Abstract

本发明公开了一种涂布粉体烟草成形纸,其特点是:1)在成形纸的正面、反面或双面涂布,涂布液中粉体重量含量为5~20%,涂布量以干物质计为1.0~5g/㎡;2)成形纸定量为20~50g/㎡,成形纸的透气度为50~40000CU;3)所述的粉体为烟梗签、烟梗、烟叶、茶叶、茶末、陈皮、梅子中的一种或多种的混合物,经机械粉碎机粉碎而成。本发明将烟草粉体废料直接用于成形纸的涂布料中,不仅实现了烟草粉料的回收利用,而且由于制得的成形纸保留了原材料粉体的原有香气特征,从而改善了卷烟香气,提升卷烟自然感官品质。本发明在实现粉体的效益同时,也是提供了一种新型彩色卷烟成形纸,具有识别二元复合滤棒的功能,可直接从包裹滤棒的成形纸识别滤棒。

Description

一种涂布粉体烟草成形纸及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及卷烟成形纸技术领域。
背景技术
烟粉是烟草工业的副产品,同时也是宝贵的烟草材料。受到我国烟草市场及加工工艺的限制,烟粉没有得到充分和深入使用。目前烟粉主要用于烟草薄片制造、烟碱提取等,而烟草薄片制造、烟碱提取等使用量有限,因此仍有大量的烟粉成为烟草废料。如何将烟粉利用,使之发挥更大的经济效益,成为烟草行业研究的热门课题之一。
专利CN102619134公开一种滤棒成形纸的香气改良方法,该专利通过涂布致香成分到高透成形纸上,改善卷烟烟气。专利CN107447574公开一种滤棒成形纸双面涂布天然提取物增强卷烟香气,改良卷烟香气及其风格特征。
上述这些专利都是通过在滤棒成形纸中添加提取物,从而达到改善卷烟抽吸品质的目的,但由于涂布量少,导致香气提升有限。另外,涂布成分皆为烟草提取物,涂布材料来源较窄,成分易挥发,提取物也破坏了烟草本身的复合香气。
在现有卷烟滤棒和成形纸生产线下,是否能通过技术改进,增加粉体利用,减少坏境污染;同时改善卷烟抽吸品质,这些都是卷烟辅料领域最有价值的研究方法之一。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于解决现有的一个或多个上述技术问题,提供一种涂布粉体烟草成形纸及其制备方法。
为达上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案如下:
一种涂布粉体烟草成形纸,其特点是:1)在成形纸的正面、反面或双面涂布,涂布液中粉体重量含量为5~20%,涂布量以干物质计为1.0~5g/m2
2)成形纸定量为20~50g/m2,成形纸的透气度为50~40000CU;
3)所述的粉体为烟梗签、烟梗、烟叶、茶叶、茶末、陈皮、梅子中的一种或多种的混合物,经机械粉碎机粉碎而成。
成形纸的正面、反面或双面涂布均可,正反面涂布液中粉体的含量相同或不同均可。
所述的涂布液组成,除粉体外,可选用常规滤棒成形纸所用的涂布用料,优选含有氧化淀粉、阳离子淀粉、聚乙烯醇、瓜尔胶、聚丙烯酰胺、海藻酸钠、羧甲基纤维素中的一种或多种混合物的涂布液。
所述的粉体优选为烟梗签、烟梗、烟叶的烟粉料。所述的粉体粒径优选在500-10000目。
本发明实质还提供了一种烟草烟粉的应用。
本发明同时还提供了一种成形纸的涂布液,其特点是:含有重量百分比为5~20%的烟粉,黏度500~5000mpa.s。所述的粉体为烟梗签、烟梗、烟叶、茶叶、茶末、陈皮、梅子中的一种或多种的混合物,经机械粉碎机粉碎而成;优选为烟梗签、烟梗、烟叶的粉料。所述的粉体粒径优选在500-10000目。优选的,涂布液中含有氧化淀粉、阳离子淀粉、聚乙烯醇、瓜尔胶、聚丙烯酰胺、海藻酸钠、羧甲基纤维素中的一种或多种混合物。
一种涂布粉体烟草成形纸的制备方法,包括:
1)将烟梗签、烟梗、烟叶、茶叶、茶末、陈皮、梅子中的一种或多种的混合物,经机械粉碎机粉碎,得到平均粒径在500-10000目的粉体;
2)将步骤1)的粉体倒入现有常规成形纸涂布用溶液中,搅拌,配制成适当浓度和黏度的涂布液;
3)将涂布液用涂布机分别涂到成形纸的正面、反面或双面,涂布液的总涂布量以干物质计为1.0~5g/m2
4)烘干,收卷后得到涂布粉体的成形纸,成形纸定量为20~50g/m2
步骤1)所述的粉体,优选烟梗签、烟梗、烟叶等烟草粉体。
步骤2)涂布液中粉体含量优选为总重量的5~20%。所述成形纸用溶液优选含有氧化淀粉、阳离子淀粉、聚乙烯醇、瓜尔胶、聚丙烯酰胺、海藻酸钠、羧甲基纤维素中的一种或多种混合物,进一步优选为聚乙烯醇。涂布液黏度优选为500~5000mpa.s。涂布液质量浓度优选为8-15%。
步骤3),涂布机工作时,涂布液的温度优选在50~95℃。将涂布液用涂布机涂布到成形纸的正面、反面或双面,正反面涂布液中粉体的含量相同或不同均可。
步骤4),粉体涂布料液用涂布机涂布到成形纸后,采用红外烘干、热缸烘干中的一种或两种进行烘干。红外烘干功率为5~20kW,热缸温度80~110℃。控制粉体成形纸成品的透气度在50~40000CU。
本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明将烟草粉体废料直接用于成形纸的涂布料中,不仅实现了烟草粉料的回收利用,而且由于制得的成形纸保留了原材料粉体的原有香气特征,从而改善了卷烟香气,提升卷烟自然感官品质。
2、本发明在实现粉体的效益同时,也是提供了一种新型彩色卷烟成形纸,具有识别二元复合滤棒的功能,可直接从包裹滤棒的成形纸识别滤棒。
3、采用本发明涂布的方式,正面、反面或双面,可一次或多次涂布,方式灵活多变,适应强,为调整提供可能。
综上,本发明提供的方法和产品,只需要在原有的生产线上对工艺进行改进,方法简单,成本低;既解决了烟草粉料的废料处理问题,又创新出了新的成形纸和应用,具有实际的应用前景和经济效益。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明的具体实施方法作详细举例说明。实施例中未提到的工艺参数或助剂等,本领域技术人员均可结合现有技术进行选择;未提到的制备步骤,均采用卷烟纸成形纸的现有技术。
以下实施例采用的粉体原料为中烟某再造烟叶有限公司提供的烟梗签、烟梗和烟叶的混合物废料干燥品,含水率为10%。初步除杂后机械粉碎,过2500目筛,得烟粉料。
实施例1:涂布液的准备
将烟粉料与聚乙烯醇按4:1的重量比倒入带搅拌功能的上料罐中,加水搅拌,上料罐保温60±5℃。控制粉体质量浓度在15%,涂布液黏度为1500mpa.s。
实施例2:涂布液的准备
将烟粉料与聚乙烯醇按5:2的重量比倒入带搅拌功能的上料罐中,加水搅拌,上料罐保温60±5℃。控制粉体质量浓度在10%,涂布液黏度为2000mpa.s。
实施例3:涂布液的准备
将烟粉料与阳离子淀粉、聚乙烯醇按2:0.5:0.5的比例倒入带搅拌功能的上料罐中,加水搅拌,上料罐保温60±5℃。控制粉体质量浓度在10%,涂布液黏度为2500mpa.s。
实施例4:
将实施例1得到的涂布液用涂布机涂到现有滤棒成形纸原纸正面一次,涂布量以干物质计为1.7g/m2;95℃烘缸烘干,收卷后得到涂布粉体的成形纸。定量26.85g/m2。透气度10000CU。
实施例5:
将实施例1得到的涂布液用涂布机涂到现有滤棒成形纸原纸正、反面均涂一次,涂布量以干物质计为1.7g/m2;95℃烘缸洪干,收卷后得到涂布粉体的成形纸。定量28.6g/m2。透气度3800CU。
实施例6:
将实施例2得到的涂布液用涂布机涂到现有滤棒成形纸原纸反面涂一次,涂布量以干物质计为3.5g/m2;95℃烘缸烘干,收卷后得到涂布粉体的成形纸。定量27.1g/m2。透气度4000CU。
实施例4-5的成品成形纸检测结果如下表1:

功能性识别滤棒成形纸的常规技术物理参数说明:实施例4-6的成形纸纸张纵、横向涂布较为均匀,成形纸的物理指标稳定。外观均为淡黄色,香气与烟草本身的自然香气一样。
滤棒成形纸属于卷烟辅材重要组成部分,主要是用于包裹滤棒丝束,使滤棒成形。成形纸在卷烟滤棒结构中成形纸处于内部丝束和外层接装纸之间,主要由纤维和高分子材料等组成,不具备用于复合滤棒生产识别的功能。本发明实施例4-6制得的涂布粉体烟草成形纸,可直接从包裹滤棒的成形纸外观直接宏观看出滤棒是否为二元复合滤棒。

Claims (12)

1.一种涂布粉体烟草成形纸,其特征在于:1)在成形纸的正面、反面或双面涂布,涂布液中粉体重量含量为5~20%,涂布量以干物质计为1.0~5g/㎡;2)成形纸定量为20~50g/㎡,成形纸的透气度为50~40000CU;3)所述的粉体为烟梗签、烟梗、烟叶、茶叶、茶末、陈皮、梅子中的一种或多种的混合物,经机械粉碎机粉碎而成。
2.如权利要求1所述的涂布粉体烟草成形纸,其特征在于:所述的涂布液中含有氧化淀粉、阳离子淀粉、聚乙烯醇、瓜尔胶、聚丙烯酰胺、海藻酸钠、羧甲基纤维素中的一种或多种混合物。
3.如权利要求1所述的涂布粉体烟草成形纸,其特征在于:所述的涂布液为粉体和聚乙烯醇的混合溶液。
4.如权利要求1所述的涂布粉体烟草成形纸,其特征在于:所述的粉体粒径为500-10000目。
5.如权利要求1所述的涂布粉体烟草成形纸,其特征在于:所述的粉体为烟梗签、烟梗、烟叶中的一种或几种混合物的粉料。
6.一种卷烟成形纸用涂布液,其特征在于:含有重量百分比为5~20%的烟粉,所述的烟粉为烟梗签、烟梗、烟叶、茶叶、茶末、陈皮、梅子中的一种或多种的混合物,经机械粉碎机粉碎而成;所述的烟粉粒径为500-10000目。
7.如权利要求6所述的卷烟成形纸用涂布液,其特征在于:所述的涂布液黏度为500~5000mpa.s,涂布液质量浓度为8-15%。
8.如权利要求6所述的卷烟成形纸用涂布液,其特征在于:涂布液中含有氧化淀粉、阳离子淀粉、聚乙烯醇、瓜尔胶、聚丙烯酰胺、海藻酸钠、羧甲基纤维素中的一种或多种混合物。
9.一种涂布粉体烟草成形纸的制备方法,包括:
1)将权利要求6-8任一所述的涂布液用涂布机分别涂到成形纸的正面、反面或双面,涂布液的总涂布量以干物质计为1.0~5g/㎡;
2)烘干,收卷后得到涂布粉体的成形纸,成形纸定量为20~50g/㎡。
10.如权利要求9所述的涂布粉体烟草成形纸的制备方法,其特征在于:涂布机工作时,涂布液的温度在50~95℃。
11.如权利要求9所述的涂布粉体烟草成形纸的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤2)采用红外烘干、热缸烘干中的一种或两种进行烘干,红外烘干功率为5~20kW,热缸温度80~110℃。
12.烟草烟粉用于制造卷烟成形纸用涂布液或烟草成形纸。
