The dehumidifying mechanism 4 comprises a second frame body, a hollow box body 17 arranged on the second frame body, a reference plate 18 used for covering an opening of the hollow box body 17, an air exhausting piece used for being communicated with the hollow box body 17, and a plurality of through holes 211 arranged on the reference plate 18, wherein the through holes 211 penetrate through the reference plate 18 and are used for being communicated with the hollow box body 17, the second driving piece 12 drives the carrier seat 112 to enable coat clothes carried by the folding clothes hanger 1 to move to the reference plate 18, and the air exhausting piece exhausts air to the hollow box body 17 so that the air flows through the through holes 211 to realize dehumidifying and shaping of the coat clothes ironed by the ironing mechanism 3.
After the ironing mechanism 3 finishes ironing the jacket clothes, the first driving member drives the seat 111 to move the jacket clothes to the dehumidifying mechanism 4, then the second driving member 12 drives the carrier seat 112 to move the jacket clothes carried by the folding clothes hanger 1, so that the jacket clothes move to the reference plate 18, the air exhausting member exhausts air to the hollow box 17, so that the air flows through the through hole 211, and the automatic dehumidifying and shaping of the jacket clothes are realized by utilizing the flowing air flowing through the through hole 211.
The intelligent clothes ironing and collecting equipment further comprises a second sensor and a third sensor, the second sensor is used for sensing the base body 111 and triggering the control box to regulate and control the first driving piece so that the moving speed of the base body 111 is reduced, and the third sensor is used for sensing the base body 111 with the reduced speed and triggering the control box to regulate and control the pick-and-place manipulator 5 to move the coat and clothes borne by the folding clothes hanger 1 away. Through the cooperation of the second sensor, the moving speed of the seat body 111 is reduced, and when the pick-and-place manipulator 5 automatically picks and places the jacket on the folding clothes hanger 1, the situation that the jacket is torn due to the fact that the seat body 111 moves too fast is avoided.
The folding mechanism 6 comprises a support frame 19, a support plate 21 arranged on the upper end of the support frame 19, the support plate 21 is a substantially rectangular flat plate, a first folding member 22, a second folding member 23 and a third folding member 24 which are arranged on the support plate 21, the folding members comprise a rotary cylinder, a folding plate 25 connected with an output shaft of the rotary cylinder, the folding plate 25 is a substantially rectangular thin plate, of course, according to actual requirements, the output shaft of the rotary cylinder can be fixedly connected with an extension rod, the folding plate 25 is fixedly connected on the extension rod, the first folding member 22 and the second folding member 23 automatically fold two sleeves of the jacket clothes, and the third folding member 24 automatically folds the lining body of the jacket clothes.
After the picking and placing mechanical arm 5 transfers the jacket clothes which are dehumidified and shaped by the dehumidifying mechanism 4 to the supporting plate 21 of the folding mechanism 6, the folding mechanism 6 realizes automatic folding of the jacket clothes, the jacket clothes do not need to be folded manually by an operator, and the folding efficiency of the jacket clothes is improved.
The lifting material supporting mechanism 7 comprises a material supporting frame 26 arranged in a lifting mode, a first driving unit used for driving the material supporting frame 26 to lift up and down, two second driving units 27 fixedly arranged at the left end and the right end of the material supporting frame 26, and two material supporting plates 28 respectively connected with the output ends of the two second driving units 27, the material supporting plates 28 are approximately rectangular thin plates, the two second driving units 27 drive the two material supporting plates 28 to be close to or far away from each other, a through hole 211 penetrating through the supporting plate 21 is formed in the supporting plate 21, the material supporting plates 28 are located below the through hole 211 of the supporting plate 21, and folded jacket clothes of the folding mechanism 6 are pressed and held on the two material supporting plates 28 through the through hole 211.
In practical use, the picking and placing manipulator 5 places the jacket clothes on the support plate 21, the jacket clothes are pressed on the folding plates 25 of the three folding pieces at the moment, and then the rotating cylinder drives the folding plates 25 to rotate 180 degrees, so that the jacket clothes are automatically folded. After the folding mechanism 6 folds one piece of jacket clothes, the lifting material supporting mechanism 7 can lower the height of one piece of jacket clothes, that is, the first driving unit drives the material supporting frame 26 and the material supporting frame 28 to lower the height of one piece of jacket clothes, in such a cycle, after the material supporting frame 28 of the lifting material supporting mechanism 7 supports a predetermined number (for example, 10) of pieces of jacket clothes, the first driving unit drives the material supporting frame 26 to press and support the material supporting frame 28 on the discharging mechanism 8, and then the second driving unit 27 drives the material supporting frame 28 to withdraw, so that the predetermined number of pieces of jacket clothes are placed on the discharging mechanism 8 at one time, and the discharging mechanism 8 can output the predetermined number of pieces of jacket clothes at one time.
The folding clothes hanger 1 further comprises two first nuts 29, two second nuts 31 and two screw rods 32, wherein the two first nuts 29 are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the upper end of the main body frame 9, for example, the first nuts 29 are welded on the main body frame 9; of course, a slot for accommodating the first nut 29 may be provided on the main body frame 9, and the first nut 29 is enclosed in the slot by a welding strip welded to the main body frame 9. Two second nuts 31 are respectively arranged on the two sleeve frames 11, and similarly, the second nuts 31 are welded on the sleeve frames 11, and a screw rod 32 is screwed in one first nut 29 and the first second nut 31.
Through the matching of the nut and the screw rod 32, on one hand, the conventional structure of the nut and the screw rod 32 is used for simplifying the rotating matching structure between the main body frame 9 and the sleeve frame 11, and on the other hand, the friction force between the nut and the screw rod 32 is used for preventing the folding clothes rack 1 from being shocked or accidentally touched to cause the relative rotation between the main body frame 9 and the sleeve frame 11.
The pick-and-place manipulator 5 is provided with a clamping piece 33, and the clamping piece 33 comprises a main body part 34 and two sleeve parts 35 arranged at the left side and the right side of the main body part 34; the two sleeve parts 35 are respectively and rotatably arranged at the left side and the right side of the main body part 34, and the main body part 34 is provided with a third driving part for driving the sleeve parts 35 to rotate; the sleeve part 35 is provided with a fourth driving part, the output end of the fourth driving part is connected with a first air cylinder clamp 36, and the fourth driving part drives the first air cylinder clamp 36 to move along the length direction of the sleeve part 35; the main body part 34 is provided with a fifth driving part, the output end of the fifth driving part is connected with a second air cylinder clamp 37, and the fifth driving part is used for driving the second air cylinder clamp 37 to move along the length direction of the main body part 34; the first cylinder clamps 36 of the two sleeve parts 35 respectively clamp two sleeves of the jacket clothes carried by the folding clothes rack 1, and the second cylinder clamps 37 are used for clamping the lining of the jacket clothes carried by the folding clothes rack 1.
In actual use, according to the size of the jacket clothes, the driving piece drives the cylinder clamp to change the position of the cylinder clamp on the clamping piece 33, the first cylinder clamps 36 of the two sleeve parts 35 are used for clamping two sleeves of the jacket clothes, the second cylinder clamps 37 are used for clamping the lining of the jacket clothes, the clamping piece 33 is ensured to clamp the jacket clothes with various sizes, and the clamping and fixing efficiency of the jacket clothes is improved. The pick-and-place robot 5 then drives the gripping members 33 to move upwards, so that the jacket clothes are automatically taken off from the folding hanger 1, and then the pick-and-place robot 5 can place the jacket clothes gripped by the cylinder clamps on the supporting plate 21 of the folding mechanism 6.
The third driving member is a pneumatic cylinder, and the sleeve portion 35 is provided with a plurality of positioning holes 38, the plurality of positioning holes 38 are arranged in a row along the length direction of the sleeve portion 35, and preferably, the plurality of positioning holes 38 are arranged at equal intervals along the length direction of the sleeve portion 35. The cylinder block of the third driver is rotatably disposed in the body portion 34 and the piston rod of the third driver is rotatably disposed in one of the positioning holes 38.
In practical use, according to the actual sizes of different coats and clothes, a user can selectively rotate the piston rod of the third driving member to be arranged in one corresponding positioning hole 38, so that the rotating sleeve part 35 can move by different strokes, and the compatibility of the clamping member 33 is improved. The number of the third driving members is two, the two third driving members are respectively located at the left and right sides of the main body part 34, and the two third driving members are respectively used for driving the two sleeve parts 35 to rotate.
The fourth driving part comprises a first screw rod rotatably arranged on the clothes sleeve part 35, a first nut 29 screwed on the outer side of the first screw rod, a first sliding block connected with the first nut 29 and slidably arranged on the clothes sleeve part 35, and a driving motor arranged on the clothes sleeve part 35 and used for driving the first screw rod to rotate, wherein the first air cylinder clamp 36 is arranged on the first sliding block. Preferably, the sleeve part 35 is provided with a guide rail, the guide rail extends along the length direction of the sleeve part 35, the first lead screw is arranged in parallel with the guide rail, and in actual use, the driving motor drives the first lead screw to enable the first nut 29 to slide along the length direction of the sleeve part 35, so that the position of the first cylinder clamp 36 in the length direction of the sleeve part 35 is changed.
The sleeve part 35 is provided with a first guide groove 39, the first guide groove 39 penetrates through the sleeve part 35, the first guide groove 39 extends along the length direction of the sleeve part 35, the first slide block is connected with a first connecting plate 41 positioned in the first guide groove 39, and the first cylinder clamp 36 is fixedly arranged on the first connecting plate 41. The first connecting plate 41 is limited by the inner groove wall of the first guide groove 39, so that the first connecting plate 41 is guided and limited in the moving direction, the first cylinder clamp 36 is prevented from being inclined in the moving process due to the fact that the first connecting plate 41 is inclined in the moving process, and the accuracy of the moving direction of the first cylinder clamp 36 is guaranteed.
The first cylinder clamp 36 and the first sliding block are respectively located on the left side and the right side of the coat sleeve portion 35, the first sliding block, the first screw rod, the first nut 29 and the first motor are located on the same side of the coat sleeve portion 35, and in actual use, the first cylinder clamp 36 clamps the sleeves of the coat and utilizes the coat sleeve portion 35 to separate the sleeves from the third driving piece, so that the phenomenon that the members (the first sliding block, the first screw rod, the first nut 29 or the first motor) of the third driving piece touch the sleeves of the coat and cause the pollution of the sleeves is avoided.
The cylinder clamp comprises a driving body 42, two clamping arms 43 movably arranged on the driving body 42 and two plastic parts 44 respectively arranged on the two clamping arms 43, the two clamping arms 43 can be arranged on the driving body 42 in a rotating or sliding manner according to actual requirements, and the driving body 42 drives the two clamping arms 43 to drive the two plastic parts 44 to clamp the jacket clothes. The two plastic members 44 are used to hold the jacket clothes to prevent the first cylinder clamp 36 from contacting and contaminating the jacket clothes. According to actual needs, the plastic part 44 can be made of an elastic material, for example, the plastic part 44 is made of elastic silica gel, and the elasticity of the plastic part 44 is utilized to absorb the clamping impact force between the first cylinder clamp 36 and the jacket clothes, so that the jacket clothes can be prevented from being damaged by the clamping of the first cylinder clamp 36.
Two parallel second guide grooves 45 are formed in the main body portion 34, the second guide grooves 45 extend along the length direction of the main body portion 34, the second sliding block is connected with two second connecting plates 46 which are located in the two second guide grooves 45 respectively, and the two second cylinder clamps 37 are arranged on the two second connecting plates 46 respectively. Preferably, two second connecting plates 46 are fixedly disposed at the left and right ends of the second slider, respectively. Of course, the inner end surfaces of the left and right ends of the second guide groove 45 away from each other are respectively used for stopping against the second connecting plate 46.
The first cylinder clamp 36 and the second cylinder clamp 37 are located on the same side of the main body portion 34, the second cylinder clamp 37 and the second sliding block are located on two sides of the main body portion 34 respectively, and the second sliding block, the second screw rod, the second nut 31 and the second motor are located on the same side of the main body portion 34. The body part 34 is used to separate the lining of the coat from the fifth driving member, so as to prevent the fifth driving member from touching the lining which pollutes the coat.

the ironing mechanism automatically irones the jacket clothes conveyed by the circulating conveying mechanism, and the circulating conveying mechanism drives the folding clothes hanger to move so as to convey the jacket clothes ironed by the ironing mechanism to the dehumidifying mechanism;
the dehumidifying mechanism automatically dehumidifies and shapes the jacket clothes conveyed by the circulating conveying mechanism, and the circulating conveying mechanism conveys the jacket clothes dehumidified and shaped by the dehumidifying mechanism to the taking and placing manipulator;
the picking and placing mechanical arm picks up the jacket clothes after the dehumidifying and shaping of the dehumidifying mechanism and moves the jacket clothes from the folding clothes rack to the folding mechanism, and the circulating conveying mechanism drives the picking and placing mechanical arm to reset the folding clothes rack after the jacket clothes are taken down;
the folding mechanism automatically folds the jacket clothes transferred by the picking and placing mechanical arm to form clothes blocks.
2. The intelligent ironing and collecting method according to claim 1, further comprising the steps of:
the lifting material supporting mechanism bears the clothes blocks folded by the folding mechanism and transfers the borne clothes blocks stacked mutually to the discharging mechanism, and the discharging mechanism automatically outputs the clothes blocks stacked mutually transferred by the lifting material supporting mechanism.
