普通的防菌布料往往只是在出厂经过防菌蒸汽熏蒸,使布料表面获得部分经过高温处理防菌分子,杀菌能力不强,并且因为布料经过高温熏蒸,布料的自身强度受到影响,从而影响了布料的使用寿命。
因此,有必要提供一种多功能防菌布料及加工方法解决上述技术问题。
发明内容
本发明提供一种多功能防菌布料及加工方法,解决了普通的防菌布料往往只是在出厂经过防菌蒸汽熏蒸,使布料表面获得部分经过高温处理防菌分子,杀菌能力不强,并且因为布料经过高温熏蒸,布料的自身强度受到影响,从而影响了布料的使用寿命的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的多功能防菌布料,包括:防菌功能层、外部加强层和内衬接触层,所述防菌功能层的内表面与内衬接触层的的外表面通过车缝连接,所述外部加强层的内表面与防菌功能层的外表面通过车缝连接,所述防菌功能层包括防菌纤维层,所述防菌纤维层的一侧通过加强棉线交叉连接有活性生物纤维层,所述活性生物纤维层的一侧通过粘结剂固定连接有缓释层,所述内衬接触层包括直接接触层,所述直接接触层的一侧通过加强棉线交叉连接有透气层,所述透气层的一侧通过车缝连接有连接层,所述外部加强层包括耐磨层,所述耐磨层的底部通过耐磨纤维丝交叉连接有稳定层,所述稳定层的底部车缝连接有扩散层,所述稳定层的表面开设有透气微孔。
优选的,所述防菌纤维层所用的材料为聚酰胺纤维。

步骤1:加工器械的清洗:使用纯净水对参加加工操作的器械进行充分清清洗,并且在清洗过后对器械使用棉质毛巾擦干,然后将器械进行消毒,最后开机预热,进入待机工作状态;
步骤2:防菌核心布料的加工:将防菌纤维层中的原材料取出后,首先通过消毒车间对原材料进行消毒,通过消毒测试后,然后配比防菌混合液,将防菌纤维层放入防菌混合液进行浸泡,浸泡60-90分钟,将浸泡材料捞出后沥干1-3分钟,同时提高沥干时的温度,然后将消毒过的活性生物纤维层与防菌纤维层编织固定,最后将缓释层消毒过后烘干,并且通过粘结剂与防菌纤维层固定;
步骤3:辅助布料的加工:将直接接触层消毒并且对其进行材料过敏安全性检测,然后将其与透气层和连接层编织连接,然后对耐磨层的表面进行强化处理,将耐磨层与经过消毒处理的稳定层和扩散层交叉编织连接;
步骤4:复查及二次加工:将放置12-24小时的物料进行抽检,对其抗拉伸性、防菌效率和耐用性进行充分检测,将不合格批次废弃,对抽检合格产品放行;
步骤5:完全成料及检验:对合格的物料原料采用合适的编织方法进行快速编织,将其完全做出成品,检验合格后,将其出口至各个需要的地区;
步骤6:包装运输及抽检:将检验合格的产品在无尘车间批量包装,并且在包装前进行最后抽检,抽检人员必须穿着防护服进行操作。

请结合参阅图1、图2、图3和图4,其中,图1为多功能防菌布料的整体结构示意图;图2为防菌功能层的结构示意图;图3为外部加强层的结构示意图;图4为内衬接触层的结构示意图。多功能防菌布料包括:防菌功能层1、外部加强层2和内衬接触层3,防菌功能层1的内表面与内衬接触层3的的外表面通过车缝连接,外部加强层2的内表面与防菌功能层1的外表面通过车缝连接,防菌功能层1包括防菌纤维层11,防菌纤维层1的一侧通过加强棉线交叉连接有活性生物纤维层12,活性生物纤维层12的一侧通过粘结剂固定连接有缓释层13,内衬接触层3包括直接接触层31,直接接触层31的一侧通过加强棉线交叉连接有透气层32,透气层32的一侧通过车缝连接有连接层33,外部加强层2包括耐磨层21,耐磨层21的底部通过耐磨纤维丝交叉连接有稳定层22,稳定层22的底部车缝连接有扩散层23,稳定层21的表面开设有透气微孔24,防菌纤维层11所用的材料为聚酰胺纤维,活性生物纤维层12的材质即为普通软质棉布层,缓释层13的内部含有大量空腔,并且材质为涤棉混纺制成,耐磨层21的材质为聚酯纤维与亚麻纤维混合纺织而成,稳定层22的材质为亚麻纤维,扩散层23的材质为亚麻纤维与棉纤维混合纺织而成。
本发明实施例提供三种技术方案:一种多功能防菌布料的加工方法,具体包括以下实施例:
实施例1
步骤1:加工器械的清洗:使用纯净水对参加加工操作的器械进行充分清清洗,并且在清洗过后对器械使用棉质毛巾擦干,然后将器械进行消毒,最后开机预热,进入待机工作状态;
步骤2:防菌核心布料的加工:将防菌纤维层11中的原材料取出后,首先通过消毒车间对原材料进行消毒,通过消毒测试后,然后配比防菌混合液,将防菌纤维层11放入防菌混合液进行浸泡,浸泡60分钟,将浸泡材料捞出后沥干1分钟,同时提高沥干时的温度,然后将消毒过的活性生物纤维层12与防菌纤维层11编织固定,最后将缓释层13消毒过后烘干,并且通过粘结剂与防菌纤维层11固定;
步骤3:辅助布料的加工:将直接接触层31消毒并且对其进行材料过敏安全性检测,然后将其与透气层32和连接层33编织连接,然后对耐磨层21的表面进行强化处理,将耐磨层21与经过消毒处理的稳定层22和扩散层23交叉编织连接;
步骤4:复查及二次加工:将放置12小时的物料进行抽检,对其抗拉伸性、防菌效率和耐用性进行充分检测,将不合格批次废弃,对抽检合格产品放行;
步骤5:完全成料及检验:对合格的物料原料采用合适的编织方法进行快速编织,将其完全做出成品,检验合格后,将其出口至各个需要的地区;
步骤6:包装运输及抽检:将检验合格的产品在无尘车间批量包装,并且在包装前进行最后抽检,抽检人员必须穿着防护服进行操作。
实施例2
步骤1:加工器械的清洗:使用纯净水对参加加工操作的器械进行充分清清洗,并且在清洗过后对器械使用棉质毛巾擦干,然后将器械进行消毒,最后开机预热,进入待机工作状态;
步骤2:防菌核心布料的加工:将防菌纤维层11中的原材料取出后,首先通过消毒车间对原材料进行消毒,通过消毒测试后,然后配比防菌混合液,将防菌纤维层11放入防菌混合液进行浸泡,浸泡75分钟,将浸泡材料捞出后沥干2分钟,同时提高沥干时的温度,然后将消毒过的活性生物纤维层12与防菌纤维层11编织固定,最后将缓释层13消毒过后烘干,并且通过粘结剂与防菌纤维层11固定;
步骤3:辅助布料的加工:将直接接触层31消毒并且对其进行材料过敏安全性检测,然后将其与透气层32和连接层33编织连接,然后对耐磨层21的表面进行强化处理,将耐磨层21与经过消毒处理的稳定层22和扩散层23交叉编织连接;
步骤4:复查及二次加工:将放置18小时的物料进行抽检,对其抗拉伸性、防菌效率和耐用性进行充分检测,将不合格批次废弃,对抽检合格产品放行;
步骤5:完全成料及检验:对合格的物料原料采用合适的编织方法进行快速编织,将其完全做出成品,检验合格后,将其出口至各个需要的地区;
步骤6:包装运输及抽检:将检验合格的产品在无尘车间批量包装,并且在包装前进行最后抽检,抽检人员必须穿着防护服进行操作。
实施例3

步骤3:辅助布料的加工:将直接接触层31消毒并且对其进行材料过敏安全性检测,然后将其与透气层32和连接层33编织连接,然后对耐磨层21的表面进行强化处理,将耐磨层21与经过消毒处理的稳定层22和扩散层23交叉编织连接;
步骤4:复查及二次加工:将放置24小时的物料进行抽检,对其抗拉伸性、防菌效率和耐用性进行充分检测,将不合格批次废弃,对抽检合格产品放行;
步骤5:完全成料及检验:对合格的物料原料采用合适的编织方法进行快速编织,将其完全做出成品,检验合格后,将其出口至各个需要的地区;
步骤6:包装运输及抽检:将检验合格的产品在无尘车间批量包装,并且在包装前进行最后抽检,抽检人员必须穿着防护服进行操作。
对比实验
现有生产厂家根据权利要求书,可以生产出三种多功能防菌布料,对三种多功能防菌布料进行洁净处理后,将三种多功能防菌布料与普通的多功能防菌布料的进行产品使用寿命和杀菌率的对比实验,由表知,经过实验室测试,得知实施例中使用寿命最低的是58,较对比例使用寿命提高了7个月,杀菌率最少的是88.6%,较对比例提高了6%。

与相关技术相比较,本发明提供的多功能防菌布料及加工方法具有如下有益效果:
通过将防菌纤维长期浸泡在防菌液内从而使得布料内部含有的防菌分子数量大为增加,防菌效果大大增强,同时避免了出厂时的高温熏蒸,延长了防菌布料的使用寿命,并且因为布料内部设置的缓释层13和透气微孔24,同时使得防菌布料中的防菌分子能够及时渗透到布料的其他位置,进一步提升了布料的防菌能力,同时提升了布料的透气性,另外,因为布料的表面设置有耐磨层21,布料在恶劣环境下的使用寿命明显大幅度提高,而且因为采用了先浸泡再加工的方法,缩短了布料的加工处理时间,同时提高沥干时的温度,从而有效的保留防菌物质。

Claims (10)

1.一种多功能防菌布料,其特征在于,包括:防菌功能层、外部加强层和内衬接触层,所述防菌功能层的内表面与内衬接触层的的外表面通过车缝连接,所述外部加强层的内表面与防菌功能层的外表面通过车缝连接,所述防菌功能层包括防菌纤维层,所述防菌纤维层的一侧通过加强棉线交叉连接有活性生物纤维层,所述活性生物纤维层的一侧通过粘结剂固定连接有缓释层,所述内衬接触层包括直接接触层,所述直接接触层的一侧通过加强棉线交叉连接有透气层,所述透气层的一侧通过车缝连接有连接层,所述外部加强层包括耐磨层,所述耐磨层的底部通过耐磨纤维丝交叉连接有稳定层,所述稳定层的底部车缝连接有扩散层,所述稳定层的表面开设有透气微孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多功能防菌布料,其特征在于,所述防菌纤维层所用的材料为聚酰胺纤维。
3.根据权利要求1所述的多功能防菌布料,其特征在于,所述活性生物纤维层的材质即为普通软质棉布层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的多功能防菌布料,其特征在于,所述缓释层的内部含有大量空腔,并且材质为涤棉混纺制成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的多功能防菌布料法,其特征在于,所述耐磨层的材质为聚酯纤维与亚麻纤维混合纺织而成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的多功能防菌布料,其特征在于,所述稳定层的材质为亚麻纤维。
7.根据权利要求1所述的多功能防菌布料,其特征在于,所述扩散层的材质为亚麻纤维与棉纤维混合纺织而成。
8.一种多功能防菌布料的加工方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤1:加工器械的清洗:使用纯净水对参加加工操作的器械进行充分清清洗,并且在清洗过后对器械使用棉质毛巾擦干,然后将器械进行消毒,最后开机预热,进入待机工作状态;
步骤2:防菌核心布料的加工:将防菌纤维层中的原材料取出后,首先通过消毒车间对原材料进行消毒,通过消毒测试后,然后配比防菌混合液,将防菌纤维层放入防菌混合液进行浸泡,浸泡60-90分钟,将浸泡材料捞出后沥干1-3分钟,同时提高沥干时的温度,然后将消毒过的活性生物纤维层与防菌纤维层编织固定,最后将缓释层消毒过后烘干,并且通过粘结剂与防菌纤维层固定;
步骤3:辅助布料的加工:将直接接触层消毒并且对其进行材料过敏安全性检测,然后将其与透气层和连接层编织连接,然后对耐磨层的表面进行强化处理,将耐磨层与经过消毒处理的稳定层和扩散层交叉编织连接;
步骤4:复查及二次加工:将放置12-24小时的物料进行抽检,对其抗拉伸性、防菌效率和耐用性进行充分检测,将不合格批次废弃,对抽检合格产品放行;
步骤5:完全成料及检验:对合格的物料原料采用合适的编织方法进行快速编织,将其完全做出成品,检验合格后,将其出口至各个需要的地区;
步骤6:包装运输及抽检:将检验合格的产品在无尘车间批量包装,并且在包装前进行最后抽检,抽检人员必须穿着防护服进行操作。
9.根据权利要求8所述的多功能防菌布料的加工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤1中,对器械使用紫外线照射消毒法处理。
10.根据权利要求8所述的多功能防菌布料的加工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤2中,防菌混合液必须现配现用,两侧使用间隔不能超过12小时。
