Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a massage machine that can change the angle of a footrest according to a part to be treated and a chair to be massaged, particularly when a patient sits on a chair and massages a foot.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as a massage machine having a mechanism for changing the angle of a massage body, there are the following.
(1) a massage body posture holding state in which the massage body is rotatably supported on the support table and the massage body is lowered with respect to the support table, thereby restricting relative rotation between the massage body and the support table; As the massage body is raised with respect to the support table, a massage machine that can be freely switched to a holding posture release state allowing relative rotation between the massage body and the support table (for example, see

[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the massage machine of the above (1), when changing the angle of the massage body, the massage body must be lifted, and it is difficult to take a posture viewed from the side to adjust the angle, and it is difficult to adjust the angle. . In addition, since the rotation of the massage body is regulated by the pin-shaped first engagement portion (projection) fitted into the second engagement portion (recess), the load is supported by one small projection. In other words, in order to increase the strength, the thickness of the protrusion increases, and accordingly, the concave portion also needs to be enlarged, and as a result, a larger space is required.
[0005]
In the massage machine of the above item (2), since the pin is fitted into the hole, the positioning of the pin with respect to the hole is troublesome. In addition, when the bending stress due to the load repeatedly acts on the pin, the pin is gradually bent, so that the pin cannot be smoothly inserted and removed, and the pin may not be able to be inserted into the hole soon.
[0006]
In the massage machine of (3), the processing accuracy of the first and second clutch plates having the first and second tooth portions is required, so that the cost increases.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in view of such a problem, and an object of the present invention is to provide a massage machine that realizes a mechanism capable of easily adjusting an angle at a simple, high reliability, and a low cost.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a massage machine according to the present invention includes the following components A and B.
A) A footrest having a treatment section for treating a placed limb.
B) A supporting portion that supports the footrest so as to be rotatable by a supporting mechanism.
[0009]
Further, the support mechanism has the following components a to d.
a) Rotating position fixing means provided with a plurality of turning position fixing portions for fixing the footrest at a predetermined turning position.
b) Engagement means for engaging a rotation position fixing portion corresponding to a predetermined rotation position among a plurality of rotation position fixing portions provided in the rotation position fixing device.
c) urging means for urging the engaging means to always engage with one of the turning position fixing portions provided in the turning position fixing means.
d) Operating means for operating the engagement means so as to release the engagement means from engagement with the rotation position fixing portion of the rotation position fixing means against the urging of the engagement means by the urging means.
[0010]
According to this massage machine, the engaging means is normally urged by the urging means to be engaged with the turning position fixing portion provided in the turning position fixing means, so that the turning position of the footrest is fixed. You. To release the fixation of the footrest, the operating means may be operated. Then, the engaging means is operated so as to be released from the engagement by the urging means.
[0011]
In the massage machine of the present invention, preferably, the engaging means is attached to one of the footrest and the support part, and extends radially through the rotation axis of the footrest. A rotating shaft portion having an oblong hole, and a pin inserted so that an end protrudes from the oblong hole of the rotating shaft portion, the rotation position fixing means is provided on the other of the footrest and the support portion. A shaft holding portion having a fitting groove into which the rotating shaft portion is inserted and is inserted, and an end of a pin protruding from an oblong hole of the rotating shaft portion as a rotating position fixing portion is fitted. A biasing member for biasing the pin in the axial direction of the rotating shaft so that the end of the pin always fits in the fitting groove, and the operating means includes a rotating shaft that moves the end of the pin out of the fitting groove. It is desirable that the operation member be an operation member for operating the pin in the axial direction of the portion.
[0012]
Further, in the massage machine of the present invention, the rotary shaft portion may have a cylindrical shape, and may have a pair of oblong holes in the axial direction formed at the rotational axis symmetrical positions of the footrest.
[0013]
According to this massage machine, under normal conditions, the pin is pulled in the axial direction of the rotating shaft so that the end of the pin is fitted into the fitting groove by the biasing member. Fixed. To release the fixation of the footrest, the operation member may be operated. Then, the pin moves in the oblong hole of the rotating shaft in the direction opposite to the urging direction of the urging member, and the end of the pin comes off the fitting groove.
[0014]
Specifically, for example, it is assumed that the rotating shaft is attached to the footrest, and the shaft holding unit is attached to the support. In this case, the pin inserted into the pair of oblong holes of the rotary shaft rotates integrally with the rotary shaft, and the shaft holding portion is fixed to the support and immovable. When the pin is pulled by the urging member and the end of the pin is fitted in the fitting groove of the shaft holding portion, the pin cannot be rotated, so that the rotating shaft, that is, the footrest, cannot be rotated. The platform is fixed. On the other hand, if the operating member is operated to move the pin in the oblong hole in the direction opposite to the biasing direction of the biasing member, the pin end is disengaged from the fitting groove, and the pin becomes rotatable. Therefore, the footrest can also be rotated.
[0015]
Conversely, when the rotating shaft is attached to the support and the shaft holding unit is attached to the footrest, the pin can move in the oblong hole in the axial direction, but the rotating shaft does not move. Therefore, it does not rotate around the axis. When the pin end is fitted in the fitting groove by the urging of the urging member, the rotation of the shaft holding portion is prevented by the pin, so that the footrest is fixed. When the pin end is removed from the fitting groove by operating the operation member, the shaft holding portion becomes rotatable, and as a result, the footrest becomes rotatable.
[0016]
In the support mechanism of this massage machine, the footrest is fixed when the pin end is fitted into the fitting groove, and the footrest is rotatable when the pin end is disengaged from the fitting groove. Therefore, not only can the support mechanism have a simple and high-strength structure, but also the cost can be reduced. In addition, fixing and releasing of the footrest is simple because only the operation member needs to be operated.
[0017]
In this massage machine, if the operating member is a lever that is hinged to the supporting portion and linked to the pin, the footrest can be fixed and released only by operating the lever with one hand, making operation easier. Become.
[0018]
Further, if a plurality of pairs of fitting grooves of the shaft holding portion are formed concentrically symmetric with the axis of the rotating shaft portion, both ends of the pin can be fitted into the fitting grooves. The fixing strength of the footrest is further increased as compared with the case where only one end of the pin is fitted in the fitting groove. In addition, if there are a plurality of pairs of fitting grooves, the rotation position of the footrest can be set finely.
[0019]
The massage machine of the present invention can treat a limb (lower limb or upper limb). Specifically, the lower limb is a calf, a sole, and a thigh, and the upper limb is an upper arm and a forearm. Of these, the calf and sole are particularly preferred.
[0020]

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the footrest is fixed by fitting the pin end into the fitting groove, and the footrest is rotated by the pin end coming off the fitting groove. Since the movable supporting mechanism is provided, the following effects can be obtained.
(1) The footrest can be fixed and released by a simple operation.
(2) To fix the footrest, it is only necessary to rotate the footrest without operating the operating member in a state where the footrest is rotatable, and a troublesome alignment between the pin end and the fitting groove is required. Is unnecessary.
(3) Since high-precision processing is not structurally required, the support mechanism is inexpensive, and the cost of the entire massage machine can be reduced.
