Abstract
The invention provides a mobile phone toughened film repairing method, which comprises the following steps: firstly, completely cleaning a toughened film which is attached to a mobile phone and has cracks; secondly, wiping the toughened film cleaned in the first step by using non-woven fabric, and performing dustless treatment; thirdly, coating the repair liquid in the cracks of the toughened film to completely fill the cracks; and fourthly, adhering a layer of PET or TPU optical film on the upper surface of the toughened film after the toughening film is completely filled. The service life of the tempering film is effectively prolonged, the problem of repairing the tempering film by cracking or cracking is effectively solved, the reuse rate of the tempering film is improved, the possibility of secondary damage after the tempering film is repaired is reduced, the use cost of a user is reduced, the possibility of discarding is reduced, the environmental pollution is avoided, and the use effect and the sensitivity are ensured.

and fourthly, adhering a layer of PET or TPU optical film on the upper surface of the toughened film after the toughening film is completely filled.
Further, the thickness of the PET or TPU optical film is 20-60 mu m.
Preferably, the thickness of the PET or TPU optical film is from 25 to 55 μm.
More preferably, the PET or TPU optical film has a thickness of 30, 40 or 50 μm. Fourthly, adhering a layer of TPU optical film on the upper surface of the toughened film after the toughening film is completely filled; in the process of attaching the TPU optical film, removing air bubbles and dust in the TPU optical film to enable the TPU optical film to be completely attached to the toughened film; the TPU optical film is replaced periodically; the thickness of the TPU optical film is 20-60 mu m; preferably, the TPU optical film has a thickness of 25 to 55 μm; more preferably, the TPU optical film has a thickness of 30, 40 or 50 μm.
