Abstract

一种达肝素钠亚硝酸降解产物的分析方法,所述方法包括:将所述低分子肝素用亚硝酸完全降解得到降解产物,以及将所述降解产物经高效液相色谱(HPLC)联用电雾式检测器(CAD)进行检测。此方法无需衍生和脱乙酰步骤,降解产物制备时间短、分析成本低、检测准确率高。
