抗菌面料具有良好的安全性,它可以高效完全去除织物上的细菌、真菌和霉菌,保持织物清洁,并能防止细菌再生和繁殖,这些面料在实际使用的过程中不仅仅需要抗菌性能,为了贴合人体的需要,需要具备一定的吸湿快干以及透气性能, 才能够使人体感觉舒适;酒店、家纺产品做成羽绒枕芯、枕被后需要具有防钻绒的性能;无论是面料做成服装、家纺、汗布面料、酒店布草等,需要具有一定的易去污性能,使面料沾污后能够更加的易洗涤;所以,需研发一款同时具备吸湿快干+抗菌+防钻绒+易去污的面料,同时具备耐水洗与透气性能。

现有技术主要通过对织物的组织结构的改变来赋予布料的吸湿快干、抗菌、防钻绒或者易去污的功能,而且公开的技术方案也只是带来两种功能的结合。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种吸湿快干抗菌防钻绒易去污面料的制备方法,采用吸湿快干+抗菌+防钻绒+易去污同浴整理加工制备技术使布料同时具备优异的吸湿快干、抗菌、防钻绒以及易去污的功能,同时面料具备耐水洗与透气性能,制备方法简单;所得织物完全安全环保,不含任何禁用有害物质,可满足现实情况对功能面料的全面的实际需要。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种吸湿快干抗菌防钻绒易去污面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
皂洗步骤:将织物预先退煮漂丝光后,通过皂洗工艺去除布面上的杂质,可能含有的碱剂、亲水渗透剂、亲水匀染剂等杂质,避免这些亲水杂质对功能后整理造成影响,皂洗后烘干;
吸湿快干+抗菌+防钻绒+易去污同浴整理加工步骤:将皂洗步骤烘干后的面料在定型机上定型整理、烘干焙烘整理,从而得到吸湿快干抗菌防钻绒易去污面料,定型时,定型机轧槽内配置了同时含有吸湿快干整理剂、抗菌整理剂、防钻绒整理剂、渗透剂的工作液对面料进行浸轧。
本发明的进一步改进方案为:
所述工作液的制备过程为:化料槽内添加一定量的自来水搅拌,依次添加吸湿快干整理剂、抗菌整理剂、防钻绒整理剂、渗透剂搅拌,后再添加自来水继续搅拌均匀,以配制相应浓度的工作液;所述工作液中吸湿快干整理剂的浓度为30-60g/L,抗菌整理剂的浓度为30-60g/L,防钻绒整理剂的浓度为30-60g/L,渗透剂的浓度为1~5g/L。
进一步的,工作液中,所述吸湿快干整理剂的浓度为38g/L、45g/L、50g/L、55g/L、58g/L,所述抗菌整理剂的的浓度为38g/L、45g/L、50g/L、55g/L、58g/L,所述防钻绒整理剂的的浓度为15g/L、20g/L、25g/L、30g/L、40g/L,所述渗透剂的的浓度为1.5g/L、2.0g/L、2.5g/L、3.0g/L、4.0g/L。
进一步的,所述的皂洗步骤中,所用的皂洗剂的浓度为0.1~2.0g/L,皂洗温度为60~90℃,皂洗时间为10~30min,可采用平幅连续式皂洗或进缸皂洗。

本发明的有益效果为:
在洗涤过程中,除了诸如洗涤液的组成和洗涤条件之类的因素之外,面料表面的污物是否容易去掉,主要取决于织物的表面性质。污染的织物在洗涤液中,污垢与洗涤液和织物处于平衡状态:当平衡时,界面张力之间存在以下关系; γWF=γOF+γOWcosθ。γOF值应尽可能大,γWF和γOW应尽可能小。 γOW的小值意味着从织物上分离的小油滴可以稳定地悬浮并分散在水中。 γOW的大小由洗涤剂的类型和浓度决定,并且通常其值很小。对于极性纤维,由于其与水的强相互作用,γWF的值也很小,γOF的值很大。因此,具有高亲水性的纤维易于去污,为了使油性污渍在洗涤过程中易于洗掉,纺织品必须具有低γWF值和高γOF值,即纺织品必须具有高亲水性,本发明引入亲水吸湿快干整理剂不仅解决了面料的吸湿快干性能,同时面料具有十分优异的亲水性能,所以面料的易去污效果十分的优异。
本发明配合面料的亲水快干以及易去污的效果,筛选合适的抗菌整理剂与防钻绒整理剂,其相互复配后要稳定,不产生絮凝、破乳、起泡、粘滚等现象。通过选用银离子抗菌剂,其破坏了微生物的新陈代谢,从而具有杀菌作用,当菌体被杀灭后,银离子又可以游离出来,与其它菌落接触,进行新一轮的杀菌,配合防钻绒剂的使用,防钻绒剂在纤维之间成膜,不仅可以提高面料的防钻绒性能,也可以有效的控制银离子的释放。
本发明通过采用吸湿快干+抗菌+防钻绒+易去污同浴整理,使面料同时具有吸湿快干、抗菌、防钻绒、易去污以及透气的特点,改善了以往市面上单一的吸湿快干+抗菌面料的或者吸湿快干+抗菌+防钻绒面料的缺陷,首次将易去污功能与吸湿快干、抗菌以及防钻绒同时结合,大大扩宽了布料的适用范围。
具体实施方式
实施例1
采用全棉的40S*40S/130*98退煮漂后的织物,所制得的面料具有较柔软的手感,其具体的制备方法如下:
织物连续式皂洗:一共分为6节水洗箱,前5节所用的皂洗剂EX-961的浓度分别为0.2g/L,前5节的皂洗温度分别为85℃,前5节的皂洗时间分别为5min。最后一节清水冲洗,清洗时间为5min,并调节布面pH值为6.5~7.5之间,后采用100~120℃的滚筒烘干。
吸湿快干防钻绒易去污整理步骤,配置工作液:化料槽内添加一定量的自来水搅拌,依次添加吸湿快干整理剂、抗菌整理剂、防钻绒整理剂、渗透剂搅拌,后再添加自来水继续搅拌均匀,以配制相应浓度的工作液,其中,吸湿快干整理剂203C 40g/L、抗菌整理剂930FLEX 60g/L、非离子防钻绒整理剂T 40g/L、渗透剂SO 1g/L,将工作液配置到定型机轧槽内,将皂洗烘干后的面料在定型机上一浸一轧定型加工,带液率65.0%,120℃滚筒烘干,后165℃定型机焙烘45-60S,得到吸湿快干抗菌防钻绒易去污面料。
实施例2
采用全棉的40S*40S/110*90退煮漂丝光后的织物,所制得的面料具有较柔软的手感,其具体的制备方法如下:
织物连续式皂洗:一共分为6节水洗箱,前5节所用的皂洗剂EX-961的浓度分别为0.2g/L,前5节的皂洗温度分别为80℃,前5节的皂洗时间分别为4min;最后一节清水冲洗,清洗时间为5min,并调节布面pH值为6.5~7.5之间,后采用100~120℃的滚筒烘干。
吸湿快干防钻绒易去污整理步骤,配置工作液:化料槽内添加一定量的自来水搅拌,依次添加吸湿快干整理剂、抗菌整理剂、防钻绒整理剂、渗透剂搅拌,后再添加自来水继续搅拌均匀,以配制相应浓度的工作液,其中,吸湿快干整理剂203C 35g/L、抗菌整理剂PROTX 2WN 50g/L、非离子防钻绒整理剂T 40g/L、渗透剂SO 1g/L,将工作液配置到定型机轧槽内,将皂洗烘干后的面料在定型机上一浸一轧定型加工,带液率65.0%,120℃滚筒烘干,后165℃定型机焙烘45-60S,得到吸湿快干抗菌防钻绒易去污面料。
实施例3
采用涤棉氨纶混纺的织物T/C/SP退煮漂丝光后的织物,所制得的面料具有较柔软的手感,其具体的制备方法如下:
织物连续式皂洗:一共分为6节水洗箱,前5节所用的皂洗剂EX-961的浓度分别为0.2g/L,前5节的皂洗温度分别为65℃,前5节的皂洗时间分别为5min。最后一节清水冲洗,清洗时间为5min,并调节布面pH值为6.5~7.5之间,后采用100℃的定型机烘干。
吸湿快干防钻绒易去污整理步骤,配置工作液:化料槽内添加一定量的自来水搅拌,依次添加吸湿快干整理剂、抗菌整理剂、防钻绒整理剂、渗透剂搅拌,后再添加自来水继续搅拌均匀,以配制相应浓度的工作液,其中,吸湿快干整理剂203C 50g/L、抗菌整理剂930FLEX 50g/L、非离子防钻绒整理剂T 40g/L、渗透剂SO 1g/L,将工作液配置到定型机轧槽内,将皂洗烘干后的面料在定型机上一浸一轧定型加工,带液率65.0%,120℃滚筒烘干,后165℃定型机焙烘45-60S,得到吸湿快干抗菌防钻绒易去污面料。
实施例4
采用全棉的40S*40S/130*90退煮漂后的织物,其具体的制备方法如下:
织物连续式皂洗:一共分为6节水洗箱,前5节所用的皂洗剂EX-961的浓度分别为0.2g/L,前5节的皂洗温度分别为85℃,前5节的皂洗时间分别为5min。最后一节清水冲洗,清洗时间为5min,并调节布面pH值为6.5~7.5之间,后采用100~120℃的滚筒烘干。
吸湿快干防钻绒易去污整理步骤,配置工作液:化料槽内添加一定量的自来水搅拌,依次添加吸湿快干整理剂、抗菌整理剂、防钻绒整理剂、渗透剂搅拌,后再添加自来水继续搅拌均匀,以配制相应浓度的工作液,其中,吸湿快干整理剂203C 30g/L、抗菌整理剂PROTX 2WN 30g/L、非离子防钻绒整理剂T 40g/L、渗透剂SO 1g/L,将工作液配置到定型机轧槽内,将皂洗烘干后的面料在定型机上一浸一轧定型加工,带液率65.0%,120℃滚筒烘干,后165℃定型机焙烘45-60S,得到吸湿快干抗菌防钻绒易去污面料。
性能检测
实施例1至实施例4所得的吸湿快干抗菌防钻绒易去污面料经第三方检测以及耐水洗测试,测试结果如表1~表4所示,检测依据:易去污测试IN house method-1013,抗菌检测方法:GB/T20944.2-2007 第2部分:吸收法,吸湿快干检测方法:GB/T21655.1-2008,透气性能测试GB/T5453;防钻绒性能测试GB/T12709.2,水洗方法;酒店工业洗涤方法;HL为水洗次数。

由表1~表4可知,本发明的制备方法提供的吸湿快干抗菌防钻绒易去污面料同时具有吸湿快干、抗菌、防钻绒、易去污,且手感柔软,具有一定的耐水洗及透气性能;此面料完全环保,符合ZDHC纺织品以及OEKO-TEX Standard 100环保要求,完全不含有CNTAC 8-2018纺织品限用清单中规定的限用物质。此面料可用于酒店布草类产品如:枕芯、被芯、保护套、保护垫,也可以用于家纺类的床品,内衣的吸湿快干抗菌面料,T恤面料以及其它相关面料。

Claims (10)

1.一种吸湿快干抗菌防钻绒易去污面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
皂洗步骤:将织物预先退煮漂丝光后,通过皂洗工艺去除布面上的杂质,皂洗后烘干;
吸湿快干+抗菌+防钻绒+易去污同浴整理加工步骤:将皂洗步骤烘干后的面料在定型机上定型整理、烘干焙烘整理,从而得到吸湿快干抗菌防钻绒易去污面料,定型时,定型机轧槽内配置了同时含有吸湿快干整理剂、抗菌整理剂、防钻绒整理剂、渗透剂的工作液对面料进行浸轧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种吸湿快干抗菌防钻绒易去污面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述工作液的制备过程为:化料槽内添加一定量的自来水搅拌,依次添加吸湿快干整理剂、抗菌整理剂、防钻绒整理剂、渗透剂搅拌,后再添加自来水继续搅拌均匀,以配制相应浓度的工作液;所述工作液中吸湿快干整理剂的浓度为30-60g/L,抗菌整理剂的浓度为30-60g/L,防钻绒整理剂的浓度为30-60g/L,渗透剂的浓度为1~5g/L。
3.根据权利1所述的一种吸湿快干抗菌防钻绒易去污面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的皂洗步骤中,所用的皂洗剂的浓度为0.1~2.0g/L,皂洗温度为60~90℃,皂洗时间为10~30min,可采用平幅连续式皂洗或进缸皂洗。
4.根据权利1或3任意一项所述的一种吸湿快干抗菌防钻绒易去污面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的皂洗工艺后,需要清水冲洗,清洗时间为5~10min,并调节布面pH值为6.5~7.5之间,水洗后在80~120℃采用滚筒或者定型机烘干。
5.根据权利1所述的一种吸湿快干抗菌防钻绒易去污面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述定型整理采用一浸一轧或二浸二轧的方式,定型机的车速控制在10~50m/min,压辊的压力控制在2~4kg,织物带液率控制在40~120%,定型焙烘温度控制在135~180℃,焙烘时间控制在60~120S。
6.根据权利1所述的一种吸湿快干抗菌防钻绒易去污面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述定型整理后需要先烘干再焙烘,烘干可采用滚筒或者定型机的烘干方式,烘干温度80~120℃,时间1~2min,车速控制在10~40m/min。
7.根据权利1所述的一种吸湿快干抗菌防钻绒易去污面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述吸湿快干整理剂为乙氧基化羧酸化合物,抗菌整理剂为纳米银分散液,防钻绒整理剂为阳离子的有机硅特殊脂肪族类防风剂、非离子的防钻绒助剂或PU纳米的聚氨酯类物质,渗透剂为环氧乙烷和高级脂肪醇的缩合物。
8.根据权利3所述的一种吸湿快干抗菌防钻绒易去污面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述皂洗剂为EX-961或EX-750。
9.根据权利7所述的一种吸湿快干抗菌防钻绒易去污面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述吸湿快干整理剂为Aquaresin SR-203C,所述抗菌整理剂为仙护盾930 FLEX或PROTX2WN,所述防钻绒整理剂为TK-803、非离子防钻绒助剂T或Baypret Nano PU,所述渗透剂为MINEX SO。
10.根据权利1所述的一种吸湿快干抗菌防钻绒易去污面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述织物为全棉、涤棉、棉涤、涤棉氨纶混纺、全涤或涤氨面料。
