本发明提供了一种手机钢化膜修复方法,包括以下步骤:第一步,将贴合在手机上的出现裂缝的钢化膜进行完全清洗;第二步,将第一步清洗后的钢化膜采用无纺布擦干净,无尘化;第三步,将修复液涂敷在钢化膜的裂缝中,将裂缝填充完全;第四步,填充完全后在钢化膜的上表面贴合一层PET或TPU光学膜。本方案有效的提高了钢化膜的使用寿命,有效的解决了钢化膜破裂或出现裂缝的修复问题,提高了钢化膜的重复使用率,降低了钢化膜修复后再次损伤的可能,降低了使用者的使用成本,降低了丢弃的可能,避免环境污染,保证了使用效果和灵敏度。

技术领域
本发明涉及钢化膜技术,特别是一种手机钢化膜修复方法。
背景技术
随着科技的发展,各种电子产品,如手机、电脑、电视机、平板电脑等进入千家万户,这些智能电子产品成为了人们日常生活及工作中不可或缺的一部分。
为了防止触摸屏因意外撞击碎裂,多数消费者会在触摸屏的外表面贴一层钢化玻璃膜,钢化玻璃膜具有较好防刮性能和防爆作用,但是其存在以下缺陷:1、价格较高,普及应用存在一定难度。2、无法弯曲,当前曲面屏的电子产品越来越多,平面的钢化玻璃防爆膜已不能适用于曲面屏的电子产品(除非将钢化玻璃防爆膜做成弯曲的,但是这是不现实的,首先,曲面玻璃的制造成本极高;其次,曲面玻璃不方便储存运输,弯曲的钢化玻璃膜一压就会碎)。
专利号为CN206201621U公开了一种自修复钢化玻璃膜,包括钢化玻璃片、贴合钢化玻璃片上表面的第一塑料保护膜、贴合钢化玻璃片下表面的第二塑料保护膜,所述钢化玻璃片下表面设有粘胶层,所述第二塑料保护膜贴于粘胶层下侧,所述钢化玻璃片上表面还设有硅酮胶质层,所述硅酮胶质层上侧设有自修复层,所述第一塑料保护膜贴合在自修层上侧。本发明提供一种自修复钢化玻璃膜,可以修复摩擦刮花的花纹或机械压碎的裂纹。但是该钢化玻璃膜修复之后一定时间后仍然会出现钢化出现裂缝、裂纹等情况,影响使用的灵敏度。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,克服现有技术的上述不足,而提供一种便于提高修复效果和修复之后钢化膜的使用寿命,避免出现裂缝、灵敏度问题的手机钢化膜修复方法。
本发明的技术方案是:一种手机钢化膜修复方法,包括以下步骤:
第一步,将贴合在手机上的出现裂缝的钢化膜进行完全清洗;
第二步,将第一步清洗后的钢化膜采用无纺布擦干净,无尘化;
第三步,将修复液涂敷在钢化膜的裂缝中,将裂缝填充完全;
第四步,填充完全后在钢化膜的上表面贴合一层PET或TPU光学膜。
进一步,所述PET或TPU光学膜的厚度为20-60μm。
优选地,所述PET或TPU光学膜的厚度为25-55μm。
更优地,所述PET或TPU光学膜的厚度为30、40或50μm。便于提高光学膜与钢化膜之间的贴合效果,提高其静电贴合的效果,同时降低光线灰尘等对修复之处的影响,提高使用效果,避免灰尘杂质影响钢化膜裂缝中修复液凝固后的使用寿命。
进一步,所述第一步中清洗时先采用酒精清洗,然后在用带有清洗溶剂无纺布擦拭。
进一步,所述第三步中修复液涂敷后采用擦拭布去除多余的修复液。
进一步,所述第四步中贴合PET或TPU光学膜的过程中,去除其中气泡和灰尘,使其与钢化膜完全贴合。
进一步,所述第四步中贴合PET或TPU光学膜定期更换。
本发明具有如下特点:本方案有效的提高了钢化膜的使用寿命,有效的解决了钢化膜破裂或出现裂缝的修复问题,提高了钢化膜的重复使用率,降低了钢化膜修复后再次损伤的可能,降低了使用者的使用成本,降低了丢弃的可能,避免环境污染,保证了使用效果和灵敏度。

具体实施方式
实施例一
一种手机钢化膜修复方法,包括以下步骤:
第一步,将贴合在手机上的出现裂缝的钢化膜进行完全清洗;优选地,清洗时先采用酒精清洗,然后在用带有清洗溶剂无纺布擦拭。
第二步,将第一步清洗后的钢化膜采用无纺布擦干净,无尘化。
第三步,将修复液涂敷在钢化膜的裂缝中,将裂缝填充完全;修复液涂敷后采用擦拭布去除多余的修复液。
第四步,填充完全后在钢化膜的上表面贴合一层TPU光学膜;贴合TPU光学膜的过程中,去除其中气泡和灰尘,使其与钢化膜完全贴合; TPU光学膜定期更换; TPU光学膜的厚度为20-60μm;优选地, TPU光学膜的厚度为25-55μm;更优地, TPU光学膜的厚度为30、40或50μm。便于提高光学膜与钢化膜之间的贴合效果,提高其静电贴合的效果,同时降低光线灰尘等对修复之处的影响,提高使用效果,避免灰尘杂质影响钢化膜裂缝中修复液凝固后的使用寿命。
实施例二
一种手机钢化膜修复方法,包括以下步骤:
第一步,将贴合在手机上的出现裂缝的钢化膜进行完全清洗;优选地,清洗时先采用酒精清洗,然后在用带有清洗溶剂无纺布擦拭。
第二步,将第一步清洗后的钢化膜采用无纺布擦干净,无尘化。
第三步,将修复液涂敷在钢化膜的裂缝中,将裂缝填充完全;修复液涂敷后采用擦拭布去除多余的修复液。
第四步,填充完全后在钢化膜的上表面贴合一层PET或TPU光学膜;贴合PET光学膜的过程中,去除其中气泡和灰尘,使其与钢化膜完全贴合;PET光学膜定期更换;PET光学膜的厚度为20-60μm;优选地,PET光学膜的厚度为25-55μm;更优地,PET或TPU光学膜的厚度为30、40或50μm。便于提高光学膜与钢化膜之间的贴合效果,提高其静电贴合的效果,同时降低光线灰尘等对修复之处的影响,提高使用效果,避免灰尘杂质影响钢化膜裂缝中修复液凝固后的使用寿命。
本方案有效的提高了钢化膜的使用寿命,有效的解决了钢化膜破裂或出现裂缝的修复问题,提高了钢化膜的重复使用率,降低了钢化膜修复后再次损伤的可能,降低了使用者的使用成本,降低了丢弃的可能,避免环境污染,保证了使用效果和灵敏度。

1.一种手机钢化膜修复方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
第一步,将贴合在手机上的出现裂缝的钢化膜进行完全清洗;
第二步,将第一步清洗后的钢化膜采用无纺布擦干净,无尘化;
第三步,将修复液涂敷在钢化膜的裂缝中,将裂缝填充完全;
第四步,填充完全后在钢化膜的上表面贴合一层PET或TPU光学膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的手机钢化膜修复方法,其特征在于:所述PET或TPU光学膜的厚度为20-60μm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的手机钢化膜修复方法,其特征在于:所述第一步中清洗时先采用酒精清洗,然后在用带有清洗溶剂无纺布擦拭。
4.根据权利要求1所述的手机钢化膜修复方法,其特征在于:所述第三步中修复液涂敷后采用擦拭布去除多余的修复液。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的手机钢化膜修复方法,其特征在于:所述第四步中贴合PET或TPU光学膜的过程中,去除其中气泡和灰尘,使其与钢化膜完全贴合。
6.根据权利要求5所述的手机钢化膜修复方法,其特征在于:所述第四步中贴合PET或TPU光学膜定期更换。
