另外有利的是,存在至少三个用于传递扭矩的齿轮,其中,第一齿轮以抗扭转的方式与输出轴相连,第二齿轮以抗扭转的方式与扭矩输入轴相连,并且第三齿轮与第一和第二齿轮啮合。由此可以有利地节省结构空间,尤其是径向结构空间,因为可以使用直径相对小的齿轮。
另外有利的是,齿轮以相互轴向平行的方式布置。由此可以在两个轴向平行的轴、例如电机输出轴与扭矩输入轴之间以相对低的设计成本简单实现扭矩传递。
另外有利的是,齿轮被设计成带有外齿的正齿轮。由此可以通过单级或多级的正齿轮传动装置确保扭矩传递,其中,还可以对所需的传动比进行可变调节。由此就可以针对规定的框架条件简单提供所需的变速器。
特别有利的是,在第一齿轮与第三齿轮和/或在第二齿轮与第三齿轮之间设计了一个斜齿。也就是说,正齿轮传动将会与带有斜齿的齿轮搭配使用。其优点在于,在轮齿啮合时形成的硬碰撞较少并且由此会降低振动,使变速器可以相对安静地运行。由此还可以提高轮齿的耐久性。作为替代方案,还可以使用带有正齿的齿轮。
另外,一种有利实施例的特征在于,在第一齿轮与第三齿轮和/或在第二齿轮与第三齿轮之间设计了一个高齿。也就是说,将会在正齿轮传动装置中使用具有高啮合长度、即齿高系数大于1/优选大于2的齿轮。由此可以大大减少啮合时噪音的形成。
特别有利的是,使用带高齿的斜齿变速器,因为其在声音特性方面特别不明显。
另外有利的是,输出轴与扭矩输入轴之间的传动比可以通过第一齿轮齿数与第二齿轮齿数之间的比例进行调节。在此,布置在第一与第二齿轮之间的齿轮的轮齿数量对于传动比来说是无关紧要的。因此,在选择中间所布置的一个或多个齿轮的尺寸时不用考虑所需的传动比。由此可以优化设计所述一个或多个齿轮。
另外有利的是,第三齿轮的外径大于第一齿轮和/或第二齿轮的外径。因此,应当使用设计得尽可能大的第三齿轮作为中间齿轮,由此可以将中间齿轮的转速保持在低水平上。另外,中间齿轮还承受相对较强的负荷,因为不管是第一齿轮还是第二齿轮都会啮合在中间齿轮中并引入或引出力,所以有利的是,中间齿轮设计有一个优选处于第一齿轮(外部)直径大小0.8倍与1.5倍之间的(外部)直径。
另外有利的是,第一齿轮、第二齿轮和/或第三齿轮通过轴向轴承进行支承。由此可以按有利的方式通过斜齿控制形成的轴向力。
此外有利的是,为了在输出轴与扭矩输入轴之间传递扭矩布置了奇数数量的齿轮。在此,齿轮数量被理解为布置于输出轴固定的第一齿轮与扭矩输入轴固定的第二齿轮之间的、包含第一齿轮和第二齿轮在内的齿轮的数量。由此无需颠倒驱动机的旋转方向。
换句话说,本发明涉及一种带有一个齿轮级的轴向平行的混合动力模块。在此,混合动力模块具有电机,所述电机通过使用齿轮替代链条或皮带与分离离合器、内燃机曲轴或输出轴相连。
因此,力通过三个齿轮从曲轴被传递到电机或从电机被传递到变速器输入轴或曲轴(通过(分离)离合器和减振器)。还可以使用两个或多于三个齿轮,但这取决于存在的结构空间。因此,结构空间限制了齿轮的大小。传动比通过输入与输出轴之间的齿数比进行调节。
公差情况通过齿轮的几何形状控制,或者在安装时通过齿轮副匹配进行最终协调。在此应当通过制造工艺所决定的零件公差波动来避免明显的噪音水平。齿轮的轮齿可以多样化选择。直齿是可用的,斜齿是有利的,带高齿的斜齿是特别有利的。出现的轴向力可以通过齿轮相应的轴承结构进行控制。

具体实施方式
图1示出了本发明所述的混合动力模块1,其中,驱动机2以可传递扭矩的方式与扭矩输入轴3相连。驱动机2的输出轴4以轴向平行于扭矩输入轴3的方式布置。为了在输出轴4与扭矩输入轴3之间传递扭矩,第一齿轮5以抗扭转的方式与输出轴4相连,第二齿轮6以抗扭转的方式与扭矩输入轴3相连,并且存在被用作中间齿轮的第三齿轮7,其与第一齿轮5和第二齿轮6啮合。也就是说,扭矩通过一个齿轮级从输出轴4被传递到扭矩输入轴3。
驱动机2被设计成电机8。电机8的输出轴4以及第一齿轮5以轴向平行于第二齿轮6和第三齿轮7的方式布置。第二齿轮6以轴向平行于第三齿轮7的方式布置。
扭矩输入轴3可以是变速器输入轴、曲轴或分离离合器。第一齿轮5、第二齿轮6和第三齿轮7分别具有一个外齿。在此,第三齿轮7的外齿既与第一齿轮5的外齿也与第二齿轮6的外齿咬合。第一齿轮5的外径约等于第三齿轮7的外径。第二齿轮6的外径约为第三齿轮7外径的三倍大小。
齿轮5、6、7的轮齿可以被设计成直齿、斜齿、高齿或斜高齿。
电机8通过副链条传动9以可传递扭矩的方式与空调压缩机10相连。

Claims (10)

1.一种适用于机动车的、带有驱动机(2)的混合动力模块(1),所述驱动机以可传递扭矩的方式与扭矩输入轴(3)相连,其中,所述驱动机(2)的输出轴(4)以轴向平行于所述扭矩输入轴(3)的方式布置,其特征在于,至少两个相互啮合/相互咬合的齿轮(5、6)为在所述输出轴(4)与所述扭矩输入轴(3)之间传递扭矩而与所述输出轴(4)和所述扭矩输入轴(3)相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力模块(1),其特征在于,存在至少三个用于传递扭矩的齿轮(5、6、7),其中,第一齿轮(5)以抗扭转的方式与所述输出轴(4)相连,第二齿轮(6)以抗扭转的方式与所述扭矩输入轴(3)相连,并且第三齿轮(7)与所述第一齿轮(5)和所述第二齿轮(6)啮合。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的混合动力模块(1),其特征在于,所述齿轮(5、6、7)以相互轴向平行的方式布置。
4.根据权利要求1到3中任一项所述的混合动力模块(1),其特征在于,所述齿轮(5、6、7)被设计成带有外齿的正齿轮。
5.根据权利要求2到4中任一项所述的混合动力模块(1),其特征在于,在所述第一齿轮(5)与所述第三齿轮(7)和/或在所述第二齿轮(6)与所述第三齿轮(7)之间设计了一个斜齿。
6.根据权利要求2到5中任一项所述的混合动力模块(1),其特征在于,在所述第一齿轮(5)与所述第三齿轮(7)和/或在所述第二齿轮(6)与所述第三齿轮(7)之间设计了一个高齿。
7.根据权利要求2到6中任一项所述的混合动力模块(1),其特征在于,所述输出轴(4)与所述扭矩输入轴(3)之间的传动比可以通过所述第一齿轮(5)齿数与所述第二齿轮(6)齿数之间的比例进行调节。
8.根据权利要求2到7中任一项所述的混合动力模块(1),其特征在于,所述第三齿轮(7)的外径大于所述第一齿轮(5)和/或所述第二齿轮(6)的外径。
9.根据权利要求2到8中任一项所述的混合动力模块(1),其特征在于,所述第一齿轮(5)、第二齿轮(6)和/或第三齿轮(7)通过轴向轴承进行支承。
10.根据权利要求1到9中任一项所述的混合动力模块(1),其特征在于,为了在所述输出轴(4)与所述扭矩输入轴(3)之间传递扭矩布置了奇数数量的齿轮(5、6、7)。
