Standing in a warehouse for 24 hours, and allowing the rubber to be diffused on a suspension vehicle, wherein the temperature is 20-25 ℃, the humidity is less than or equal to 70%, and ventilation is performed once every 1 hour.
And finally, extruding and vulcanizing: and extruding the rubber material obtained by the B refining through an extruder, and sequentially carrying out continuous vulcanization of high-temperature vulcanization, microwave vulcanization, hot air vulcanization and air cooling. A method for preparing low VOC rubber sealing strip, firstly, A is to put 100 parts of EPDM9950C, 2 parts of stearic acid, 5 parts of nano active zinc oxide and 2 parts of polyethylene glycol into an internal mixer, press a top bolt and mix for 60 s; then 80 parts of carbon black HS25 and 60 parts of white oil 2070P are added and mixed to 160 ℃, so that the filler is fully combined and uniformly dispersed, and then the rubber is discharged; cooling to 135 ℃ in an open mill, adding 5 parts of ZDPPD-50, 3 parts of CLD-80, 2 parts of TBZTD-70 and 1 part of MBT-80, mixing for 2-3min, and finishing feeding; and (4) discharging the slices, performing air cooling for 10 minutes on a glue cooling line, collecting the materials, standing for 8 hours, and transferring to a B smelting and vulcanizing procedure.

Standing in a warehouse for 24 hours, and allowing the rubber to be diffused on a suspension vehicle, wherein the temperature is 20-25 ℃, the humidity is less than or equal to 70%, and ventilation is performed once every 1 hour.
And finally, extruding and vulcanizing: and extruding the rubber material obtained by the B refining through an extruder, and sequentially carrying out continuous vulcanization of high-temperature vulcanization, microwave vulcanization, hot air vulcanization and air cooling. Standing in a warehouse for 18 hours, and allowing the rubber to be diffused on a suspension trailer, wherein the temperature is 20-25 ℃, the humidity is 60%, and ventilation is performed once every 1 hour.

Standing in a warehouse for 18 hours, and allowing the rubber to be diffused on a suspension trailer, wherein the temperature is 20-25 ℃, the humidity is 60%, and ventilation is performed once every 1 hour.

The low-VOC rubber sealing strips prepared in the above examples 1 to 6 were tested by "TD-GC-MSD", "HPLC" and "bag-process VOC environmental chamber", and the test environmental conditions were as follows: the temperature (23 +/-2) DEG C, the humidity (50 +/-5)% RH, the volume of the sampling bag is 2000L, the testing temperature is 65 ℃, and the heating time is 2 h. The results of the measurements are shown in Table 1 below:

In Table 1, N.D. indicates no detection, the limit (μ g/m)3) Refers to the limit values in the existing standard.
According to the detection results, the low-VOC rubber sealing strip prepared by the invention has a low-VOC rubber sealing strip and a good environment-friendly performance. In the preparation process of the invention, the VOC substances are fully emitted by controlling the feeding, mixing, vulcanizing modes and process parameters, so that the final product has a lower VOC value.
The physical properties of the low VOC rubber seals prepared in the above examples 1-6 were measured as follows:

As can be seen from the test data in Table 2, the EPDM foamed rubber sealing strip prepared by the invention has excellent mechanical properties, the tensile strength of the EPDM foamed rubber sealing strip is 4.2-4.6MPa, and the elongation at break is 263-296%; the heat resistance is excellent, after the baking is carried out for 46h at the temperature of 70 ℃, the tensile strength can still be kept between 3.9 and 4.1Mpa, the elongation at break can still be kept between 261 and 275 percent, the mechanical properties are weak, and the stability is extremely strong; the waterproof performance is excellent, the tensile strength can still be kept above 3.8MPa after the waterproof sealing strip is heated in a water bath at the temperature of 80 ℃ for 4120h, and the waterproof sealing strip can meet the production and application requirements of automobile sealing strips.

Claims (10)

1. The low VOC rubber sealing strip is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight:

4. The low VOC rubber weatherstrip according to any one of claims 1 to 3 further comprising 2 to 3.5 parts of a deodorizing agent.

The low VOC rubber sealing strip according to claim 4, wherein said sealing strip is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of EPDM (ethylene-propylene-diene monomer), 70 parts of carbon black, 40 parts of superfine active calcium, 70 parts of 2070P white oil, 5 parts of nano active zinc oxide, 2 parts of stearic acid, 2 parts of polyethylene glycol, 0.8 part of S, 5 parts of ZDPPD-50, 3 parts of CLD-80, 1 part of TBZTD-70, 1-1.5 parts of MBT-80 and 3.5-5 parts of 0 BSH-50A.
6. The method for preparing the low VOC rubber sealing strip according to any one of claims 1-5, which comprises the following steps in sequence:
smelting A: adding EPDM, stearic acid, zinc oxide and polyethylene glycol into an internal mixer, and mixing for 30-60 s; then adding carbon black and a softening agent, mixing to the temperature of 150 ℃ and 160 ℃ for rubber removal; cooling to 130-140 ℃ in an open mill, adding an accelerant and mixing for 2-3 min; taking out the sheet, and cooling the sheet in a rubber cooling line to obtain rubber A;
b smelting: firstly, adding A for mixing and mixing in an internal mixer, then adding S and a foaming agent for mixing and discharging rubber; cooling the discharged sheets in a glue cooling line, and collecting and warehousing the discharged sheets;
extrusion and vulcanization: and extruding the rubber material after B smelting by an extruder, cooling and forming after sequentially carrying out high-temperature box vulcanization, microwave vulcanization and hot air vulcanization, and cutting at fixed length.

The method for preparing the sealing strip of low VOC rubber as claimed in claim 6, wherein the temperature in the high temperature box is 370-380 ℃, the temperature in the microwave box is 230-240 ℃, the temperature in the hot air box is 270-280 ℃, and an ultraviolet lamp is installed above the drying tunnel of the hot air box; the extruded rubber material passes through a high temperature box, a microwave box and a hot air box in sequence at the speed of 8-10 m/min.

The preparation method of the low-VOC rubber sealing strip according to any one of claims 6 to 9, characterized in that the cut sealing strip is diffused in a hanging baking manner, specifically, the cut sealing strip is hung on a frame and baked in an oven at a baking temperature of 70-80 ℃ for 3.5-4.5h, and air is ventilated once every 1h, so that the peculiar smell of the rubber strip is fully diffused.
