本发明公开了一种六方外形饱满的阀盖温锻工艺,包括如下工艺步骤:下料、抛丸、涂层加热、正挤、镦粗、复合挤压成形,所述涂层加热是使用中频炉对工件进行涂覆石墨乳润滑后加热至940‑960℃。优点是:避免六方采用铣削加工成本高的问题,改变锻造时金属变形的顺序,使阀盖的六方外形部分完全饱满,防止装配过程中的打滑现象,提高装配效率。

本发明涉及到一种六方外形饱满的阀盖温锻工艺。
背景技术
阀盖是闸阀中连接阀体和阀杆的重要零部件。目前很多阀盖采用机加工方式铣出六方面,生产效率低,加工成本高,也有采用锻造成形的六方部分不饱满,在紧固阀盖时容易产生六方磨圆打滑现象,影响装配效率。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种六方外形饱满的阀盖温锻工艺。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种六方外形饱满的阀盖温锻工艺,包括如下工艺步骤:下料、抛丸、涂层加热、正挤、镦粗、复合挤压成形,所述涂层加热是使用中频炉对工件进行涂覆石墨乳润滑后加热至940-960℃。
为了更好地解决上述技术问题:所述镦粗将六方镦粗成形,所述的复合挤压包括六方的正挤成形和杯体的反挤成形,通过反挤冲头将六方正挤出饱满形状。
本发明的优点是:上述一种六方外形饱满的阀盖温锻工艺,避免六方采用铣削加工成本高的问题,改变锻造时金属变形的顺序,使阀盖的六方外形部分完全饱满,防止装配过程中的打滑现象,提高装配效率。
