技术领域
本发明属于饲料技术领域,特别涉及一种改善蛋鸡产蛋性能和输卵管发育的饲料及其制备方法。
背景技术
当细菌多、毒力强或机体抵抗力降低时,易发生输卵管炎症。在蛋鸡上输卵管炎实际上是一种常见病,就是输卵管有炎症,输卵管内经常排出黄白色脓样分泌物,甚至黄白色干酪物,污染***周围和羽毛。主要表现为鸡疼痛不安,下的蛋往往带有血迹,严重了会下畸形蛋甚至不下蛋。现有的治疗鸡输卵管炎的方式多为西药抗生素治疗。
目前,随“减抗”、“无抗”时代的来临,寻找抗生素替代产品,生产天然、安全、减抗的畜产品,对于畜牧业可持续发展具有重要的现实意义。目前,对于输卵管炎症的治疗上存在用抗生素治疗的现象,这不仅会危害动物的健康,对环境也有巨大的危害。在食品安全收紧、抗生素残留限制、追求饮食健康的社会背景下,使用抗生素治疗输卵管炎症已经不符合时代的发展。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种改善蛋鸡产蛋性能和输卵管发育的饲料及其制备方法。
本发明的目的是以下述方式实现的:一种改善蛋鸡产蛋性能和输卵管发育的饲料,基础原料添加乳酸菌及酵母菌混合发酵,发酵后物料与啤酒花粉碎物相混合;基础原料包括按重量份计的以下原料,苍术20~30份、白花蛇舌草20~30份、甘草20~30份、红花10~15份、薏苡仁5~10份。
所述的改善蛋鸡产蛋性能和输卵管发育的饲料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量称取基础原料:苍术20~30份、白花蛇舌草20~30份、甘草20~30份、红花10~15份、薏苡仁5~10份;
(2)将乳酸菌、酵母菌发酵液混合或将乳酸菌、酵母菌菌粉溶于水/营养液活化;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的溶液,与基础原料混合,然后进行发酵;
(4)发酵后物料与啤酒花粉碎物相混合,得到饲料。
所述步骤(1)中,苍术、白花蛇舌草、甘草、红花、薏苡仁粉碎、过筛后,然后进行发酵。
苍术、白花蛇舌草、甘草、红花、薏苡仁粉碎至400~500μm,然后进行发酵。
发酵条件为:温度18℃-45℃,水分含量20%-50%,初始pH值5.5-8.0。
发酵后物料中活菌总数达到 105CFU/g以上,pH值达到3.0-6.8之间。
所述步骤(2)得到的溶液,喷洒到基础原料上。
接种,需保证活菌浓度达到105CFU/g以上。
发酵后饲料与啤酒花粉碎物相混合,按重量计,混合比例为6:1~8:1,使得混合后产品中β-酸和α-酸总量占比达到0.5~1%之间。
啤酒花粉碎物为啤酒花粉碎至60目-100目。
本发明提供的改善蛋鸡产蛋性能和输卵管发育的饲料,能够有效恢复输卵管损伤,维持上皮细胞的完整性,减少输卵管炎症的发生,使蛋壳光泽度好,而且本申请的饲料还能促进蛋鸡产蛋,并且提高蛋重、单品质。
本发明提供的改善蛋鸡产蛋性能和输卵管发育的饲料,菌种有效释放天然植物饲料原料中有效成分,有效成分恢复输卵管损伤,维持上皮细胞的完整性,减少输卵管炎症的发生,使蛋壳光泽度好,并且促进蛋鸡产蛋,提高蛋重、改善蛋黄颜色提高蛋品质。

本发明提供的改善蛋鸡产蛋性能和输卵管发育的饲料,天然植物饲料原料无药物残留,无环境污染,完全可解决滥用抗生素带来的药物残留问题。
具体实施方式
一种改善蛋鸡产蛋性能和输卵管发育的饲料,基础原料添加乳酸菌及酵母菌混合发酵,发酵后物料与啤酒花粉碎物相混合;基础原料包括按重量份计的以下原料,苍术20~30份、白花蛇舌草20~30份、甘草20~30份、红花10~15份、薏苡仁5~10份。
所述的改善蛋鸡产蛋性能和输卵管发育的饲料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量称取基础原料:苍术20~30份、白花蛇舌草20~30份、甘草20~30份、红花10~15份、薏苡仁5~10份;
(2)将乳酸菌、酵母菌发酵液混合或将乳酸菌、酵母菌菌粉溶于水/营养液活化;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的溶液,与基础原料混合,然后进行发酵;
(4)发酵后物料与啤酒花粉碎物相混合,得到饲料。

苍术:性辛温味苦,归脾胃肝经。功能健脾燥湿、祛风散寒。临床用于湿阻脾胃,食欲不振,泄泻,水肿,脚气,痰囊,风湿,痹痛,风寒感冒,雀目夜盲等证。现代药理研究证明苍术有独特的化学成分和显著的生物活性,在用于消化性溃疡抗心律失常,保肝,利尿等方面的研究比较深人。
白花蛇舌草:味苦、甘,性寒;归胃、大肠、小肠经;主要功效是清热解毒、消痛散结、利尿除湿。主治:1、痈肿疮毒,咽喉肿痛,毒蛇咬伤:本品苦寒,有较强的清热解毒作用,用治热毒所致诸证,内服外用均可。2、热淋涩痛:本品甘寒,有清热利湿通淋之效。3、本品既能清热又兼利湿,尚可用于湿热黄疸。
甘草:性味甘,平。归经归心、肺、脾、胃经 。功能主治:补脾益气,清热解毒,祛痰止咳,缓急止痛,调和诸药。用于脾胃虚弱,倦怠乏力,心悸气短,咳嗽痰多,脘腹、四肢挛急疼痛,痈肿疮毒,缓解药物毒性、烈性。
红花:性味辛,温。归经归心、肝经。功能主治活血通经,散瘀止痛。用于经闭,痛经,恶露不行,症瘕痞块,胸痹心痛,瘀滞腹痛,胸胁刺痛,跌扑损伤,疮疡肿痛。有活血化瘀,散湿去肿的功效。
薏苡仁:性味甘、淡,凉。归经归脾、胃、肺经。有利水渗透湿,健脾止泻,除痹,排脓,解毒散结的作用。主要用于水肿,脚气,小便不利,脾虚泄泻,癌肿等症状的治疗。
啤酒花:也可称为名香蛇麻、忽布、野酒花、酒花、酵母花、唐草花、蛇麻花等,为雌雄异株的缠绕草本植物。啤酒花是啤酒工业必不可少的重要原料之一,在啤酒酿造中不可或缺且不可替代。苦,微凉。健胃消食,安神,利尿。用于消化不良,腹胀,浮肿,小便淋痛,肺痨,失眠。
啤酒花具有较高的开发应用价值,①抗菌:啤酒花中的蛇麻酮和葎草酮类化合物均有很好的抑菌作用,尤其是对于G+和结核菌的抑菌效果尤为明显;②抗氧化:研究表明,癌症、衰老或其它疾病大都与过量自由基的产生有关联,啤酒花中主要的抗氧化物质有酒花多酚类、黄酮类物质、α-酸、β-酸等,可有效清除机体内氧自由基;③提高机体免疫力:啤酒花 β酸可以直接影响肠道微生物,进而影响宿主肠细胞和免疫***的抗炎功能,啤酒花提取物对大鼠无水乙醇引起的急性胃粘膜损伤、冰醋酸引起的慢性胃粘膜损伤、消炎痛致大鼠胃粘膜损伤,均有很好的抑制作用,且对胃粘膜损伤有辅助保护作用。④提高营养物质消化利用率:啤酒花 β 酸的侧链和氧化产物具有类似的结构,可以激活过氧化物酶增殖激活受体(PPARα),进而影响脂质代谢。
酵母是一种单细胞真菌,在有氧和无氧环境下都能生存,属于兼性厌氧菌。发酵过程中可释放天然植物饲料原料中有效成分。乳酸菌(lactic acid bacteria,LAB)是一类能利用可发酵碳水化合物产生大量乳酸的细菌的统称,乳酸菌通过发酵产生的有机酸、特殊酶系、酸菌素等物质具有特殊生理功能,改善蛋鸡肠道菌群结构及改善输卵管状态。
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行具体描述,有必要在此指出的是本实施例只用于对本发明进行进一步说明,不能理解为对本发明保护范围的限制,该领域的技术熟练人员可以根据上述本发明的内容做出一些非本质的改进和调整。
以下实施例中的实验方法如无特别说明均为常规方法。
以下实施例中所用材料、试剂等如无特别说明均可从商业途径得到。如啤酒花来自青岛大花;乳酸菌和酵母菌的的初始活菌浓度为1010CFU/g,乳酸菌和酵母菌均来自于郑州云益生物科技有限公司;乳酸菌菌液和酵母菌菌液的初始活菌浓度为1010CFU/g,乳酸菌菌液和酵母菌菌液均来自于郑州云益生物科技有限公司。
实施例1:乳酸菌、酵母菌菌液混合发酵
1、基础原料前处理:苍术30Kg,白花蛇舌草25Kg,甘草25Kg,红花12Kg,薏苡仁8Kg ,粉碎成400um粒径大小,过筛,混匀得到粉碎后的基础原料;
发酵用菌种:取25Kg乳酸菌菌液和18Kg酵母菌菌液混匀,喷洒于粉碎后的基础原料中,然后进行发酵;乳酸菌菌液和酵母菌菌液的初始活菌浓度为1010CFU/g,乳酸菌菌液和酵母菌菌液均来自于郑州云益生物科技有限公司;接种,需保证活菌浓度达到105CFU/g以上。
发酵条件:温度30℃、水分20%,初始pH 值6.5,开始发酵;
发酵6天后,发酵料中活菌含量达到2.5×106CFU/g ,发酵料pH值 5.5,可闻到较浓郁的酵母发酵特有的香气和乳酸香。即为发酵后物料。
然后按重量比加入100目的啤酒花粉碎物,发酵后物料与啤酒花粉碎物的质量比为8:1,混合后产品中β-酸和α-酸总量占比达到0.5%,得到饲料终产品。
实施例2:乳酸菌、酵母菌菌粉活化后混合发酵
基础原料前处理:苍术25Kg,白花蛇舌草20Kg,甘草20Kg,红花10Kg,薏苡仁5Kg ,粉碎成460um粒径大小,过筛,混匀得到粉碎后的基础原料;
发酵用菌种:取150g乳酸菌和150g酵母菌溶于30Kg水,加入3Kg葡萄糖,35℃活化4h,喷洒于粉碎后的基础原料中,然后进行发酵;乳酸菌和酵母菌的的初始活菌浓度为1010CFU/g,乳酸菌和酵母菌均来自于郑州云益生物科技有限公司;接种,需保证活菌浓度达到105CFU/g以上。
发酵条件:温度35℃,水分26.5%,初始pH值6.3,开始发酵;
发酵6天后,发酵料中活菌含量达到3.4×106CFU/g,发酵料pH值5.8,可闻到较浓郁的酵母发酵特有的香气和乳酸香。即为发酵后物料。
实施例3:
基础原料前处理:苍术25Kg,白花蛇舌草20Kg,甘草20Kg,红花10Kg,薏苡仁5Kg ,粉碎成460um粒径大小,过筛,混匀得到粉碎后的基础原料;
发酵用菌种:取150g乳酸菌和150g酵母菌溶于30Kg水,加入3Kg葡萄糖,35℃活化4h,喷洒于粉碎后的基础原料中,然后进行发酵;乳酸菌和酵母菌的的初始活菌浓度为1010CFU/g,乳酸菌和酵母菌均来自于郑州云益生物科技有限公司;接种,需保证活菌浓度达到105CFU/g以上。
发酵条件:温度35℃,水分26.5%,初始pH值6.3,开始发酵;
发酵6天后,发酵料中活菌含量达到3.4×106CFU/g,发酵料pH值5.8,可闻到较浓郁的酵母发酵特有的香气和乳酸香。即为发酵后物料。
然后按重量比加入80目的啤酒花粉碎物,发酵后物料与啤酒花粉碎物的质量比为6:1,混合后产品中β-酸和α-酸总量占比达到0.98%,得到饲料终产品。
养殖效果实验
一、对于蛋鸡产蛋性能的实验
为了证明本发明的效果,将实施例1产品以5%添加量加入到蛋鸡产蛋高峰期日粮中,以空白组为对照,具体如下:
试验蛋鸡为产蛋高峰期,蛋鸡体重为(0.90±0.06 Kg),分为4个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复18只鸡,共432只,饲养4周,对照组饲喂正常日粮,正常日粮配方,试验组3个组,分别饲喂日粮+添加剂,试验组1的添加剂为实施例2的发酵后物料,试验组2的添加剂为实施例3的饲料,试验组的添加剂为啤酒花粉碎物,具体试验组和对照组的饲粮配方见表1,保证试验组营养指标与空白对照组无显著差异;且对照组和试验组其它的培养条件和饮水无显著差异。试验结束后计算蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质。试验地点为河南省鹤壁市某养殖场内。

同行数据肩标不同小写字母表示差异显著(P<0.05),相同或无字母表示差异不显著(P>0.05)。下表同。
试验组2的产蛋率及平均蛋重显著高于对照组、试验组1和试验组3(P<0.05);试验组2的料蛋比、破蛋率及软蛋率显著低于其余两组(P<0.05)。
试验组2鸡蛋蛋黄亮度显著高于对照组、试验组1和试验组3(P<0.05);试验组3的红度和黄度显著高于其余三组(P<0.05),蛋壳强度、蛋壳厚度及蛋形指数四处理组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。
谷丙酸氨基转移酶、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶、总蛋白及白蛋白四处理组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。
综上,蛋鸡采食发酵饲料与啤酒花混合物,相比仅采食发酵饲料组和仅采食啤酒花粉碎组,产蛋性能更好,产蛋率最高,平均蛋重最高,料蛋比显著低于其余各组。
二、对于蛋鸡输卵管炎症的改善效果的实验
为了证明本发明对蛋鸡输卵管炎症的改善效果,将患有输卵管炎症的蛋鸡,分为两个处理组,一组饲喂空白日粮为对照组,一组饲喂含有5%添加实施例3产品的日粮为试验组,具体如下:
试验蛋鸡为产蛋高峰期,且患有输卵管炎症,蛋鸡体重为(0.90±0.06 kg),分为2个处理,每个处理3个重复,每个重复5只鸡,共30只,饲养1周,对照组饲喂正常日粮,试验组饲喂:日粮+实施例3产品,具体试验组和对照组的饲粮配方见表5,保证试验组营养指标与空白对照组无显著差异;且对照组和试验组其它的培养条件和饮水无显著差异。1周后,检测产蛋性能,数据件表6,检测血液中炎症因子,结果见表7。

同行数据肩标不同小写字母表示差异显著(P<0.05),相同或无字母表示差异不显著(P>0.05)。下表同。
一周后,对照组蛋鸡食欲不振,羽毛凌乱无光泽,产蛋带血、个形较小,软壳蛋等较多,蛋鸡泄殖腔充血肿胀,且被黄白色分泌物所污染,另外蛋壳上常有血迹或黄白色分泌物存在。试验组蛋鸡输卵管炎症症状恢复较好,产蛋率呈上升趋势,劣质蛋数呈下降趋势,且蛋壳上较少存在血迹或黄白色分泌物。产蛋率试验组显著高于对照组(P<0.05),平均蛋重试验组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。
同行数据肩标不同小写字母表示差异显著(P<0.05),相同或无字母表示差异不显著(P>0.05)。下表同。
IL-2试验组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);IL-6试验组显著低于对照组(P<0.05),表明患有输卵管炎症产蛋鸡采食本发明饲料,可缓解输卵管炎症症状。
本申请的实施例还可以为以下实施例。实施例中的乳酸菌菌液和酵母菌菌液的初始活菌浓度为1010CFU/g,乳酸菌菌液和酵母菌菌液均来自于郑州云益生物科技有限公司;乳酸菌和酵母菌的的初始活菌浓度为1010CFU/g,乳酸菌和酵母菌均来自于郑州云益生物科技有限公司;接种,需保证活菌浓度达到105CFU/g以上。
实施例4
一种改善蛋鸡产蛋性能和输卵管发育的饲料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量称取基础原料:苍术20 Kg、白花蛇舌草20 Kg、甘草20 Kg、红花10 Kg、薏苡仁5 Kg;苍术、白花蛇舌草、甘草、红花、薏苡仁粉碎、过筛后,得到400μm粒度的基础原料;
(2)将26Kg乳酸菌菌液和20Kg酵母菌菌液混匀;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的溶液,与步骤(1)得到的基础原料混合,保证活菌浓度达到105CFU/g以上,然后进行发酵,发酵条件为:温度18℃,水分含量26.5%,初始pH值5.5;发酵物料中活菌总数达到2.5×106CFU/g,pH值达到4.8,停止发酵,得到发酵后物料。
(4)发酵后物料与啤酒花粉碎物相混合,按重量计,混合比例为6:1,使得混合后产品中β-酸和α-酸总量占比达到1.00%之间,得到饲料。啤酒花粉碎物为啤酒花粉碎至60目。
实施例5
一种改善蛋鸡产蛋性能和输卵管发育的饲料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量称取基础原料:苍术30 Kg、白花蛇舌草30 Kg、甘草30 Kg、红花15 Kg、薏苡仁10 Kg;苍术、白花蛇舌草、甘草、红花、薏苡仁粉碎、过筛后,得到500μm粒度的基础原料;
(2)取180g乳酸菌和160g酵母菌溶于30Kg水,加入3.5Kg葡萄糖,35℃活化4h;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的溶液,与步骤(1)得到的基础原料混合,保证活菌浓度达到105CFU/g以上,然后进行发酵,发酵条件为:温度45℃,水分含量20.2%,初始pH值8.0;发酵物料中活菌总数达到4.2×106CFU/g以上,pH值达到6.2,停止发酵,得到发酵后物料。
(4)发酵后物料与啤酒花粉碎物相混合,按重量计,混合比例为8:1,使得混合后产品中β-酸和α-酸总量占比达到0.55%之间,得到饲料。啤酒花粉碎物为啤酒花粉碎至100目。
实施例6
一种改善蛋鸡产蛋性能和输卵管发育的饲料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量称取基础原料:苍术22Kg、白花蛇舌草28Kg、甘草21Kg、红花14Kg、薏苡仁9Kg;苍术、白花蛇舌草、甘草、红花、薏苡仁粉碎、过筛后,得到400~500μm粒度的基础原料;
(2)取180g乳酸菌和150g酵母菌溶于40Kg水,加入4.5Kg葡萄糖,35℃活化4h;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的溶液,与步骤(1)得到的基础原料混合,保证活菌浓度达到105CFU/g以上,然后进行发酵,发酵条件为:温度22℃,水分含量28.8%,初始pH值6.0;发酵物料中活菌总数达到 3.8×106CFU/g以上,pH值达到4.8,停止发酵,得到发酵后物料。
(4)发酵后物料与啤酒花粉碎物相混合,按重量计,混合比例为7:1,使得混合后产品中β-酸和α-酸总量占比达到0.76%之间,得到饲料。啤酒花粉碎物为啤酒花粉碎至80目。
实施例7
一种改善蛋鸡产蛋性能和输卵管发育的饲料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量称取基础原料:苍术29Kg、白花蛇舌草22Kg、甘草25Kg、红花11Kg、薏苡仁6Kg;苍术、白花蛇舌草、甘草、红花、薏苡仁粉碎、过筛后,得到400~500μm粒度的基础原料;
(2)取350g乳酸菌和250g酵母菌溶于98.1Kg水,加入4.5Kg葡萄糖,35℃活化4h;;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的溶液,与步骤(1)得到的基础原料混合,保证活菌浓度达到105CFU/g以上,然后进行发酵,发酵条件为:温度38℃,水分含量50%,初始pH值7.0;发酵物料中活菌总数达到3.9×106CFU/g以上,pH值达到6.8,停止发酵,得到发酵后物料。
(4)发酵后物料与啤酒花粉碎物相混合,按重量计,混合比例为6:1,使得混合后产品中β-酸和α-酸总量占比达到0.53%之间,得到饲料。啤酒花粉碎物为啤酒花粉碎至100目。
实施例8
一种改善蛋鸡产蛋性能和输卵管发育的饲料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量称取基础原料:苍术28Kg、白花蛇舌草28Kg、甘草21Kg、红花12Kg、薏苡仁8Kg;苍术、白花蛇舌草、甘草、红花、薏苡仁粉碎、过筛后,得到400~500μm粒度的基础原料;
(2)将42Kg乳酸菌菌液和30Kg酵母菌菌液混匀;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的溶液,与步骤(1)得到的基础原料混合,保证活菌浓度达到105CFU/g以上,然后进行发酵,发酵条件为:温度42℃,水分含量26.4%,初始pH值7.0;发酵物料中活菌总数达到 2.8×106CFU/g以上,pH值达到4.5,停止发酵,得到发酵后物料。
(4)发酵后物料与啤酒花粉碎物相混合,按重量计,混合比例为7:1,使得混合后产品中β-酸和α-酸总量占比达到0.78%之间,得到饲料。啤酒花粉碎物为啤酒花粉碎至60目。

Claims (10)
1.一种改善蛋鸡产蛋性能和输卵管发育的饲料,其特征在于:基础原料添加乳酸菌及酵母菌混合发酵,发酵后物料与啤酒花粉碎物相混合;基础原料包括按重量份计的以下原料,苍术20~30份、白花蛇舌草20~30份、甘草20~30份、红花10~15份、薏苡仁5~10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的改善蛋鸡产蛋性能和输卵管发育的饲料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量称取基础原料:苍术20~30份、白花蛇舌草20~30份、甘草20~30份、红花10~15份、薏苡仁5~10份;
(2)将乳酸菌、酵母菌发酵液混合或将乳酸菌、酵母菌菌粉溶于水/营养液活化;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的溶液,与基础原料混合,然后进行发酵;
(4)发酵后物料与啤酒花粉碎物相混合,得到饲料。
3.根据权利要求2所述的改善蛋鸡产蛋性能和输卵管发育的饲料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中,苍术、白花蛇舌草、甘草、红花、薏苡仁粉碎、过筛后,然后进行发酵。
4.根据权利要求3所述的改善蛋鸡产蛋性能和输卵管发育的饲料的制备方法,其特征在于:苍术、白花蛇舌草、甘草、红花、薏苡仁粉碎至400~500μm,然后进行发酵。
5.根据权利要求2所述的改善蛋鸡产蛋性能和输卵管发育的饲料的制备方法,其特征在于:发酵条件为:温度18℃-45℃,水分含量20%-50%,初始pH值5.5-8.0。
6. 根据权利要求2所述的改善蛋鸡产蛋性能和输卵管发育的饲料的制备方法,其特征在于:发酵后物料中活菌总数达到 105CFU/g以上,pH值达到3.0-6.8之间。
7.根据权利要求2所述的改善蛋鸡产蛋性能和输卵管发育的饲料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)得到的溶液,喷洒到基础原料上。
8.根据权利要求2所述的改善蛋鸡产蛋性能和输卵管发育的饲料的制备方法,其特征在于:接种,需保证活菌浓度达到105CFU/g以上。
9.根据权利要求2所述的改善蛋鸡产蛋性能和输卵管发育的饲料的制备方法,其特征在于:发酵后饲料与啤酒花粉碎物相混合,按重量计,混合比例为6:1~8:1,使得混合后产品中β-酸和α-酸总量占比达到0.5~1%之间。
10.根据权利要求2所述的改善蛋鸡产蛋性能和输卵管发育的饲料的制备方法,其特征在于:啤酒花粉碎物为啤酒花粉碎至60目-100目。
