the heating tank may collect the excessive spray material scraped by the thickness-adjusting scraper, and the heater provided at the bottom thereof may facilitate the collection of the excessive spray material to a designated position.
3. The waterproof film for paper cups and the coating equipment thereof according to claim 1, wherein the spray material generating module is used for hot extrusion operation after the spray material reaches a predetermined temperature, pressure and position;
an opening arranged at the upper part of the feed inlet can directly feed spraying materials; the extrusion screw shaft is provided with a plurality of sections of temperature control modules, and the spraying material can be subjected to progressive heating treatment, namely, the spraying material is subjected to thermal extrusion under the combined action of the extrusion speed reduction motor and the extrusion screw shaft; the die head is provided with a strip-shaped nozzle for equalizing the pressure of the spraying material and spraying the spraying material at a specified position.

the roller wheel assembly is in unpowered drive and freely rolls under the tension action of the sprayed material; the edge cutting tool can cut the edge of the sprayed material; the blanking frame is provided with a double-opening groove which can be used for supporting a rotating shaft of the sprayed material coil; bearings are arranged at two ends of the rotating shaft of the sprayed material roll, and the outer ring of each bearing is in contact with the double-opening groove of the feeding frame; the rotating shaft of the sprayed material roll is driven by an external motor and can drive the sprayed material to be continuously rolled.
6. The waterproof film for paper cups and the coating equipment thereof as claimed in claim 1, wherein the spraying process comprises the following steps:
(1) hot extrusion treatment of the spray material: the thickness of the spraying material on the hot extrusion pressing wheel after the spraying material reaches the preset temperature, pressure and position is larger than a set value by using the spraying material generating module.
(2) Two-stage automatic adjustment of spraying thickness: the spraying thickness two-stage automatic adjusting module can realize two-stage automatic adjusting of the spraying thickness based on machine vision, can adjust the spraying thickness of the pressure in the spraying process, and collects and recovers redundant spraying materials through the heating groove.
(3) Feeding, conveying and spraying the material to be sprayed: the material to be sprayed is continuously conveyed by the material conveying module to be sprayed, and the spraying operation of the raw material is completed under the combined action of the cooling wheel 13 and the pressurizing wheel 12.
(4) Cooling, edge cutting treatment and collection of the sprayed material: the roller set in the sprayed material collecting module is further cooled and pre-tightened, so that clamping force is provided for the edge cutting tool to cut the sprayed material; the sprayed material can be driven to be continuously rolled up by the driving of a motor arranged outside the rotating shaft of the sprayed material roll.
