Description

Transparent solid tobacco tar with high liquid holding capacity
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of solid tobacco tar preparation, and particularly relates to transparent solid tobacco tar with high liquid holding capacity and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Most of the existing solid tobacco tar preparation methods simply mix gel factors (or gelling agents) or thickening agents, essences, atomizing agents and the like, and only the tobacco tar in a solid state can be obtained after mixing. In the process of implementing the invention, the inventor finds that: due to the existence of the problems of poor compatibility such as difficult dissolution and dispersion, insufficient crosslinking and the like of gel factors in a system, the solid tobacco tar has the defects of weak hydraulic holding force, low transparency and the like, so that the problems of tobacco tar leakage, dark and turbid color and the like are caused, and the smoking feeling and the visual enjoyment of a user are seriously influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is proposed in order to solve at least one of the above-mentioned problems.
The invention develops a solid tobacco tar system which is not easy to leak and has clear, bright and aesthetic feeling, thereby better meeting the wide demand.
The invention provides a high-liquid-holding-capacity transparent solid tobacco tar, which comprises A-type gel factors and B-type gel factors;
the A-type gelator is selected from one or more of bone glue, fish glue and hide glue, and the B-type gelator is selected from one or more of Arabic gum, carrageenan and xanthan gum.
Preferably, the content of the A-type gelator is 0.5-5%, the content of the B-type gelator is 0.5-5%, and the contents are based on the total mass of the solid tobacco tar.
Preferably, the solid tobacco tar further comprises water and liquid tobacco tar.
Preferably, the water content is 5-20%, the liquid tobacco tar content is 70-90%, and the contents are based on the total mass of the solid tobacco tar.
Preferably, the liquid tobacco tar comprises: glycerin, propylene glycol and tobacco essence.
Preferably, the tobacco flavor comprises: decolorized tobacco absolute, peppermint oil, and nicotine.
Preferably, the A-type gelator is water-soluble, food-grade and 80-300-mesh in granularity.
Preferably, the B-type gelator is water-soluble, food-grade and 200-400-mesh in granularity.
The second aspect of the invention provides a preparation method of transparent solid tobacco tar with high liquid-holding capacity, which comprises the following steps:
step (1), uniformly mixing the A-type gelator and water under stirring, gradually adding the mixture into liquid tobacco tar, heating to 50-100 ℃, keeping constant temperature reaction, and continuously stirring and reacting for 1-2 hours;
adjusting the pH value of a reaction system to 4-5, gradually adding a mixture of the B-type gelator and water, heating to 50-100 ℃, keeping constant temperature reaction, and continuously stirring for reaction for 3-5 hours;
cooling at room temperature, and forming a transparent solid mixture after the A, B type gel factor is subjected to synergistic crosslinking to obtain a solid tobacco tar product;
the A-type gelator is selected from one or more of bone glue, fish glue and hide glue, and the B-type gelator is selected from one or more of Arabic gum, carrageenan and xanthan gum.
Preferably, in step (1), the liquid tobacco tar is prepared by the following method:
and (3) stirring and mixing the glycerol, the propylene glycol and the essence for the tobacco, and filtering to obtain clear liquid, namely the liquid tobacco tar. More preferably, the content of glycerin in the formula is 35-55%, the content of propylene glycol is 55-65%, and the content of essence for tobacco is 1-5%, based on the total mass of the liquid tobacco tar.
Preferably, the preparation method of the essence for tobacco comprises the following steps: stirring and mixing the decolorized tobacco absolute oil, the peppermint oil and the nicotine to obtain the tobacco essence. More preferably, the content of the decolorized tobacco absolute oil in the formula is 20-50%, the content of the peppermint oil in the formula is 20-50%, and the content of the nicotine in the formula is 30-40%, based on the total mass of the tobacco essence.
The technical scheme can be freely combined on the premise of no contradiction.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the invention unexpectedly discovers a special solid tobacco tar formula. The applicant finds that based on the synergistic electrostatic crosslinking effect between two specific A, B types of gel factors under specific pH, the liquid tobacco tar can be fully infiltrated and homogenized, the liquid holding capacity of the obtained solid tobacco tar is up to more than 85%, and the transparency of the solid tobacco tar is high, so that the problems of tobacco tar leakage, dark color and turbidity and the like caused by poor dissolution and dispersion of the gel factors, insufficient crosslinking and the like in the traditional solid tobacco tar are effectively solved, and the smoking feeling and the visual enjoyment of a user are greatly improved. The liquid holding capacity of the tobacco tar is high, which indicates that the tobacco tar can contain more effective substances such as an atomizing agent and the like, so that the tobacco tar has large smoke quantity and sufficient smoking feeling of users.
2. In the preferred technical scheme, the decolored tobacco absolute oil is used for replacing the traditional tobacco extract, so that not only is the rich taste kept, but also the color and the transparency of the tobacco oil are improved. Vegetable glycerin is harmless and cheap, and can generate a large amount of smoke.
3. The water content in the conventional tobacco tar is more than 30 percent, the water content in the formula is excessive, and the utilization of effective components is insufficient. The solid tobacco tar has the water content of only 5-20%, and the effective components such as nicotine and an atomizing agent have high content, so that the solid tobacco tar can fully utilize the effective components and has large smoke generation amount.
