The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a blending guide plate, which comprises the following steps: acquiring an upper jaw three-dimensional model and a lower jaw three-dimensional model of a patient by using a three-dimensional scanning technology, and acquiring three-dimensional position relations of upper jaw dentitions and lower jaw dentitions of the patient in different states; obtaining occlusion contact relations of the patient in different states based on the three-dimensional position relations; the mandible positions of the patient under different states are collected in three-dimensional software, and the restoration form of the maxillary anterior teeth is designed according to the mandible positions to form a diagnosis model; obtaining an ideal restoration effect of upper anterior teeth of a patient and a position relation between the ideal restoration effect and lower jaw dentition under different states through three-dimensional design based on a diagnosis model; the cutting end shape of the lower jaw anterior teeth is adjusted to avoid occlusion interference, and a blending guide plate is designed through three-dimensional software based on the adjusted cutting end shape of the lower jaw anterior teeth; and acquiring the diagnosis model and the blending guide plate in a three-dimensional printing mode. The blending guide plate manufactured by the invention can rapidly and accurately adjust and grind the tooth tissue.

Background
The beauty of the oral cavity aims at improving smile, and relates to comprehensive medical treatment of teeth and gum, in particular to upper anterior teeth. The first principle to be determined is that beauty should be based on health, so unhealthy beauty is not a sought goal for oral beauty. The beauty of the teeth primarily improves alignment, color and morphology. However, the designed restoration body can cause occlusion interference, especially when the occlusion is not in the center, the existing technical means is that a doctor usually adjusts and grinds the teeth of the jaw according to experience, the method needs abundant experience of the dentist, the doctor needs to continuously check in the adjusting and grinding process, and a patient is also actively matched with the doctor, so that a great deal of effort and time of the doctor are consumed, and the patient is not good in experience due to continuous matching, so that the current situation needs to be changed.

(2) obtaining occlusion contact relations of the patient in different states based on the three-dimensional position relations;
(3) the mandible positions of the patient under different states are collected in three-dimensional software, and the restoration form of the maxillary anterior teeth is designed according to the mandible positions to form a diagnosis model;
(4) obtaining an ideal restoration effect of upper anterior teeth of a patient and a position relation between the ideal restoration effect and lower jaw dentition under different states through three-dimensional design based on a diagnosis model;
(5) the cutting end shape of the lower jaw anterior teeth is adjusted to avoid occlusion interference, and a blending guide plate is designed through three-dimensional software based on the adjusted cutting end shape of the lower jaw anterior teeth;
(6) and acquiring the diagnosis model and the blending guide plate in a three-dimensional printing mode.
The different states of the maxillary dentition and the mandibular dentition comprise the median occlusion, the antero-lateral occlusion, the left lateral occlusion and the right lateral occlusion of the maxillary dentition and the mandibular dentition.
Advantageous effects
Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages and positive effects: the invention introduces the digitization technology into the process of adjusting and grinding the occlusion of the teeth, obtains the occlusion interference information of the teeth through the virtual occlusion movement, and then designs the adjusting guide plate to effectively ensure the adjusting effect, thereby adjusting and grinding the tissues of the teeth rapidly and accurately.

(2) obtaining the occlusion contact relation of the median commissure, the anterior commissure, the left commissure and the right commissure of the patient based on the three-dimensional position relation;
(3) the mandible positions of the patient under different states are collected in three-dimensional software, and the restoration form of the maxillary anterior teeth is designed according to the mandible positions to form a diagnosis model;
(4) obtaining an ideal restoration effect of upper anterior teeth of a patient and a position relation between the ideal restoration effect and lower jaw dentition under different states through three-dimensional design based on a diagnosis model;
(5) in order to ensure the beauty of the upper anterior teeth, the incisal end shape of the lower anterior teeth is adjusted to avoid occlusion interference, and a blending guide plate is designed through three-dimensional software based on the adjusted incisal end shape of the lower anterior teeth and is used for assisting the blending operation of the last lower anterior teeth.

The invention introduces the digitization technology into the process of tooth occlusion grinding, obtains the tooth occlusion interference information through the virtual occlusion movement, and then designs the blending guide plate to effectively ensure the blending effect, thereby quickly and accurately grinding the tooth tissue. Compared with the prior art, the invention can realize quick and accurate blending, and the position to be milled and the amount of the dental tissue can be known before blending, so that the influence on the jaw teeth can be predicted. If more tooth tissues need to be milled and the problems of sensitivity of false teeth of a patient and the like are caused, the dental prosthesis can be taken into consideration during design of the prosthesis, so that excessive milling of the tooth tissues is avoided.

1. A manufacturing method of a blending guide plate is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) acquiring an upper jaw three-dimensional model and a lower jaw three-dimensional model of a patient by using a three-dimensional scanning technology, and acquiring three-dimensional position relations of upper jaw dentitions and lower jaw dentitions of the patient in different states;
(2) obtaining occlusion contact relations of the patient in different states based on the three-dimensional position relations;
(3) the mandible positions of the patient under different states are collected in three-dimensional software, and the restoration form of the maxillary anterior teeth is designed according to the mandible positions to form a diagnosis model;
(4) obtaining an ideal restoration effect of upper anterior teeth of a patient and a position relation between the ideal restoration effect and lower jaw dentition under different states through three-dimensional design based on a diagnosis model;
(5) the cutting end shape of the lower jaw anterior teeth is adjusted to avoid occlusion interference, and a blending guide plate is designed through three-dimensional software based on the adjusted cutting end shape of the lower jaw anterior teeth;
(6) and acquiring the diagnosis model and the blending guide plate in a three-dimensional printing mode.
