Abstract

本发明提出了一种显示模组,其包括背板、前框、扩散板及显示面板,显示面板固定连接于前框,背板包括底板和与前框固定连接的侧板,底板与显示面板间隔且相对设置,底板靠近显示面板的一侧设有至少一个背光源,侧板由底板的端部朝前框延伸并与前框围设形成一容置腔,扩散板位于背板与显示面板之间且插装固定于容置腔内。本发明还提出了一种显示设备,包括上述的显示模组。本发明显示模组及显示设备省去了中框在显示模组内部占用的体积且减少了中框的重量,降低了了显示模组的制造成本。

Description

显示模组及具有该显示模组的显示设备
技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,具体涉及一种显示模组及具有该显示模组的显示设备。
背景技术
目前市场上显示模组根据入光方式,主要分为侧入式与直下式两种。其中,侧入式是将背光源安装在显示面板的四周,而直下式是将背光源安装在背板与显示面板相对的面上,相对来说,直下式显示模组的成本较低,应用更广泛。
现有的显示模组包括前框、背板、显示面板、扩散板、光学膜片组及中框,前框和背板配合形成一容置腔,显示面板、光学膜片组、扩散板及中框均需容纳于容置腔内,占用体积较大,故需要容置腔具有更大的容纳空间。
发明内容
鉴于上述状况,实有必要提供一种无中框的显示设备,以解决上述问题。
本发明还提出了一种显示模组,其包括背板、前框、扩散板及显示面板,所述显示面板固定连接于所述前框,所述背板包括底板和与所述前框固定连接的侧板,所述底板与所述显示面板间隔且相对设置,所述底板靠近所述显示面板的一侧设有至少一个背光源,所述侧板由所述底板的端部朝所述前框延伸并与所述前框围设形成一容置腔,所述扩散板位于所述背板与所述显示面板之间且插装固定于所述容置腔内。
本发明还提出了一种显示设备,其包括主体和装设于所述主体上的显示模组,所述显示模组包括显示面板、光学膜片组及背板,所述光学膜片组位于所述显示面板和所述背板之间,所述显示模组还包括第一粘合件和第二粘合件,所述第一粘合件采用透光材料,所述第一粘合件设于所述显示面板和所述光学膜片组之间以及所述光学膜片组和所述背板之间以使所述显示面板、所述光学膜片组及所述背板固定连接,所述第二粘合件采用非透光材料,所述第二粘合件设于所述显示面板、所述光学膜片组及所述背板的周侧以使所述显示面板、所述光学膜片组及所述背板固定连接。
相较于现有技术,上述的显示模组及显示设备的侧板由底板的端部朝前框延伸并与前框围设形成一容置腔,扩散板的位于背板与显示面板之间且插装固定于容置腔内,省去了中框在显示模组内部占用的体积且减少了中框的重量,节省了显示模组的制造成本。

请参阅图1,本发明提出了一种显示设备100,包括本体10和显示模组20,显示模组20装设于本体10上。需要说明的是,显示设备100包括但不限于是电视、手机、平板或广告牌。
请参阅图2,图2为本发明的第一实施例提供的显示模组20的结构示意图,其中,显示模组20包括背板21、前框22、显示面板23、扩散板24、光学膜片组25及胶体26。
背板21包括底板211和与前框22固定连接的侧板212,侧板212由底板211的端部朝前框22延伸并与前框22围设形成一容置腔213。底板211与显示面板23间隔且相对设置,底板211靠近显示面板23的一侧设有至少一个背光源214。显示面板23、光学膜片组25及扩散板24依次层叠设置并均插装固定于容置腔213内。显示面板23与光学膜片组25之间及光学膜片组25与扩散板24之间均通过胶体26粘接加固。
背板21大致为U形,侧板212包括倾斜部2121、支撑部2122及折弯部2123,倾斜部2121和支撑部2122均大致呈板状,倾斜部2121分别与底板211和支撑部2122倾斜设置,倾斜部2121的一端与底板211固定连接,倾斜部2121的另一端与支撑部2122固定连接。支撑部2122与底板211平行设置,用于支撑显示面板23、扩散板24及光学膜片组25。折弯部2123自支撑部2122远离倾斜部2121的一端设有朝向前框22延伸并抵持于前框,折弯部2123与支撑部2122垂直设置且与前框22固定连接,容置腔213由支撑部2122、折弯部2123及前框22围设形成。
可以理解,在其他的实施方式中,支撑部2122也可为L形,容置腔213由支撑部2122及前框22围设形成。
背板21靠近显示面板23的一侧还设有一层反光膜215,背光源214设于反光膜215上。具体地,反光膜215铺设于底板211、倾斜部2121及部分支撑部2122上,用于将背光源214发出的光反射至扩散板24。
前框22大致为倒L形,前框22的一侧边与支撑部2122的折弯部2123固定连接,前框22的另一侧边与支撑部2122、折弯部2123围设形成一矩形的容置腔213。
显示面板23可选为薄膜晶体管液晶面板(Thin Film Transistor-LiquidCrystal Display,TFT-LCD),其可以包括从上至下方向依次设置的上偏光片、彩膜基板(另称对向电极基板)、液晶层、阵列基板及下偏光片。在其他实施例中,显示面板23也可以采用其他形式的结构,此为本领域技术人员熟知的,在此不再赘述。
扩散板24为雾度在90%-99%、穿透率在40%-60%的扩散膜,扩散板24的厚度优先为0.1-0.5毫米。在其他实施例中,扩散板24的厚度可根据实际情况进行调整,且其雾度和穿透率不局限于本实施例所选取的范围内。
光学膜片组25包括棱镜膜片、扩散膜片、微棱镜膜片、增光膜片、复合膜片及反射膜片中的至少一种。胶体26包括感压胶、水胶及UV胶中的至少一种。
本实施例提供的显示模组20及显示设备的侧板212由底板211的端部朝前框22延伸并与前框22围设形成一容置腔213,扩散板24位于背板21与显示面板23之间且插装固定于容置腔213内,不仅克服了现有技术中多层复合膜粘贴于显示面板23上存在的RA问题,还省去了中框在显示模组20内部占用的体积及减少了中框的重量,节省了显示模组的制造成本。
请参阅图3,图3为本发明的第二实施例提供的显示模组30的结构示意图。需要说明的是,第二实施例提供的显示模组30与第一实施例提供的显示模组20的结构相似,显示模组30包括背板31、前框32、显示面板33、扩散板34、光学膜片组35及胶体36,背板31包括底板311和与前框32固定连接的至少一侧板312,侧板312由底板311的端部朝前框32延伸并与前框32围设形成一容置腔313。不同之处在于,显示面板33、光学膜片组35及扩散板34依次层叠设置,显示面板33固定连接于前框32远离底板311的一侧,光学膜片组35与扩散板34层叠设置并均插装固定于容置腔313内,光学膜片组35与扩散板34之间均通过胶体36粘接加固。
本实施例提供的显示模组30及显示设备的侧板212由底板211的端部朝前框22延伸并与前框22围设形成一容置腔313,扩散板24位于背板21与显示面板23之间且插装固定于容置腔313内,不仅克服了现有技术中多层复合膜粘贴于显示面板33上存在的RA问题,还省去了中框在显示模组20内部占用的体积及减少了中框的重量,节省了显示模组的制造成本。
请参阅图4,图4为本发明的第三实施例提供的显示模组40的结构示意图。需要说明的是,第三实施例提供的显示模组40与第一实施例提供的显示模组20的结构相似,显示模组40包括背板41、前框42、显示面板43、扩散板44及光学膜片组45,背板41包括底板411和与前框42固定连接的至少一侧板412,侧板412由底板411的端部朝前框42延伸并与前框42围设形成一容置腔414。不同之处在于,显示面板43、光学膜片组45及扩散板44依次层叠设置,显示面板43固定连接于前框42远离底板411的一侧,扩散板44插装固定于容置腔414内。光学膜片组45位于显示面板43和扩散板44之间,且光学膜片组45的厚度与前框42的厚度相同且抵持于前框22的内边沿。
本实施例提供的显示模组40的侧板412由底板411的端部朝前框42延伸并与前框42围设形成一容置腔413,扩散板44的位于背板41与显示面板43之间且插装固定于容置腔413内,不仅克服了现有技术中多层复合膜粘贴于显示面板43上存在的RA问题,还省去了中框在显示模组40内部占用的体积及减少了中框的重量,节省了显示模组的制造成本。
另外,本领域技术人员还可在本发明精神内做其它变化,当然,这些依据本发明精神所做的变化,都应包含在本发明所要求保护的范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种显示模组,其包括背板、前框、扩散板及显示面板,所述显示面板固定连接于所述前框,其特征在于,所述背板包括底板和与所述前框固定连接的侧板,所述底板与所述显示面板间隔且相对设置,所述底板靠近所述显示面板的一侧设有至少一个背光源,所述侧板由所述底板的端部朝所述前框延伸并与所述前框围设形成一容置腔,所述扩散板位于所述背板与所述显示面板之间且插装固定于所述容置腔内。
2.如权利要求1所述的显示模组,其特征在于,所述侧板包括倾斜部和支撑部,所述倾斜部分别与所述底板和所述支撑部倾斜设置,所述倾斜部的一端与所述底板固定连接,所述倾斜部的另一端与所述支撑部固定连接,所述容置腔由所述支撑部和所述前框围设形成。
3.如权利要求1所述的显示模组,其特征在于,所述显示模组还包括反光膜,所述反光膜铺设于所述背板靠近所述显示面板的一侧,所述背光源设于反光膜上,所述反光膜用于将所述背光源发出的光反射至所述扩散板。
4.如权利要求1所述的显示模组,其特征在于,所述显示模组还包括光学膜片组,所述光学膜片组固定设置于所述显示面板和所述扩散板之间。
5.如权利要求4所述的显示模组,其特征在于,所述光学膜片组包括棱镜膜片、扩散膜片、微棱镜膜片、增光膜片、复合膜片及反射膜片中的至少一种。
6.如权利要求4所述的显示模组,其特征在于,所述显示面板、所述光学膜片组及所述扩散板依次层叠设置并均插装固定于所述容置腔内,所述显示面板与所述光学膜片组之间及所述光学膜片组与所述扩散板之间均通过胶体粘接加固。
7.如权利要求4所述的显示模组,其特征在于,所述显示面板、所述光学膜片组及所述扩散板依次层叠设置,所述显示面板固定连接于所述前框远离所述底板的一侧,所述光学膜片组与所述扩散板均插装固定于所述容置腔内,所述光学膜片组与所述扩散板之间均通过胶体粘接加固。
8.如权利要求6或7所述的显示模组,其特征在于,所述胶体包括感压胶、水胶及UV胶中的至少一种。
9.如权利要求4所述的显示模组,其特征在于,所述显示面板、所述光学膜片组及所述扩散板依次层叠设置,所述显示面板固定连接于所述前框远离所述底板的一侧,所述光学膜片组抵持于所述前框的内边沿。
10.一种显示设备,包括主体,其特征在于,所述显示设备还包括如权利要求1-9任一项所述的显示模组,所述主体与所述显示模组相连。
