The vertical dicing and blowing-down type traditional Chinese medicine crusher according to claim 2, wherein the discharge opening is arranged on the right side surface of the cutter holder, a vertical strip hole communicated with the cutter mounting cavity is arranged on the right end surface of the machine shell, and the inlet of the exhaust fan is connected with the discharge opening through a hose penetrating through the vertical strip hole.
