and when the movable mold moves to the stroke end point right and the translation seat moves to the stroke end point left, the dredging rod penetrates into the transverse through hole in a one-to-one correspondence manner and extends out of the transverse through hole leftwards.

The front-piece rear-piece type traditional Chinese medicine slicing mechanism according to claim 1, wherein the slicing device comprises two driving shafts extending in the front-back direction and distributed at the front and back sides of the housing, a cutting motor driving the driving shafts to rotate, and a plurality of annular cutting knives driven by the two driving shafts to rotate and sleeved on the two driving shafts and distributed in the left-right direction, the annular cutting knives are formed by connecting steel wires end to end, the plane where the annular cutting knives are located is a vertical plane, the outer peripheral surface of the annular cutting knives is provided with cutting knife edges with triangular cross sections and extending along the circumferential direction of the annular cutting knives, the driving shafts are provided with a plurality of clamping pit rows axially distributed along the driving shafts, the clamping pits in the same clamping pit row are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the driving shafts, the inner peripheral surface of the annular cutting knives is provided with a plurality of clamping protrusions uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the annular cutting knives and matched with the clamping pits, the clamping protrusions of each annular cutting knife are clamped in the clamping pits of the clamping pit row respectively.

The slice-before-block type traditional Chinese medicine slicing mechanism of claim 6, wherein two ends of the lath are connected with connecting longitudinal rods which are positioned outside the shell and penetrate through the annular cutting knife, and the connecting longitudinal rods are connected with the shell to fix the lath and the shell together.
