Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of soil sample preparation, in particular to a crushing grinder. A crushing mill for soil samples comprising: the grinding device comprises a grinding cylinder, a cutting grinding head, a grinding driving mechanism, a movable cover plate and a turnover mechanism; the grinding driving mechanism is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the grinding cylinder, and an output shaft of the grinding driving mechanism is connected with a cutting grinding head in the grinding cylinder; the movable cover plate is arranged at the opening of the grinding cylinder and used for opening/closing the grinding cylinder; the turnover mechanism is connected with the grinding cylinder and used for realizing the up-and-down rotation of the grinding cylinder. According to the invention, after the ground soil sample particles are crushed, the soil sample is turned downwards and poured, so that automatic soil sample grinding is realized, and the sample preparation efficiency is greatly improved; soil samples of different grinding types can be obtained by adjusting the grinding time and the grinding speed of the cutting grinding head and selecting different blades; the invention can also realize automatic cleaning and avoid cross contamination among soil samples.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of soil sample preparation, in particular to a crushing grinder.
Background
The soil sample preparation refers to the process of uniformly mixing, drying, grinding and sieving the soil sample after the soil sample is collected from the field. As shown in fig. 1, the conventional soil sample preparation process includes: sampling, removing foreign matters such as bricks, lime concretions, rhizome animal and plant residues and the like mixed in soil, air-drying, coarse grinding, fine grinding, weighing, bottling and the like; in the traditional technology, need adopt pure artifical mode to grind soil sample at soil sample primary election, corase grind, the in-process of fine grinding, the instrument of use mainly has: a wood hammer, a wood roller, a wood rod, an organic glass plate, a hard wood plate and a colorless polyethylene film for rough grinding; grinding the sample by an agate grinder (ball mill) or an agate mortar, a white porcelain mortar and various auxiliary tools. When grinding is carried out, firstly, a soil sample is poured into the grinding cylinder through a manipulator, and the opening of the grinding cylinder is sealed by utilizing the movable cover plate; then starting a grinding driving mechanism to grind the soil sample through a cutting grinding head; after the grinding is finished, the grinding cylinder is driven to overturn downwards through the overturning mechanism, the movable cover plate is opened, the soil sample in the grinding cylinder is poured outwards, and finally the grinding device is crushed and recovered to the initial state.
Furthermore, in order to obtain soil samples with different meshes, the grinding driving mechanism adopts a variable frequency motor, has three modes of low speed, medium speed and high speed, can knock, crush and grind the bulk and block soil samples, and can prepare the soil samples with different particle sizes such as large particles, medium particles, small particles and the like within a specific time; in addition, the ultra-low speed rotation of the cutting grinding head can also realize the stirring of the prepared sample, so that the prepared sample is uniformly mixed and homogenized.
In the above scheme, the cutting grinding head is of an upturned folding type blade structure, and can crush and grind the soil sample in a mode of connecting a plurality of blades in series up and down.
Furthermore, in order to realize self-cleaning after the soil sample is poured, a cleaning brush is arranged near the grinding cylinder; the cleaning brush is provided with a negative pressure adsorption device. After the grinding cylinder is dumped and finishes recovering the initial state, the cleaning brush moves to the grinding cylinder through the horizontal and vertical slide rail, starts to rotate and clean, opens the negative pressure air exhaust device 5 when being clean, can adsorb the particulate matter that drops from the grinding cylinder surface, avoids forming cross contamination between the soil sample.
In the above scheme, specifically, the grinding cylinder is made of a superhard material, and the inner wall surface of the grinding cylinder is of an arc-shaped structure.
Has the advantages that: according to the invention, after the ground soil sample particles are crushed, the soil sample is turned downwards and poured, so that automatic soil sample grinding is realized, and the sample preparation efficiency is greatly improved; soil samples of different grinding types can be obtained by adjusting the grinding time and the grinding speed of the cutting grinding head and selecting different blades; the invention can also realize automatic cleaning and avoid cross contamination among soil samples.

The invention is described in detail below by way of example with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Example 1: referring to fig. 2, 3 and 4, a crushing and grinding device for soil samples comprises: a grinding cylinder 1, a cutting grinding head 2, a grinding driving mechanism 3, a movable cover plate 4 and a turnover mechanism 5;
the grinding driving mechanism 3 is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the grinding cylinder 1, and an output shaft of the grinding driving mechanism 3 is connected with the cutting grinding head 2 in the grinding cylinder 1; the movable cover plate 4 is arranged at the opening of the grinding cylinder 1 and is used for opening/closing the grinding cylinder 1; the turnover mechanism 5 is connected with the grinding cylinder 1 and used for realizing the vertical rotation of the grinding cylinder 1.
In the embodiment, in order to obtain soil samples with different meshes, the grinding driving mechanism 3 adopts a variable frequency motor, has three modes of low speed, medium speed and high speed, can knock, crush and grind the bulk and block soil samples, and can prepare the soil samples with different particle sizes such as large particles, medium particles, small particles and the like in a specific time; in addition, the ultra-low speed rotation of the cutting grinding head 2 can also realize the stirring of the prepared sample, so that the prepared sample is uniformly mixed and homogenized.
The grinding cylinder 1 is made of superhard material, such as ceramic material, and the inner wall surface of the grinding cylinder is of an arc-shaped structure; the cutting grinding head 2 is of an upturning blade structure, is made of non-metal materials, and can crush and grind soil samples in a mode that a plurality of blades are connected in series up and down.
In the initial state, the opening of the grinding cylinder 1 is upward, the movable cover plate 4 is in an uncapped state, when grinding is carried out, firstly, a soil sample is poured into the grinding cylinder 1 through a manipulator, and the opening of the grindable cylinder 1 is sealed by the movable cover plate 4; then, starting a grinding driving mechanism 3 to grind the soil sample through a cutting grinding head 2; after the grinding is finished, the grinding cylinder 1 is driven to overturn downwards through the overturning mechanism 5, the movable cover plate 4 is opened, the soil sample in the grinding cylinder 1 is poured outwards to the screening and weighing mechanism, and finally the grinding device is crushed to recover the initial state.
Example 2: referring to the attached figure 5, on the basis of the embodiment 1, in order to realize self-cleaning after soil samples are poured, a cleaning brush 6 is arranged near the grinding cylinder 1; the cleaning brush 6 is provided with a negative pressure adsorption device. After the opening and closing motor is started, an output shaft of the opening and closing motor drives a connecting rod connected with the opening and closing motor, the connecting rod drives another connecting rod through a rocker arm, the movable cover plate 4 is driven to overturn because the other connecting rod is connected with the movable cover plate 4, the bottom of the movable cover plate 4 moves along a slideway through a plug screw, and finally the grinding cylinder 1 is closed; when the grinding cylinder 1 needs to be opened, the opening and closing motor rotates reversely.
