Abstract
本发明提供了一种基于亲水性氧化锌杀菌洗衣液,属于洗护液技术领域。包括以下重量份的原料:亲水性氧化锌纳米颗粒,表面活性剂,高级脂肪酸,增稠剂,螯合剂,蛋白酶,水溶剂。本发明还提供一种基于亲水性氧化锌杀菌洗衣液的制备方法及其应用。本发明首次使用亲水性氧化锌纳米颗粒作为洗衣液中的唯一抗菌剂,由于该亲水性氧化锌纳米颗粒表面带有氨基,硅氧键等基团,能够有效地杀灭***和革兰氏阴性细菌。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于洗护液技术领域,具体涉及一种基于亲水性氧化锌杀菌洗衣液、制备方法及其应用。
背景技术
洗衣液由于其对皮肤温和,去污能力强,并且对环境污染小,成为大众广泛使用的衣物清洁用品之一。考虑到具体不同的实际用途,市面上的洗衣液面向的主体不同,主打功效也不近相同。有主要功效在于去油渍,有的则能够杀灭细菌和病毒等。当前,市面上一些多功能的洗衣液都是在原有基本洗衣液的基础上,额外增加一些表面活性剂或者其它添加剂,增强去污能力;同时添加一些抗菌制剂从而使其具有了抗菌消毒的功能。具体的,这些抗菌洗衣液中的抗菌剂一般都是一些含氯的化学药品,在洗衣接触水时,不可避免的会产生一些抗菌消毒副产物,这些已经被世界卫生组织认定具有一定的致癌性。为了避免这些问题,一些新型的抗菌洗衣液中开始添加抗菌纳米颗粒,比如纳米银或者硝酸银等,这利用了银纳米颗粒和银离子的优异的杀菌特性,在杀灭病菌体的同时,又不会产生有毒副产物的问题。但是银价格比较昂贵,用于商业化洗衣液时,大批量的使用银系抗菌剂无疑是增加了工业成本,相应的产品价格也会大幅度上升。
氧化锌纳颗粒也具有优异的抗菌特性,在杀灭细菌的同时,也能克服传统含氯消毒制剂产生有毒副产物的问题。并且与银系抗菌材料相比,其价格更加低廉,因此,本发明提供一种基于氧化锌纳米颗粒的抗菌洗衣液,一方面能够使洗衣液兼顾去污和杀菌消毒的功效,另一方面又不会大幅度提高商品价格,因此具有极大的商业应用前景和价值。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对上述现有技术存在的不足,提供了一种基于亲水性氧化锌杀菌洗衣液及其制备方法,该洗衣液中含有亲水性氧化锌纳米颗粒,其表面带有氨基,硅氧键等基团,能够有效地杀灭***和革兰氏阴性细菌,且该洗衣液的制备过程没有涉及昂贵的试剂和原材料,整个产品价格成本较低。
本发明第一个目的是提供一种基于亲水性氧化锌杀菌洗衣液,包括以下重量百分比的原料:
亲水性氧化锌纳米颗粒2.0%-8.0%,
表面活性剂3.0%-9.0%,
增稠剂0.5%-1.0%,
螯合剂0.2%-0.5%,
蛋白酶0.4%-0.6%,
香精0.1%-0.3%,
氯化钠0.5%-1.0%,
水溶剂79.6%-93.3%。
优选的,所述亲水性氧化锌纳米颗粒是通过将碱性乙醇溶液加入至二水合醋酸锌的乙醇溶液中,其后再加入3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷反应制得。
更优选的,所述碱性乙醇溶液包括氢氧化钾乙醇溶液或氢氧化钠乙醇溶液。
优选的,所述表面活性剂包括椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱和/或十二烷基苯磺酸钠。
优选的,所述增稠剂包括羧甲基纤维素钠、羟乙基纤维素、乙基羟乙基纤维素、脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮中的两种或多种。
优选的,所述螯合剂包括聚天门冬氨酸钠、聚羧酸钠、聚环氧琥珀酸钠中的一种或多种。
优选的,所述蛋白酶包括生物蛋白酶或复合蛋白酶。
本发明第二个目的提供一种基于亲水性氧化锌杀菌洗衣液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、制备亲水性氧化锌纳米颗粒,备用;
S2、将亲水性氧化锌纳米颗粒分散于水溶剂后,向其加入表面活性剂,再依次加入增稠剂,螯合剂,蛋白酶,混合均匀,并随后加入氯化钠调节粘度;然后搅拌30min去除粘稠溶液中的气泡,并置于室温下静置2h,即得基于亲水性氧化锌杀菌洗衣液。
本发明第三个目的提供一种基于亲水性氧化锌杀菌洗衣液在杀菌中的应用。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明首次使用亲水性氧化锌纳米颗粒作为洗衣液中的唯一抗菌剂,由于该亲水性氧化锌纳米颗粒表面带有氨基,硅氧键等基团,能够有效地杀灭***和革兰氏阴性细菌。其与商业纳米氧化锌相比,具有了更加优异的抗菌性能,能够满足日常衣物的抗菌消毒处理;另外该亲水性氧化锌纳米颗粒在灭菌清洁之后,可以通过清水直接冲洗,避免在衣物上的残留。而且整个制备过程没有涉及昂贵的试剂和原材料,整个产品价格成本较低。
另外,制备亲水性的氧化锌纳米颗粒,具有良好的水溶性,容易在洗衣液中均匀分散,不会因为沉淀导致分散不均匀,并且在发挥抗菌作用后,由于具有亲水性,及其容易用水清洗掉,而不会残留在衣物等棉织品上,避免了残留;
该发明中使用的氧化锌纳米颗粒抗菌效果优异,通过对比测试,同样条件下,其抗菌抑菌特性优异当前的商业纳米氧化锌。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步的说明。
需要说明的是,下述各实施例中采用试剂和材料,如无特殊说明,均可在市场上购买得到;所述实验方法中如无特殊说明,均为常规方法。
实施例1
一种基于亲水性氧化锌杀菌洗衣液,包括以下重量份的原料:
亲水性氧化锌纳米颗粒:2g,
表面活性剂:2.5g,
增稠剂:0.35g,
螯合剂:0.2g,
蛋白酶:0.3g,
水溶剂:加至体系总体积为50L;
上述基于亲水性氧化锌杀菌洗衣液的制备方法,参见图1,包括以下步骤:
制备亲水性氧化锌纳米颗粒:
选用二水合醋酸锌5.5431g,氢氧化钾2.06g为前驱体,将二水合醋酸锌溶解在150ml的无水乙醇中,氢氧化钾溶解在30ml的无水乙醇中,持续搅拌震荡20min;将氢氧化钾溶液缓慢滴加到二水合醋酸锌的溶液中,随后加入0.4mL 3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷与10mL去离子水混合的混合溶液,再其表面修饰上亲水性的基团,赋予其良好的水溶性,可以增加氧化锌纳米颗粒的分散性,避免团聚;最后在8000r/min,离心10min,取沉淀,用去离子水缓慢冲洗,然后置于50℃的干燥箱中烘干即可得到亲水性氧化锌纳米颗粒;备用;其中,制备的亲水性氧化锌纳米颗粒的平均直径为5nm,见图2所示,得到均匀分散的氧化锌纳米颗粒;
基于亲水性氧化锌杀菌洗衣液的制备:
取上述制备的亲水性氧化锌纳米颗粒2.0g溶解在去30L离子水中,分别向其中加入表面活性剂椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱和十二烷基苯磺酸钠,两种表活性剂的总质量控制在2.5g,持续搅拌,随后依次加入增稠剂0.35g,螯合剂0.2g,蛋白酶0.3g,最后再加入若干体积的去离子水,使整个体系体积达到50L,整个过程保持搅拌转速600r/min,持续1h,使所有组分分散混合均匀,温度为室温环境。
将上述粘稠溶液超声5min,去除内部气泡,然后置于室温下静置2h,即得基于亲水性氧化锌杀菌洗衣液。
实施例2
一种基于亲水性氧化锌杀菌洗衣液,包括以下重量份的原料:
亲水性氧化锌纳米颗粒:4.0g,
表面活性剂:4.5g,
增稠剂:0.5g,
螯合剂:0.25g,
蛋白酶:0.3g,
水溶剂:加至体系总体积为50L;
上述基于亲水性氧化锌杀菌洗衣液的制备方法,参见图1,包括以下步骤:
制备亲水性氧化锌纳米颗粒:

基于亲水性氧化锌杀菌洗衣液的制备:
取上述制备的亲水性氧化锌纳米颗粒4.0g溶解在去30L离子水中,分别向其中加入表面活性剂椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱和十二烷基苯磺酸钠,两种表活性剂的总质量控制在4.5g,持续搅拌,随后依次加入增稠剂0.5g,螯合剂0.25g,蛋白酶0.3g,最后再加入若干体积的去离子水,使整个体系体积达到50L,整个过程保持搅拌转速600r/min,持续1h,使所有组分分散混合均匀,温度为室温环境。
将上述粘稠溶液超声5min,去除内部气泡,然后置于室温下静置2h,即得基于亲水性氧化锌杀菌洗衣液。
实施例3
一种基于亲水性氧化锌杀菌洗衣液,包括以下重量份的原料:
亲水性氧化锌纳米颗粒:6.0g,
表面活性剂:7.0g,
增稠剂:0.80g,
螯合剂:0.40g,
蛋白酶:0.60g,
水溶剂:加至体系总体积为100L;
上述基于亲水性氧化锌杀菌洗衣液的制备方法,参见图1,包括以下步骤:
制备亲水性氧化锌纳米颗粒:
选用二水合醋酸锌16.6293g,氢氧化钾6.18g为前驱体,将二水合醋酸锌溶解在400ml的无水乙醇中,氢氧化钾溶解在50ml的无水乙醇中,持续搅拌震荡30min;将氢氧化钾溶液缓慢滴加到二水合醋酸锌的溶液中,随后加入1.2mL 3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷与10mL去离子水混合的混合溶液,室温反应30min,在其表面修饰上亲水性的基团,赋予其良好的水溶性,可以增加氧化锌纳米颗粒的分散性,避免团聚;最后在8000r/min,离心10min,取沉淀,用去离子水缓慢冲洗,然后置于50℃的干燥箱中烘干即可得到亲水性氧化锌纳米颗粒,备用;其中,制备的亲水性氧化锌纳米颗粒的平均直径为6nm;
基于亲水性氧化锌杀菌洗衣液的制备:
取上述制备的亲水性氧化锌纳米颗粒6.0g溶解在60L去离子水中,分别向其中加入表面活性剂椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱和十二烷基苯磺酸钠,两种表活性剂的总质量控制在7.0g,持续搅拌,随后依次加入增稠剂0.80g,螯合剂0.40g,蛋白酶0.6g,最后再加入若干体积的去离子水,使整个体系体积达到100L,整个过程保持搅拌转速600r/min,持续1小时,使所有组分分散混合均匀,温度为室温环境。
将上述粘稠溶液超声5分钟,去除内部气泡,然后置于室温下静置2小时,即得基于亲水性氧化锌杀菌洗衣液。
为了说明实施例的效果,仅对实施例1制得的制备亲水性氧化锌纳米颗粒进行抗菌性能测试,具体参数如图3和图4,同时通过对比现有纳米氧化锌的抗菌性能作为对照组,如图5所示。
图3为实施例1提供的亲水性氧化锌纳米颗粒对金黄色葡萄球菌(***)的抑制效果图,同时,空白作为对照组。
图4为实施例1提供的亲水性氧化锌纳米颗粒对大肠杆菌(革兰氏阴性细菌)的抑制效果,同时,空白组是未放置任何抗菌剂作为对照组。从图1~2可以看出,亲水性氧化锌纳米颗粒具有优异的抗菌效果。
图5为实施例1提供的亲水性氧化锌纳米颗粒与商业纳米氧化锌对不同种类细菌的抑菌效果对比。采用现有的商业纳米氧化锌(粒径大小50nm,形貌为棒状)作为对照组,以及未放置任何抗菌剂作为空白组,结果表明:在同样浓度,同样处理时间下,首先选取革兰氏阳性菌-金黄色葡萄球菌(ATCC 6538),初始细菌总量在108cfu/ml,亲水性氧化锌处理后细菌数量为106cfu/ml,杀菌率达到99%;对照组剩余细菌数量为107cfu/ml,杀菌率为90%;同样的,对于革兰氏阴性菌-大肠杆菌(ATCC 25312),空白组初始浓度数量同样控制在108cfu/ml,与处理金黄色葡萄球菌结果类似,同样条件下亲水性氧化锌灭菌率可达99%,而此时商业纳米氧化锌杀菌率仅为85%。以上统计数据证明该亲水性氧化锌纳米颗粒的抗菌性能远优于所对比的商业纳米氧化锌。
为了进一步说明本发明提供的基于亲水性氧化锌纳米颗粒洗衣液的效果,对实施例提供的基于亲水性氧化锌纳米颗粒洗衣液的各项指标进行检测,其中,对实施例1进行理化及性能指标检测见表1,对实施例1~3进行了抑菌测试,结果见表2:

通过对实施例1~3中的洗衣液进行抑菌实验,参照QB/T2738-2012的标准要求,实验菌种为ATCC 6538金黄色葡萄球菌,稀释倍数为1:100,作用浓度为108cfu/ml,作用时间为30分钟,表2的测试结果显示,实施案例对测试菌种的杀菌率均在98%以上,表明具有较强的抑菌作用。
尽管已描述了本发明的优选实施例,但本领域内的技术人员一旦得知了基本创造性概念,则可对这些实施例作出另外的变更和修改。所以,所附权利要求意欲解释为包括优选实施例以及落入本发明范围的所有变更和修改。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本发明进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本发明的精神和范围。这样,倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。
Claims (9)
1.一种基于亲水性氧化锌杀菌洗衣液,其特征在于,包括以下重量百分比的原料:
亲水性氧化锌纳米颗粒2.0%-8.0%,
表面活性剂3.0%-9.0%,
增稠剂0.5%-1.0%,
螯合剂0.2%-0.5%,
蛋白酶0.4%-0.6%,
香精0.1%-0.3%,
氯化钠0.5%-1.0%,
水溶剂79.6%-93.3%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的基于亲水性氧化锌杀菌洗衣液,其特征在于,所述亲水性氧化锌纳米颗粒是通过将碱性乙醇溶液加入至二水合醋酸锌的乙醇溶液中,随后再加入3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷反应制得。
3.根据权利要求2所述的基于亲水性氧化锌杀菌洗衣液,其特征在于,所述碱性乙醇溶液为氢氧化钾乙醇溶液或氢氧化钠乙醇溶液。
4.根据权利要求1所述的基于亲水性氧化锌杀菌洗衣液,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂为椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱和/或十二烷基苯磺酸钠。
5.根据权利要求1所述的基于亲水性氧化锌杀菌洗衣液,其特征在于,所述增稠剂为羧甲基纤维素钠、羟乙基纤维素、乙基羟乙基纤维素、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮中的两种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的基于亲水性氧化锌杀菌洗衣液,其特征在于,所述螯合剂为聚天门冬氨酸钠、聚环氧琥珀酸钠、乙二胺四乙酸四钠中的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的基于亲水性氧化锌杀菌洗衣液,其特征在于,所述蛋白酶为生物蛋白酶或复合蛋白酶。
8.一种权利要求1~7任一所述的基于亲水性氧化锌杀菌洗衣液的制备方法,其特征在于,
S1、制备亲水性氧化锌纳米颗粒,备用;
S2、将亲水性氧化锌纳米颗粒分散于水溶剂后,向其加入表面活性剂,再依次加入增稠剂,螯合剂,蛋白酶,混合均匀,即得粘稠溶液,随后加入氯化钠调节粘度,然后搅拌30min去除粘稠溶液中的气泡,并置于室温下静置2~6h,即得基于亲水性氧化锌杀菌洗衣液。
9.一种权利要求1~7任一所述的基于亲水性氧化锌杀菌洗衣液在杀菌中的应用。
