技术领域
本发明涉及纺织技术领域,具体涉及一种可以用于制作浴巾、毛巾或者其他吸水织物的纺织面料。
背景技术
毛巾织物,常用于制造毛巾和浴巾等,为保证柔软性、舒适性和吸水性等使用要求,而随着社会经济的不断发展,消费者对产品的需求越来越高,毛巾作为生活的必需品,在追求其实用性的同时注重其功能性,以现有技术生产的毛巾越来越不能满足大众的需求。
目前基本上都以纯棉纱为原料,采用异张力双经轴、长短打纬技术织造生产而成,要求柔韧、耐用,且具有一定的吸水性,基于此,也有使用一些人造织物直接进行进行织造或者进行混纺织造,比如尼龙、锦纶以及类似物。但是由于原材料本身所具有的局限性,这一类的织物在抗紫外线和抗菌方面的功能性较差,在使用过程中,无法满足抗霉抑菌、吸湿透气、屏蔽紫外线等功能要求,同时还存在染色时色牢度低、容易退色的缺陷,不能满足消费者日渐提升的消费需求。
发明内容
本发明所解决的技术问题在于提供一种纺织毛巾面料,以解决上述技术背景中的缺陷。
本发明所解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种纺织毛巾面料,为三层复合织物层,包括上层面料、下层面料和中间织物层:
上层面料和下层面料结构一致,均包括经纱和纬纱,所述经纱为棉纤维与涤纶按任意比例混纺制成的线密度为20~25tex的混纺纱,而纬纱为功能纤维与棉纤维按30∶70~35∶65的比例混纺制成的线密度为17~20tex的混纺纱,其经纱的纱线间间隙的平均宽度大于100μm,纬纱的纱线间的间隙的平均宽度大于80μm,而所述功能纤维为汉麻纤维和蕉麻纤维的混合纤维,其混合比例为80∶20~85∶15。
在上述织物面料中,上层面料和下层面料均包括地组织以及毛圈层,其地组织为基础材料层,呈圆筒形,毛圈层成型在地组织表面上,其上设置有提花面,地组织部分的面料总紧度为95%~120%,而毛圈层部分的面料总紧度为75%~90%。
其中间层织物成型在上层织物与下层织物之间,通过棉线纺织成一体,所述中间织物层由成纤聚合物和棉纤维混纺而成,其上成型有网状面,且在网状面上成型有纤维空穴,且在中间层织物的两面上通过水刺成型有一层竹纤维或者海藻纤维层。
在本发明中,所述毛巾织物成型后的幅宽为20~30cm,展开定型为圆筒状后的直径为13~16cm。
在本发明中,为了提高成纤聚合物的整体性能,所述成纤聚合物可经过化学浸泡的方式进行加工处理,其浸泡用化学试剂的组分包括如下组分的原料:
使用时将上述组分的原料完全溶解于丙醇和丙烯酸质量比3∶1的混合液中,然后将中间织物层浸泡在上述溶液中进行70~80℃的恒温水浴120min~300min,并在水浴过程进行到一半时加入5~8g/L的渗透剂,水浴完成后冲洗干净并进行漂白染色处理即可。
在本发明中,所述阻燃剂是硼化合物、三水合氧化铝、具有含卤素化合物的氧化锑中的一种。

有益效果:本发明产品蓬松,外观饱满厚实、手感舒适、吸水性佳,同时还具有透气凉爽、手感柔软飘逸、布身悬垂性优良等良好性能,具有一定的强度和韧性,布料本身还能有效抗菌防霉,对紫外线和辐射有一定的阻挡性能,可广泛适用于制备高档毛巾、浴巾以及一些家用纺织品。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
在本实施例中,纺织面料包括上层面料、下层面料和中间织物层,上层面料和下层面料结构一致,均包括经纱和纬纱,经纱在编织时使用80%的棉纤维以及涤纶进行混纺,制成线密度为20~25tex的混纺纱。纬纱为汉麻纤维和蕉麻纤维与棉纤维按26∶4∶70的比例混纺制成的线密度为17~20tex的混纺纱。其经纱的纱线间间隙的平均宽度大于100μm,纬纱的纱线间的间隙的平均宽度大于80μm。
然后对上层面料、下层面料分别进行处理,处理成地组织以及毛圈层两层结构,其地组织通过的织机织成圆筒形,毛圈层成型在地组织表面上,表面进行磨毛处理,并在其上设置有提花面,地组织部分的面料总紧度为95%~120%,而毛圈层部分的面料总紧度为75%~90%
而中间织物层面料由成纤聚合物和棉纤维混纺而成,上成型有网状面,且在网状面上成型有纤维空穴,且在中间层织物的两面上通过水刺成型有一层竹纤维或者海藻纤维层,整个中间织物层面料通过自制试剂化学浸泡的方式进行加工处理,其自制药剂包括以下组分的原料:
将上述组分的原料完全溶解于300份丙醇和丙烯酸3∶1的混合液中,然后将中间织物层浸泡在上述溶液中进行70~80℃的恒温水浴240min,并在水浴过程进行到一半时加入6g/L的渗透剂,水浴完成后冲洗干净并进行漂白染色处理后即为中间织物面料。这种水浴加工处理能有效将各功能组分成型在纤维空穴中并固定,而通过竹纤维或者海藻纤维层作为接触层,能有效减少相关组分的衰减。
将上述中间织物面料设置在上层面料和下层面料之间,通过棉线纺织织造在一起,其成型后的幅宽为20~30cm,展开定型为圆筒状后的直径为13~16cm,成型后的织物面料用100℃的水清洗干净后,用30℃的水浸泡清洗30分钟即得成品。

Claims (5)
1.一种纺织毛巾面料,为三层复合织物层,包括上层面料、下层面料和中间织物层,其特征在于:
上层面料和下层面料结构一致,均包括经纱和纬纱,所述经纱为棉纤维与涤纶按任意比例混纺制成的线密度为20~25tex的混纺纱,而纬纱为功能纤维与棉纤维按30∶70~35∶65的比例混纺制成的线密度为17~20tex的混纺纱,其经纱的纱线间间隙的平均宽度大于100μm,纬纱的纱线间的间隙的平均宽度大于80μm,而所述功能纤维为汉麻纤维和蕉麻纤维的混合纤维,其混合比例为80∶20~85∶15。
在上述织物面料中,上层面料和下层面料均包括地组织以及毛圈层,其地组织为基础材料层,呈圆筒形,毛圈层成型在地组织表面上,其上设置有提花面,地组织部分的面料总紧度为95%~120%,而毛圈层部分的面料总紧度为75%~90%。
其中间层织物成型在上层织物与下层织物之间,通过棉线纺织成一体,所述中间织物层由成纤聚合物和棉纤维混纺而成,其上成型有网状面,且在网状面上成型有纤维空穴,且在中间层织物的两面上通过水刺成型有一层竹纤维或者海藻纤维层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织毛巾面料,其特征在于,所述毛巾织物成型后的幅宽为20~30cm,展开定型为圆筒状后的直径为13~16cm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织毛巾面料,其特征在于,所述成纤聚合物可经过化学浸泡的方式进行加工处理,其浸泡用化学试剂的组分包括如下组分的原料:
使用时将上述组分的原料完全溶解于丙醇和丙烯酸质量比3∶1的混合液中,然后将中间织物层浸泡在上述溶液中进行70~80℃的恒温水浴120min~300min,并在水浴过程进行到一半时加入5~8g/L的渗透剂,水浴完成后冲洗干净并进行漂白染色处理即可。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种纺织毛巾面料,其特征在于,所述阻燃剂是硼化合物、三水合氧化铝、具有含卤素化合物的氧化锑中的一种.
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种纺织毛巾面料,其特征在于,所述亲水性柔软剂为多元醇类柔软剂。
