In the invention, stress relief grooves are formed in the intersection joints or cracks to avoid stress concentration; and then, a cementing filling layer is filled in the stress release groove, has the deformation performance suitable for shearing and stretching, resists the deformation stress to penetrate through the outer surface, overcomes the cracking caused by stress concentration, and further realizes leakage maintenance.
