Abstract
本发明公开了一种PVC防静电地板及其制备工艺,其将导电功能母粒分散在PVC粒子中,实现本发明所述的功能。本发明具有的工艺路线短,流程简单,操作方便。本发明的地板除具有防滑,耐烫,装饰等基本功能外,还具有抗静电功能和柔韧不易开裂的特点,适用于医院、电子车间、电厂、电子厂等特殊需要的场合装饰使用。

技术领域
本发明属于高分子材料技术领域,具体涉及一种PVC防静电地板及其制备工艺。
背景技术
随着PVC卷材被越来越多的使用在公共场合,因为这些材料安装方便,还具有防滑,防潮等功能,然而在很多电子车间,电气制造车间,计算机机房等,除了要求PVC防滑,耐磨等功能外,还需要具有防静电功能。
如ZL202899564中有关一种防静电的PVC卷材地板中提到,在PVC粒子表面包裹导电金属/碳粉,然后这些导电金属/碳粉在压延机作用下形成连续的导电通道,实现导电的目的。该方法在实际的操作中,实现起来较为困难,碳粉和导电金属容易污染设备,不利于生产。本发明人通过实验,提出一种新的生产PVC防静电地板的方法,及其制备工艺,具有生产方便,流程简单的特点。
发明内容
本发明的目的是在于提供一种PVC防静电地板及其制备工艺,其具有生产方便,流程简单的特点,具体是先生产导电的拉花粒子,然后将拉花粒子进行热压成型。
本发明所采取的技术方案为:
一种导电功能的母粒是由以下的重量份的原料组成:38份的聚氯乙烯树脂、15份的增塑剂、0.8份润滑剂、0.7份稳定剂和20份的导电炭黑,准确称量上述的原料,将其加入密炼机中,温度控制在100~170℃,然后经过单螺杆挤出机水环切粒,得到导电的功能母粒,记做A。
其中所述的聚氯乙烯树脂是指聚合度800~1300的聚氯乙烯树脂,所述的增塑剂是指对苯二甲酸二辛酯,所述的润滑剂是指硬脂酸,所述的稳定剂是指环保的钙锌稳定剂,所述的导电炭黑是指乙炔炭黑。

一种PVC防静电地板的制备工艺如下:将上述的各组分除了导电的功能母粒之外按照比例混合均匀,然后转移至双螺杆挤出机中进行塑炼,然后把导电的功能母粒按照比例加在双辊上与从挤出机出来的材料一起经过双辊压延,压延成0.8mm~1.3mm的薄片,破碎后作为B1组分。
本发明的一个实施例,本发明的一种PVC防静电卷材中,所述的聚氯乙烯树脂是指聚合度为800~1300的聚氯乙烯树脂。
本发明的又一个实施例中,所述的增塑剂是对苯二甲酸二辛酯,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯的任意一种。
本发明的另一个实施例中,所述的碳酸钙是粒径在250目~800目之间的碳酸钙。
本发明的还一个实施例中,所述的稳定剂是指环保型的钙锌稳定剂。
本发明的更一个实施例中,所述的润滑剂是指硬脂酸,聚乙烯蜡,硬脂酸酰胺,双硬脂酸酰胺中的任意一种或一种以上的混合。
本发明的又而一个实施例中,所述的导电功能母粒是指由本发明所生产的导电功能母粒A。
本发明的更而一个实施例中,本发明的PVC防静电地板及其制备工艺按照如下工艺实现:首先制备B1组分,B1组分按照上述的方法制备,然后将B1组分平铺在基布上,转移至烘箱中进行预热,并经过双辊压延成卷材,得到本发明的PVC防静电地板。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明的PVC防静电地板,除了具有防滑,耐烫,装饰等基本功能外,还有防静电功能和不易开裂的特点。适用于电子车间、电厂、医院等特殊领域的装饰使用。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种导电功能的母粒是由以下的重量分数的原料组成:38份的聚氯乙烯树脂,15份的增塑剂,0.8份润滑剂,0.7份稳定剂,20份的导电炭黑,准确称量上述的原料,将其加入密炼机中,温度控制在100~170℃,然后经过单螺杆挤出机造粒,水环切粒,得到导电的功能母粒,记做A。
实施例2
一种PVC防静电地板及其制备工艺如下:首先制备成型用粒子,按照如下工艺:准确称量34.2份聚氯乙烯树脂,24份对苯二甲酸二辛酯,78份800目的碳酸钙,0.7份稳定剂,0.6份硬脂酸,将上述原料准确称量后,转移至双螺杆挤出机中,挤出机温度140~180℃,塑炼后,将塑化材料牵引至在双辊上,在双辊上添加10份导电功能母粒A,经过双辊压延后,压延成0.8mm~1.3mm薄片,然后薄片经过破碎机破碎成3~6mm的颗粒。记做B1。
一种PVC防静电地板及其制备工艺如下,将上述的B1组分平铺在基布上,转移至烘箱中,烘箱温度190~220℃,经过双辊压延,即得到PVC防静电地板。
实施例3
一种PVC防静电地板及其制备工艺如下:首先制备成型用粒子,按照如下工艺:准确称量63.6份聚氯乙烯树脂,17.8份对苯二甲酸二辛酯,60份800目的碳酸钙,1.0份稳定剂,1.2份硬脂酸酰胺,将上述原料准确称量后,转移至双螺杆挤出机中,挤出机温度140~180℃,塑炼后,将塑化材料牵引至在双辊上,在双辊上添加12份导电功能母粒A,经过双辊压延后,压延成0.8mm~1.3mm薄片,然后薄片经过破碎机破碎成3~6mm的颗粒。记做B1。
一种PVC防静电地板及其制备工艺如下:首先制备成型用粒子,按照如下工艺:准确称量44.1份聚氯乙烯树脂,9.2份邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,44份800目的碳酸钙,1.7份稳定剂,1.9份聚乙烯蜡,将上述原料准确称量后,转移至双螺杆挤出机中,挤出机温度140~180℃,塑炼后,将塑化材料牵引至在双辊上,在双辊上添加13份导电功能母粒A,经过双辊压延后,压延成0.8mm~1.3mm薄片,然后薄片经过破碎机破碎成3~6mm的颗粒。记做B2。
一种PVC防静电地板及其制备工艺如下,将上述的B1组分和B2组分先混合,混合比例按照20%~80%(20%B1+80%B2),混合后的粒子平铺在基布上,转移至烘箱中,烘箱温度190~220℃,经过双辊压延,即得到PVC防静电地板。
实施例4
一种PVC防静电地板及其制备工艺如下:首先制备成型用粒子,按照如下工艺:准确称量54.8份聚氯乙烯树脂,13.6份对苯二甲酸二辛酯,53.8份800目的碳酸钙,1.2份稳定剂,0.8份硬脂酸酰胺,0.7份硬脂酸,将上述原料准确称量后,转移至双螺杆挤出机中,挤出机温度140~180℃,塑炼后,将塑化材料牵引至在双辊上,在双辊上添加16份导电功能母粒A,经过双辊压延后,压延成0.8mm~1.3mm薄片,然后薄片经过破碎机破碎成3~6mm的颗粒。记做B1
一种PVC防静电地板及其制备工艺如下,将上述的B1的粒子平铺在基布上,转移至烘箱中,烘箱温度190~220℃,经过双辊压延,即得到PVC防静电地板。
本发明的PVC防静电地板具有如下的技术效果:
本发明的一种具有防静电功能的PVC卷材,除了具有防污,防滑和装饰功能外,还具有导电功能和耐低温性能,可以用于医院、电子厂房、电厂等特殊用途的场合。上述实施方式只是为说明本发明的技术构思及特点,其目的在于让熟悉此项技术的人士能够了解本发明的内容,并不能以此限制本发明的保护范围,凡根据本发明的精神实质所作的等效变换或修饰,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围内。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种PVC防静电地板,其特征在于,所述的PVC树脂是指聚合度为800~1300的聚氯乙烯树脂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种PVC防静电地板,其特征在于,所述的增塑剂是对苯二甲酸二辛酯和邻苯二甲酸二辛酯的任意一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种PVC防静电地板,其特征在于,所述的碳酸钙的粒径为250目~800目。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种PVC防静电地板,其特征在于,所述的稳定剂是指环保型的钙锌稳定剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种PVC防静电地板,其特征在于,所述的润滑剂是指硬脂酸、聚乙烯蜡、硬脂酸酰胺、双硬脂酸酰胺中的任意一种或一种以上的混合。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种PVC防静电地板,其特征在于,所述的导电功能母粒是指由本发明所生产的导电功能母粒。
8.权利要求1所述的一种PVC防静电地板的制备工艺,其特征在于,先生产导电母粒A组分,然后在生产B1组分,其中B1组分先是把除导电母粒A组分外的所有组分在双螺杆挤出机上塑炼,然后在双辊机上加入导电母粒A组分,经过双辊机压成0.8~1.3mm薄片,然后破碎成3~6mm颗粒,再平铺在基布上,经过烘箱加热后,再经过双辊压延机压成薄片,得到本发明的一种PVC防静电地板。
