In the present embodiment, the dispensing system includes a robot 3, and the cabinet structure further includes a carrier 20, and the robot 3 is configured to receive the carrier 20 to be dispensed to the user from the manipulator 2. The robot and the distribution station can distribute the to-be-received parts to the users, or the robot drives the idle-load tool to get the to-be-sent parts to be sent out by the users, so that the automation of sending and sending the parts is realized, the time is saved for the users, and the robot is convenient. When the actual volume is larger than the remaining storage volume, the control device automatically replaces other storage parts in the storage assembly to perform step 220 and step 230, and the control device selects a plurality of storage parts in the storage assembly according to a preset sequence until finding a carrier matched with the to-be-received and dispatched piece. In one embodiment, the predetermined sequence may be to select the storage portions closer to the robot first, and then select the storage portions farther from the robot in sequence.
In one embodiment, before step 220, the method for detecting and allocating to-be-received sender further comprises: step 211: acquiring a preset storage volume of a carrier and an actual storage volume of a to-be-received and sent piece in the carrier; step 212: calculating a difference between the predetermined storage volume and the actual storage volume using a calculation module of the control device to obtain a remaining storage volume.
In another embodiment, before step 220, the method for detecting and allocating a to-be-received sender further includes: step 213: the remaining storage volume is detected using a second volume detection member.

When the actual weight is larger than the rest storage weight, the control device automatically replaces other storage parts in the storage assembly to perform step 250 and step 260, and the control device selects a plurality of storage parts in the storage assembly according to a preset sequence until finding a carrier matched with the to-be-received and dispatched piece. In one embodiment, the predetermined sequence may be to select the storage portions closer to the robot first, and then select the storage portions farther from the robot in sequence.

the cabinet structure of the invention can be arranged in a building and is suitable for a distribution station for distribution in company and individual units, the cabinet structure divides a plurality of storage parts 11 into a plurality of storage components, so that the plurality of storage components are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with a plurality of users, each storage component stores corresponding to-be-received and sent pieces of the users, and as at least one to-be-received and sent piece is stored in the storage part 11, the volume information and/or the weight information of the to-be-received and sent piece can be acquired by arranging a detection and distribution part, and the to-be-received and sent piece is automatically matched with the storage part 11 for storage (the storage part 11 has a corresponding relation with the users of the to-be-received and sent piece), thus, the users can get and send the pieces at the corresponding fixed storage component, and the operation of the users is convenient; and can transport the piece of waiting to send and receive in each storage assembly to corresponding user in batches through the robot, convenient operation, it is efficient, save user's time, realize the intellectuality. In addition, each storage component comprises at least one storage part 11, the number of the storage parts 11 can be flexibly allocated according to the number of the to-be-sent and received pieces of a user, the storage amount is large, and the distribution efficiency is guaranteed.

Claims (24)

the detection distribution component is arranged in an entry area (14) of the cabinet body (10) and is used for acquiring storage information of the to-be-received and dispatched piece, so that after a user corresponding to the to-be-received and dispatched piece is determined, the storage part (11) corresponding to the to-be-received and dispatched piece is opened according to the storage information;
the storage information comprises volume information of the to-be-transmitted and received piece and/or weight information of the to-be-transmitted and received piece.

The cabinet structure according to claim 1, characterized in that it further comprises a carrier (20), said carrier (20) being adjustably positioned to be inserted into a storage cavity of said storage portion (11) or to be extracted from said storage portion (11) to receive said item to be sent;
the carrier (20) is provided with bearing information, and after the detection and distribution component acquires the storage information of the to-be-transmitted/received member, the storage information is compared with the bearing information of the carrier (20) in the storage part (11) corresponding to the to-be-transmitted/received member, so that the storage part (11) is opened when the storage information is matched with the bearing information.

The cabinet structure according to claim 2, wherein the volume information is an actual volume of the component to be received, the carrying information includes a remaining storage volume of the vehicle (20), a first operating area (141) is provided in the recording area (14), and the detecting and distributing component further includes:
a first volume detection member (31) disposed in the first operation region (141) to detect an actual volume of the member to be transmitted and received;
and the control device is connected with the first volume detection piece (31) to receive the actual volume of the piece to be sent and received and compare the actual volume with the residual storage volume of the carrier (20) in the corresponding storage part (11), and when the residual storage volume is larger than the actual volume of the piece to be sent and received, the control device opens the storage part (11) to enable the piece to be sent and received to be placed in the carrier (20).
4. The cabinet structure according to claim 3, wherein the first volume detector (31) is a camera or at least one infrared sensor.

The cabinet structure according to claim 3, characterized in that said control means comprise a calculation module for calculating the difference between a predetermined storage volume of said vehicle (20) and the actual storage volume of said items to be received and dispatched stored inside said vehicle (20) in order to obtain said remaining storage volume.

a second volume detection member provided on the carrier (20) to detect the remaining storage volume within the carrier (20); the control device is connected with the second volume detecting member to acquire the remaining storage volume detected by the second volume detecting member.
7. The cabinet structure according to claim 6, wherein the second volume detector is a camera or at least one infrared sensor.

The cabinet structure according to claim 2, wherein the weight information is an actual weight of the to-be-transmitted/received member, the carrying information includes a remaining storage weight of the vehicle (20), a first operating area (141) is disposed in the entry area, and the detecting and distributing component further includes:
a first gravity detecting member disposed at a bottom of the first operating region (141) to detect an actual weight of the member to be transmitted and received;
and the control device is connected with the first gravity detection piece to receive the actual weight of the piece to be sent and received and compare the actual weight with the residual storage weight of the carrier (20) in the corresponding storage part (11), and when the residual storage weight of the carrier (20) is greater than the actual weight of the piece to be sent and received, the control device opens the storage part (11) to enable the piece to be sent and received to be placed in the carrier (20).
9. The cabinet structure according to claim 8, wherein the first gravity sensing member is a gravity sensor.
10. The cabinet structure according to claim 8, wherein the detection and distribution means further comprises a second gravity detector provided in the storage portion (11) to detect a real-time weight of the vehicle (20); the control device is connected with the second gravity detection piece to obtain the real-time weight;
wherein the control device comprises a calculation module for calculating a difference between a predetermined storage weight and the real-time weight of the vehicle (20) to obtain the remaining storage weight.
11. The cabinet structure according to claim 10, wherein the second gravity detecting member is a gravity sensor.
12. The cabinet structure according to claim 10, wherein the control device comprises a timing module, such that when the real-time weight of the vehicle acquired by the control device decreases, the timing module starts timing and alarms when the timing exceeds a predetermined time.
13. The cabinet structure according to claim 1, wherein a first operating zone (141) is provided in the logging zone (14), the cabinet structure further comprising:
the code scanner (32) is arranged in the first operation area (141), and the code scanner (32) is used for scanning the bar code of the to-be-transmitted and received piece so as to acquire the distribution information of the to-be-transmitted and received piece needing to be stored or taken away.
14. The cabinet structure according to any one of claims 1 to 13, further comprising:
the interaction part (33) is arranged in the entry area (14), and the interaction part (33) is used for inputting the distribution information of the to-be-sent and received member which needs to be stored or taken away.

A dispensing system comprising a dispensing station comprising a cabinet structure (1) comprising a cabinet body (10) and a manipulator (2), said manipulator (2) being arranged in an operating space (15) of said cabinet body (10), said manipulator (2) being adapted to transport items to be dispensed and dispensed in a storage portion (11) of said cabinet body (10), characterized in that said cabinet structure is as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 15.
17. The dispensing system according to claim 16, wherein the cabinet structure is the cabinet structure of claim 2, the dispensing system comprising a robot (3), the robot (3) being adapted to receive a carrier (20) of the cabinet structure to be dispensed to a user, delivered by the robot arm (2).
18. A to-be-received/dispatched article detection and distribution method applied to the cabinet structure according to any one of claims 1 to 15, wherein the to-be-received/dispatched article detection and distribution method comprises:
step S100: determining a corresponding relation between a user corresponding to the to-be-received/transmitted part and the storage assembly;
step S200: and detecting the storage information of the to-be-transmitted and received piece by using a detection and distribution part, so that the detection and distribution part opens one storage part in the storage assembly corresponding to the to-be-transmitted and received piece according to the storage information.
19. The method for detecting and allocating the to-be-transmitted/received element according to claim 18, wherein before the step S200, the method for detecting and allocating the to-be-transmitted/received element further comprises:
and acquiring bearing information of the carriers in the storage part by using the detection and distribution component, and comparing the storage information with the bearing information to open the storage part when the storage information is matched with the bearing information.

The method for detecting and distributing the to-be-transmitted/received items according to claim 19, wherein the storage information includes an actual volume of the to-be-transmitted/received items, the loading information includes a remaining storage volume of the carrier, and the method for detecting and distributing the to-be-transmitted/received items further includes:
step 210: detecting the actual volume of the to-be-received/transmitted member by using a first volume detection member, and sending the actual volume to a control device;
step 220: obtaining a remaining storage volume of a carrier in one of the storage sections of the storage assembly;
step 230: comparing, with the control device, the actual volume with the remaining storage volume to open the storage portion when the actual volume is less than the remaining storage volume; and when the actual volume is greater than the remaining storage volume, replacing another storage portion of the storage assembly and repeating the steps 220 and 230 for the storage portion.
21. The method for detecting and allocating backlogs according to claim 20, wherein before step 220, the method for detecting and allocating backlogs further comprises:
step 211: acquiring a preset storage volume of the carrier and an actual storage volume of the to-be-received/sent piece in the carrier;
step 212: calculating a difference between the predetermined storage volume and the actual storage volume with a calculation module of the control device to obtain the remaining storage volume.
22. The method for detecting and allocating backlogs according to claim 20, wherein before step 220, the method for detecting and allocating backlogs further comprises:
step 213: detecting the remaining storage volume with a second volume detection member.

The method for detecting and distributing the to-be-transmitted/received members according to claim 19, wherein the storage information includes an actual weight of the to-be-transmitted/received member, the loading information includes a remaining storage weight, and the method for detecting and distributing the to-be-transmitted/received members further includes:
step 240: detecting the actual weight of the member to be received and sent by using a first gravity detection member, and sending the actual weight to a control device;
step 250: acquiring the remaining storage weight of a carrier in one of the storage portions of the storage assembly;
step 260: comparing the actual weight with the remaining storage weight with the control device to open the storage section when the actual weight is less than the remaining storage weight; and when the actual weight is greater than the remaining storage weight, replacing another storage portion of the storage assembly, and repeating the steps 250 and 260 for the storage portion.
24. The method for detecting and allocating backlogs according to claim 23, wherein before the step 250, the method for detecting and allocating backlogs further comprises:
step 251: acquiring a preset storage weight of the carrier;
step 252: detecting a real-time weight of the carrier with a second gravity detector and sending the real-time weight to the control device;
step 253: calculating a difference between the predetermined storage weight and the real-time weight using a calculation module of the control device to obtain the remaining storage weight.
