and 4, step 4: storing the identity card, the name, the mobile phone number and other user information, identifying the identity and the grade of the check-in person, and performing accurate matching and fuzzy matching according to a certain priority rule to automatically match an order for the check-in person;
in one example, if the order cannot be automatically matched, a 6-digit preset number notified by a short message can be manually input to match the order;
in one example, if there is no order, an on-site order may be made at the lodging service;
and 5: according to the identity level of the check-in person, the order price is judged, corresponding fees and deposit are collected, and the check-in system carries out house arrangement according to house arrangement rules;
step 6: binding biological information (including but not limited to finger veins, human faces and fingerprints) of the check-in person as a check-in certificate and supporting access to a corresponding door lock;
and 7: the house number and the refund time information of the check-in person are informed through terminal equipment, short messages and the like.
The invention provides a rapid check-in identification and judgment system for the tourism, which introduces a rapid authorization mode of biological information by intelligently matching the resident with a multi-order source, greatly improves the practicability of the check-in system, and greatly reduces the operation complexity and the flow waiting time of the resident. The work load of the tourism staff is reduced while the experience of the resident and the brand recognition are enhanced, the human-room ratio of the tourism lodging is optimized, and the operation cost is reduced.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above may be implemented by hardware associated with computer program instructions, and the above programs may be stored in a computer readable storage medium, and when executed, may include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. The storage medium may be a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), or the like.

the check-in system is compatible with the micro-center platform of the third-party data and the business system and is used for bearing the content of the resident service;
the system for managing the tourism information is used for matching pre-stored check-in information and order information according to the received identity characteristic information so as to judge whether the order information of the personnel to be checked in can be successfully matched; if yes, carrying out check-in process according to the order information; if not, starting the on-site booking process.

The system of claim 1, wherein the self-service check-in terminal collects identity characteristic information of the personnel waiting to check in, and comprises: collecting identity card information and face information, and then carrying out witness comparison, namely: comparing whether the collected identity card information is matched with the face information, wherein the identity card comparison method comprises the following steps:
the self-service check-in terminal judges whether the identity card information is successfully acquired, and if not, an identity card information acquisition and reading process is carried out; if yes, further judging whether the face information is successfully acquired, and if not, carrying out a face information acquisition and reading process; if yes, matching the acquired identity card information with the face information, and if matching is successful, ending the process; if the matching fails, judging whether the matching failure times reach three times, if not, repeating the processes of face information acquisition and testimony comparison; if the number of times reaches three, a notification message of failure of the testimonial comparison is sent out, and a manual service process is started.

and if the order corresponding to the resident information does not exist, starting a process of performing on-site room booking in the lodging service place.
7. The system of claim 5, wherein the system for travel information management intelligently retrieves and matches orders according to specific rules, and specifically comprises:
step 1.1, searching a pre-stored order data table accessed by multiple customer sources according to the identity characteristic information of the personnel to be checked, firstly judging whether a corresponding team order can be searched, and if so, executing step 1.5; if not, executing step 1.2;
step 1.2, adopting the identification number of the person to be checked to inquire an order data table, judging whether the corresponding order can be matched, if so, executing the step 1.5; otherwise, executing step 1.3;

firstly, judging whether a person to be checked has a reserved two-dimensional code, and if so, ending the process;
secondly, reading the reservation number and the check code, inquiring an order data table according to the reservation number and the check code, judging whether the corresponding order can be uniquely matched, and if so, executing the step 1.5; otherwise, judging whether the failure times reach three times, if so, prompting error reasons and ending the process; otherwise, reading the booking number and the check code again;
step 1.5, inquiring the current user information, including: the mobile phone number binding state and the public number attention state return the following information: whether the order is a team order, an order payment state, a finger vein binding state, a mobile phone number binding state and a public number attention state, and ending the process.
