背景技术
目前,随着汽车行业电气化的快速发展及新能源汽车的市场份额逐步提高,变速器电气化的趋势越来越明显。在混合动力变速器领域的技术路线可以分为两类:附加式混合动力变速器和专用混合动力变速器,其中,附加式混合动力变速器是在传统变速器基础上附加一个或两个电机构成的混合动力总成;专用混合动力变速器本质是借助于电动驱动实现其核心功能,机电组件是该结构的中心组成部分,是不可或缺的部分。专用混合动力变速器是专门根据发动机和电机的功率、扭矩特性而重新开发的新型构型,相比于附加式混合动力变速器,专用混合动力变速器结构更加紧凑、小型化;同时在电机驱动的支持下,发动机能够在经济转速范围内运行,实现降低油耗。
专用混合动力变速器主要包含多模式混动专用变速器和功率分流式混动专用变速器。多模式混动专用变速器采用定轴式齿轮,固定单速比齿轮或多速比齿轮与离合器或制动器耦合发动机和电机,使发动机处于高效区,从而降低排放和油耗。该构型结构相对简单、成本较低,但对发动机工作点的调节能力有限。功率分流式混动专用变速器采用行星齿轮机构耦合发动机和电机进行无级调节,通过电机对发动机的运行范围进行调节和优化,减少瞬态工况,保证发动机运行在高效区,降低排放和油耗。该构型结构紧凑,利用行星齿轮功率分流的优势对发动机工作点调节更加灵活有效,从而提升发动机的燃油经济性。目前也出现了混合动力传动驱动装置,但均无法同时满足多工况需求,如中国专利文献CN105128647A涉及一种多模混合动力传动驱动装置,其中公开了在传动***中采用三级行星轮实现动力的传输和驱动模式的改变。但该传动驱动装置需要设置两个电机实现不同的驱动模式,结构复杂,且无法实现发动机直接驱动;传动比的选择少,无法满足不同工况下的多速比的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,针对现有技术的不足,提供一种多传动比的多模式混合动力专用变速器。
本发明采用的技术方案为:一种多模式混合动力专用变速器,包括输入轴、第一行星齿轮系、第二行星齿轮系、中间轴、差速器、第一离合器、第二离合器、第一制动器和第二制动器;
所述输入轴通过限扭减振器与发动机相连;
所述第一行星齿轮系包括太阳轮A、行星轮A、行星架A和齿圈A,所述行星轮A设于太阳轮A与齿圈A之间,且安装于行星架A上,行星轮A分别与太阳轮A和齿圈A啮合;所述太阳轮A安装于输入轴上,与输入轴连为一体;
所述第二行星齿轮系包括太阳轮B、行星轮B、行星架B和齿圈B,所述行星轮B设于太阳轮B与齿圈B之间,且安装于行星架B上;所述第一行星齿轮系的行星架A与太阳轮B相连;所述齿圈B与设于中间轴上的第一齿轮啮合;
所述中间轴上设有第二齿轮,第二齿轮与差速器齿轮啮合,差速器齿轮与差速器输出轴相连,差速器输出轴与车轮相连;
所述第一离合器的一端与第二行星齿轮系的行星架B相连,第一离合器的另一端与输入轴相连;
所述第二离合器的一端与第一行星齿轮系的齿圈A相连,第二离合器的另一端与第二行星齿轮系的行星架B相连;
所述第一制动器与第一行星齿轮系的齿圈A相连;
所述第二制动器与第一行星齿轮系的行星架A相连。
按上述方案,所述专用变速器还包括第三行星齿轮系、电机、第三离合器和第四离合器,所述第三行星齿轮系包括行星架C、第一太阳轮C、与第一太阳轮啮合的第一行星轮C、第二太阳轮C、与第二太阳轮C啮合的第二行星轮C、第三太阳轮C、与第三太阳轮啮合的第三行星轮C,所述行星架C与电机的转子连接为一体,所述第一行星轮C、第二行星轮C和第三行星轮C均安装于行星架C上;所述第一太阳轮C与机架固定相连,所述第二太阳轮C空套于电机输出轴上,所述第三太阳轮C与电机输出轴相连;所述第三离合器的一端与输入轴相连,第三离合器的另一端与电机输出轴相连;所述第四离合器的一端与第二行星齿轮系的齿圈B相连,第四离合器的另一端与第三行星齿轮系的第二太阳轮C相连。
按上述方案,所述多模式混合动力专用变速器处于发动机直接驱动模式下,发动机直驱一档时,第二离合器C接合,第一制动器B接合, 动力传递路径为:来自于发动机的动力经过限扭减振器→太阳轮A→行星轮A→行星架A→太阳轮B→行星轮B→齿圈B→中间轴上的第一齿轮→中间轴上的第二齿轮→差速器齿轮→差速器输出轴→车轮;发动机直驱二档时,第二离合器C接合,第二制动器B接合,动力传递路径为:来自于发动机的动力经过限扭减振器→太阳轮A→行星轮A→齿圈A→行星架B→行星轮B→齿圈B→中间轴上的第一齿轮→中间轴上的第二齿轮→差速器齿轮→差速器输出轴→车轮;发动机直驱三档时,第一离合器C接合,第二离合器C接合,动力传递路径为:来自于发动机的动力经过限扭减振器→太阳轮→行星架B→行星轮B→齿圈B→中间轴上的第一齿轮→中间轴上的第二齿轮→差速器齿轮→差速器输出轴→车轮;发动机直驱四档时,第一离合器C接合,第二制动器B接合,动力传递路径为:来自于发动机的动力经过限扭减振器→太阳轮A→行星架B→行星轮B→齿圈B→中间轴上的第一齿轮→中间轴上的第二齿轮→差速器齿轮→差速器输出轴→车轮;发动机直驱五档时,第一离合器C接合,第一制动器B接合,动力传递路径为:来自于发动机的动力经过限扭减振器→太阳轮A→行星轮A→行星架A→太阳轮B→行星轮B→齿圈B→中间轴上的第一齿轮→中间轴上的第二齿轮→差速器齿轮→差速器输出轴→车轮。
按上述方案,所述多模式混合动力专用变速器处于纯电驱动模式下时,第四离合器接合,动力传递路径为:来自于电机的动力经过行星架C→第二行星轮C→第二太阳轮C→齿圈B→中间轴上的第一齿轮→中间轴上的第二齿轮→差速器齿轮→差速器输出轴→车轮。
按上述方案,所述多模式混合动力专用变速器处于并联驱动模式下时,通过控制第一离合器、第二离合器、第一制动器和第二制动器的接合与否,使发动机处于直接驱动模式;同时使第四离合器接合,电机驱动车轮,来自于电机的动力经过行星架C→第二行星轮C→第二太阳轮C→齿圈B→中间轴上的第一齿轮→中间轴上的第二齿轮→差速器齿轮→差速器输出轴→车轮。
按上述方案,所述多模式混合动力专用变速器处于发电模式下时,通过控制第一离合器、第二离合器、第一制动器和第二制动器的接合与否,使发动机处于直接驱动模式,同时使第三离合器或第四离合器接合。
按上述方案,所述多模式混合动力专用变速器处于发电模式下时,第四离合器接合,发动机直驱一档到五档中任意一档的动力到齿圈B→第二太阳轮C→第二行星轮C→行星架C→电机;第三离合器接合,来自于发动机的动力经过限扭减振器→太阳轮A→电机输出轴上的第三太阳轮C→第三行星轮C→行星架C→电机;驻车发电模式下第三离合器接合,动力传递路径为:来自于发动机的动力经过限扭减振器→输入轴→电机输出轴→电机输出轴上的第三太阳轮C→第三行星轮C→行星架C→电机。
按上述方案,所述多模式混合动力专用变速器处于制动能量回收模式下时,第四离合器接合,动力传递路径为:车轮→差速器输出轴→差速器齿轮→中间轴上的第二齿轮→中间轴上的第一齿轮→齿圈B→第二太阳轮C→第二行星轮C→行星架C→电机。
本发明的有益效果为:
1、设置第一离合器、第二离合器、第一制动器和第二制动器,通过改变第一行星齿轮系和第二行星齿轮系的固连模式,以及改变行星齿轮系中的静止的元件,在不增设额外齿轮副的情况下,利用两级行星齿轮系即可实现5种传动比。
2、通过控制第三离合器和第四离合器,实现了电机P2/P3构型的切换,可在仅设置一个电机的情况下实现多种驱动模式,也可实现电机和发动机的动力解耦,继而实现发动机的直接驱动。这种结构控制简单且易实现,充分发挥了P2和P3构型两者的优点,P2时电机可与发动机并联,通过行星齿轮系减速增扭,实现大扭矩驱动车轮;P3时电机可以高效的驱动车轮(纯电驱动模式),能量损失小,以及高效的制动能量回收(制动能量回收模式)。
3、通过设置轴套结构的太阳轮C以及第三离合器和第四离合器,在无需额外增加齿轮副的前提下实现行车发电的6种传动比,结构紧凑且发电效率更高,改善了燃油的经济性。
4、换挡过程中,可用电机补偿扭矩或调速,减小离合器或制动器输入输出端的转速差到极小的范围,可减小换挡冲击,使换挡平顺,同时降低对离合器、制动器元件的技术要求和成本。
5、整个构型结构紧凑,更有利于在整车机舱的布置,搭载性优势明显。

为了更好地理解本发明,下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步地描述。
如图1所示的一种多模式混合动力专用变速器,包括输入轴20、第一行星齿轮系、第二行星齿轮系、中间轴、差速器、第一离合器C1、第二离合器C2、第一制动器B1和第二制动器B2;
所述输入轴20通过限扭减振器19与发动机相连;
所述第一行星齿轮系包括太阳轮A1、行星轮A3、行星架A2和齿圈A4,所述行星轮A3设于太阳轮A1与齿圈A4之间,且安装于行星架A2上,行星轮A3分别与太阳轮A1和齿圈A4啮合;所述太阳轮A1安装于输入轴20上,与输入轴20连为一体;
所述第二行星齿轮系包括太阳轮B5、行星轮B6、行星架B7和齿圈B8,所述行星轮B6设于太阳轮B5与齿圈B8之间,且安装于行星架B7上;所述第一行星齿轮系的行星架A2与太阳轮B5相连;所述齿圈B8与设于中间轴上的第一齿轮17啮合;
所述中间轴上设有第二齿轮16,第二齿轮16与差速器齿轮18啮合,差速器齿轮18与差速器输出轴50相连,差速器输出轴50与车轮相连;
所述第一离合器C1的一端与第二行星齿轮系的行星架B7相连,第一离合器C1的另一端与输入轴20相连;
所述第二离合器C2的一端与第一行星齿轮系的齿圈A4相连,第二离合器C2的另一端与第二行星齿轮系的行星架B7相连;
所述第一制动器B1与第一行星齿轮系的齿圈A4相连;
所述第二制动器B2与第一行星齿轮系的行星架A2相连。
优选地,所述专用变速器还包括第三行星齿轮系、电机、第三离合器C3和第四离合器C4,所述第三行星齿轮系包括行星架C15、第一太阳轮C9、与第一太阳轮啮合的第一行星轮C12、第二太阳轮C10、与第二太阳轮C10啮合的第二行星轮C13、第三太阳轮C11、与第三太阳轮啮合的第三行星轮C14,所述行星架C15与电机的转子连接为一体,所述第一行星轮C12、第二行星轮C13和第三行星轮C14均安装于行星架C15上;所述第一太阳轮C9与机架固定相连,所述第二太阳轮C10空套于电机输出轴30上,所述第三太阳轮C11与电机输出轴30相连;所述第三离合器C3的一端与输入轴20相连,第三离合器C3的另一端与电机输出轴30相连;所述第四离合器C4的一端与第二行星齿轮系的齿圈B8相连,第四离合器C4的另一端与第三行星齿轮系的第二太阳轮C10相连。
本发明所述混合动力专用变速器可以实现5个前进档的发动机直接驱动模式、纯电驱动模式、并联驱动模式、发电模式(行车发电和驻车发电)和制动能量回收模式。不同模式下各离合器和制动器的状态不同。
1、所述多模式混合动力专用变速器处于发动机直接驱动模式下,发动机直驱一档时,第二离合器C2接合,第一制动器B1接合;发动机直驱二档时,第二离合器C2接合,第二制动器B2接合;发动机直驱三档时,第一离合器C1接合,第二离合器C2接合;发动机直驱四档时,第一离合器C1接合,第二制动器B2接合;发动机直驱五档时,第一离合器C1接合,第一制动器B1接合。5个前进档的发动机直驱模式下各档动力传递路径为:
(1)发动机直驱一档:第二离合器C2接合,第一制动器B1接合。来自于发动机的动力经过限扭减振器19→太阳轮A1→行星轮A3→行星架A2→太阳轮B5→行星轮B6→齿圈B8→中间轴上的第一齿轮17→中间轴上的第二齿轮16→差速器齿轮18→差速器输出轴50→车轮。
(2)发动机直驱二档:第二离合器C2接合,第二制动器B2接合。来自于发动机的动力经过限扭减振器19→太阳轮A1→行星轮A3→齿圈A4→行星架B7→行星轮B6→齿圈B8→中间轴上的第一齿轮17→中间轴上的第二齿轮16→差速器齿轮18→差速器输出轴50→车轮。
(3)发动机直驱三档:第一离合器C1接合,第二离合器C2接合,太阳轮A1与齿圈A4、行星架B7连为一体。来自于发动机的动力经过限扭减振器19→太阳轮A1→行星架B7→行星轮B6→齿圈B8→中间轴上的第一齿轮17→中间轴上的第二齿轮16→差速器齿轮18→差速器输出轴50→车轮。
(4)发动机直驱四档:第一离合器C1接合,第二制动器B2接合。来自于发动机的动力经过限扭减振器19→太阳轮A1→行星架B7→行星轮B6→齿圈B8→中间轴上的第一齿轮17→中间轴上的第二齿轮16→差速器齿轮18→差速器输出轴50→车轮。
(5)发动机直驱五档:第一离合器C1接合,第一制动器B1接合。来自于发动机的动力经过限扭减振器19→太阳轮A1→行星轮A3→行星架A2→太阳轮B5→行星轮B6→齿圈B8→中间轴上的第一齿轮17→中间轴上的第二齿轮16→差速器齿轮18→差速器输出轴50→车轮。
2、所述多模式混合动力专用变速器处于纯电驱动模式下时,第四离合器C4接合。该模式下动力传递路径为:来自于电机的动力经过行星架C15→第二行星轮C13→第二太阳轮C10→齿圈B8→中间轴上的第一齿轮17→中间轴上的第二齿轮16→差速器齿轮18→差速器输出轴50→车轮。
3、所述多模式混合动力专用变速器处于并联驱动模式下时,通过控制第一离合器C1、第二离合器C2、第一制动器B1和第二制动器B2的接合与否,使发动机处于直接驱动模式,同时使第四离合器C4接合。该模式下动力传递路径为:
(1)发动机驱动车轮:上述发动机驱动五个档位中的任何一种,共有五种速比。
(2)电机驱动车轮:第四离合器C4接合。来自于电机的动力经过行星架C15→第二行星轮C13→第二太阳轮C10→齿圈B8→中间轴上的第一齿轮17→中间轴上的第二齿轮16→差速器齿轮18→差速器输出轴50→车轮。
4、所述多模式混合动力专用变速器处于发电模式下时,(1)、行车发电:通过控制第一离合器C1、第二离合器C2、第一制动器B1和第二制动器B2的接合与否,使发动机处于直接驱动模式,同时使第三离合器C3或第四离合器C4接合,该发电模式下动力传递路径如下:
1)速比1~速比5:第四离合器C4接合。上述发动机直驱五档(5种速比)中的任意一种,动力传递到齿圈B8→第二太阳轮C10→第二行星轮C13→行星架C15→电机。
2)速比6:第三离合器C3接合。来自于发动机的动力经过限扭减振器19→太阳轮A1→电机输出轴30上的第三太阳轮C11→第三行星轮C14→行星架C15→电机。
(2)驻车发电:第三离合器C3接合,该发电模式下动力传递路径为:来自于发动机的动力经过限扭减振器19→输入轴20→电机输出轴30→电机输出轴30上的第三太阳轮C11→第三行星轮C14→行星架C15→电机。
5、所述多模式混合动力专用变速器处于制动能量回收模式下时,第四离合器C4接合,该模式下动力传递路径为:第四离合器C4接合。车轮→差速器输出轴50→差速器齿轮18→中间轴上的第二齿轮16→中间轴上的第一齿轮17→齿圈B8→第二太阳轮C10→第二行星轮C13→行星架C15→电机。

1.一种多模式混合动力专用变速器,其特征在于,包括输入轴、第一行星齿轮系、第二行星齿轮系、中间轴、差速器、第一离合器、第二离合器、第一制动器和第二制动器;
所述输入轴通过限扭减振器与发动机相连;
所述第一行星齿轮系包括太阳轮A、行星轮A、行星架A和齿圈A,所述行星轮A设于太阳轮A与齿圈A之间,且安装于行星架A上,行星轮A分别与太阳轮A和齿圈A啮合;所述太阳轮A安装于输入轴上,与输入轴连为一体;
所述第二行星齿轮系包括太阳轮B、行星轮B、行星架B和齿圈B,所述行星轮B设于太阳轮B与齿圈B之间,且安装于行星架B上;所述第一行星齿轮系的行星架A与太阳轮B相连;所述齿圈B与设于中间轴上的第一齿轮啮合;
所述中间轴上设有第二齿轮,第二齿轮与差速器齿轮啮合,差速器齿轮与差速器输出轴相连,差速器输出轴与车轮相连;
所述第一离合器的一端与第二行星齿轮系的行星架B相连,第一离合器的另一端与输入轴相连;
所述第二离合器的一端与第一行星齿轮系的齿圈A相连,第二离合器的另一端与第二行星齿轮系的行星架B相连;
所述第一制动器与第一行星齿轮系的齿圈A相连;
所述第二制动器与第一行星齿轮系的行星架A相连。
2.如权利要求1所述的多模式混合动力专用变速器,其特征在于,所述专用变速器还包括第三行星齿轮系、电机、第三离合器和第四离合器,所述第三行星齿轮系包括行星架C、第一太阳轮C、与第一太阳轮啮合的第一行星轮C、第二太阳轮C、与第二太阳轮C啮合的第二行星轮C、第三太阳轮C、与第三太阳轮啮合的第三行星轮C,所述行星架C与电机的转子连接为一体,所述第一行星轮C、第二行星轮C和第三行星轮C均安装于行星架C上;所述第一太阳轮C与机架固定相连,所述第二太阳轮C空套于电机输出轴上,所述第三太阳轮C与电机输出轴相连;所述第三离合器的一端与输入轴相连,第三离合器的另一端与电机输出轴相连;所述第四离合器的一端与第二行星齿轮系的齿圈B相连,第四离合器的另一端与第三行星齿轮系的第二太阳轮C相连。
3.如权利要求2所述的多模式混合动力专用变速器,其特征在于,所述多模式混合动力专用变速器处于发动机直接驱动模式下,发动机直驱一档时,第二离合器C接合,第一制动器B接合, 动力传递路径为:来自于发动机的动力经过限扭减振器→太阳轮A→行星轮A→行星架A→太阳轮B→行星轮B→齿圈B→中间轴上的第一齿轮→中间轴上的第二齿轮→差速器齿轮→差速器输出轴→车轮;发动机直驱二档时,第二离合器C接合,第二制动器B接合,动力传递路径为:来自于发动机的动力经过限扭减振器→太阳轮A→行星轮A→齿圈A→行星架B→行星轮B→齿圈B→中间轴上的第一齿轮→中间轴上的第二齿轮→差速器齿轮→差速器输出轴→车轮;发动机直驱三档时,第一离合器C接合,第二离合器C接合,动力传递路径为:来自于发动机的动力经过限扭减振器→太阳轮→行星架B→行星轮B→齿圈B→中间轴上的第一齿轮→中间轴上的第二齿轮→差速器齿轮→差速器输出轴→车轮;发动机直驱四档时,第一离合器C接合,第二制动器B接合,动力传递路径为:来自于发动机的动力经过限扭减振器→太阳轮A→行星架B→行星轮B→齿圈B→中间轴上的第一齿轮→中间轴上的第二齿轮→差速器齿轮→差速器输出轴→车轮;发动机直驱五档时,第一离合器C接合,第一制动器B接合,动力传递路径为:来自于发动机的动力经过限扭减振器→太阳轮A→行星轮A→行星架A→太阳轮B→行星轮B→齿圈B→中间轴上的第一齿轮→中间轴上的第二齿轮→差速器齿轮→差速器输出轴→车轮。
4.如权利要求2所述的多模式混合动力专用变速器,其特征在于,所述多模式混合动力专用变速器处于纯电驱动模式下时,第四离合器接合,动力传递路径为:来自于电机的动力经过行星架C→第二行星轮C→第二太阳轮C→齿圈B→中间轴上的第一齿轮→中间轴上的第二齿轮→差速器齿轮→差速器输出轴→车轮。
5.如权利要求3所述的多模式混合动力专用变速器,其特征在于,所述多模式混合动力专用变速器处于并联驱动模式下时,通过控制第一离合器、第二离合器、第一制动器和第二制动器的接合与否,使发动机处于直接驱动模式;同时使第四离合器接合,电机驱动车轮,来自于电机的动力经过行星架C→第二行星轮C→第二太阳轮C→齿圈B→中间轴上的第一齿轮→中间轴上的第二齿轮→差速器齿轮→差速器输出轴→车轮。
6.如权利要求3所述的多模式混合动力专用变速器,其特征在于,所述多模式混合动力专用变速器处于发电模式下时,通过控制第一离合器、第二离合器、第一制动器和第二制动器的接合与否,使发动机处于直接驱动模式,同时使第三离合器或第四离合器接合。
7.如权利要求6所述的多模式混合动力专用变速器,其特征在于,所述多模式混合动力专用变速器处于发电模式下时,第四离合器接合,发动机直驱一档到五档中任意一档的动力到齿圈B→第二太阳轮C→第二行星轮C→行星架C→电机;第三离合器接合,来自于发动机的动力经过限扭减振器→太阳轮A→电机输出轴上的第三太阳轮C→第三行星轮C→行星架C→电机;驻车发电模式下第三离合器接合,动力传递路径为:来自于发动机的动力经过限扭减振器→输入轴→电机输出轴→电机输出轴上的第三太阳轮C→第三行星轮C→行星架C→电机。
8.如权利要求2所述的多模式混合动力专用变速器,其特征在于,所述多模式混合动力专用变速器处于制动能量回收模式下时,第四离合器接合,动力传递路径为:车轮→差速器输出轴→差速器齿轮→中间轴上的第二齿轮→中间轴上的第一齿轮→齿圈B→第二太阳轮C→第二行星轮C→行星架C→电机。
