B1:将凉感纤维基料置入凉感整理剂中,并在60-70℃恒温加压至20-25MPa,加压保持时间为1-3h;
C1:将经过B1步骤处理后的凉感纤维基料取出,进行清洗后晾干,获得凉感纤维;
S2:生产防紫外线纤维;
A2:将纳米氧化锌、精细绢云母粉、羟基苯基苯并***衍生物、乙醇、水溶性聚氨酯、纳米二氧化钛、乳酸钠、多元醇基溶剂、冰乙酸和去离子水按比例混合生产紫外线涂料;
B2:将防紫外线纳米基料置入A2步骤调配出的紫外线涂料内,对其进行搅拌,再在55-60℃恒温加压至28-32MPa,加压保持时间为2-3h;
C2:将经过B2步骤处理后的防紫外线纳米基料取出,进行清洗后晾干,获得防紫外线纤维;
S3:以抗菌短纤维为纱芯,以S1和S2生产出的凉感纤维和防紫外线纤维为外包纱,两根外包纱以按顺时针螺旋方式对纱芯进行包裹,获得包覆纱;
S4:在包覆纱的外侧涂抹银离子层,待银离子层干燥后将包覆纱进行收卷入库。

A2:将纳米氧化锌、精细绢云母粉、羟基苯基苯并***衍生物、乙醇、水溶性聚氨酯、纳米二氧化钛、乳酸钠、多元醇基溶剂、冰乙酸和去离子水按比例混合生产紫外线涂料,纳米氧化锌、精细绢云母粉、羟基苯基苯并***衍生物、乙醇、水溶性聚氨酯、纳米二氧化钛、乳酸钠、多元醇基溶剂、冰乙酸和去离子水的比例为28:23:15.5:19:21.5:7.5:11:17:16:20;
B2:将防紫外线纳米基料置入A2步骤调配出的紫外线涂料内,对其进行搅拌,再在60℃恒温加压至32MPa,加压保持时间为2h;
C2:将经过B2步骤处理后的防紫外线纳米基料取出,进行清洗后晾干,获得防紫外线纤维;
S3:以抗菌短纤维为纱芯,以S1和S2生产出的凉感纤维和防紫外线纤维为外包纱,两根外包纱以按顺时针螺旋方式对纱芯进行包裹,获得包覆纱,所述抗菌短纤维线密度为32英支,所述棉纱的线密度为60英支,包缠捻度为800捻/米;
S4:在包覆纱的外侧涂抹银离子层,所述银离子层涂抹后,对涂抹了银离子层的包覆纱吹热风进行风干,待银离子层干燥后将包覆纱进行收卷入库。
该凉感防紫外包覆纱的加工方法,通过以抗菌短纤维为纱芯,采用特殊工艺制成的凉感纤维和防紫外线纤维为外包纱,使得生产出的包覆纱具备贴肤凉感和防紫外线的效果,用该包覆纱纺织出布料制作的衣物,在夏天穿着时提高了体表的舒适度。

Claims (7)

1.一种凉感防紫外包覆纱的加工方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:生产凉感纤维:
A1:利用萃取和纳米技术,将天然玉石粉与贝壳粉、云母粉天然矿物质材料,加工成纳米级颗粒,然后与亲水性切片经纺丝加工,制得凉感纤维基料;
B1:将凉感纤维基料置入凉感整理剂中,并在60-70℃恒温加压至20-25MPa,加压保持时间为1-3h;
C1:将经过B1步骤处理后的凉感纤维基料取出,进行清洗后晾干,获得凉感纤维;
S2:生产防紫外线纤维;
A2:将纳米氧化锌、精细绢云母粉、羟基苯基苯并***衍生物、乙醇、水溶性聚氨酯、纳米二氧化钛、乳酸钠、多元醇基溶剂、冰乙酸和去离子水按比例混合生产紫外线涂料;
B2:将防紫外线纳米基料置入A2步骤调配出的紫外线涂料内,对其进行搅拌,再在55-60℃恒温加压至28-32MPa,加压保持时间为2-3h;
C2:将经过B2步骤处理后的防紫外线纳米基料取出,进行清洗后晾干,获得防紫外线纤维;
S3:以抗菌短纤维为纱芯,以S1和S2生产出的凉感纤维和防紫外线纤维为外包纱,两根外包纱以按顺时针螺旋方式对纱芯进行包裹,获得包覆纱;
S4:在包覆纱的外侧涂抹银离子层,待银离子层干燥后将包覆纱进行收卷入库。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种凉感防紫外包覆纱的加工方法,其特征在于:所述C1步骤中,凉感纤维基料进行清洗后对其自身进行离心脱水,待脱水完毕后再进行晾干。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种凉感防紫外包覆纱的加工方法,其特征在于:所述A2步骤中,纳米氧化锌、精细绢云母粉、羟基苯基苯并***衍生物、乙醇、水溶性聚氨酯、纳米二氧化钛、乳酸钠、多元醇基溶剂、冰乙酸和去离子水的比例为(20-35):(15-28):(10-20):(15-23):(18-25):(5-10):(8-15):(13-20):(12-20):(12-25)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种凉感防紫外包覆纱的加工方法,其特征在于:所述A2步骤中,纳米氧化锌、精细绢云母粉、羟基苯基苯并***衍生物、乙醇、水溶性聚氨酯、纳米二氧化钛、乳酸钠、多元醇基溶剂、冰乙酸和去离子水的比例为(25-30):(20-25):(14-18):(17-21):(20-23):(6-9):(10-13):(15-18):(14-17):(15-23)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种凉感防紫外包覆纱的加工方法,其特征在于:所述A2步骤中,纳米氧化锌、精细绢云母粉、羟基苯基苯并***衍生物、乙醇、水溶性聚氨酯、纳米二氧化钛、乳酸钠、多元醇基溶剂、冰乙酸和去离子水的比例为(26-28):(22-23):(15-16):(18-20):(21-22):(7-8):(11-12):(16-17):(15-16):(17-20)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种凉感防紫外包覆纱的加工方法,其特征在于:所述S3步骤中,所述抗菌短纤维线密度为32英支,所述棉纱的线密度为60英支,包缠捻度为800捻/米。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种凉感防紫外包覆纱的加工方法,其特征在于:所述S4步骤中,所述银离子层涂抹后,对涂抹了银离子层的包覆纱吹热风进行风干。
