Abstract
本发明涉及一种含有寄生藻和植物氨基酸的洁面乳,包括按质量百分比计的以下组分:植物氨基酸表面活性剂:16‑32%;多元醇:1‑10%;寄生藻:1‑5%;透明质酸钠微粒:1‑6%;低聚果糖:0.5‑5%;增稠剂:1‑5%;细胞能量补充剂:0.12‑0.5%;精氨酸:0.05‑0.5%;辅助成分:0.15‑0.8%;水:余量。本申请的磨砂洁面乳,不但可以深层洁净,更能通过按摩皮肤达到有效控油,温和卸妆,活化肌肤等特点;植物氨基表面活性剂的发泡性强,泡沫柔软细腻,对眼睛和皮肤十分温和;寄生藻能智能调节皮脂分泌,疏通毛孔,有效对抗外界污染;透明质酸钠微粒能降低刺激,增加发泡性,具有强大锁水能力,能够吸附污垢快速溶妆,帮助肌肤去除老化角质,净化肌肤,活化肌肤等功效。

技术领域
本发明涉及日化用品技术领域,更具体地说,它涉及一种含有寄生藻和植物氨基酸的洁面乳。
背景技术
洁面作为皮肤护理的基础,随着经济的发展以及人民生活水平的提高,人民对洁面产品的需求也越来越多;人们对于洁面类产品已不局限于简单的去除污垢,还更希望具有温和卸妆和控油等功效,此类产品具有广阔市场前景。
目前,市面上的洁面产品种类多不胜数,五花八门,形态各异,例如控油效果更好的皂基型洁面乳,主打低刺激温和的纯氨基酸洁面乳和磨砂洁面乳等,但目前的洁面产品均存在不足之处:皂基型洁面乳类,泡沫丰富,去油力,冲水性佳,但是碱性太大,气味比较大,脱脂性太强,刺激性大,用后皮肤干燥紧绷,容易脱皮;纯氨基酸类洁面乳,安全亲肤,极低的刺激性,但是泡沫不丰富,清洁力不强,冲水不干净,生产工艺复杂;传统磨砂洁面乳类,深层洁净,颗粒感太硬,长时间摩擦,很容易过度损伤皮肤角质层,引起皮肤炎症。
综上所述,现有的洁面产品的功能相对单一,清洁力不足,只是表面去油无法达到真正控油,卸妆能力比较弱,不能满足市场的新需求。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种含有寄生藻和植物氨基酸的洁面乳,不但可以深层洁净,更能通过按摩皮肤达到有效控油,温和卸妆,活化肌肤等特点。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:包括按质量百分比计的以下组分:
植物氨基酸表面活性剂:16-32%;
多元醇:1-10%;
寄生藻:1-5%;
透明质酸钠微粒:1-6%;
低聚果糖:0.5-5%;
增稠剂:1-5%;
细胞能量补充剂:0.12-0.5%;
精氨酸:0.05-0.5%;
辅助成分:0.15-0.8%;
水:余量。
进一步地,所述植物氨基酸表面活性剂包括以下组分:月桂酰燕麦氨基酸钠:7-11%;月桂酰肌氨酸钠:4-10%;椰油酰甘氨酸钾:5-11%。
进一步地,所述细胞能量补充剂包括以下组分:天冬氨酸镁:0.05-0.2%;葡糖酸铜:0.05-0.2%;葡糖酸锌:0.02-0.1%。
进一步地,所述多元醇为甘油、丙二醇、丁二醇、双甘油中的至少一种。
进一步地,所述增稠剂为丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物、黄原胶、PEG-150二硬脂酸酯、***胶树胶中的至少一种。
进一步地,所述辅助成分包括以下组分:香精:0.05-0.3%;防腐剂:0.1-0.5%。
进一步地,所述防腐剂为羟苯甲酯、苯氧乙醇、氯苯甘醚、甲基异噻唑啉酮中的至少一种。
本发明中的植物氨基酸表面活性剂为选用天然来源的月桂酰燕麦氨基酸钠、椰油酰甘氨酸钾以及月桂酰肌氨酸钠,发泡性强,产生的泡沫丰富且柔软,具有较强的清洁力,温和不刺激。
本发明中的多元醇,为甘油、丙二醇、丁二醇、双甘油中的一种或任意几种组合。可以在清洗过程中增加泡沫的弹性,同时为肌肤提供优良的保湿性能。
本发明中的寄生藻,INCI名称:水解红藻提取物,具有减少刺激,调节细胞新陈代谢,调节皮脂分泌,疏通毛孔,减少皮脂氧化,抗紫外线防污染等功效。
本发明的透明质酸钠微粒,INCI名称:PEG-9二环氧甘油醚/透明质酸钠交联聚合物,使用透明质酸钠和交联技术制成的新型天然微粒,可以生物降解,质地柔软,能够增加泡沫量,达到吸附皮肤污垢和快速卸妆的目的,同时能提供高保湿性,使用后保持皮肤水润。
本发明中的低聚果糖,INCI名称:低聚果糖,能够重建皮肤结构体系,提高表皮和真皮的水分含量,促进透明质酸含量增加,恢复皮肤屏障功能,保持皮肤的水润度,抗刺激能力等功效。
本发明中的增稠剂为丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物、黄原胶、PEG-150二硬脂酸酯、***胶树胶中的一种或任意几种组合。优选为丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物,在本发明中,除了起到增稠作用后,还能结合上述组分,达到产生稳定泡沫的效果。
本发明中的天冬氨酸镁、葡糖酸铜和葡糖酸锌,作为细胞能量补充剂,能够提供人体多种必需的矿物成分,在进行面部清洁的过程中能优化细胞呼吸,促进细胞能量,改善肤色,活化肌肤。
本发明的精氨酸,INCI名称:精氨酸,精氨酸作为皮肤调理剂,为产品提供高保湿性,增加洁面后的皮肤丝滑度,并且有助于提高配方体系的稳定性。
本发明的防腐剂为羟苯甲酯、苯氧乙醇、氯苯甘醚、甲基异噻唑啉酮中的一种或任意几种组合,优选为氯苯甘醚和苯氧乙醇。
综上所述,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明的洁面乳,通过采用植物氨基酸表面活性剂、多元醇、寄生藻、透明质酸钠微粒、低聚果糖、增稠剂、天冬氨酸镁、葡糖酸锌、葡糖酸铜、精氨酸、香精、防腐剂等成分,相互协同增效,产生的泡沫细腻丰富,持久绵密,不但可以深层洁净,更能通过按摩皮肤达到有效控油,温和卸妆,活化肌肤等特点;其中,植物氨基表面活性剂,发泡性强,泡沫柔软细腻,对眼睛和皮肤十分温和;寄生藻能智能调节皮脂分泌,疏通毛孔,有效对抗外界污染;透明质酸钠微粒能降低刺激,增加发泡性,具有强大锁水能力,能够吸附污垢快速溶妆,帮助肌肤去除老化角质,净化肌肤,活化肌肤等功效。
2、本发明采用了透明质酸钠微粒代替传统颗粒,减少了传统颗粒物理摩擦对皮肤角质层的伤害;透明质酸钠微粒具有良好的吸附能力,能达到传统颗粒物理摩擦相同的清洁效果,并有促进产品发泡能力,发泡的同时包围面部皮肤污垢和妆容物,吸附形成微晶体,达到快速深层洁面和无痕卸妆,有效控油,温和无刺激,且可生物降解,对水质无污染。
具体实施方式
为了使本申请的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合实施例,对本申请进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本申请,并不用于限定本申请。
实例1:一种含有寄生藻和植物氨基酸的洁面乳,其组成如下(按重量百分比计):
水:64.13%;
月桂酰燕麦氨基酸钠:7%;
月桂酰肌氨酸钠:5%;
椰油酰甘氨酸钾:8%;
甘油:8%;
寄生藻:1%;
透明质酸钠微粒:2%;
低聚果糖:1%;
丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物:3%;
天冬氨酸镁:0.05%;
葡糖酸铜:0.05%;
葡糖酸锌:0.02%;
精氨酸:0.1%;
氯苯甘醚:0.15%;
苯氧乙醇:0.45%;
香精:0.05%。
制备方法如下:
将水、氯苯甘醚、月桂酰燕麦氨基酸钠、月桂酰肌氨酸钠、椰油酰甘氨酸钾加入到乳化锅中加热至80-85℃,恒温搅拌20分钟,再将甘油、丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物依次加入乳化锅中搅拌10分钟后,开始降温;
降温至50℃时,将透明质酸钠微粒、精氨酸边搅拌边加入乳化锅中,充分搅拌至混合均匀;
降温至45℃时,将寄生藻、低聚果糖、天冬氨酸镁、葡糖酸铜、葡糖酸锌依次加入乳化锅中搅拌5分钟至均一。
降温至38℃时,将苯氧乙醇、香精加入乳化锅中搅拌2分钟至均一即可将,得到实施例1的洁面乳。
将洁面乳置于不锈钢储罐中,取样检测,合格后进行灌装、封口、包装、打包、检验入库。
使用方法:将制得的磨砂洁面乳倒入普通喷头瓶子,对准需使用的部位,挤压出适量到身体上,轻轻涂抹按摩至吸收即可。
实施例2:
水:58.48%;
月桂酰燕麦氨基酸钠:8%;
月桂酰肌氨酸钠:7%;
椰油酰甘氨酸钾:7%;

寄生藻:2%;
透明质酸钠微粒:3%;

透明质酸钠微粒:4%;
低聚果糖:2%;
丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物:3%;
天冬氨酸镁:0.08%;
葡糖酸铜:0.08%;
葡糖酸锌:0.07%;
精氨酸:0.3%;
氯苯甘醚:0.15%;
苯氧乙醇:0.45%;
香精:0.05%。
制备方法与实施例1的方法相同,得到实施例3的洁面乳。
实施例4:
水:51.17%;
月桂酰燕麦氨基酸钠:9%;
月桂酰肌氨酸钠:8%;
椰油酰甘氨酸钾:7%;

寄生藻:4%;
透明质酸钠微粒:4.5%;
低聚果糖:3%;
丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物:3%;
天冬氨酸镁:0.1%;

氯苯甘醚:0.15%;

实施例5:
水:45.51%;
月桂酰燕麦氨基酸钠:10%;
月桂酰肌氨酸钠:8%;
椰油酰甘氨酸钾:8%;

寄生藻:5%;
透明质酸钠微粒:5%;
低聚果糖:4%;
丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物:3%;
天冬氨酸镁:0.15%;
葡糖酸铜:0.15%;
葡糖酸锌:0.09%;
精氨酸:0.45%;
氯苯甘醚:0.15%;
苯氧乙醇:0.45%;
香精:0.05%。
制备方法与实施例1的方法相同,得到实施例5的洁面乳。
对比例1-6:
对比例1不添加月桂酰燕麦氨基酸钠,其它成分和制备方法与实施例5相同。
对比例2不添加月桂酰肌氨酸钠,其它成分和制备方法与实施例5相同。
对比例3不添加椰油酰甘氨酸钾,其它成分和制备方法与实施例5相同。
对比例4不添加寄生藻,其它成分和制备方法与实施例5相同。
对比例5不添加透明质酸钠微粒,其它成分和制备方法与实施例5相同。
对比例6为市面上现有的控油洁面产品。
效果测试:
将实施例1至实施例5中制得的洁面乳,与对比例1-6的产品进行临床实验对比。
试验环境:日常生活环境,无直接暴晒;温度:20-22℃,湿度:40%-60%,并且进行实时动态监控。
临床试验条件:因化妆品使用者多为女性,故招募年龄在20-45岁之间的女性志愿者110名,将所有志愿者随机分为11组,志愿者在试验期间不采用其他产品的洁面产品,且无现存皮肤疾病。每组志愿者使用对应的洁面乳,每天使用1次,连续使用28天,使用过程均未出现不良反应。
测试项目:清洁能力、卸妆能力、控油能力(使用前后皮肤的油脂改善度)、水润度(使用前后皮肤的水分改善度)、泡沫高度mm以及温和性;
其中,温和性的测试根据日用化学品科学2015年12月第38卷第12期记载的“鸡胚绒毛***试验评估氨基酸表面活性剂与常规表面活性剂的眼刺激性”方法进行测试,测试结果包括无刺激(评分<1)、轻度刺激(1≤评分<5)、中度刺激(5≤评分≤9)以及重度刺激(评分≥9);
测试仪器:Visia皮肤检测仪(美国)、皮肤油脂测试仪SM815-MPA(德国)。
测试数据如表1和表2所示。

根据表1的测试数据可知,本申请中的实施例1至实施例5的产品在清洁能力、卸妆能力、控油能力、水润度、温和性和泡沫高度等全方面的提升,其中以实施例3至实施例5提升更为明显。
根据表1与表2的测试数据可知,当不添加月桂酰燕麦氨基酸钠、月桂酰肌氨酸钠、椰油酰甘氨酸钾、寄生藻以及透明质酸钠微粒时,对比例1至对比例6的洁面乳在清洁能力、卸妆能力、控油能力、水润度以及泡沫高度上,与实施例5的洁面乳相比,其效果均有不同程度的降低;其中,对比例4中未添加寄生藻时,其在控油能力以及水润度的功效与实施例5相比,分别降低48.5%和28%;对比例5中未添加透明质酸钠微粒时,其在控油能力以及水润度的功效与实施例5相比,分别降低48.1%和27%;由此可得,在本申请的方案中,通过添加寄生藻,能智能调节皮脂分泌,疏通毛孔,有效对抗外界污染;通过添加透明质酸钠微粒,能降低刺激,增加发泡性,具有强大锁水能力,能够吸附污垢快速溶妆,帮助肌肤去除老化角质,净化肌肤,活化肌肤等功效。
综上所述,本发明的洁面乳,通过采用植物氨基酸表面活性剂、多元醇、寄生藻、透明质酸钠微粒、低聚果糖、增稠剂、天冬氨酸镁、葡糖酸锌、葡糖酸铜、精氨酸、香精、防腐剂等成分,相互协同增效,产生的泡沫细腻丰富,持久绵密,不但可以深层洁净,更能通过按摩皮肤达到有效控油,温和卸妆,活化肌肤等特点;其中,植物氨基表面活性剂,发泡性强,泡沫柔软细腻,对眼睛和皮肤十分温和;寄生藻能智能调节皮脂分泌,疏通毛孔,有效对抗外界污染;透明质酸钠微粒能降低刺激,增加发泡性,具有强大锁水能力,能够吸附污垢快速溶妆,帮助肌肤去除老化角质,净化肌肤,活化肌肤等功效。

植物氨基酸表面活性剂:16-32%;
多元醇:1-10%;
寄生藻:1-5%;
透明质酸钠微粒:1-6%;
低聚果糖:0.5-5%;
增稠剂:1-5%;
细胞能量补充剂:0.12-0.5%;
精氨酸:0.05-0.5%;
辅助成分:0.15-0.8%;
水:余量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含有寄生藻和植物氨基酸的洁面乳,其特征在于,所述植物氨基酸表面活性剂包括以下组分:月桂酰燕麦氨基酸钠:7-11%;月桂酰肌氨酸钠:4-10%;椰油酰甘氨酸钾:5-11%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的含有寄生藻和植物氨基酸的洁面乳,其特征在于,所述细胞能量补充剂包括以下组分:天冬氨酸镁:0.05-0.2%;葡糖酸铜:0.05-0.2%;葡糖酸锌:0.02-0.1%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的含有寄生藻和植物氨基酸的洁面乳,其特征在于,所述多元醇为甘油、丙二醇、丁二醇、双甘油中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的含有寄生藻和植物氨基酸的洁面乳,其特征在于,所述增稠剂为丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物、黄原胶、PEG-150二硬脂酸酯、***胶树胶中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的含有寄生藻和植物氨基酸的洁面乳,其特征在于,所述辅助成分包括以下组分:香精:0.05-0.3%;防腐剂:0.1-0.5%。
7.根据权利要求6所述的含有寄生藻和植物氨基酸的洁面乳,其特征在于,所述防腐剂为羟苯甲酯、苯氧乙醇、氯苯甘醚、甲基异噻唑啉酮中的至少一种。
