The invention belongs to the technical field of an explosion-proof diesel engine lubricating system; the invention provides an external safe intelligent lubricating system and a method for a long-term stop intermittent use diesel engine, wherein the control end of a reversing valve is connected with an engine oil pressure gauge, an engine oil filter core, a turbocharger and a main oil duct of an original lubricating system of the diesel engine, the reversing valve is connected with an air source, the air source is also connected with a diesel engine starting device, the lubricating system is connected with the lubricating system of the original machine and used for monitoring the lubricating condition in an intermittent diesel engine body used for long-term stop, and the lubricating system is started immediately when the engine oil pressure of the diesel engine is abnormal, so that the lubrication of all parts in the diesel engine is protected, and the faults are avoided.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technology of an explosion-proof diesel engine lubricating system, in particular to an external safe intelligent lubricating system and method for a diesel engine which is used intermittently and is stagnant for a long time.
Background
The working condition of the heavy explosion-proof vehicle in a moving and face-reversing project under a coal mine is severe, the parking time of a warehouse is very long, and when the vehicle is restarted, all friction parts in the diesel engine are in a dry friction state, and the heavy explosion-proof vehicle is generally used for 2-3 times a year and about 1 month every time; the rest time is about 9-10 months and the storehouse is in a stop state. The original oil films of all friction parts in the diesel engine are already invalid; the engine oil filter core is externally arranged at the position of the whole vehicle, which is convenient to replace, the engine oil filter core is connected with the diesel engine through a long rubber tube, and the length of the rubber tube is about 2.5-3 m. When a diesel engine parked for a long time is restarted, the oil pump of the diesel engine needs to rotate for 3-4 seconds to convey the engine oil to the crankshaft and the cam of the diesel engine, and during the period, all friction parts of the diesel engine are in a dry friction state, the large and small bearing bushes can be scratched, and the faults of the crankshaft, the shaft and the bearing bushes can be caused in severe cases. When the diesel engine is stopped, the turbocharger turbine still runs at a high speed for a period of time due to inertia, the turbine needs oil lubrication during the period of time, but the oil pump of the diesel engine stops working and cannot provide lubricating oil, so that the turbine part of the turbocharger is in failure.

Furthermore, the external safe intelligent lubricating system also comprises a first electromagnetic valve, a second electromagnetic valve, a one-way valve and a switch valve, wherein the outlet end of the pneumatic motor oil pump is connected with the one-way valve and then connected with the engine oil pump in parallel, the outlet end of the reversing valve is connected with the control end of the pneumatic motor oil pump, the inlet end of the reversing valve is connected with the outlet end of the second electromagnetic valve, the inlet end of the second electromagnetic valve is connected with the outlet end of the switch valve, the outlet end of the switch valve is also simultaneously connected with a diesel engine starting device, and the inlet end of the switch valve is connected with an air source.

In conclusion, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the invention is mainly used for heavy explosion-proof vehicles with moving and inverted surfaces, long-period stagnation and intermittent use of the external safe intelligent lubricating system device of the diesel engine to provide pre-lubricating engine oil for the interior of the diesel engine in advance, and the occurrence of the fault of the bearing holding of the crankshaft is prevented. When the diesel engine is stopped and the turbocharger turbine runs at high speed by inertia, the invention provides delayed engine oil lubrication for the turbine and prevents the turbocharger from wearing and breaking down. When the diesel engine normally works after being started, the lubricating device can be used for monitoring the lubricating condition in the diesel engine body which is used intermittently and stagnated for a long period, and once the abnormal oil pressure of the diesel engine is found, the external safe intelligent lubricating system device is immediately started to protect the lubrication of all parts in the diesel engine and avoid faults.

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in figure 1, the invention discloses a safe and intelligent lubricating system of a diesel engine with long-term stagnation and intermittent use, which comprises an original diesel engine lubricating system for normal lubrication in the running process after a vehicle is started, and also comprises an external safe and intelligent lubricating system which is used for pre-lubricating and delaying the lubrication of each friction part in the diesel engine and is arranged outside the diesel engine, wherein the external safe and intelligent lubricating system comprises a pneumatic engine oil pump 8, a reversing valve 6, an air source 1 and a diesel engine starting device 5, the pneumatic engine oil pump 8 is connected with an oil pump 12 in parallel, the pneumatic engine oil pump 8 is connected with a first overflow valve 7 in parallel, the control end of the reversing valve 6 for controlling the pneumatic engine oil pump 8 is connected with an engine oil pressure gauge 16, an engine oil filter element 13, a turbocharger 14 and a main oil duct 15 of the original diesel engine lubricating system, the reversing valve 6 is connected with the air source 1, and the air source is also connected with the diesel engine starting device 5, the diesel engine starting device controls the oil pump 12; the overflow valve can be a common overflow valve sold on the market, when the pressure of the pneumatic oil pump 8 reaches a limit value, the pressure is relieved through the first overflow valve 7, the pressure limit value is set to be 0.2MPa under the general condition, and the pressure relief valve can be adjusted according to the actual requirement in the actual use process.
The invention also discloses a long-term stagnation intermittent use diesel engine external safe intelligent lubrication method, based on the long-term stagnation intermittent use diesel engine external safe intelligent lubrication system, the long-term stagnation diesel engine, when restarting, opening the switch valve 2, meanwhile, the first electromagnetic valve 3 and the second electromagnetic valve 4 are powered, the gas in the gas source 1 in the diesel engine self-checking process respectively enters the first electromagnetic valve 3 and the second electromagnetic valve 4 through the pipeline, the reversing valve 6 is opened by the gas of the second electromagnetic valve 4, the pneumatic oil pump 8 starts working, the engine oil is pumped from the oil sump 10, passes through the check valve 9 and the engine oil filter element 13 of the original diesel engine lubrication system machine, enters the main oil duct 15 of the diesel engine to provide pre-lubrication for the crankshaft, the cam lubrication and the turbocharger 14 of the diesel engine, when the engine oil pressure gauge 16 reaches the lubrication pressure of the diesel engine, the reversing valve 6 is switched, the pneumatic oil pump 8 stops working, so that the fault of the diesel engine caused by dry friction due to the damage of a lubricating oil film can be prevented; meanwhile, the other path of gas passes through the switch valve 2 and the first electromagnetic valve 3 to start the diesel engine starting device 5, the diesel engine starts to run, the oil pump 12 of the diesel engine runs normally, the engine oil is extracted from the oil pan 10 and flows to the engine oil filter element 13 to provide lubricating oil for the diesel engine main oil duct 15 to lubricate a crankshaft and a cam of the diesel engine and lubricate the turbocharger 14.
During the normal working period of the diesel engine, the lubricating state of the diesel engine is monitored through the reversing valve 6, when the engine oil pressure is suddenly reduced, the reversing valve 6 is switched at any time, the pneumatic engine oil pump 8 is started to provide lubricating engine oil for the diesel engine, and the purpose of monitoring and protecting the diesel engine can be achieved by utilizing the reversing valve 6; when the diesel engine stops working, the oil pump 12 stops working, the oil pressure is reduced, the reversing valve 6 switches the air passage, the pneumatic oil pump 8 is opened to provide delay lubrication for the turbocharger 14, and the delay time is set by the control circuit of the second electromagnetic valve 4, so that the phenomenon that the turbocharger 14 has faults due to high-speed running of the diesel engine oil pump 12 after the diesel engine stops working is prevented, the service life of the diesel engine is prolonged, and the working efficiency is improved.
The diesel engine starting system comprises a diesel engine starting device 5, the diesel engine starting device 5 is communicated with a switch valve 2 through a first electromagnetic valve 3, all parts in the diesel engine starting system are connected through air pipes, the air pipes are fast-inserting air pipes, and the air pipes with proper specifications can be selected according to actual requirements.
The lubricating system of the original machine of the diesel engine is connected with the lubricating system of the original machine at 3 positions, namely the joint of the reversing valve 6 and the main oil duct 15, the joint of the outlet of the one-way valve 9 and the engine oil filter element 13 and the joint of the pneumatic engine oil pump 8 and the oil pan 10, and the lubricating system of the original machine of the diesel engine keeps the original connecting mode. In fig. 1, a second overflow valve 11, an oil pump 12, an oil filter 13, a turbocharger 14, a main oil gallery 15, an oil pressure gauge 16 and an oil pan 10 in a dashed frame jointly form a lubricating system of an original diesel engine.
