Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种由可变形塑料制成的管瓶(tottle)或管。
特别地，本发明涉及一种用于分配流体的配备有泵的管瓶。
背景技术
从事化妆品包装行业的成员一直在寻找用于容器的新构思以及对于众所周知的容器的新的使用方式和新的分配方法。
近年来，行业一直在尝试将“管瓶”(通过组合“管”和“瓶”而创造的术语)的使用扩展到高端产品，在这种高端产品中，必须以复杂的方式分配容器中容纳的液体。
然而，在这样的高端市场中，还尚未广泛接受使用通常具有翻盖或螺纹旋盖的传统管瓶。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种创新的分配***，以便应用于管瓶。
通过根据本文所附权利要求的技术教导的管瓶来实现该目的和其他目的。

管瓶1被设计成容纳和分配流体。
在本文中，“流体”是指美容用品或医疗物质、用于面部或身体的乳霜、用于抗皱的乳霜或产品，诸如粉底、卸妆剂等的化妆品。
该管瓶包括容器2，该容器配备有第一密封端3和具有颈部5的第二端4。
可以使用塑料模具制作容器2，以塑造所述容器的颈部5和管状的侧表面，所述管状的侧表面在底部开口(即在与颈部5相对的一侧)，然后该底部在S1处压缩并熔接(或以另一种方式密封)，以便形成容器2的密封底部3。
容器2也可以由简单的吹塑瓶形成，该吹塑瓶在其自由端处逐渐变细，使用挤压/吹塑技术(仍由塑料制成)或通过注射吹塑技术、使用预模制来制造所述吹塑瓶，但该吹塑瓶具有在其自由端(即与泵所在端相对的端)处没有搁置表面的形式。
在上述所有实施例中，在实践中，管瓶可以放置成仅利用管瓶的密封端3面朝上(借助于要施加到泵上的盖)而放置在平坦表面或放置成横放在侧表面上。
从附图中可以看出，该管瓶包括泵6，该泵使得分配类型极为有效和“高端”。泵必须是封闭(hermetical)类型的，并且因此在每次分配动作后容器都会变形，所述容器在最终用完分配的物质时变得完全平整。
可以联接到分配盖30的泵6具有泵体6A(图4)，该泵体至少部分地被容纳在容器2的颈部5的内部。
凸缘10从与其成一体的泵体6A延伸。
泵借助于套环7而关联(或更好地永久固定)到容器的颈部5，所述套环卡扣配合到颈部5上。
卡扣锁***被设计成使得使用者在正常使用管瓶期间、至少在不损坏套环或容器中的任一者的情况下不能分开套环和容器。
图4示出了将套环和颈部卡扣配合联接的可能装置的详细视图。更具体地，颈部5的外表面具有突出的台阶状元件5A(有利地，该突出的台阶状元件围绕颈部5的整个圆周延伸)，该突出的台阶元件通过卡扣配合而与套环7上的至少一个齿19(但是优选地与多于一个齿)配合。
泵6与制造为单个零件的垫圈8相联。
可以用来制造垫圈的材料可以选自：低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)、聚乙烯(PE)、高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)、热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)、热塑性弹性体(TPE)、硝基、硅树脂、聚丙烯(PP)、丁基、天然橡胶。
在图2和图3中更好地示出垫圈8。所述垫圈包括第一唇部8A，所述第一唇部定位成接触泵的泵体6A并且被成形以便通过过盈的方式配合到泵体6A上(见图4)。
还存在：第二唇部8B，密封凸缘8C从所述第二唇部延伸；和中间凸缘8D，所述中间凸缘使得第一唇部和第二唇部互连，以便在泵6上形成面对凸缘10的环形槽9。
以中间凸缘8D计，第二唇部8B的高度可以近似或等于的第一唇部8A的高度。
第二唇部8B(可能还有第一唇部8A)可以具有高度HG(从凸缘8C与颈部的自由边缘31之间的撞击表面测量)，所述高度小于(或等于)颈部的高度HC。。
高度HG等于或小于套环的高度HC的一半。这使得可以填充在容器中的产品的体积最大化。
高度HG也可以大于或近似于颈部的高度HC。
高度HG越接近高度HC(或如果高度HG更大)，则在分配结束时(即当容器2自身完全变平坦时)，残留在容器2内的产品越少。
这样，当将套环7固定到容器2的颈部5上时，垫圈8的密封凸缘8C被夹在与泵体6A一体化的凸缘10与容器2的颈部5的自由边缘31之间。
有利地，泵6被卡扣配合到套环7上。例如，套环7可以具有固定突起20，该紧固突起被卡扣配合至槽21中，所述槽作为泵体6A上邻近凸缘10的特征。
在自动组装管瓶期间，上述构造被证明是尤为有利的。
在实践中，一种组装方式可以包括以下步骤：
a.将垫圈8配合到泵体上
b.将泵6卡扣配合到套环7上
c.将套环7卡扣配合到容器的颈部5上。
可以很容易地想象到，由于将泵安装在管瓶上，所以上述垫圈特别有效。
值得注意的是，管瓶的自由边缘通常非常狭窄，并且基本上将不可能使用传统的垫圈用于以密封方式联接泵。在实践中，如果垫圈不是以永久性方式被预先配合至泵上，则垫圈可能在组装期间移动，从而导致有故障的管瓶，必须将所述有故障的管瓶丢弃。
为了便于预安装(还为了在垫圈和泵之间提供可选的密封)，泵6A可以具有边沿15，该边沿与垫圈8的第一唇部8A上具有的座部16接合。以此方式，垫圈和泵之间的联接更加牢固。
垫圈8在将第二唇部8B和中间部分8D互连的区域处包括倒角18，该倒角在垫圈与泵联接时便于将垫圈8***颈部5中。
在实践中，垫圈可以提供与第一唇部8A、第二唇部8B以及垫圈8C相对应的三个密封区域，与第一唇部对应的密封区域与泵体形成密封，与第二唇部对应的密封区域与容器的颈部5的内表面32形成密封，与垫圈对应的密封区域与颈部5的自由表面31形成密封。
继续描述，应当注意的是，套环7具有用于与盖12联接的部分14，所述盖覆盖泵并且与套环7上的台阶部13接触。
盖12被证明是特别重要，这是因为如已经提到的那样，该管瓶被定位成“翻转的”，并且因此管瓶可以具有平坦的表面12A，该平坦的表面可以为整个管瓶1提供稳定的搁置表面。
最后，应该注意的是，颈部5可以具有圆环形的横截面。套环和盖也可以具有圆环形的横截面。

Claims (10)
1.一种用于容纳和分配流体物质的管瓶(1)，所述管瓶包括：
容器(2)，所述容器设置有第一封闭端(3)和第二端(4)，在所述第二端处设置有颈部(5)；
封闭式泵(6)，所述泵的泵体(6A)至少部分地容纳在所述颈部(5)内，所述泵通过套环(7)与所述容器的所述颈部(5)相联，所述泵包括与所述泵体(6A)一体形成的凸缘(10)，所述泵(6)与制造为单个零件的密封垫圈(8)相联，所述垫圈包括：第一唇部(8A)，所述第一唇部定位成与所述泵的所述泵体(6A)接触并且与所述泵体密封，并且所述第一唇部成形为过盈配合至所述泵体(6A)；第二唇部(8B)，密封凸缘(8C)从所述第二唇部延伸；和中间部分(8D)，所述中间部分将所述第一唇部和所述第二唇部互连以形成面向所述泵(6)的所述凸缘(10)的环形槽，使得当所述套环(7)固定到所述容器(2)的所述颈部(5)时，所述垫圈(8)的所述密封凸缘(8C)夹在所述泵(6)的所述凸缘(10)和所述容器(2)的所述颈部(5)的自由边缘之间。
2.根据前述权利要求所述的管瓶，其中，所述泵(6)被卡扣固定到所述套环(7)上，和/或其中所述套环(7)卡扣配合到所述颈部(5)上。
