Abstract
本发明公开了一种纯汉麻纱功能袜,包括由袜口、袜跟及袜身组成的袜子本体,所述袜子本体采用50~90支纯汉麻细纱采用常规织袜工艺编织而成。以及纯汉麻纱功能袜的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:一、汉麻纱处理:(1)、粗纱脱胶(2)、纺细纱:传统麻类纱线湿纺工艺;(3)、细纱预整理;(4)、细纱染色;(5)低温皂洗;(6)、纱线过柔处理;(7)、得到最终的纯汉麻细纱,二、袜子本体编织。本发明打破了传统汉麻纱需要混纺的工艺手段,直接采用纯汉麻纱进行编织,纯汉麻高支纱袜子水洗不易变形耐磨,天生抗菌,除湿透气,保湿蓬松柔软,不易起球。

技术领域
本发明属于服装鞋袜技术领域,尤其涉及一种纯汉麻纱功能袜及其生产工艺。
背景技术
汉麻,又名线麻、寒麻、火麻等,别名称谓多达十余种。史书载,麻起源于中国,汉麻是人类最早用于织物的天然纤维。汉麻作为绿色环保生态纤维,其面料除具有天然抗菌、屏蔽紫外线辐射、吸湿排汗、柔软舒适、护肤保洁、吸附异味和耐磨等性能外,还具有尊贵高雅、朴实无华、自然实用等风格,因此,汉麻面料日渐为人们所喜爱,尤其是袜子作为人们日常生活中常用的服装类生活用品,在人们的日常生活中发挥着重要作用,且人们对袜子有着舒适,保暖,抑菌,除臭等多种要求。
CN105146781B公开了一种多组份变结构功能性运动袜的制备方法,所述多组份变结构功能性运动袜采用超高分子量聚乙烯短纤、Coolmax及汉麻等功能性纤维与传统原料相结合,分别用于袜品不同部位的编织,针对袜品不同部位进行合理组织结构设计,在电脑袜机编织成袜坯再经定型整理而成。本发明制得的含有超高分子量聚乙烯短纤、Coolmax及汉麻等功能性纤维的多组份变结构多功能的运动袜,具有吸湿、排汗、抗菌、除臭、耐磨、穿着舒适等特点,完全可以可以达到高档运动袜的舒适、卫生、保健、耐穿等多项功能于一体的要求。
CN 205794825 U公开了一种透气抗菌袜子,所述袜子本体由外至内依次设有防尘层、抗菌层和透气层,防尘层由第一经线和第一纬线编织而成,第一经线由铜纤维和珍珠纤维混纺而成,第一纬线由苎麻纤维和铝纤维混纺而成,抗菌层由海藻纤维、纳米银纤维和甲壳素纤维混纺而成,透气层由第二经线和第二纬线相互编织而成,第二经线由麦尔登纤维和汉麻纤维混纺而成,第二纬线由牛奶蛋白纤维和圣麻纤维混纺而成,袜子本体的外表面对应于人体的脚掌心部位的位置处设有容纳袋,容纳袋里设有吸湿垫,吸湿垫由莫代尔纤维、玉米纤维和亚麻纤维混纺而成,亚麻纤维的壁体中嵌设有炭颗粒。本实用新型的透气抗菌袜子实现了袜子较好的透气和防尘抗菌效果。
CN 205390337 U公开了一种汉麻抑菌袜,由袜子本体,袜子跟部及袜子口兜构成,所述袜子本体沿脚面轮廓设置有条肋,袜子本体上由棉麻混纺面料和弹性面料成竖向条纹状拼接而成,所述袜子跟部设置有垫层,袜子口兜侧面设置有绑带。所述绑带端部为粘贴部。所述粘贴部为魔术贴。所述棉麻混纺面料和弹性面料的条纹宽度为1cm。所述棉麻混纺面料采用40%汉麻和60%棉混纺的面料或采用汉麻面料,所述弹性面料采用95%棉和5%氨纶的弹性面料或是纯棉面料。所述袜子口兜部采用棉质面料。本实用新型不仅具有抑菌除臭的特点,同时能够长期保持袜子本身的形体,长期贴合,具有很好的商业价值和实用价值,值得大范围推广。
上述专利提供了汉麻功能袜的技术,虽然实现了袜子较好的透气和防尘抗菌效果、抑菌除臭,但仍有一些问题,由于汉麻纤维本身粗硬、手感差,就需要跟其他纤维进行混纺,由此得到的汉麻袜实际上并不是一个纯汉麻纤维织成的袜子,汉麻纤维的功能并不能达到最大的使用,因为纯汉麻袜子容易变形,穿着时间长后就难以与人体脚面贴合,为实用性和体验感降低,因此提供一种新型的抑菌除臭袜就显得尤为必要,上述问题也成为了困扰该领域技术人员的一个亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种结构简单,工艺环保,透气蓬松柔软,且不变形、耐磨以及不起球的纯汉麻纱功能袜及其生产工艺。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采取的技术方案是:一种纯汉麻纱功能袜,包括由袜口、袜跟及袜身组成的袜子本体,所述袜子本体采用50~90支纯汉麻细纱采用常规织袜工艺编织而成。
一种纯汉麻纱功能袜,该功能袜由如下重量百分比的纱线编织而成:
纯汉麻细纱 68%~75%;
锦纶 20%~25%;
氨纶 5%~7%。
一种纯汉麻纱功能袜的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
一、汉麻纱处理:
(1)、粗纱脱胶
粗纱脱胶为亚氯酸钠脱胶工艺、双氧漂脱胶工艺、生物酶脱胶工艺中的任意一种;
(2)、纺细纱:传统麻类纱线湿纺工艺;
(3)、细纱预整理:向煮锅中加入质量分数为2g/L渗透除泡剂和2g/L的高分子纳米硅材料,搅拌均匀后,将煮锅升温至40℃,运转30min后,排液;
(4)、细纱染色:向煮锅中加入化好的染料,运转5分钟,升温到60℃加入质量分数为5~15g/L的纯碱,60℃保温5~10分钟后,再加入质量分数为20~40g/L的元明粉,继续60℃保温5~10分钟;然再加入质量分数为5~15g/L的纯碱,60℃保温5~10分钟后,再加入质量分数为20~40g/L的元明粉,60℃保温10~20分钟,降温排液;
(5)、加入质量分数为0.3~1g/L的低温皂洗剂,50℃保温10分钟,排液;
(6)、纱线过柔处理:加入质量分数为3~10g/L的纱线柔软处理剂,40℃保温20分钟,排液;
(7)、得到最终的纯汉麻细纱。
二、袜子本体编织:
(8)、将处理完成后的汉麻细纱送入织袜机,按照常规织袜工艺进行织袜工序,得到最终纯汉麻纱功能袜。
上述纯汉麻纱功能袜,该生产工艺是将纯汉麻细纱68%~75%;锦纶20%~25%;氨纶5%~7%同时送入织袜机,按照常规织袜工艺进行织袜工序。
上述纯汉麻纱功能袜的生产工艺,所述渗透除泡剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚或EO/PO嵌段聚醚,高分子纳米硅材料是氨基硅油乳液和透明质酸复配物,低温皂洗剂为马丙三元共聚,纱线柔软处理剂为氨基改性硅油乳液。
本发明纯汉麻纱功能袜及其生产工艺的优点是:本发明打破了传统汉麻纱需要混纺的工艺手段,直接采用纯汉麻纱进行编织,利用对汉麻细纱进行预整理的工艺步骤,能够去除残留在纱上的杂质,纳米硅晶结构镶嵌入式在汉麻纤维的空隙间起到保湿透气的功能。其工艺简单,处理条件温和,绿色环保,节水,处理后纯汉麻高支纱袜子水洗不易变形耐磨,天生抗菌,除湿透气,保湿蓬松柔软、预防脚干脚裂,纯汉麻高支纱,编织结构合理,纤维之间行成均匀气孔,纯汉麻纱线透气性好,纯汉麻高支纱耐磨抗起毛起球性好,适合生产连裤袜,长筒袜,中筒袜,短筒袜,船袜等,编织工艺包括单面圆袜,双面圆袜,无缝内衣成形工艺,本发明市场前景较好,使用广泛,适合推广应用。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明;
一种纯汉麻纱功能袜,包括由袜口、袜跟及袜身组成的袜子本体,所述袜子本体采用50~90支纯汉麻细纱采用常规织袜工艺编织而成。本发明中,具体的织袜工艺根据所需袜子不同种类来分别确定,并选择该类袜子的常规工艺进行编织,织袜工艺为常规技术,故在此不多赘述。
为了进一步提高该功能袜强力、弹性等性能,提高穿着的舒适度,本发明纯汉麻纱功能袜可以添加功能纤维来实现,该功能袜由如下重量百分比的纱线编织而成:纯汉麻细纱68%~75%;锦纶20%~25%;氨纶5%~7%。该生产工艺是将纯汉麻细纱68%~75%;锦纶20%~25%;氨纶5%~7%同时送入织袜机,按照常规织袜工艺进行织袜工序。
一种纯汉麻纱功能袜的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
一、汉麻纱处理:
(1)、粗纱脱胶
粗纱脱胶为亚氯酸钠脱胶工艺、双氧漂脱胶工艺、生物酶脱胶工艺中的任意一种;
(2)、纺细纱:传统麻类纱线湿纺工艺;
(3)、细纱预整理:向煮锅中加入质量分数为2g/L渗透除泡剂和2g/L的高分子纳米硅材料,搅拌均匀后,将煮锅升温至40℃,运转30min后,排液;
(4)、细纱染色:向煮锅中加入化好的染料,运转5分钟,升温到60℃加入质量分数为5~15g/L的纯碱,60℃保温5~10分钟后,再加入质量分数为20~40g/L的元明粉,继续60℃保温5~10分钟;然再加入质量分数为5~15g/L的纯碱,60℃保温5~10分钟后,再加入质量分数为20~40g/L的元明粉,60℃保温10~20分钟,降温排液;
(5)、加入质量分数为0.3~1g/L的低温皂洗剂,50℃保温10分钟,排液;
(6)、纱线过柔处理:加入质量分数为3~10g/L的纱线柔软处理剂,40℃保温20分钟,排液;
(7)、得到最终的纯汉麻细纱。
二、袜子本体编织:
(8)、将处理完成后的汉麻细纱送入织袜机,按照常规织袜工艺进行织袜工序,得到最终纯汉麻纱功能袜。
本发明对汉麻细纱进行处理的工序中,渗透除泡剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚或EO/PO嵌段聚醚,高分子纳米硅材料是氨基硅油乳液和透明质酸复配物,低温皂洗剂为马丙三元共聚,纱线柔软处理剂为氨基改性硅油乳液。其中,亚氯酸钠脱胶工艺、双氧漂脱胶工艺、生物酶脱胶工艺均可采用目前麻类粗纱脱胶工艺进行,纺细纱工艺也是采用传统麻类纱线湿纺工艺,故在此不多赘述。
当然,上述说明并非是对本发明的限制,本发明也并不限于上述举例,本技术领域的普通技术人员,在本发明的实质范围内,作出的变化、改型、添加或替换,都应属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (5)
1.一种纯汉麻纱功能袜,包括由袜口、袜跟及袜身组成的袜子本体,其特征在于:所述袜子本体采用50~90支纯汉麻细纱采用常规织袜工艺编织而成。
2.一种纯汉麻纱功能袜,其特征是,该功能袜由如下重量百分比的纱线编织而成:
纯汉麻细纱 68%~75%;
锦纶 20%~25%;
氨纶 5%~7%。
3.一种生产如权利要求1所述的纯汉麻纱功能袜的工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
一、汉麻纱处理:
(1)、粗纱脱胶
粗纱脱胶为亚氯酸钠脱胶工艺、双氧漂脱胶工艺、生物酶脱胶工艺中的任意一种;
(2)、纺细纱:传统麻类纱线湿纺工艺;
(3)、细纱预整理:向煮锅中加入质量分数为2g/L渗透除泡剂和2g/L的高分子纳米硅材料,搅拌均匀后,将煮锅升温至40℃,运转30min后,排液;
(4)、细纱染色:向煮锅中加入化好的染料,运转5分钟,升温到60℃加入质量分数为5~15g/L的纯碱,60℃保温5~10分钟后,再加入质量分数为20~40g/L的元明粉,继续60℃保温5~10分钟;然再加入质量分数为5~15g/L的纯碱,60℃保温5~10分钟后,再加入质量分数为20~40g/L的元明粉,60℃保温10~20分钟,降温排液;
(5)、加入质量分数为0.3~1g/L的低温皂洗剂,50℃保温10分钟,排液;
(6)、纱线过柔处理:加入质量分数为3~10g/L的纱线柔软处理剂,40℃保温20分钟,排液;
(7)、得到最终的纯汉麻细纱。
二、袜子本体编织:
(8)、将处理完成后的汉麻细纱送入织袜机,按照常规织袜工艺进行织袜工序,得到最终纯汉麻纱功能袜。
4.根据权利要求2所述纯汉麻纱功能袜,其特征是:该生产工艺是将纯汉麻细纱68%~75%;锦纶20%~25%;氨纶5%~7%同时送入织袜机,按照常规织袜工艺进行织袜工序。
5.根据权利要求3所述纯汉麻纱功能袜的生产工艺,其特征是:所述渗透除泡剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚或EO/PO嵌段聚醚,高分子纳米硅材料是氨基硅油乳液和透明质酸复配物,低温皂洗剂为马丙三元共聚,纱线柔软处理剂为氨基改性硅油乳液。
