技术领域
本发明涉及医用包装材料技术领域,具体涉及一种聚乙烯复合医用包装膜及生产工艺的制备方法。
背景技术
随着医药行业的发展,对医药包装的技术要求也不断提高,作为医用包装膜不仅需要保证膜的柔韧性、成型性及化学稳定性等,还应满足高纯度、无毒害、阻隔细菌和耐热等性能,基于上述要求,通过设计多层材料组成的复合膜新型包装材料,以满足医用包装在性能上各方面和多层次的苛刻要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述技术不足,提出一种聚乙烯复合医用包装膜及生产工艺及其制备方法,该聚乙烯复合医用包装膜具备高阻隔性和抗菌生物安全性。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种聚乙烯复合医用包装膜,包装膜为四层结构的复合包装膜,包括热封层、抗菌缓释层、阻隔层和外层,其特征在于:所述四层结构依次为热封层、抗菌缓释层、阻隔层和外层;所述热封层为聚乙烯与丙烯酸甲酯组成的混合树脂;所述抗菌缓释层为无机纳米抗菌剂的共混物;所述阻隔层为PVDC(聚偏二氯乙烯)聚合物构成;所述外层为聚丙烯与乙烯基塑性体共混树脂;对上述技术方案做进一步的说明:所述热封层混合树脂中丙烯酸甲酯占热封层总重量的30~70%,熔融指数为0.8~3.7g/10min,密度为1~1.2g/cm3;热封层厚度为15μm~30μm;对上述技术方案做进一步的说明:所述抗菌缓释层位于薄膜内层,层厚为薄膜厚度的10-20%,抗菌缓释层的材料为无机纳米抗菌剂的混合物,混合物由Zn2+或Ag+离子与纳米TiO 2混合而成,添加比例为0.03%-0.1%;对上述技术方案做进一步的说明:所述阻隔层PVDC(聚偏二氯乙烯)热变形温度为50~120℃;密度1.20-1.28g/cm3;氧气透过量2.8g/m2·24h;对上述技术方案做进一步的说明:所述聚丙烯与乙烯基塑性体共混树脂外层其熔融指数为1.4~3.5g/min,密度为0.65~0.82g/cm3。
聚乙烯复合医用包装膜的生产工艺制备方法如下:
1)将聚乙烯与丙烯酸甲酯混合形成热封层混合树脂;将聚丙烯与乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯混合形成第一混合物;由Zn2+或Ag+离子与纳米TiO 2混合而成的无机纳米抗菌剂添加入低密度聚乙烯或线性低密度聚乙烯树脂的母粒中,形成第二混合物,无机纳米抗菌剂的添加比例为0.1%-0.3%;
2)按各层薄膜组份分别在搅拌机中混合均匀,各层原料由真空吸料机吸至对应的挤出机料斗中,然后在多层共挤流延膜机生产线上,将各层原料分别进行混合熔融塑化,通过剂量共挤出流延,得到多层复合薄膜;
3)最终经收卷后得到聚乙烯复合医用包装膜。
对上述技术方案做进一步的说明:所述第一混合物的混合的时间为5~10min;所述第二混合物的混合的时间为3~8min。
本发明的聚乙烯复合医用包装膜具有高阻隔性、生物安全性和优异的抗菌效果等特点。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合实施例,对本发明做进一步说明:
如图1所示为聚乙烯复合医用包装膜结构图,包括热封层1、抗菌缓释层2、阻隔层3和外层4。
第一层为热封层,其成分是聚乙烯与丙烯酸甲酯组成的混合树脂;其熔融指数为0.8~3.7g/10min,密度为1~1.2g/cm3;热封层厚度为15μm~30μm;所述乙烯丙烯酸甲酯中丙烯酸甲酯的含量为35wt%;具有良好的透明性、柔软性和热封性,可以提升包装膜抗低温性能;
第二层抗菌缓释层是具有缓释作用的无机纳米抗菌剂与低密度聚乙烯及线型低密度聚乙烯树脂的共混物,层厚为薄膜厚度的30%,抗菌缓释层中的无机纳米抗菌剂是纳米TiO2,通过向抗菌功能层迁移而分布于薄膜表面和释放到密闭的包装空间中,形成持久的抗菌性能,添加比例为0.15%;
第三层阻隔层PVDC(聚偏二氯乙烯)聚合物热变形温度为50~120℃;密度1.20-1.28g/cm3;氧气透过量2.8g/m2·24h;阻隔层具有更好的加工性能、阻隔性能和耐高温性能。
第四层为外层由聚丙烯与乙烯基塑性体共混树脂构成,
聚丙烯良好的耐热性,保证膜在140~160℃高温热封时不会变形。
聚乙烯复合医用包装膜及生产工艺的总厚度为50~350um,聚乙烯复合医用包装膜及生产工艺的制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1:将将聚丙烯与乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯混合形成第一混合物;
S2:将由Zn2+或Ag+离子与纳米TiO 2混合而成的无机纳米抗菌剂添加入低密度聚乙烯或线性低密度聚乙烯树脂的母粒中形成第二混合物;
S3:提供PVDC(聚偏二氯乙烯)聚合物和聚丙烯与乙烯基塑性体共混树脂,将第一混合物和第二混合物依次通过真空吸料机吸至对应的挤出机料斗中,利用真空吸料机对各原料进行吸入时采用自动称重吸料***,控制各原料吸入和挤出的量,从而调控各层原料最终形成的膜的厚度。
S4:在多层共挤流延膜机生产线上,将各层原料在料斗中分别进行混合熔融塑化,通过剂量共挤出流延,得到多层复合薄膜;
S5:经分切、收卷后得到高阻隔复合医用包装膜。

1.一种聚乙烯复合医用包装膜,包装膜为四层结构的复合包装膜,包括热封层、抗菌缓释层、阻隔层和外层,其特征在于:所述四层结构依次为热封层、抗菌缓释层、阻隔层和外层;所述热封层为聚乙烯与丙烯酸甲酯组成的混合树脂;所述抗菌缓释层为无机纳米抗菌剂的共混物;所述阻隔层为聚偏二氯乙烯聚合物构成;所述外层为聚丙烯与乙烯基塑性体共混树脂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的聚乙烯复合医用包装膜,其特征在于:所述热封层混合树脂中丙烯酸甲酯占热封层总重量的30~70%,熔融指数为0.8~3.7g/10min,密度为1~1.2g/cm3;热封层厚度为15μm~30μm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的聚乙烯复合医用包装膜,其特征在于:所述抗菌缓释层位于薄膜内层,层厚为薄膜厚度的10-20%,抗菌缓释层的材料为无机纳米抗菌剂的混合物,混合物由Zn 2+或Ag+离子与纳米TiO 2混合而成,添加比例为0.03%-0.1%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的聚乙烯复合医用包装膜,其特征在于:所述阻隔层聚偏二氯乙烯聚合物的热变形温度为50~120℃;表面张力≤41.8mN/m.;粘度≤11.6mPa·s;密度1.20-1.28g/cm3;氧气透过量2.8g/m2·24h。
5.根据权利要求1所述的聚乙烯复合医用包装膜,其特征在于:所述聚丙烯与乙烯基塑性体共混树脂外层其熔融指数为1.4~3.5g/min,密度为0.65~0.82g/cm3。
6.一种权利要求1~5所述聚乙烯复合医用包装膜的生产工艺制备方法,其特征在于:制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)将聚乙烯与丙烯酸甲酯混合形成热封层混合树脂;将聚丙烯与乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯混合形成第一混合物;由Zn 2+或Ag+离子与纳米TiO 2混合而成的无机纳米抗菌剂添加入低密度聚乙烯或线性低密度聚乙烯树脂的母粒中,形成第二混合物,无机纳米抗菌剂的添加比例为0.1%-0.3%;
2)按各层薄膜组份分别在搅拌机中混合均匀,各层原料由真空吸料机吸至对应的挤出机料斗中,然后在多层共挤流延膜机生产线上,将各层原料分别进行混合熔融塑化,通过剂量共挤出流延,得到多层复合薄膜;
3)最终经收卷后得到聚乙烯复合医用包装膜。
7.根据权利要求6所述聚乙烯复合医用包装膜生产工艺的制备方法,其特征在于:所述第一混合物的混合的时间为5~10min;所述第二混合物的混合的时间为3~8min。
