The impurity-removing and pulping system for kitchen waste according to claim 1, further comprising a pulping system, wherein the pulping mechanism is arranged below the impurity-removing mechanism and comprises a plurality of large rotating shafts (7), the planes of the axes of the large rotating shafts (7) are parallel to the plane of the axis of the small rotating shaft (2), the large rotating shafts (7) and the small rotating shaft (2) are arranged in a criss-cross net shape, one end of each large rotating shaft (7) is connected with a second motor (8) through a coupler, and a plurality of flail knives (9) are axially arranged on each large rotating shaft (7); a pulp outlet (10) is arranged below one side of the pulping mechanism.

The impurity-removing and pulping system for kitchen waste according to claim 3, wherein the flail knives (9) on the large rotating shaft (7) are sequentially arranged in a staggered and set phase manner in the circumferential direction, and are spirally distributed on the large rotating shaft (7) in a staggered manner.

The impurity-removing and pulping system for kitchen waste according to claim 1, wherein a washing mechanism is further arranged on the support (1) above the vibrating screen (5), the washing mechanism comprises a high-pressure nozzle (11) and a pulley (12), the high-pressure nozzle (11) is arranged on the pulley (12), and the pulley (12) can reciprocate above the vibrating screen (5) along a slide way (13) arranged on the support (1).
6. The impurity-removing and pulping system for kitchen waste according to claim 1, wherein the large disc (6a) and the small disc (6b) are detachably arranged on the small rotating shaft (2), and the thickness of the large disc (6a) is smaller than that of the small disc (6 a).

The impurity-removing and pulping system for kitchen waste according to claim 1, wherein a guide plate (14) is obliquely arranged on one side of the bracket (1), and the guide plate (14) is used for sliding large-size waste in the impurity-removing mechanism into a residue containing groove (15).
8. The impurity-removing and pulping system for kitchen waste according to claim 7, wherein the included angle between the guide plate (14) and the horizontal plane is 60 degrees.
9. The impurity-removing and pulping system for kitchen waste according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the screen holes of the vibrating screen (5) are 60mm x 60mm square, and the thickness of the screen plate of the vibrating screen (5) is 30 mm.
