Disclosure of Invention
Problems to be solved by the invention
However, a massage member (air bag) that presses the shoulder portion (including the upper arm portion) from the outside is fixed to the side of the backrest portion as disclosed in patent document 1, for example.
However, the body types of users are various, including a body type with a narrow shoulder width and a body type with a wide shoulder width, and there is a possibility that the positions of massage are not aligned in a state where the pair of left and right massage members are fixed to the sides of the backrest portion.
For example, in the case of a body shape with a narrow shoulder width, there is a possibility that the pair of left and right massage members do not contact the shoulder of the user. In this case, even if the air bag is inflated, the shoulder portion cannot be pressed from the outside to give a massage action. In addition, in the case of a body type with a wide shoulder width, the massage members may be sandwiched between the pair of left and right massage members and restrained.
In view of the above, it is an object of the present invention to provide a shoulder massage mechanism including a unit that can adjust the distance between a pair of left and right massage members to match the body shape of a user.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the shoulder massage mechanism 13 according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
In the present embodiment, the shoulder massage mechanism 13 provided in the chair-type massage machine 1 will be described as an example. The embodiments described below are examples embodying the present invention, and the configuration of the present invention is not limited to the specific examples.
The directions of the chair-type massage machine 1, such as front-back and left-right, are as shown in fig. 1 and 2. This coincides with the direction as viewed from the user seated on the seat 2 of the chair-type massage machine 1. In the drawings, parts of the components are omitted for easy viewing.
However, in fig. 6 and 7, since the width adjustment unit 15 is provided obliquely to the chair-type massage machine 1, for example, in the illustrated right-side width adjustment unit 15a, the upper side of the drawing sheet is obliquely upper right, and the lower side of the drawing sheet is obliquely lower left.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, and the like, the chair-type massage machine 1 includes a seat portion 2 on which a user can sit, a backrest portion 3 on which the seated user leans, armrest portions 4 on which elbows of the user can be placed, and a footrest portion 5 into which lower limbs of the user from knees to feet can be inserted.
Inside the backrest part 3, a backrest frame 6 is provided which supports the backrest part 3 in a substantially upright state. The back frame 6 is provided with a back massage mechanism 7 for imparting a massage action to the back of the user who leans on. The back massage mechanism 7 is movable in the vertical direction in the backrest 3. As the back massage mechanism 7, for example, mechanisms disclosed in japanese patent laid-open nos. 2013-252348 and 2018-134181 can be adopted. In addition, a blocking plate 8 for blocking the backrest 3 from the space on the side is provided on the side of the backrest 3.
Inside the seat section 2, a support frame 9 is provided for supporting the seat section 2 from below. A seat massage mechanism 10 for applying a massage operation to the buttocks and legs of a seated user is provided inside the support frame 9. As the seat massage mechanism 10, for example, a mechanism disclosed in japanese patent application laid-open No. 2018 and 064807 can be adopted.
A footrest 5 is housed in the support frame 9 below the seat 2. The footrest section 5 is configured to be movable outward from the support frame 9. Further, a lower limb massage mechanism 11 for giving a massage operation to the lower limbs from the knees to the feet of the seated user is provided inside the footrest section 5. As the lower limb massage mechanism 11, for example, a mechanism disclosed in japanese patent laid-open No. 2012-143390 and the like can be employed.
An arm massage mechanism 12 for applying a massage operation to the forearm of a seated user from the elbow to the hand is provided inside the armrest portion 4. The arm massaging mechanism 12 can be, for example, the one disclosed in Japanese patent laid-open No. 2015-016158.
Further, the chair-type massage machine 1 of the present embodiment is provided with a shoulder massage mechanism 13 for applying a massage action to the shoulders (including the upper arms) of the user seated on the seat 2, on the side of the backrest 3.
As shown in fig. 3 to 7, the shoulder massage mechanism 13 according to the present invention includes a pair of left and right massage members 14 provided to correspond to the shoulders, and a width adjustment unit 15 for adjusting the interval between the pair of left and right massage members 14 in the left-right direction.
The massage members 14 are long members, and a pair of massage members are provided on both the right and left sides of the backrest. The massage member 14 is provided so as to protrude forward from the backrest 3. The right massage member 14a and the left massage member 14b are provided at positions facing in the left-right direction. That is, the pair of left and right massage members 14 are provided so as to sandwich the shoulder portions. In the present embodiment, the massage member 14 is accommodated in the recess of the blocking plate 8.
The massage member 14 includes, for example, an inflatable and deflatable air bag 16 at the distal end thereof. The airbag 16 repeatedly expands and contracts to press the shoulder (treatment site) from the outside.
At the base end of the massage member 14, a case 17 is provided. The case 17 is provided therein with a width adjustment unit 15 for moving the massage member 14 in the horizontal direction.
In general, the shoulder width (the width in the lateral direction of the shoulder) of a user is narrow, and the height can be said to be low. That is, since the height of the user seated on the seat unit 2 is low, the pair of left and right massage members 14 must be lowered to the positions of the shoulders to adjust the left and right intervals in order to match the body shape of the user.
Therefore, the width adjustment unit 15 of the present invention is configured to move obliquely downward while narrowing the interval between the pair of left and right massage members 14 in order to fit the body shape of the short user.
The width adjustment means 15 is provided at the base end of the right massage member 14a and the base end of the left massage member 14b, respectively.
The width adjustment means 15 swings the massage member 14 obliquely downward while moving the massage member 14 in the left-right direction (toward the inside of the backrest 3) when narrowing the interval between the pair of left and right massage members 14.
In the present embodiment, the state in which the distance between the pair of left and right massage members 14 is the widest is the normal state of the massage members 14 (width adjustment means 15). That is, the pair of left and right massage members 14 normally stands by in the most opened state.
Specifically, the right width adjustment unit 15a swings the right massage member 14a obliquely leftward and downward while moving the member leftward. The left width adjustment unit 15b swings the left massage member 14b obliquely downward to the right while moving the left massage member to the right.
On the other hand, when the distance between the pair of left and right massage members 14 is increased (returned to the normal state), the width adjustment means 15 moves the massage members 14 in the left-right direction (outward of the backrest 3) and swings them obliquely upward.
Specifically, the right width adjustment unit 15a swings the right massage member 14a obliquely upward to the right while moving the right massage member to the right. The left width adjustment unit 15b swings the left massage member 14b obliquely upward to the left while moving the left.
That is, the width adjusting means 15 is configured to adjust the left-right distance of the massage member 14 by moving the massage member 14 in the left-right direction and swinging it obliquely downward and upward while matching the shoulder width of the user, and fixing it at a predetermined position.
In the present embodiment, the width adjustment means 15 is formed as a ratchet (ratchet) mechanism capable of adjusting the interval between the pair of left and right massage members 14 in a stepwise manner.
Here, the apparatus configuration will be described focusing on the right width adjustment unit 15 a. The left width adjustment means 15b is arranged by mirroring the right width adjustment means 15a, and has substantially the same configuration as the apparatus. That is, since the right width adjustment means 15a and the left width adjustment means 15b are bilaterally symmetrical, the description of the left width adjustment means 15b is omitted.
Fig. 4 to 7 are enlarged views of the right width adjustment unit 15 a.
First, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the backrest frame 6 is provided with a placement plate 18 on which the width adjustment unit 15a is placed. The carriage plate 18 is provided to the back frame 6 in a state of being inclined rightward. Further, a support member 19 for supporting the massage member 14a is provided at the base end of the massage member 14 a. The support member 19 is a triangular tubular member, and is provided so that the oblique side thereof is in a downward shape.
The right width adjustment unit 15a is attached to a placement plate 18 provided on the right side of the back frame 6. That is, the right width adjustment means 15a is provided on the right side of the back frame 6 in a state of being inclined to the right outer side.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the width adjustment unit 15a includes: a swinging unit 20 attached to the base end of the massage member 14a, for swinging the massage member 14a obliquely downward and obliquely upward; a support portion 21 attached to the back frame 6 and supporting the swing portion 20 to be swingable; and an engaging portion 22 for engaging the swing portion 20 with the support portion 21.
The support portion 21 is formed of a rectangular member that is long in the front-rear direction. A through hole 23 having an axis substantially oriented in the left-right direction with respect to the front-rear direction is formed in the rear upper portion of the support portion 21. A support shaft 24 for supporting the swing portion 20 in a freely swingable manner is inserted into the through hole 23.
The support shaft 24 (through hole 23) is provided so that the axial center becomes parallel to the mounting plate 18 inclined to the right outer side when the support portion 21 is mounted on the mounting plate 18. Further, a spring 29 (e.g., a coil spring) that generates a reaction force to bias the swing portion 20 is attached around the through hole 23.
The support portion 21 is a member divided in a substantially right-left direction, and the plate member 25 is interposed therebetween. The plate member 25 has a through hole (not shown) into which the support shaft 24 is fitted. The plate member 25 is a member that generates a reaction force by twisting a coil spring 29 attached around the through hole 23 (support shaft 24). That is, the plate member 25 is a counter (counter) member that rotates in the direction opposite to the swing portion 20 by the action (reaction force) of the coil spring 29.
A step-shaped engaging projection 31 constituting an engaging portion 22 (described later in detail) is formed on the front upper portion of the support portion 21.
The swinging portion 20 is provided at the base end of the massage member 14a via the support member 19. Although not shown, the swing portion 20 is covered with a cover and attached to the support member 19 via the cover.
The swing portion 20 is a tunnel-like member that is long in the front-rear direction and is opened in the front-rear direction and in the lower direction. That is, the swing portion 20 is formed in a substantially コ shape and is provided so as to cover the support portion 21. In addition, the swing portion 20 is provided so that the lower opening faces obliquely downward to the left when provided on the right side of the back frame 6.
A through hole 26 having an axis substantially oriented in the left-right direction with respect to the front-rear direction is formed in the rear upper portion of the swing portion 20. The axis of the through hole 26 coincides with the axis of the through hole 23 of the support portion 21. That is, the support shaft 24 is inserted so as to be rotatable after the axis of the through hole 26 of the swing portion 20 is aligned with the axis of the through hole 23 of the support portion 21. The front end of a coil spring 29 fitted around the through hole 23 of the support portion 21 is engaged with the rear lower portion of the swing portion 20.
The swinging portion 20 is provided with a spring 29 (e.g., a coil spring) that applies a reaction force in a direction to open the massage member 14a outward.
When the swing portion 20 is swung outward of the seat portion 2 about the support shaft 24, the swing portion 20 rotates relative to the plate member 25 of the support portion 21, the coil spring 29 engaged with the swing portion 20 is twisted, and the coil spring 29 rebounds. Thereby, the massage member 14a is returned to the normal state.
Conversely, if the swing portion 20 is swung inward of the seat portion 2 about the support shaft 24, the swing portion 20 rotates relative to the plate member 25 of the support portion 21, the coil spring 29 engaged with the swing portion 20 is twisted in the opposite direction, and the coil spring 29 contracts. Thereby, the right massage member 14a moves obliquely downward to the left.
That is, if the swinging portion 20 moves in the opening direction (the direction in which the massage member 14a expands), the plate member 25 moves in the opposite direction (the direction of separating from) the swinging portion 20 by the reaction force of the coil spring 29 assembled around the support shaft 24.
On the other hand, a through hole 27 having an axis substantially oriented in the left-right direction with respect to the front-rear direction is formed in the front upper portion of the swing portion 20. A rotating shaft 28 for rotatably supporting an engaging piece 35 (described later in detail) is fitted into the through hole 27.
The rotation shaft 28 (through hole 27) is provided so that the axial center is parallel to the placement plate 18 inclined to the right outer side when the rotation shaft is provided on the right side of the back frame 6. A coil spring 30 that generates a reaction force is attached to the rotary shaft 28.
The engaging portion 22 includes an engaging convex portion 31 provided on the support portion 21, and an engaging concave portion 32 provided on the swing portion 20 and fitted into and engaged with the engaging convex portion 31.
The plurality of engaging protrusions 31 are provided on the upper front side of the support portion 21, and the engaging recesses 32 are fitted into one of the engaging protrusions 31, thereby adjusting the distance between the pair of left and right massage members 14 in the left-right direction.
As shown in fig. 7, the engaging protrusion 31 is formed in a substantially L-shape and protrudes forward in an arc shape. The engaging convex portion 31 is provided with a 1 st engaging surface 33 and a 2 nd engaging surface 34.
The 1 st engagement surface 33 is a surface facing obliquely downward and rearward. The 1 st engaging surface 33 is in surface contact with the 1 st engaging surface 37 provided in the engaging recess 32.
The 2 nd engaging surface 34 is a surface facing in a direction (obliquely right upward and rearward) substantially orthogonal to the direction facing the 1 st engaging surface 33. The 2 nd engaging surface 34 is in surface contact with a 2 nd engaging surface 38 provided in the engaging recess 32.
In the present embodiment, the engaging convex portion 31 is formed with three step-like groove portions so that a plurality of peaks are continuous. In other words, the engaging convex portion 31 may be said to be a member in which three eaves-like convex portions are formed in a side view.
The engaging piece 35 is a member formed in a flap shape, and is attached to the front side of the swing portion 20. An engaging concave portion 32 that engages with the engaging convex portion 31 is formed on the rear side of the engaging piece 35.
As shown in fig. 7, the engagement recess 32 is formed into a substantially L-shaped surface recessed rearward as a valley. In addition, the engagement recess 32 is provided with a 1 st engagement surface 37 and a 2 nd engagement surface 38.
The 1 st engagement surface 37 is a surface facing obliquely downward and rearward. The 1 st engaging surface 37 is in surface contact with the 1 st engaging surface 33 provided on the engaging convex portion 31.
The 2 nd engaging surface 38 is a surface facing in a direction (obliquely right upward and rearward) substantially orthogonal to the direction facing the 1 st engaging surface 37. The 2 nd engaging surface 38 is in surface contact with the 2 nd engaging surface 34 provided on the engaging convex portion 31.
That is, the valley-shaped engaging concave portion 32 is a portion that is in contact with and fitted to the mountain-shaped engaging convex portion 31 formed on the support portion 21 without a gap. The valley-shaped engaging concave portion 32 and the mountain-shaped engaging convex portion 31 have substantially the same area.
On the other hand, a through hole 36 having an axis substantially oriented in the left-right direction with respect to the front-rear direction is formed in the front side of the engagement piece 35. The axis of the through hole 36 coincides with the axis of the through hole 27 formed in the front side of the swing portion 20. That is, the shaft center of the through hole 36 of the engaging piece 35 is aligned with the shaft center of the through hole 27 of the swing portion 20, and then the rotating shaft 28 is rotatably inserted. The engaging piece 35 rotates about the rotation shaft 28.
Further, a spring 30 (for example, a coil spring) that applies a reaction force to the engaging convex portion 31 when the engaging convex portion 31 is engaged with the engaging concave portion 32 is provided around the rotation shaft 28 of the engaging piece 35.
That is, when the engaging convex portion 31 is engaged with the engaging concave portion 32, the reaction force of the coil spring 29 provided on the rear side of the swing portion 20 is applied to the 1 st engaging surfaces 33, 37 in surface contact with each other, and a force acts in a direction perpendicular to the 1 st engaging surfaces 33, 37 (a direction in which the massage member 14a is opened outward), whereby the engaging piece 35 is pressed against and fixed to the supporting portion 21.
At the same time, the reaction force of the coil spring 30 provided on the front side of the swing portion 20 is applied to the 2 nd engaging surfaces 34 and 38 in surface contact with each other, and a force acts in a direction perpendicular to the 2 nd engaging surfaces 34 and 38 (direction toward the support portion 21), whereby the engaging piece 35 is pressed against and fixed to the support portion 21.
That is, two forces, i.e., the pressing force acting on the 1 st engaging surface 33, 37 in surface contact with each other and the pressing force acting on the 2 nd engaging surface 34, 38 in surface contact with each other, act between the engaged engaging convex portion 31 and the engaging concave portion 32, so that the engaging piece 35 is pressed against the support portion 21 and is reliably fixed.
As described above, in the present embodiment, the width adjustment means 15a is configured to engage the engagement concave portion 32 of the engagement piece 35 with any one of the engagement convex portions 31 provided on the support portion 21 to fix the swing portion 20, thereby adjusting the left and right intervals of the pair of massage members 14 in three stages.
That is, the width adjusting means 15 is a ratchet mechanism capable of adjusting the interval between the pair of left and right massage members 14 in stages (in the present embodiment, in three stages).
As described above, the shoulder massage mechanism 13 of the present invention can adjust the left-right distance between the pair of massage members 14 by moving the pair of left and right massage members 14 obliquely downward by the width adjustment means 15, and can cope with various body shapes of users.
[ operating mode ]
Next, the operation of the shoulder massaging mechanism 13 according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
As shown in fig. 3 to 7, etc., the left and right intervals are assumed to be narrowed from a state where the interval between the pair of left and right massage members 14 is the widest (the most open state).
The pair of left and right massage members 14 are fixed to the outermost sides (obliquely upward). For example, the right massage member 14a is fixed to the rightmost outer side (upper right oblique).
In the right width adjustment unit 15a, the engagement concave portion 32 of the engagement piece 35 is engaged with the engagement convex portion 31 provided on the rightmost outer side of the support portion 21 (see the upper view of fig. 7). That is, the swing portion 20 is in the most opened state (raised obliquely right upward) with respect to the support portion 21. The left massage member 14b is in a state where the right massage member 14a is mirrored.
Here, the pair of left and right massage members 14 are moved to the innermost side (obliquely downward). That is, the distance between the pair of left and right massage members 14 is narrowed to the minimum.
For example, if the right massage member 14a is moved to the leftmost inner side (obliquely lower left), the engagement between the engagement concave portion 32 and the engagement convex portion 31 is released by the forward rotation of the engagement piece 35 in the right width adjustment unit 15 a.
Then, the right width adjustment unit 15a swings the right massage member 14a obliquely leftward and downward while moving the member leftward. Then, the engaging piece 35 rotates rearward, and the engaging concave portion 32 is engaged with the engaging convex portion 31 provided on the leftmost inner side (obliquely lower left) of the support portion 21 (see the lower view of fig. 7).
Between the engaged engaging convex portion 31 and the engaging concave portion 32, the engaging piece 35 is pressed against the supporting portion 21 by the pressing force acting on the 1 st engaging surfaces 33 and 37 in surface contact with each other and the pressing force acting on the 2 nd engaging surfaces 34 and 38 in surface contact with each other, and the swing portion 20 is reliably fixed. The right massage member 14a is, for example, positioned near the right shoulder of a user having a short figure.
On the other hand, the left width adjustment unit 15b swings the left massage member 14b obliquely downward to the right while moving it to the right. The left width adjustment means 15b performs a mirror image operation of the right width adjustment means 15 a. The left massage member 14b is, for example, a shoulder portion near the left side of a user having a short figure.
When the distance between the left and right massage members 14 is increased from the state where the distance is narrowed (the most closed state), the procedure may be reversed.
That is, when the distance between the pair of left and right massage members 14 is increased (returned to the normal state), for example, the right width adjustment unit 15a swings the right side massage member 14a obliquely upward to the right while moving the right side massage member to the right. The engaging concave portion 32 of the engaging piece 35 is engaged with the engaging convex portion 31 provided on the rightmost outer side of the support portion 21. The right massage member 14a is, for example, positioned near the right shoulder of a user with a large stature. The left width adjustment unit 15b swings and fixes the left massage member 14b obliquely upward to the left while moving the left. The left massage member 14b is, for example, a shoulder portion near the left side of a user with a large stature.
As described above, according to the shoulder massage mechanism 13 of the present invention, the pair of right and left massage members 14 are moved obliquely downward by the width adjustment means 15 to adjust the right and left intervals, thereby making it possible to match, for example, the body shape (shoulder width, etc.) of the user. That is, even a user with a small shoulder width can use the shoulder massaging mechanism 13.
The embodiments disclosed herein are illustrative in all respects and should not be considered as limiting.
In particular, in the embodiments disclosed herein, matters not explicitly shown, such as operating conditions, sizes and weights of components, are assumed to be those that can be easily assumed by a person skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the general practice of the person skilled in the art.
The structure of the shoulder massage mechanism 13 of the present invention can be applied to any massage mechanism having a structure in which the treatment portion of the user is sandwiched by the pair of left and right massage members 14. For example, the seat massage mechanism 10 may be configured to sandwich lower limbs such as legs and a waist (buttocks) of the user. In this case, the distance between the pair of left and right massage members 14 is adjusted by the width adjusting means 15, so that the leg thickness can be adjusted.
The device configurations of the back massage mechanism 7, the seat massage mechanism 10, the lower limb massage mechanism 11, the arm massage mechanism 12, and the like may be various ones, and are not particularly limited.
