Abstract
本发明公开了一种流涎复合油墨用聚氨酯树脂复合物,由如下重量份数的组分组成:聚醚多元醇 60‑80,特殊多元醇 20‑40,附着力增强剂0-2,TDI 8‑10,IPDI 7‑9,NMP 50‑75,胺扩链剂1-5,乙酸乙酯110‑140,异丙醇50‑90。本发明的流涎复合油墨用聚氨酯树脂复合物采用的组分均是比较环保的物质且生产过程中也相对环保,且制备方法简单,应用前景广阔。

技术领域
本发明涉及油墨技术领域,具体地说,涉及一种流涎复合油墨用聚氨酯树脂复合物。
背景技术
在食品、医药、化工、轻纺等有关行业,广泛使用PP塑料编织复合包装,PP塑料编织复合包装上需要油墨印制文字、图案等,并且需要特殊的流涎复合技术,加工该类油墨的油墨厂,国内约20%采用通用的聚氨酯(PU)树脂作为原料,此类油墨的特点是:应用在一般的薄膜材料(如OPP,BOPP,PET、NY、镀铝膜等),附着牢度好,色彩鲜艳,环保无毒,耐水煮,蒸煮也没有问题。但用于PP塑料编织复合包装方面,尤其是采用流涎复合工艺时,其附着力难以满足要求。国内约80%复合油墨生产厂仍然采用氯化聚丙烯树脂(CPP)做为油墨粘接料,用氯化聚丙烯树脂为基料加工的油墨特点为:①、氯化聚丙烯油墨可用于BOPP、CPP、PE等薄膜,附着力很好,尤其是采用流涎复合工艺时,其复合牢度很好。②此类油墨由于附着力原因不能印刷PET、NY、镀铝膜等薄膜材料。③本身含氯而不符合对卤素限制的要求。④由于不耐水煮和蒸煮面不能用于杀菌包装。对于氯化聚丙烯树脂本身来说:①在生产油墨时必须先用二甲苯、甲苯、丙酮、丁酮来溶解后使用,这些溶剂对操作人员及环境影响大。②在生产氯化聚丙烯时会用到高毒的四氯化碳或三氯甲烷溶剂和剧毒的氯气,生产过程安全、环保问题难以解决。③由于生产厂家环保不过关而造成原料紧缺,价格奇高,难以适用于油墨生产应用。所以开发用于流涎复合油墨用的聚氨酯树脂组合物是市场所急需,安全环保所驱动。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术及产品的不足,提供一种环保的流涎复合油墨用聚氨酯树脂复合物。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种流涎复合油墨用聚氨酯树脂复合物,由如下重量份数的组分组成:
聚醚多元醇 60-80
特殊多元醇 20-40
附着力增强剂 0-2
TDI 8-10
IPDI 7-9
NMP 50-75
胺扩链剂 1-5
乙酸乙酯 110-140
异丙醇 50-90。
作为优选的,在上述的流涎复合油墨用聚氨酯树脂复合物中,所述特殊多元醇为聚丁二烯二元醇、二聚酸二元醇或高分子量聚醚二元醇。所述高分子量聚醚二元醇的分子量为4000-8000。这三种特殊多元醇均具有极低的极性,以提供本产品与低极性的流涎的PP层有较强的附着力。
作为优选的,在上述的流涎复合油墨用聚氨酯树脂复合物中,所述聚醚多元醇的分子量为1000-3000。
作为优选的,在上述的流涎复合油墨用聚氨酯树脂复合物中,所述特殊多元醇的分子量为1000-5000。
作为优选的,在上述的流涎复合油墨用聚氨酯树脂复合物中,所述附着力增强剂为端羟基有机硅氧烷。
作为优选的,在上述的流涎复合油墨用聚氨酯树脂复合物中,所述胺扩链剂为乙二胺、二乙烯二胺或三乙烯四胺。
上述流涎复合油墨用聚氨酯树脂复合物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将聚醚多元醇和特殊多元醇混合,真空脱水,脱水条件:110℃下,脱水1-2小时,真空度-0.09MPa;
(2)将脱水后的多元醇加入附着力增强剂,再加入TDI、IPDI、NMP,投入反应釜内,在80℃下反应5小时得到预聚物;
(3)将预聚物用胺扩链剂和乙酸乙酯的混合物扩链,至粘度合格;
(4)加入异丙醇,终止反应得到粘度合格的树脂。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明的流涎复合油墨用聚氨酯树脂复合物采用的组分均是比较环保的物质且生产过程中也相对环保,且制备方法简单,应用前景广阔。
具体实施方式
实施例1:流涎复合油墨用聚氨酯树脂复合物的制备
配方由如下重量份数的组分组成:聚醚多元醇70(分子量为1000),聚丁二烯二元醇30(分子量2000),端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷1,TDI 9,IPDI 8,NMP 60,胺扩链剂4,乙酸乙酯127,异丙醇70。
(1)将聚醚多元醇和聚丁二烯二元醇混合,真空脱水,脱水条件:110℃下,脱水2小时,真空度-0.09MPa;
(2)将脱水后的多元醇,加入端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷,加入TDI、IPDI、NMP,投入反应釜内,在80℃下反应3-5小时至NCO为0.1-0.2%,得到预聚物;
(3)将预聚物用乙二胺和乙酸乙酯混合物扩链,至粘度为1100-1300mPaS;
(4)加入异丙醇,终止反应得到合格粘度为1000-1200 mPaS,固含量30%的聚氨酯树脂复合物。
实施例2:流涎复合油墨用聚氨酯树脂复合物的制备
配方由如下重量份数的组分组成:聚醚多元醇80(分子量为2000),二聚酸二元醇20(分子量5000),端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷1,TDI 10,IPDI 9,NMP 75,胺扩链剂5,乙酸乙酯127,异丙醇70。
(1)将聚醚多元醇和二聚酸二元醇混合,真空脱水,脱水条件:110℃下,脱水2小时,真空度-0.09MPa;
(2)将脱水后的多元醇,加入端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷,加入TDI、IPDI、NMP,投入反应釜内,在80℃下反应5小时至NCO为2.0-2.5%,得到预聚物;
(3)将预聚物用二乙烯二胺和乙酸乙酯的混合物进行扩链,至粘度合格1100-1300mPaS;
(4)加入异丙醇,终止反应得到粘度为1000 mPaS,固含量32%的聚氨酯树脂复合物。
实施例3:流涎复合油墨用聚氨酯树脂复合物的制备
配方由如下重量份数的组分组成:聚醚多元醇80(分子量为3000),高分子量聚醚二元醇40(分子量5000),端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷1,TDI 10,IPDI 9,NMP 75,胺扩链剂5,乙酸乙酯127,异丙醇70。
(1)将聚醚多元醇和高分子量聚醚二元醇混合,真空脱水,脱水条件:110℃下,脱水2小时,真空度-0.09MPa;
(2)将脱水后的多元醇,加入端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷,加入TDI、IPDI、NMP,投入反应釜内,在80℃下反应3小时至NCO为2.3-2.8%,得到预聚物;
(3)将预聚物用三乙烯四胺和乙酸乙酯的混合物进行扩链,至粘度800-1000 mPaS;
(4)加入异丙醇,终止反应得到粘度为800-900 mPaS,固含量36%的聚氨酯树脂复合物。

1.一种流涎复合油墨用聚氨酯树脂复合物,其特征在于由如下重量份数的组分组成:
聚醚多元醇 60-80
特殊多元醇 20-40
附着力增强剂 0-2
TDI 8-10
IPDI 7-9
NMP 50-75
胺扩链剂 1-5
乙酸乙酯 110-140
异丙醇 50-90。
2.如权利要求1所述的流涎复合油墨用聚氨酯树脂复合物,其特征在于,所述特殊多元醇为聚丁二烯二元醇、二聚酸二元醇或高分子量聚醚二元醇。
3.如权利要求1所述的流涎复合油墨用聚氨酯树脂复合物,其特征在于,所述聚醚多元醇的分子量为1000-3000。
4.如权利要求1所述的流涎复合油墨用聚氨酯树脂复合物,其特征在于,所述特殊多元醇的分子量为1000-5000。
5.如权利要求1所述的流涎复合油墨用聚氨酯树脂复合物,其特征在于,所述附着力增强剂为含有端羟基的有机硅氧烷。
6.如权利要求1所述的流涎复合油墨用聚氨酯树脂复合物,其特征在于,所述胺扩链剂为乙二胺、二乙烯二胺或三乙烯四胺。
7.权利要求1所述流涎复合油墨用聚氨酯树脂复合物的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1)将聚醚多元醇和特殊多元醇混合,真空脱水,脱水条件:110℃下,脱水1-2小时,真空度-0.09MPa;
(2)将脱水后的多元醇,加入附着力增强剂,再加入TDI、IPDI、NMP,投入反应釜内,在80℃下反应1-5小时得到预聚物;
(3)将预聚物用胺扩链剂和乙酸乙酯混合物进行扩链,至粘度合格;
(4)加入异丙醇,终止反应得到粘度合格的树脂。
