The full-automatic vehicle washing equipment in the embodiment of the invention is mainly applied to the cleaning work of sanitation vehicles, and can be also applied to the cleaning work of other vehicles, which is not limited specifically.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the transverse brush cleaning mechanism 1, the first vertical brush cleaning mechanism 2 and the air drying and disinfecting mechanism 3 are sequentially arranged, and after a vehicle enters a cleaning area, the vehicle information and the vehicle cleaning condition are collected by the sensors and the controllers which are arranged on the transverse brush cleaning mechanism 1 and the first vertical brush cleaning mechanism 2 in sequence to control the cleaning mechanism to act, so that the vehicle is automatically and intelligently cleaned in an all-round way; then the sensor and the controller arranged on the air-drying and sterilizing mechanism 3 collect the information of the vehicle to control the action of the air-drying and sterilizing mechanism 3, so as to realize the air-drying, sterilizing and deodorizing of the vehicle; meanwhile, the distance between the cleaning equipment and the vehicle body is adjusted in time by collecting current change, so that the condition of damaging the surface of the vehicle can be effectively avoided.

In the embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the lifting device includes a first swing device and an electric cylinder; the first swing device comprises a first swing arm 8, a second swing arm 9 and a first cross arm 10, two ends of the first cross arm 10 are respectively connected with the first swing arm 8 and the second swing arm 9, the first swing arm 8 is rotatably connected with the first upright post 5, and the second swing arm 9 is rotatably connected with the second upright post 6; the electric cylinder comprises a first electric cylinder 11 and a second electric cylinder 12, the first electric cylinder 11 is arranged on the first upright post 5, an output shaft of the first electric cylinder 11 is connected with the first swing arm 8, the second electric cylinder 12 is arranged on the second upright post 6, and an output shaft of the second electric cylinder 12 is connected with the second swing arm 9. When the vehicle top profile measuring device works, the laser range finder measures and scans the vehicle top profile and transmits the measurement result to the controller; preferably, the controller is a PLC controller, more preferably, a frequency converter is arranged in the PLC controller and used for collecting current changes of the first motor 14, and in combination with measured data of the plurality of laser range finders on the top contour of the vehicle, the frequency converter controls the telescopic electric cylinder to drive the swinging device to move, so that a proper distance between the first cleaning brush 13 and the top contour of the vehicle is ensured, cleaning of any vehicle type is achieved, protruding parts on the top of the vehicle can be automatically avoided, and damage to equipment and the vehicle is avoided.
In the embodiment of the present invention, preferably, in order to balance the weight of the first cleaning brush 13, the horizontal brush cleaning mechanism 1 further includes: the counter weight subassembly, the counter weight subassembly includes first balancing weight and second balancing weight, first balancing weight and second balancing weight are located respectively first stand 5 and 6 bottoms of second stand to through counter weight rope and fixed pulley respectively with first swing arm 8 and 9 distances of second swing arm first belt cleaning device's one end is connected, and is preferred, the counter weight rope is wire rope.

In the embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the first cleaning assembly includes a second oscillating device, a second cleaning device and a second water spraying device, the second oscillating device is installed on the third upright 22, and the second cleaning device and the second water spraying device are both installed on the second oscillating device.

In the embodiment of the present invention, it is noted that the cleaning brush of the first cleaning assembly and the cleaning brush of the second cleaning assembly are vertically arranged between the third upright and the fourth upright, and the rotation directions of the cleaning brushes are opposite to each other during operation. For example, the cleaning brush of the first cleaning assembly may rotate leftwards, and the cleaning brush of the second cleaning assembly may rotate rightwards, or other rotation directions may be used, without limitation.
In the embodiment of the present invention, it is preferable that the second water spraying device includes a fourth water spraying pipe 33 and a plurality of nozzles, and it is preferable that the fourth water spraying pipe 33 is made of a stainless steel pipe; the fourth water spraying pipes 33 are distributed along the axial direction of the central rotating shaft 24, and a plurality of nozzles are arranged on the fourth water spraying pipes 33 at intervals; specifically, the spraying direction of the nozzle is opposite to the second cleaning brush, fan-shaped water mist is sprayed out, and the efficient cleaning agent is uniformly sprayed on the second cleaning brush.

The ultrasonic sensor and the limit switch sense the position information of the cleaning vehicle and the initial position of the second cleaning brush 28, and can effectively control the limit position of the swing device.
In the embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the controller is a PLC controller, and the PLC controller is disposed on the third column 22 and/or the fourth column 23, but it should be understood that the PLC controller may also be disposed at other positions of the second frame 21, as long as the PLC controller can be electrically connected to the sensing device, the first cleaning assembly and the second cleaning assembly, and the PLC controller is not limited thereto. The PLC controller specifically comprises an SIMATICS7300PLC, a control module, a servo controller and a frequency converter, wherein the SIMATIC S7300PLC system is established on an open-type structure network environment, and an open system which meets industrial standards is used for system design, so that the system is easy to expand and upgrade; the frequency converter drives the servo motor to drive the third swing arm and the fourth swing arm to rotate back and forth according to the current change of the driving motor, and automatic and accurate profiling cleaning of the surface of the vehicle is achieved.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the air drying sterilizing mechanism includes: a third housing 34, a sterilizing unit and an air drying unit; the sterilizing device is arranged at one side of the third frame 34; the third rack comprises a fifth upright column 35 and a sixth upright column 36, the air drying device comprises a first air drying component and a second air drying component, the first air drying component is arranged on the fifth upright column 35, the second air drying component is arranged on the sixth upright column 36, and the first air drying component and the second air drying component are arranged opposite to each other and have the same structure; the sterilizing device and the air drying device are respectively electrically connected with the controller.

In the embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the sensor includes an ultrasonic distance meter and a plurality of photoelectric switches, and the ultrasonic distance meter is disposed on one side of the fifth vertical column 35 and/or the sixth vertical column 36, and is configured to measure a distance between the air drying device and a vehicle to be cleaned; the third rack 34 further comprises a cross beam, and a plurality of photoelectric switches are arranged on the cross beam at intervals and used for detecting whether the cleaning vehicle enters an air drying area; preferably, the controller is a PLC controller, and the PLC controller is disposed on the fifth column 35 and/or the sixth column 36, wherein the PLC controller is composed of a SIMATIC S7300PLC, a control module, and a servo driver, and realizes automatic and accurate profiling cleaning of the vehicle side profile according to a signal acquired by the sensing device; the SIMATIC S7300PLC system is established in the network environment with an open structure, and the system is designed by using an open system which meets the industrial standard, so that the system is easy to expand and upgrade.

s1, detecting whether a vehicle enters a cleaning area by the sensor;
s2, when a vehicle enters a cleaning area, the controller controls the transverse brush cleaning mechanism and the first vertical brush cleaning mechanism and the second vertical brush cleaning mechanism to act to clean the vehicle;
in an embodiment of the present invention, the controller controlling the horizontal brush washing mechanism to wash the vehicle includes:
the ultrasonic sensor detects whether a vehicle enters a cleaning area of the transverse brush cleaning mechanism;
when a vehicle is detected to enter a cleaning area of the transverse brush cleaning mechanism, the controller controls the first electric cylinder and the second electric cylinder to stretch and push the first cleaning brush to a cleaning position, the first motor is controlled to drive the first cleaning brush to rotate at a high speed towards the driving direction, and meanwhile, the first water spray pipe, the second water spray pipe and the third water spray pipe uniformly spray a cleaning agent to the first cleaning brush and the vehicle body so as to realize full-automatic cleaning of the top of the vehicle;

In an embodiment of the present invention, the cleaning steps of the vehicle passing through the first vertical brush cleaning mechanism and the second vertical brush cleaning mechanism are the same, and the controlling the first vertical brush cleaning mechanism by the controller to clean the vehicle includes:
the controller controls the two groups of second cleaning brushes to move towards the middle relatively, and simultaneously controls the two groups of second cleaning brushes to be at initial positions by combining with a limit switch arranged on the central rotating shaft;
when the ultrasonic sensor detects that the vehicle enters a cleaning area of the first vertical brush cleaning mechanism, the controller controls the two groups of second cleaning brushes to rotate at a high speed, and meanwhile, the fourth water spray pipe uniformly sprays cleaning agents to the two groups of second cleaning brushes to clean the vehicle body of the vehicle;

the guide assembly connected to an output terminal of the fourth motor includes: one end of the first guide rod is connected with the air knife; the output end of the fourth motor is provided with a gear, the gear is meshed with the gear, and one end of the gear is connected with the first guide rod; the first V-shaped guide wheel is arranged on the fifth upright post, sliding grooves are formed in the first V-shaped guide wheel, and the first guide rod can slide in the sliding grooves; the fourth motor controls the gear rack to drive the air knife to slide along the axial direction of the first guide rod;

the controller comprises a main controller and a plurality of sub-controllers, the main controller is electrically connected with the plurality of sub-controllers respectively, and the plurality of sub-controllers are arranged on the transverse brush cleaning mechanism, the first vertical brush cleaning mechanism, the second vertical brush cleaning mechanism and the air drying and disinfecting mechanism respectively; wherein, the controller is a PLC controller.
7. A full-automatic car washing method applied to the full-automatic car washing equipment according to any one of claims 1-6, characterized by comprising the following steps:
the sensor detects whether a vehicle enters a cleaning area;
when a vehicle enters a cleaning area, the controller controls the transverse brush cleaning mechanism and the first vertical brush cleaning mechanism and the second vertical brush cleaning mechanism to act to clean the vehicle;
after the cleaning is finished, the controller controls the air drying and sterilizing mechanism to perform air drying, sterilizing and deodorizing on the vehicle.

when a vehicle is detected to enter a cleaning area of the transverse brush cleaning mechanism, the controller controls the first electric cylinder and the second electric cylinder to stretch and push the first cleaning brush to a cleaning position, the first motor is controlled to drive the first cleaning brush to rotate at a high speed towards the driving direction, and meanwhile, the first water spray pipe, the second water spray pipe and the third water spray pipe uniformly spray a cleaning agent to the first cleaning brush and the vehicle body so as to realize full-automatic cleaning of the top of the vehicle;
the controller collects current changes of the first motor and controls the first electric cylinder and the second electric cylinder to act to adjust the distance between the first cleaning brush and the roof by combining measurement data of the laser range finder on the roof profile.

The full-automatic vehicle washing method according to claim 7, wherein the washing steps of the vehicle passing through the first vertical brush washing mechanism and the second vertical brush washing mechanism are the same, and the controller controls the first vertical brush washing mechanism to wash the vehicle comprises:
the controller controls the two groups of second cleaning brushes to move towards the middle relatively, and simultaneously controls the two groups of second cleaning brushes to be at initial positions by combining with a limit switch arranged on the central rotating shaft;
when the ultrasonic sensor detects that the vehicle enters a cleaning area of the first vertical brush cleaning mechanism, the controller controls the two groups of second cleaning brushes to rotate at a high speed, and meanwhile, the fourth water spray pipe uniformly sprays cleaning agents to the two groups of second cleaning brushes to clean the vehicle body of the vehicle;
