Abstract
本发明涉及一种切小条装置,尤其涉及一种萝卜便捷切小条装置。提供一种无需人工推动萝卜进行切条,避免发生危险,且切割后的萝卜尾部长短一致,便于进行晒干处理的萝卜便捷切小条装置。为了解决上述技术问题,提供了这样一种萝卜便捷切小条装置,包括有:动力机构,安装座顶部两侧之间连接有动力机构;切丝组件,安装座顶部一侧设有切丝组件;工作台,安装座顶部两侧之间通过支撑杆连接有工作台。通过设置的切刀,可对萝卜上残余的萝卜叶进行切割,将带有萝卜叶的萝卜头切割后,将萝卜切割成条,避免因萝卜叶腐烂对萝卜造成损失,同时也方便更好的进行切条工作。

本发明涉及一种切小条装置,尤其涉及一种萝卜便捷切小条装置。
背景技术
萝卜在中国民间素有"小人参"的美称,一到冬天,便成了家家户户饭桌上的常客,因此,农户对萝卜种植量较大,在剩余量较多时,常对萝卜进行腌制烹饪处理,同样又是一道美味菜肴,在腌制前,需要将萝卜进行切条处理,便于晒干水分,延长储存时间。
传统设备是由机架上均匀设有刀片,此设备需要工作人员手持萝卜对准刀片,用力推动萝卜穿过刀片,从而进行切块、切条的工序,萝卜与刀片接触时,阻力较大,工作人员需要用更大的力推动萝卜,洗净之后的萝卜较滑,在推动时容易脱手从而容易误伤工作人员手部,切割后的萝卜尾部长短不一,在进行悬挂晒干时,尾部短的萝卜容易发生断裂,造成浪费。
发明内容
为了克服萝卜与刀片接触时,阻力较大,工作人员需要用更大的力推动萝卜,洗净之后的萝卜较滑,在推动时容易脱手从而容易误伤工作人员手部的缺点,本发明的技术问题是:提供一种无需人工推动萝卜进行切条,避免发生危险,且切割后的萝卜尾部长短一致,便于进行晒干处理的萝卜便捷切小条装置。
本发明的技术实施方案为:一种萝卜便捷切小条装置,包括有:
动力机构,安装座顶部两侧之间连接有动力机构;
切丝组件,安装座顶部一侧设有切丝组件;
工作台,安装座顶部两侧之间通过支撑杆连接有工作台。
此外,优选的是,动力机构包括有:
电机,安装座顶部一侧设有电机;
支撑柱,远离电机一侧的安装座顶部设有支撑柱;
链轮组件,支撑柱和电机的输出轴之间连接有链轮组件;
滑轨,靠近电机一侧的链轮组件顶部设有滑轨,滑轨上滑动式连接有滑块;
连接板,滑轨两侧均设有连接板,连接板顶部均设有第一楔形块;
推板,第一楔形块之间连接有推板,推板位于工作台内部。
此外,优选的是,切丝组件包括有:
竖切板,远离电机一侧的竖切板通过滑套安装在安装座顶部;
第二楔形块,竖切板两侧均设有第二楔形块;
卡板,靠近滑套一侧的安装座之间连接有卡板;
压板,位于卡板内侧的安装座顶部连接有压板;
固定杆,位于压板外侧的安装座顶部两侧插有固定杆;
横切板,横切板通过压板卡在安装座顶部。
此外,优选的是,还包括有切平组件,切平组件包括有:
落料板,落料板通过支架安装在安装座顶部,落料板两侧均开有滑槽;
挡板,滑槽内滑动式连接有挡板;
导轨,安装座顶部两侧均设有导轨,导轨上部滑动式设有第一齿条,靠近电机一侧的第一齿条上部与挡板一侧相连接;
切刀,第一齿条上部之间连接有切刀;
伸缩杆,安装座顶部两侧均设有伸缩杆,伸缩杆顶部与第一齿条底部相连接;
导套,导轨之间连接有导套,导套上部转动式连接有转轴,靠近电机一侧的转轴上设有第二齿轮;
第一齿轮,转轴两端均设有第一齿轮,第一齿轮与第一齿条相配合;
第二齿条,一侧连接板上部设有第二齿条,第二齿条与第二齿轮相配合。
此外,优选的是,还包括有收集框,靠近支撑柱一侧的安装座顶部放置有收集框。
本发明的有益效果是:1、需要更换横切板时,将固定杆抽出,从而向左移动压板,此时可抽出横切板进行更换,同时也方便清理。
2、通过设置的切刀,可对萝卜上残余的萝卜叶进行切割,将带有萝卜叶的萝卜头切割后,将萝卜切割成条,避免因萝卜叶腐烂对萝卜造成损失。
3、通过设置的伸缩杆防止第一齿条脱离导轨,如此,更稳定的进行切割工作。

以下参照附图对本发明的实施方式进行说明。
实施例1
一种萝卜便捷切小条装置,如图1所示,包括有安装座1、动力机构2、切丝组件3和工作台6,安装座1顶部左侧设有切丝组件3,安装座1顶部左右侧之间连接有动力机构2,安装座1顶部左右两侧之间连接有工作台6。
需要将萝卜切成条便于制作萝卜干时,工作人员可将萝卜放入工作台6内,随后启动动力机构2工作,动力机构2工作将萝卜传送至切丝组件3部件上切成块,随后动力机构2工作带动切丝组件3内部件工作,从而切丝组件3内部件将成块的萝卜切割成条,工作人员便可对切割完毕的萝卜进行收集,萝卜切割完毕后,关闭动力机构2工作即可。
实施例2
在实施例1的基础之上,如图2所示,动力机构2包括有电机21、支撑柱22、链轮组件23、滑块24、滑轨25、连接板26、第一楔形块27和推板28,安装座1顶部右侧设有电机21,安装座1顶部左侧设有支撑柱22,支撑柱22和电机21的输出轴之间连接有链轮组件23,靠近电机21一侧的链轮组件23顶部设有滑轨25,滑轨25内滑动式连接有滑块24,滑块24两端均连接有连接板26,连接板26顶部均设有第一楔形块27,第一楔形块27之间连接有推板28,推板28位于工作台6内。
启动电机21工作,电机21输出轴转动带动链轮组件23转动,链轮组件23转动通过滑块24在滑轨25内移动带动连接板26向左移动,从而通过第一楔形块27带动推板28向左移动,推板28向左移动将萝卜推送至切丝组件3内进行切条工作。
如图3所示,切丝组件3包括有滑套31、竖切板32、第二楔形块33、卡板34、压板35、固定杆36和横切板37,安装座1顶部左侧前后均设有滑套31,滑套31之间连接有竖切板32,竖切板32两侧均设有第二楔形块33,安装座1左侧之间连接有卡板34,安装座1左侧滑动式连接有压板35,安装座1顶部左侧前后均插有固定杆36,两侧卡板34之间连接有横切板37,横切板37位于压板35后侧。
当推板28向左移动带动萝卜与竖切板32接触时,推板28继续推送萝卜向左移动,竖切板32对萝卜切割成条状,同时第一楔形块27向左移动至与第二楔形块33接触后,第一楔形块27向左移动带动第二楔形块33向上移动,第二楔形块33向上移动带动竖切板32向上移动,推板28继续推送已切割好的萝卜与竖切板32接触,并继续向左推动,从而通过安装座1顶部左侧的斜坡进行滑落,工作人员对其进行收集,当第一楔形块27向右移动至逐渐不与第二楔形块33接触时,在重力的作用下,第二楔形块33和竖切板32向下移动复位,随着推板28不断的左右移动,不断地带动萝卜在竖切板32和横切板37的作用下进行切条工作,工作人员还可将固定杆36取出,推动压板35向左移动,从而将横刀板取出进行清理,同时也可更换不同规格的横刀板,方便对萝卜的不同大小进行切条。
如图4所示,还包括有切平组件4,切平组件4包括有支架41、落料板42、挡板44、导轨45、第一齿条46、切刀47、弹簧、导套49、转轴410、第一齿轮411、第二齿轮412和第二齿条413,安装座1顶部后侧设有支架41,支架41顶部设有落料板42,落料板42前部两侧均开有滑槽43,滑槽43内滑动式连接有挡板44,安装座1顶部两侧均设有导轨45,导轨45上部滑动式设有第一齿条46,前侧第一齿条46上部与挡板44相连接,第一齿条46上部之间连接有切刀47,安装座1顶部两侧均设有伸缩杆48,伸缩杆48顶部与第一齿条46底端相连接,导轨45之间连接有导套49,导套49上部转动式设有转轴410,转轴410前侧设有第二齿轮412,转轴410前后两端均设有第一齿轮411,第一齿轮411与第一齿条46相配合,后侧第一楔形块27上部设有第二齿条413,第二齿条413与第二齿轮412相配合。
将废料框放在安装座1顶部右后侧,将萝卜放入落料板42上,从而缓慢滚动至落料板42右前侧,连接板26向左移动带动第二齿条413向左移动,第二齿条413移动至与第二齿轮412啮合时,带动第二齿轮412正转,第二齿轮412正转通过转轴410带动第一齿轮411正转,第一齿轮411正转带动第一齿条46向下移动,第一齿条46向下移动压缩伸缩杆48,避免第一齿条46脱离导轨45,第一齿条46向下移动带动切刀47向下移动对萝卜进行切割,萝卜头掉入废料框内,同时第一齿条46向下移动带动挡板44向下移动挡住落料板42上的萝卜掉入至工作台6上,当连接板26向右移动带动第二齿条413向右移动,从而带动切刀47和挡板44向上移动,此时已切掉萝卜头的萝卜滚落在工作台6上,当连接板26再次向左移动,推动已切掉萝卜头的萝卜进行切条工作,同时再次带动切刀47对萝卜进行切割,随着连接板26不断的左右移动,间歇切割萝卜的同时,将已切掉萝卜头的萝卜掉在工作台6上进行下一步工作。
如图1所示,还包括有收集框5,安装座1顶部左侧设有收集框5。
工萝卜进行统一收作人员可将收集框5放置在安装座1顶部左侧,切条完毕的萝卜通过安装座1顶部的斜坡滑落至收集框5内,工作人员可对收集框5内已切割好的集放置。
